    Disappointed with the Hotel where I couldn't recover from fatigue

    There are no curtains on the bus, and when you take a bath, water droplets spread in the washroom. There is no door in the toilet. The shower is in the washroom with a door, but the showerhead did not move. It was the first time I had such a hard time taking a bath at a Hotel. Such a pity for the trip... It was disappointing!

    The view was amazing.

    I made a reservation on the same day due to sudden plans, but they upgraded our room, creating a wonderful memory for my family. I would like to stay again.

    Stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary.

    I stayed here for the first time in a while since using it for my wife's birthday 10 years ago. This time, it was for our 10th wedding anniversary. It was a Bay View Room, and the view was wonderful. The front desk service was good, and I would like to use it again someday. It was a great wedding anniversary. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed with a family of three. Our preference was for a "hotel with a beautiful night view," so we chose this hotel. From the moment we entered the room, we were thrilled by the view from the balcony and bathroom. We wanted to enjoy the scenery, so we kept the curtains open even while sleeping, except when changing clothes. The facility felt a bit old in some places, but it was clean and not a problem. Personally, I would have liked a service for bottled mineral water. It was a hassle to fetch it myself, and I especially wanted to avoid leaving the room at night. One disappointing point was that the people in the next room (probably foreigners) were making noise on the balcony late at night. Even when leisurely enjoying the night view, the atmosphere was ruined... Other than that, it was a wonderful hotel that I would love to stay at again.

    It was indeed the best!

    I was grateful for the kind guidance when I was unsure of where to check in. I was amazed by the beauty of the night view the moment I entered the Room! The Room, including the bath, was perfect, and my friend was also delighted. I would like to use it again when I visit Yokohama! Thank you very much!!

    - Spectacular View -

    This time, we used it for my grandson's birthday celebration. When making the reservation, I requested "the highest floor possible," and thanks to the hotel's kindness, we were given the 22nd floor. I had seen it on the website, but seeing it in person, the location exceeded my expectations, and my grandson was very delighted. In terms of facilities, I felt some signs of aging, such as the shower's water pressure adjustment being a bit tricky and the door between the room and the bathroom being heavy. The staff's response, including those at the restaurant, was indeed what you would expect from a first-class hotel, and everyone was wonderful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay. It's close to the station, and the view from the Room is fantastic! It's a convenient location for sightseeing in Yokohama. The Room is spacious and was cleaned beautifully. My favorite part is the bath. The bathtub is large, allowing for a relaxing soak. Breakfast is a buffet, but it seems like the variety has decreased a bit. I was especially looking forward to the bread, but the selection has significantly reduced, which was disappointing. Other than that, no complaints. It's a recommended Hotel for sightseeing in Yokohama.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Minatomirai Station, making it ideal for sightseeing. The room is spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The table is slightly small, but perhaps it felt that way because the room is large. The amenities are well-equipped with all necessary items. It is a hotel that makes you want to stay again.

    During the busy seas...

    During the busy season, while handling the check-in queue, I was humbled by being guided to the room with my luggage, and I was very soothed by the young and fresh atmosphere. It was a pleasant stay that made me want to meet again when you become a veteran in a few years. The bathroom and washbasin were in the same space, but it was nice to be able to use it without hesitation as the shower room was separate, so there was no need to wipe off water droplets each time.

    A well-balanced Hotel

    I stayed after a long time. The access is excellent, directly connected to the station, and very convenient for a little shopping. The room, the view, the balcony, the proximity to the sea, and the necessary amenities are all satisfactory, and the staff's response is good, making it a "well-balanced hotel." I often go to Minato Mirai for conferences, and I thought I would definitely keep it as one of my options.

    I was able to spend my time comfortably.

    This is my second time using this service. I made a Multiple Night Stay reservation at this Hotel to enjoy a half-vacation experience, including the balcony. There is no lack of Room facilities or amenities. If I had to say, I would have preferred bottled water. On the second day of my stay, I went out for lunch and a walk around 11 a.m., and when I returned after 3 p.m., the Room cleaning was not finished, so I waited for about 30 minutes. It would be nice to have a perk that allows for early cleaning requests during a Multiple Night Stay.

    Oktoberfest & Fireworks

    Stayed for the Oktoberfest at the Red Brick Warehouse. The hotel is at a perfect distance, so no problem even if you drink a lot (lol). At night, the fireworks at Yamashita Park were beautifully visible from the balcony.

    Satisfaction

    The weather was nice, so I stayed in the club lounge the whole time. The atmosphere was great, and I was very satisfied. However, during cocktail time, there was honestly almost no food suitable for pregnant women, which was disappointing. I understand it's mostly snacks, but there were only seafood and raw ham, so I hope they can increase the options for pregnant women.

    The ultimate relaxation time

    Thank you for taking care of us again this time. I love the night view from the city view, but the bay view from the balcony this time had different expressions in the morning, daytime, and night, and the sparkling night view and the sunrise over the sea were very beautiful. The illumination of the Cosmo Clock had various patterns, and I found myself busy taking out my phone each time (laughs). The service was not only polite but also warm, the breakfast at Tosca was delicious no matter how many times I ate it, and the always clean and comfortable room was the best healing time for me. Because of this time, I can work hard. But one night is not enough, and I thought I would like to stay at least two nights. I have never stayed in a park view room, so I am considering trying the park view next time. Thank you very much.

    I always appreciate ...

    I always appreciate your hospitality. I have been staying at this hotel for about two weeks due to my busy work schedule, and the service is excellent. I'm familiar with the room, so it feels like being at home, making it easy to live here. Occasionally, when the room changes, the orientation is different, and I feel a bit awkward about where to place my suitcase, but they always give me the same room, so I have a set pattern, which makes it easy to live. I can pick up cakes from the cake shop in front of the reception to enjoy in my room, and they are very delicious. Unlike in the past, there is no longer a service with plates, though. It's a shame that I always finish work late and can't make it in time for dinner, but I make sure to buy something from the department store basement. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, there are no longer any restaurants open late. In the evening, a light drink in the lounge for a break was also delicious. The cleaning staff for the guest rooms are very pleasant and helpful. Previously, there were drinks in the refrigerator, but now there are none, so I have to make sure to buy them. The water has changed to a type where you have to go and fetch it, which I somehow dislike, so I buy it. The weight is sometimes a drawback, so I even consider ordering it for delivery. Due to my work, even if I stay on the club floor, I can't use it due to time constraints, so the regular floor is sufficient. The main reason I choose this hotel is that it has a balcony, so there is no feeling of confinement. It's tiring to be considerate, so staying at a hotel I'm used to for consecutive nights is comfortable and nice.

    For our wedding anniversary.

    We got married and have been traveling every year without fail. We've taken long trips, but recently we've been enjoying extraordinary experiences closer to home. This time, it was our third stay at this hotel, including our anniversary. The deciding factor was that it's just a five-minute walk from the nearest station, making it easy to check in without getting wet in the rain. My wife, who has never said she wanted to revisit a place before, expressed her desire to come back here... So, we stayed here again this time. We were overjoyed to get the room we most wanted to stay in! The check-in process was smooth, and perhaps because our previous records were kept, we were able to go to our room with just a simple explanation after giving our name. Even ordinary things are surprising events for us! On our way back, we wanted to buy some souvenir cookies, so we inquired at the front desk. Normally, they are only sold at a different location after checking out... We were informed that we could purchase them at the breakfast counter. We were truly grateful! We were able to spend a happy day without any issues and were very satisfied. We will be back again.

    Unchanging cleanliness

    The room is always clean and user-friendly whenever I visit, and the view is fantastic, leaving me satisfied. I'm also pleased with the comfortable mattress on the bed. I wish the toilet light was separate from the bathroom light.

    A Memorable Anniversary

    We used this hotel for our wedding anniversary trip. Since it was a special occasion, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a better view at check-in. The additional charge was reasonable, so we decided to upgrade. The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the room was good! The night view, in particular, was impressive, symbolizing "The Minato Mirai" with its magnificence. We had dinner outside, but when we returned, we enjoyed delicious cocktails while listening to the piano at the bar "Jacks." The bar had a stylish and calm atmosphere, and the staff were attentive and considerate, allowing us to have a very comfortable time. The staff's service, location, and access were all very satisfying, making it a perfect hotel. Thank you very much.

    Close to the station, and exploring the area around the hotel is excellent.

    The location is very convenient as it is close to Minato Mirai Station. The interior and rooms had a calm decor and were quiet. The room we stayed in was a twin room (for 3 people), and it was spacious with a great view of the bay, including the Ferris wheel. There are many commercial facilities and scenic spots to explore from the hotel, making it a very nice place. The extra bed was a bit small, and it felt a little cramped for an adult to sleep on. That's unfortunate. We went for breakfast early, so it was relatively empty, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a relaxed manner. All the dishes were delicious.

    Staycation Girls' Night Out

    I stayed at this hotel for a staycation with a friend to refresh ourselves. The hotel staff provided very pleasant service with smiles, which was great. Just sitting on the terrace and looking outside offered a little escape from the ordinary, and it was very refreshing. The bath was also large and relaxing. The breakfast, including Western-style bread and omelets, was very delicious. The automatic pancake maker was fun. However, compared to the Western-style options, the Japanese breakfast might have been closer to the level of a business hotel. What was particularly disappointing was the drink selection at the breakfast buffet. I was surprised that the green tea was powdered. Nowadays, even family restaurant drink bars have a better selection of teas. But the service was very good! My friend and I are talking about wanting to stay here again.

    Wonderful hotel

    A hotel that truly deserves the expression "wonderful." Check-in was on the 25th floor Bay Club Floor, and the staff provided courteous service. We were seated, received a welcome drink, and after receiving an explanation, enjoyed tea time. From 17:30, we indulged in cocktail time exclusively for adults. The hotel interior is clean, and even the windows leading to the balcony from the room are thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom, making them very clean. There were no issues with drainage in the shower booth or bathtub. They prepared 3L pajamas for us upon prior request. However, the long-established New Grand boasts about hosting MacArthur and other celebrities, but the windows of the Sea Guardian are disgustingly dirty, the bathroom drainage doesn't flow, which is the worst, and although there are likely many international guests, they only provide pajamas up to size LL. To top it off, the room service breakfast was cold, and the coffee was just bitter. I hope they continue to strive sincerely from the guests' perspective without resting on their laurels like an old establishment. During check-out, perhaps because it wasn't busy, they saw us off to the elevator. I will use this hotel again soon. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful day.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    This was my second stay this year. The view and night scenery from the lounge are always wonderful. Breakfast in the lounge was decent. Tosca does have a wider variety, but the lounge was quieter and more relaxing. Overall, it was a good stay.

    I booked a suite on the club floor for a meeting. Conversations in the club lounge (with guest fees paid), meetings in the club floor conference room, and discussions while enjoying room service in the suite. The wonderful space contributed to the success of the meeting. Thank you very much.

    A Relaxing Holiday

    The room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy, allowing for a comfortable stay. It would be even more comfortable if the bathtub and shower booth were a bit more spacious. The view from the balcony was enjoyable both day and night. We used in-room dining for meals. It would be nice to have an à la carte option for breakfast. The portions were quite large, so it would be great to have options like French toast. All the staff were courteous, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing and pleasant holiday.

    A hotel where you can relax

    I always use this place whenever I stay in Yokohama. Once I enter the room, I feel like relaxing. I always look forward to sitting on the chair on the balcony and enjoying the night view. I also look forward to breakfast every time. If I had to mention one thing, this time I was slightly bothered by the smell of the carpet in the hallway.

    It feels as comfortable as home.

    Recently, whenever I visit the Kanto area, I always stay here. I recommend the limousine bus for access from Haneda. It makes heavy luggage manageable and you don't have to worry about the rain! If available, I request a high-floor Luxury Harbor King Park View room. You can see the Ferris wheel on the left and have a panoramic view of the Minato Mirai cityscape, and the room layout is calming. I am grateful for the staff who are always kind and provide pleasant service. I bring my own makeup mirror because I like to do my makeup in a bright room, but I heard that if I request it, they will bring one to the room, so I plan to ask for it next time. Also, there are a few wooden hangers, but when I asked if there were any soft ones for women, I was told they are not available in standard rooms. However, if there are spares in higher-grade rooms, they would lend them to me. I always bring about two hangers with me. I would be happy if there were hangers for sweaters and dresses in the standard rooms as well. I have already made my next reservation. Looking forward to staying again.

    It was the best hotel except for one thing.

    I stayed for a friend's birthday. The consideration of being guided to a separate seat during the Bay Club Floor check-in so that my friend wouldn't know the amount was wonderful. The macarons we ate right after check-in were also delicious. However, it was a bit disappointing that the pudding-like container that was brought to us ran out quickly and wasn't replenished. There was a wide variety of drinks, and the atmosphere was comfortable. It was nice that cocktails were made on the spot during bar time. The room was spacious, very clean, and I could spend time quietly without hearing any noise from the surrounding rooms. The only disappointment was when I called room service and asked, "Can I have some salt?" I was told, "Room service is busy, and it will take more than 30 minutes." I understand waiting for food, especially on the Bay Club Floor, but I honestly thought, does it really take that long just to get some salt? I was paying more than double the price of a regular room, and even a simple request for salt was delayed. That was very disappointing. Other than that, the convenience of being directly connected to the station was great, the room was spacious, and since the bath and shower room were separate, I could fill the tub and relax. I would like to use it again when I visit Yokohama.
