    We stayed in the club floor accommodation as a family during summer vacation with our elementary school-aged and preschool children. During afternoon tea, the macarons and fruit tarts were absolutely delicious, and although children could not participate, the cocktails made individually by staff during cocktail time were excellent. The pool was clean with float rentals available, and ice cream service at the poolside delighted the kids. While the facility is slightly dated, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Experience the Feeling of Okinawa and Hawaii in Yokohama!

    Our plans as a couple suddenly changed when our daughter and grandchild joined us, so we switched to the No Meals Included Plan for 3 with Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The hotel lobby was open and welcoming, with staff in aloha shirts taking care of our luggage, giving us the feeling of being in Hawaii or Okinawa. After having lunch, we arrived a bit early but asked at the front desk just in case. They allowed us to check-in and even prepared a spacious room with a balcony for us. Our luggage had already been delivered to the room upon arrival. We quickly changed into swimsuits and enjoyed the hotel's pool. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel, rode on an illuminated Ferris wheel, and admired Yokohama's night view. It felt like being in Okinawa or Hawaii while relaxing leisurely in Minato Mirai. We would love to visit again—thank you very much!

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night during my recent trip to Yokohama. The Hotel lobby was easily accessible from the station, and the reception was located upstairs via a spiral staircase. As a member, I was quickly checked in and guided to my Room. For dinner, I enjoyed the popular Hokkaido buffet at Restaurant Tosca with an all-you-can-drink Plan. The staff explained the menu clearly, which was very helpful. The dishes included local specialties such as king crab, Ishikari hot pot, and Genghis Khan barbecue—an impressive variety! When I returned to my seat after getting food, they served me a cold beer right on time. This thoughtful service by the female staff made me even happier and enhanced the taste of both the meal and drinks. Despite being busy with many guests around, thank you for your kind hospitality. After breakfast, I took a swim in the newly renovated pool before checking out. The water was clean and perfect for swimming! The attentive service from all staff made my stay at this Hotel even more enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again!

    We stayed here for our first trip with our 2-year-old child. The staff was very kind and responsive via email, helping us with bed arrangements and dinner (buffet) reservations in advance. Although I noticed about five hairs in the bathtub, the room was spacious, clean, and felt worth more than its price. The dinner buffet had many dishes that paired well with alcohol but felt a bit lacking overall. Additionally, when leaving the restaurant, the staff at the entrance did not guide us to settle the bill clearly. Since we had provided our name upon entry, I assumed it would be automatically charged to our room account. However, as we headed toward the elevator, a staff member chased after us asking if we had settled our bill—this was slightly embarrassing. I would like to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    The night view is stunning.

    I previously stayed in an accommodation with a room offering a breathtaking view of Minato Mirai, which left me deeply impressed. This time, I stayed on the Yokohama Floor, which opened in April. The view from the high floors was just as stunning and endlessly captivating. The room's interior, based on light blue tones, and the displayed art were also delightful. I still remember how delicious the breakfast was during my last stay, and this time it was equally enjoyable. Watching a chef skillfully prepare omelets while children excitedly admired their technique with sparkling eyes and cheers left a lasting impression on me. Despite being busy, the chef served guests with a warm smile, greatly enhancing my satisfaction during this stay.

    Would love to visit again.

    Stayed on the Club Bay Floor. Enjoyed moderate use of the lounge and felt very elegant thanks to the attentive staff, but there were a few disappointing points. Had a full-course meal in the room, but the fish dish was slightly tough; it seems dining at the restaurant would be more enjoyable. Additionally, when I called to request clearing up after finishing my meal, I was met with a surprisingly cold response and had to call again as no one came for quite some time. The second call was much better with a warm response addressing me by name, which reassured me. The difference in service quality between calls was surprising as my name wasn’t mentioned during the first one. Another issue was weak water pressure at the sink. While pointing out these minor disappointments, overall this is an excellent hotel with most staff providing genuinely kind and courteous service. I would love to visit again if given another opportunity!

    For birthday celebrations

    We stayed on a special floor to celebrate his birthday. With direct access to the station and taxi arrangements available, transportation was hassle-free. The staff at the lounge provided courteous service during check-in, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub and shower booth were separate, but we noticed that the floor got wet when moving between them. Also, the room glasses were small; having a larger set would have been appreciated. Overall, we had a very comfortable two-day stay and were extremely satisfied.

    The Best View Bath

    The view from the window and the bath was amazing! I enjoyed a relaxing bath while admiring the illumination of Cosmo Clock 21 and the night view. The scenery was so beautiful that I also enjoyed it from the bath in the morning. The location is excellent, and if your goal is a view bath, this Hotel is perfect. The Hotel is very clean, but some may find the Facility slightly dated.

    Great location.

    A very convenient Hotel for enjoying Minato Mirai. Easy access to everywhere! Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Museum of Art, Kannai area – so much to enjoy. Minato Mirai holds memories from my younger days. I will definitely stay here again!

    K Arena Live

    I stay here during the Yokohama live! As always, it’s very relaxing every time I visit. After the live, returning to the Hotel feels so comforting. I’ve already made a reservation for the August live. Looking forward to staying again then!

    Stayed here for a live event at K Arena.

    This was my second time in Yokohama, and both the location and the facility were excellent. After check-in, I requested to be guided to the room, and the staff's response was polite and considerate, which made me feel very comfortable. I would love to stay here again. It has become one of my favorite travel destinations. Thank you!

    Conveniently connected to the station for event participation

    I made a Hotel Reservation to attend an event for my hobby. After checking in at 15:00, I was in a hurry to get to the venue, and I truly appreciate that you carried my luggage to the Room. Thanks to your help, I made it on time. I am grateful for the thoughtful service from your staff. The Room was very clean, and the bedding helped relieve my fatigue. Although I had to leave early the next day for work, I hope to relax and enjoy staying in the Room next time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Enjoy the Club Floor Experience

    I enjoyed a relaxing time at the Club Floor Lounge while taking in the beautiful view. I love this accommodation, so I invited a friend who was visiting for the first time, and they were very pleased and expressed their desire to come back again. The staff's service was also excellent.     It's been a while since Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu...

    June 27, 2025 Stayed at Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu after a long time. **Front Desk** In one word: disappointing. Check-in was around 8 PM, and the front desk was quiet. Despite having four staff members present, their posture, uniform appearance, and behavior left a poor impression. There was no sense of professionalism or readiness to welcome guests. The hotel prices have increased by 1.5 to nearly 3 times compared to pre-COVID levels; however, employee salaries have not significantly changed, leading to a mismatch between pricing and service quality. **Breakfast: ¥4,500 per person (excluding tax)** While the price itself is not an issue, the food was neither delicious nor impressive. It’s questionable whether it’s worth ¥4,500. Compared to other Tokyu Group hotels like Mishima Tokyu Hotel with its outstanding breakfast offerings, there is room for improvement here. I still love the guest rooms and location as always and don’t find the pricing unreasonable in that regard; however, first impressions upon arrival and breakfast—the start of your day—are crucial factors that shape your overall stay experience. These areas need improvement.

    A Satisfying Stay

    Connected to Minatomirai Station and multiple commercial buildings, you can move around without stepping outside, which is fantastic. Although it’s a city view room, you can still enjoy a clear view of the sea on the Pacifico Yokohama side. The room was spacious with an elegant atmosphere, offering a luxurious escape from everyday life. The staff provided excellent and pleasant service. While having separate bathtub and shower booths adds a touch of luxury, it might feel slightly inconvenient for some guests—opinions may vary on this point.

    Still my favorite Hotel.

    I stay here several times a year. During the May holidays, I stayed at another nearby Hotel, but I realized this Hotel is definitely better. The breakfast here is especially excellent. The seating guidance is precise. The staff's service is also outstanding. I will definitely stay here again!

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. After checking in, I went for a walk while waiting for the Room to be ready. When I returned to the front desk at the designated time, they remembered my name and warmly welcomed me back. As expected from Tokyu! The Room was perfectly cleaned, and although it had an older feel, it was very comfortable. There was a slight musty smell, but using a tea warmer with green tea or roasted tea in the Room could eliminate it instantly.

    Mysterious sounds echo.

    Great location with many dining options, making it very convenient as a base for a Multiple Night Stay. During my weekday stay, the first night was quiet, but from the second night onwards, there were loud "bang" and "thud" noises coming from either next door or somewhere nearby—it's hard to pinpoint. At times, the Room even vibrated slightly. While there was a notice about possible construction near the elevator area, these noises occurred outside of those specified hours. It seems that the heavy metal doors of guest rooms might create louder-than-expected sounds when guests let them close on their own. Unfortunately, this is likely an issue with both the Facility design and guest behavior and may be difficult to address. However, these sudden and unexpected noises made it hard to relax—disappointing overall.

    Second stay after a long time.

    This is my second stay after a long time. The last time was before the COVID-19 pandemic, when there were fewer inbound travelers. Perhaps my expectations were too high due to the great impression from before, so I felt slightly disappointed in some aspects. Overall, I am very satisfied, but it would be nice if the hairdryer could be updated to a newer model.

    Sober up with the water dispenser.

    Stayed as a base for sightseeing in Yokohama. The location and service were impeccable. Chose the LUX Ocean Twin on the Club Floor, offering a stunning night view. The cold water from the water server was incredibly refreshing after enjoying a bit too much alcohol, helping to sober up. In the morning, I was lucky enough to witness a luxury cruise ship docking at Hammerhead from the balcony—a truly rare experience. Also, I couldn't resist being drawn into Cosmo World right in front of me by its thrilling attractions, which turned out to be fun even for adults! During my stay, while two housekeeping staff members were discussing work-related matters in the hallway, one noticed me approaching and quietly informed their colleague with "It's a guest," stopping their conversation and bowing politely. Perhaps this is standard practice for employees? But it made me happy and left an impression that stayed with me for some reason. With such excellent hospitality, I left captivated by Tokyu's service and am already planning my next trip. Thank you very much for your care!

    I ordered a Japanese breakfast set through room service, and it was great value for money. The bathtub took some time to fill, but it was comfortable. The view was excellent, and I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    The cleanliness and spaciousness of the Room, the view from the window, and the bath were truly excellent! The Hotel itself is close to the station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were incredibly attentive. It's an amazing Hotel!

    Playful and charming.

    Check-in was conducted on time. The Room number was a four-digit number that could easily cause confusion, and the card key number, breakfast coupon number, and the express checkout card number after prepayment were all different. I pointed this out. The issue was resolved promptly, and I had no further problems during my stay. Thank you very much.

    It was a good Room.

    I had another comfortable stay this time. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but the front desk staff kindly accommodated me without any wait. Their attentive service exceeded my expectations for the price. I was also guided to a room in a great location, allowing me to fully enjoy the night of the Yokohama Port Opening Festival. This Hotel always provides a pleasant experience no matter when I stay. I've tried various other hotels in Yokohama, but even my companion agreed that this Hotel is simply the best! Of course, breakfast was delicious as well, making it a truly happy two days for us. It's definitely a Hotel that makes you want to come back again!

    A highly-rated and excellent Hotel

    I had been interested in this accommodation for a while, and this time I stayed with my daughter and father. After making the reservation, I received advice via email regarding the purpose of our stay and room type, which was very helpful. Thank you also for the birthday gift. The room was spacious enough for three people, and we especially appreciated the large bathtub, separate shower booth, and toilet area that allowed us to enjoy a relaxing bath time. We even enjoyed a morning bath with our own bath salts—my father was extremely satisfied. The night view from the balcony and morning coffee time were truly special moments. I would love to visit again!

    Stayed for one night on Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Day.

    Stayed one night on the Club Floor (Bay View) during Yokohama Port Opening Anniversary. Enjoyed the spectacular fireworks and was very satisfied. Although not a brand-new Hotel, it was well-maintained and provided a pleasant stay. If I had to make one suggestion, it would be the lack of Japanese breakfast options on the Club Floor.

    Wonderful hospitality

    My stay coincided with my birthday, and I was delighted by the thoughtful hospitality, including a high-floor room with a great view, gifts, and a commemorative photo taken with the Ferris wheel in the background. The amenities were excellent, and my hair felt smooth thanks to the ReFa hair dryer. The room service was also delicious! I look forward to staying again!
