    The view from the balcony was amazing.

    We stayed here as a couple to celebrate a birthday. The Room was clean and we had a relaxing time. The Room with a balcony offered great views, and we were satisfied with everything. We would love to stay again.

    Thank you very much.

    I always stay for two nights and feel relaxed every time. The tissues were running low, and perhaps it was overlooked, but it would be especially helpful in spring if an extra box could be provided. Thank you in advance.

    Clear time for one person

    A long-awaited stay. Chose a room with a balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. Checked in late after work and was grateful for the complimentary upgrade due to availability. The staff provided attentive service, and despite many international guests, I enjoyed the excellent breakfast, which helped me focus on my work. I’ll visit again for another refreshing stay.

    I used it for a conference. It was conveniently located near the venue. Since it is connected underground, it is convenient even in bad weather. Room service feels slightly overpriced, but perhaps this is normal for a Hotel's pricing standards.

    Breakfast was includ...

    Breakfast was included, but due to the main venue being crowded, we were directed to a neighboring sub-venue. The space appeared to operate as a café during the day, with sofa seating and low tables that were not ideal for dining. Additionally, food stations were scattered around, making it difficult to locate items, and used dishes were not cleared promptly. While the taste of the food was good, it was disappointing given our high expectations based on its reputation.

    Regular Accommodation in Yokohama

    The facility and room may feel a bit dated, but the view from the room and the service are excellent. I always stay here when visiting Yokohama. Thank you again for your thoughtful hospitality this time.

    A hotel where your family can relax the most, with the best staff providing top-notch service. The only complaint is that we can't give it 6 stars.

    We had a wonderful holiday.

    The Room and lounge were truly satisfying. I think it offers excellent cost performance. As a family living in Yokohama, there are places to explore nearby, and it's a great place to spend a relaxing holiday.

    Comfortable

    The meals and the room were great. The view from the room is also nice. However, it is inconvenient that the window gets soaked with water droplets.

    Disappointing

    I stayed at this accommodation when it first opened, and feeling nostalgic, I decided to visit again. I was looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately, it was under construction and unavailable. I also anticipated staying in a room with a balcony, but the room assigned did not have one. Moreover, the window faced an angle where it felt like neighboring rooms could see inside, leaving no view of the night scenery. I requested a room change at the front desk. The female staff member mentioned that there might be availability and said she would have someone from guest services contact me. Later, a male staff member called my room to inform me that all rooms were fully booked for the day. However, when checking IKYU.com and other booking sites, there appeared to be plenty of availability for that night. To make matters worse, I found what seemed like pills left behind by previous guests in my room—making me feel as though I had been placed in an uncleaned space. Having looked forward to this stay so much only to feel neglected left me heartbroken and brought tears to my eyes.

    The terrace is amazing!

    Thank you for staying at Yokohama Bay Tokyu! Having a terrace was our top priority, and we have stayed at various hotels. However, despite making the Reservation with IKYU Diamond Status, being assigned a Room on the 10th floor of a 30-story Hotel felt a bit disappointing... Other than that, everything was excellent!

    This time, using the Bay Club.

    Previously enjoyed a room with a balcony and stunning night views. This time, stayed at the Bay Club (exclusive high floors). Check-in was smooth without waiting in line, and the staff were kind and attentive. Traveled with my elderly mother who has difficulty walking for long periods. She was very satisfied spending relaxing moments during tea time and cocktail time on the Bay Club floor. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious at every meal. The high floors are quiet as access is limited to select guests. The shower head (Re-fa) in the room provided a strong mist with great water pressure, which was incredibly refreshing—possibly even better than my Mirable Zero at home. For this price, I enjoyed relaxing moments along with kind service and hospitality. I definitely plan to use the Bay Club again next time!

    Blue Light Yokohama

    The night view was beautiful. On the day of my stay, news about Ayumi Ishida aired, and I was deeply moved. The giant Ferris wheel shone blue, reminding me of Ishida-san in her prime. The room was spacious and comfortable. This was my second visit, and I plan to come again. Thank you very much!

    Used for a proposal!

    I used this Hotel for a proposal on White Day. The Hotel staff were experienced with proposal arrangements and kindly assisted with preparations, such as arranging a bouquet of roses in advance. The Room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful ocean view. It was my first time having in-room dining, and the food was delicious. I would love to stay here again.

    Stay on the Club Floor

    I have stayed on the Club Floor several times. This time, I was looking forward to the Club Floor tea time, but it was a bit disappointing as the offerings seemed slightly reduced compared to before. However, I enjoyed the bar time and breakfast as usual. I also visited Jack's Bar in the hotel, which had a great atmosphere, and I thoroughly enjoyed their "Jacktar" cocktail.

    Please enhance the design of the amenities.

    I stay for about a week twice a year. Last autumn, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in small containers, but this time they were in plain white bottles. Additionally, skincare items like lotion and face wash were in slightly smaller white containers. There are so many bottles now, and the brand name is written prominently in black on a white background while the contents are written in small English text, making it very difficult to read. I had to flip them over to check the Japanese labels on the back and arrange them in order of use. While I didn’t particularly prefer the previous small containers, it’s disappointing that despite updating them with new ones, they are less user-friendly. It would be more convenient if the contents were displayed clearly rather than focusing on branding. My eyesight is fine; however, those who remove their glasses or contacts might find it impossible to read. I understand that these changes may have been recently implemented across all Tokyu Hotels and could be challenging to adjust immediately. However, I would appreciate it if you could discuss this among your staff from a user’s perspective for improvement.

    Delicious breakfast.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was particularly good, and the bread was exceptionally delicious.

    Welcome to our home in Minato Mirai.

    I always stay here when visiting Minato Mirai. Since I stayed for two nights, I requested additional hangers for the closet and a makeup mirror for use in the Room, and they kindly provided them. This wonderful Hotel is perfect for a relaxing 2-night, 3-day stay to refresh. The night view of Minato Mirai, the comfortable and clean Room, every staff member's friendly smile and kindness, as well as convenient access to the airport—this is currently my favorite Hotel!

    On your birthday

    I stayed here for the first time to celebrate my birthday. I booked with club lounge access, and check-in was also at the club lounge. Although I had to prompt them as someone who arrived after me received their room key first, everything else was satisfactory. The variety of alcohol seemed quite extensive. However, the lounge breakfast does not include white rice, which might be disappointing for those who prefer rice in the morning.

    Wonderful

    This Hotel always leaves me very satisfied, and I have repeated my stay many times. What I particularly like is that it is odorless. There are no overpowering detergent or air freshener smells. The Room and bed are hygienic and comfortable to stay in. The staff members are also polite and wonderful. Thank you always. I also look forward to the breakfast omelet and fresh orange juice.

    The hospitality and service are always excellent.

    I have used your services several times, and the customer service is always excellent. I requested luggage storage before and after check-in, and it was handled very pleasantly, which was helpful. The location is great, of course, but the room's balcony is unique in the Minato Mirai area and feels wonderful. However, one thing that bothered me this time was that there were cigarette butts on the balcony. I'm not sure if they were from a previous guest who smoked there. Even though it's a non-smoking room and smoking on the balcony should not be allowed by anyone, perhaps cleaning staff might overlook it. Considering that some people may have low morals like this, checking the balcony would prevent non-smokers from having an unpleasant experience despite reserving a non-smoking room. That said, it's really those who smoked on the balcony who are at fault; your hotel's service was truly wonderful. I would love to use your services again in the future. Thank you very much.

    The club lounge was excellent!

    I stayed in a club floor trouble room with three friends. Check-in was done in the lounge, giving a special feeling from the start! We checked in while enjoying a welcome drink and then had tea with dessert in the lounge. The staff's service was excellent, and we felt special and like celebrities, allowing us to have a happy time. The cocktail time food was more like snacks, but since we had desserts during the day, it was enough to fill us up. It was great that the staff made cocktails for us and brought them to our seats. In other hotel lounges, you usually have to make your own drinks. Our room was a triple room with three beds, and the Airweave mattresses were comfortable. The best part was definitely the view from the bathroom! The Ferris wheel right in front of us had changing illuminations that never got boring no matter how many times we looked at it. If I could make one wish, it would be for USB outlets in the room (haha). It was an extraordinary experience and an excellent stay. I definitely want to go again!

    Good Hotel

    I was able to stay in a high-class room for an additional fee. The in-room facilities are getting a bit old. However, the crew's service was courteous and very good. I would like to stay again.

    Bay Club Floor

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. The access from Minatomirai Station was convenient, and we checked in and out at the Bay Club Lounge. All the staff, including the receptionists and service staff, were very pleasant, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. The guest room was also very clean. The meals at the lounge were delicious as well. We will be visiting again with a friend's family in April. Thank you very much.

    The night view and sunrise visible from the room were wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. It was also nice that the bath, shower booth, and toilet were separated. I had a great time with my married daughter after a long time. I would love to stay again.

    A highly satisfying urban Resort Hotel

    We stayed in two twin park view rooms with breakfast included, with my elderly mother (wheelchair user) and three family members. We communicated various room requests in advance, including the preparation of a barrier-free set for the elderly, connecting rooms, and even arranging a taxi to Haneda Airport the next day. Thanks to these preparations, we were able to spend our time extremely comfortably. The park view night scenery was impressive, but above all, the service from all the staff was excellent. It felt like we encountered a good hotel after a long time. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet at Cafe Tosca; it was very delicious. My elderly mother also seemed to have spent her time comfortably and safely. After breakfast, we purchased hotel cookies as souvenirs. Thank you very much to all the hotel staff.
