    The night view and the Room were both great.

    We stayed in a Yokohama Floor Bay View Room on a high floor, and the view was wonderful—we could see both the ocean and the Ferris wheel. The Room was spacious, and it was very convenient that the bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower booth. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap smelled great, and we also appreciated having body cream. The makeup remover, cleansing products, and lotion also had a lovely fragrance.

    A Home Away from Home in Minato Mirai

    Thank you as always. I have a favorite Room and reserve it whenever possible. The harbor view through the large arched window is wonderful—sea kayaks floating on the water in the morning sun, and the beautiful night scenery. It’s the best! The staff are always kind, so I can spend my stay peacefully. Since the windows in this Room do not open, a special air purifier is also provided. Even with heavy luggage, the limousine bus from Haneda is convenient, so I often use Minato Mirai as my base when I have errands in central Tokyo. I look forward to staying with you again.

    Enjoy your Hotel stay.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our Park View stay on May 6 and 7, the final days of Golden Week. Although the weather was cloudy, we could see far into the distance, and the nighttime scenery—especially the Ferris wheel—was wonderful. On the 7th, we had some sunshine and enjoyed exploring the Red Brick Warehouse and Minato Mirai.

    Poor service at Restaurant Oshiman negatively affected our overall impression of the Hotel!

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights, and I would rate the Hotel’s hospitality, service, Facility, and amenities as 5 out of 5. I often stay at similar Hotels, but I was very satisfied with this one. The bathroom and washbasin area were spacious and very comfortable; however, the floor was slippery. My daughter, my grandchild, and I all had several close calls, and my grandchild actually fell multiple times. As for dining, the restaurant on the lobby floor has a wide variety of menu items and everything we tried was delicious. The Japanese cuisine in particular is highly recommended—the fish dishes were tender and felt higher quality than at other Hotels. However, our impression of the Hotel was ruined by the service at a Japanese restaurant called Taishiman that we visited on our final day (an older staff member wearing a mask). - When serving our meal, it seemed they could not place the dishes unless items on the table were moved. Normally you would expect something like “May I move these items?” but instead they said sharply, “I’m going to put it here!” as if telling us to hurry up and clear things away. The items on the table were tea cups and hand towels; it’s true that my grandchild also had some toys out while waiting for the food. Still, I don’t understand what caused such an attitude. It was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. - I assume they wanted us to enjoy freshly cooked rice; however, having to wait 20 minutes for it felt unreasonable. Since they lit it at the same time as serving everything else, I think they should reconsider when they start cooking it.

    We enjoyed the night view again this time.

    No matter when we visit, the night view from this Hotel is always wonderful. In April, we went to see the Conan illumination from the Ferris wheel, and this time we decided to watch the Conan movie in Yokohama. We watched it at World Porters right in front of us, then went to Tanakaya Soba and Chinatown. It was unusually crowded, but we had a great time.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    Thank you for taking care of us during the Golden Week holidays. Even though Yokohama was crowded, the club lounge was comfortable and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. We chose this Hotel because the Club Floor Reviews were good, and it did not disappoint.

    Premium Room

    Given how small the Room is, I wonder if this price (about 1.9 times that of Imperial H for a similar size) is really reasonable. The extremely loud noise from the amusement park in front of Bay Tokyu until after 10 p.m. is also significant; I question whether guests should be informed in advance.

    Disappointed with the Club Floor services compared to expectations.

    Because of the Hotel’s long history and the age of the Room, housekeeping and maintenance were handled, but although it was a Club Floor room with three standard single beds, the bathroom facilities (toilet and shower) were inconvenient to use. Next time, I will consider a different Room. The breakfast buffet was split between two venues, and perhaps because it was not in the main venue, it felt like there were fewer items than at Haneda Tokyu Hotel. What concerned me most was that since I usually stay in foreign-affiliated rooms with butler service, I felt more training is needed. However, I can appreciate the typically Japanese dedication and hard work. The drinks in the refrigerator were free, but no one in my family can drink alcohol, so I called to request an exchange for soft drinks; however, I was told “It’s not possible due to policy.” The response from someone who seemed to be a butler raised questions—this is really an issue of how it is communicated.

    It was wonderful.

    This was my first stay, and I was extremely satisfied—I’d like to stay here again whenever I visit Yokohama in the future. This time, I chose my Accommodation with parking as the top priority because I drove from Aichi Prefecture with a folding mini-velo for bike travel, but I was pleasantly surprised that the location was even better than expected. The Room was spacious, and the night view from the window was wonderful—an outstanding first-class Hotel in every way.

    I enjoyed a relaxing staycation.

    I stayed to relax at the Hotel with no particular plans. I appreciated that cocktails were served in the lounge. When I stayed at The Okura Tokyo recently, there was no such service, so it left a strong impression. Overall it was very good, but breakfast on the second floor was a bit disappointing. Even though there were empty seats, I was seated next to a family with children. I have children myself, so I understand, but I think it makes both sides feel uneasy. As expected, they dropped a glass and it shattered completely. That lack of consideration was disappointing.

    This alone is extremely disappointing.

    This was my first return visit since January. This time, our family of four stayed in two “Executive Twin Park View (Non-Smoking)” Rooms connected as connecting Rooms. The Room and the park-view scenery were as pleasant as always, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious as usual. However, unfortunately, the toilet had an ammonia smell (a typical restroom odor). It didn’t seem like an odor that developed in a short time; I believe it reflects the results of day-to-day cleaning. This alone can make guests feel extremely uncomfortable. Since I had never noticed this on previous stays, I was very disappointed. We tried using the deodorizer provided in the Room, but it wasn’t sufficient. I don’t think this is an issue limited to just this Room, so I hope you will address it. I would like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama next time, so thank you in advance.

    Our Staff’s Service

    Three women in our 50s stayed for one night and two days, and everything—from the Facility to the Room—was luxurious and wonderful. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was buffet-style, but it was delicious as if made with care, and nothing felt careless—it was genuinely excellent. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Wonderful every time you stay.

    This is my favorite Hotel. This was my first time using the bar. It was very comfortable, and I enjoyed delicious drinks. The Cosmo Clock was under repair, so I was happy to have the usual park view. It’s an icon of Minato Mirai. I will definitely stay here again.

    A place you’ll want to return to again and again.

    It’s always comfortable no matter when I visit. I come regularly to refresh and spend the whole day in the Room. The room service is delicious, too.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Check-in was smooth, and the explanations were easy to understand. The triple Room with three beds was great. From the Room, we could enjoy a beautiful giant Ferris wheel at night and refreshing views of Yokohama in the morning, which made for a relaxing stay. Unusually for me, I chose a Japanese breakfast; they started cooking it after I sat down, and the freshly cooked rice was delicious. However, the portion was quite large and I couldn’t finish it, which felt wasteful.

    Balcony

    It’s a high-rise Hotel with a balcony, so you can let in fresh air… You can sit on the balcony chair, gaze at the view outside, and just relax. It was a special getaway while still being in Japan. From the Room we could see the Ferris wheel lights… and the cherry blossom-lined street below the balcony was very beautiful. The front desk staff were kind and courteous. Since we had a small grandchild with us, we had Japanese breakfast via room service. It was delicious. We also enjoyed the pool. The Hotel Facility itself feels a bit antique… but you can get there from Minatomirai Station without getting wet in the rain, and there are commercial facilities nearby so you won’t have trouble finding places to eat. Of course, inside the Hotel there’s plenty to choose from—Japanese, French, and Chinese cuisine. I’ve found a favorite Hotel in Yokohama.

    It had the reassurin...

    It had the reassuring feel of a long-established Hotel. I stayed with a breakfast-only plan and chose the Japanese set in the morning; the rice cooked in an individual pot was especially delicious. The shower area and bathtub were separate, and the bathroom was spacious. As a woman, I also appreciated that both the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa. My room faced the Ferris wheel, so the view was excellent and made for an enjoyable stay. It’s also conveniently located near Minatomirai Station, so I highly recommend it.

    The food in the club lounge was very satisfying. Breakfast was also great, with access to the restaurant and a wide variety of options.

    This was my second stay.

    Because my last stay was very comfortable, I chose this Hotel again. The Hotel breakfast is simply outstanding. The Japanese and Western dishes, coffee, tea, and mango juice were all delicious. However, when I went at 7:00 a.m., all the tables on the cherry-tree-lined side were already taken, which was disappointing. The Room was also very clean. It might have been even better if there were pajama pants? I also appreciated being able to watch Netflix and YouTube. The bathtub is wide and deep, so it was great to soak up to my shoulders and relax, but it does take time to fill... I guess that can’t be helped (lol).

    Everything is excellent.

    I’ve stayed in Yokohama several times, but this was my first time staying at this Hotel. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The amenities and bath were also wonderful. Considering that, the price is very reasonable. I can see why this Hotel is so popular. If I have a chance to visit Yokohama again, I will definitely stay here again.

    For Minato Mirai, this is the place.

    With direct access to Minatomirai Station and great views, this is one of my favorite Hotels. This time I stayed with Club Lounge access so I could truly relax. The cocktail hour night view was absolutely beautiful, and I had a wonderful time. The Room is spacious, and the amenities are well stocked. With sustainability efforts recently leading to fewer amenities in many places, I really appreciated this. This time I had breakfast in the Club Lounge; there was also an egg station, and I could enjoy my meal in a calm setting. There are plenty of restaurants as well, so I’d like to come back for lunch next time.

    Spectacular Views

    A Room with breathtaking panoramic views over all of Minato Mirai. At night, the iconic Ferris wheel lights up! They also provided a champagne bottle cooler and glasses—couldn’t ask for more. If I had to mention one thing, my wife said there wasn’t a place for her to sit and do her makeup. There was a lighted mirror, but she ended up sitting on the edge of the bathtub. Overall, the location was great and it was an excellent stay.

    A 60th Birthday Celebration

    To celebrate our 60th birthdays as a couple, we stayed on the Bay Club Floor to enjoy the night views of Yokohama. It was a cold day, so we arrived at the Hotel earlier than planned, but we were able to check in comfortably in the lounge and enter our Room early, which was a great help. We were also deeply touched to receive a congratulatory message and a gift from the staff for our 60th birthday celebration. Our Room had a park view on the 25th floor. The Ferris wheel and city nightscape were beautiful. The Room wasn’t large, but it was comfortable and spotlessly clean down to every detail. As Tokyu Comfort members, we were able to extend checkout until 1:00 p.m., which allowed us to relax and take our time. The lounge had wonderful views, and the sweets and snacks were delicious. Even during the holiday period, breakfast wasn’t overly crowded, so we could enjoy a leisurely meal. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I want to unwind. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    We stayed to celebrate my mother’s birthday a little early. At check-in, I told the front desk that my elderly mother had injured her leg, and they moved us to a Room closer to the elevator and even upgraded our Room. They also brought ice to help cool her leg. Later that evening, her pain worsened, so I called the front desk again to ask if there was a nearby hospital. A very experienced male staff member came to our Room right away, called an emergency nurse for advice, and arranged an ambulance. He handled everything quickly and efficiently. We had come from out of town and were worried about what we would do if she needed surgery and hospitalization in Yokohama, but thankfully it did not come to that. We were truly helped by all the Hotel staff—thank you very much. We would like to return to Yokohama soon for a “revenge” trip (a do-over).

    The ocean-view bath and the terrace where you can feel the sea breeze were amazing!

    I treated myself to a refreshing 1-night, 2-day Hotel stay. Even though Yokohama is in a neighboring prefecture, I wasn’t very familiar with the area, so I chose it thinking it would feel fresh and exciting. I had never stayed at a sea-view Hotel before, and what made me choose this one in Yokohama was the sea-view bath and the terrace where you can feel the ocean breeze. The Hotel is directly connected to Minatomirai Station, so it was easy to find and extremely convenient for getting there and back. From check-in at 3:00 PM to check-out at 11:00 AM, I spent my entire 1-night stay relaxing in my room. It truly felt like an urban resort, and I was able to fully unwind and refresh while enjoying an extraordinary ocean view. The sea-view bath I had been looking forward to most was simply amazing. Whether it was the sparkling night view or the daytime scenery, relaxing while taking in the view was absolutely wonderful! The bathroom had a large mirror that reflected the ocean as well, so it felt very open and airy—and I’m truly glad I chose this room with a sea-view bath. Amenities were also well stocked, including bath salts and bottled makeup remover, so I could enjoy that incredible sea-view bath again and again! For meals, I ordered in-room dining—fries, chicken, cake, fruit, and plum wine soda—and spending time leisurely enjoying the view without worrying about the clock felt like such rich rest. The room also had coffee and green tea prepared (including coffee), so I could relax and enjoy their aroma along with the cake I ordered. I couldn’t help but cheer at the daytime ocean view right after check-in, but the magic hours at dusk and dawn were especially beautiful—the changing colors of the sky were mesmerizing. It was my first time seeing a sparkling nighttime ocean view as well; even after midnight, I stayed captivated by the scenery until the Ferris wheel lights went out. It was also wonderful to watch brightly lit boats moving across the night sea! With items like bathrobes, pajamas, and deodorizing spray provided too, it was great that I could enjoy my Hotel stay with just minimal luggage. This was my first stay here—on the 10th floor—and it exceeded my expectations by far. It also made me think that from an even higher floor level up high above,the ocean view might be even more breathtaking. I made unforgettable memories.

    No matter how many times you visit, it’s always the best.

    This was my first visit in six months. Had the toilet and bathroom been renovated? There was a shower room. The toilet also flushed better. I went hoping to see the cherry blossoms, but it was about a week too early. I’ll visit again.

    The bathroom is not very user-friendly. The view was amazing.

    The view from the Room was amazing, and I would love to come again. The bathroom is separated into a bathtub area and a shower booth, with the sink and toilet further inside. Because the floor got wet from water droplets and steam, the tiles became slippery, and I slipped while wearing the Hotel’s disposable slippers and hit my knee hard. Since the toilet and shower doors are glass, I felt a bit scared afterward, thinking it was lucky it didn’t turn into something more serious. Other than that, it was a very satisfying stay.

    Comfort Beyond Expectations

    Because this is a Hotel I would recommend to many people, I write a Review every time. Compared with the past, there are now many Hotels in the Minato Mirai area, so it can be hard to choose. Of course, each of those Hotels is wonderful. There is also an advantage to choosing simply because it’s new. Still, this Hotel is the best. The staff are what make this Hotel what it is. It has been 30 years since my first stay, and I have never been disappointed. I will continue to stay here with confidence.
