Ulasan & Kesan Tamu The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu

This time, using the Bay Club.

Previously enjoyed a room with a balcony and stunning night views. This time, stayed at the Bay Club (exclusive high floors). Check-in was smooth without waiting in line, and the staff were kind and attentive. Traveled with my elderly mother who has difficulty walking for long periods. She was very satisfied spending relaxing moments during tea time and cocktail time on the Bay Club floor. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all delicious at every meal. The high floors are quiet as access is limited to select guests. The shower head (Re-fa) in the room provided a strong mist with great water pressure, which was incredibly refreshing—possibly even better than my Mirable Zero at home. For this price, I enjoyed relaxing moments along with kind service and hospitality. I definitely plan to use the Bay Club again next time!
