    When it comes to Yokohama, this Hotel appears.

    It is a luxurious Hotel that seems to have been built with a large amount of funds during the bubble period. The shape of the yacht's sail is always reflected in the scenery of Yokohama. This is my second stay, but the Room facing the city side with a view of the Ferris wheel is still wonderful. The overall specifications are luxurious, but there are cracks in the washbasin, and it undeniably feels old. The breakfast buffet is as excellent as its reputation, and dining while looking at the sea in front of you offers an unparalleled sense of luxury. It's a small thing, but I felt that the paper used in the toilet was of very high quality, and you can feel the pride of the Hotel even in such details.

    Billing at Check-Out

    Despite making an Online Credit Card Payment through IKYU, I was charged for the accommodation fee at checkout. I have stayed at various accommodations and used online payments before, but this was the first time something like this happened.

    Stayed in 2 Single Club Premium Harbor View. The evening time hors d'oeuvres were delicious and varied, with a wide selection of alcohol, which was very satisfying. The room had a great view, was clean, and I liked it. It's a hotel I would like to visit again.

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room had no USB ports or charging cables, and even after checking the accommodation guide via QR code, there was no mention of loaner items, which was inconvenient. My husband enjoyed the club lounge last year, but this time some services seemed to have been simplified, such as the absence of freshly baked sweets for breakfast. Afternoon tea was relaxing; however, cocktail time had a 60-minute limit. Even though we left our room well past 5 PM, we were told it would end at 6 PM and given a card to place on our table—effectively cutting our time short. It felt like a rushed cafeteria lunch break rather than an enjoyable lounge experience. Extending it to at least 90 minutes would be appreciated. Room service only offered whole cakes by reservation, so we went to iMarina to purchase one instead. The staff kindly confirmed that we planned to eat in our room and included wooden forks for us—thank you!

    The Room and the view were very good.

    The room was very spacious, the view was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, overall it was really great!! It was a celebration for my mother's birthday, and she was very pleased. The dinner buffet and the breakfast at Nadaman were both very delicious. We were very satisfied. Please note that at the buffet, even if there are plates with food on them, they will be cleared away if no one is at the table. Also, we arrived after the check-in time, but were told that the final check of the room was in progress, and we had to wait quite a while for some reason. Is this the usual operation? The price is quite high on weekends, but if you are paying the same price, you might receive better service at an Onsen resort, so I recommend staying on weekdays or for those who prioritize the view. The view and the room are simply the best!

    Speaking of InterContinental, it's a hotel admired by the bubble generation. I stayed there for the first time as I approached my sixtieth birthday. If you live in Tokyo, you rarely stay in Yokohama. However, this time there was an event at the neighboring Facility, so I made a Reservation to relax my tired body. While feeling the era, I was made to feel comfortable.

    The night view from the window was beautiful.

    I stayed at the property at the request of my elderly mother. She had seen it on TV and wanted to stay there once. The night view from the room was very beautiful, and the sofa by the window was nice. I had breakfast, but it was disappointing that even when the ingredients ran out, they were not replenished quickly, and when I tried to ask for a coffee refill, I couldn't find the staff.

    The club floor is the best!

    I used the club floor for the first time since it was renewed. I really love the calm atmosphere. It was surprisingly calm for a Saturday, and I had a rich time from check-in, thank you. However, the only disappointment was the cruise. It silently went around the nearby area once. Hmm, I thought I would skip it next time. Last year's cruise was exceptionally fun, and I was impressed to see the moving Gundam. If I had researched properly, I wouldn't have signed up. I guess I was able to relax in the Room instead.

    The meals on the clu...

    The meals on the club floor were very delicious. My friend who stayed with me was also pleased. Unfortunately, it was disappointing that there was hair clumped on the back of the bathroom mat in the guest room.

    The room was clean, and there were no issues with the amenities.

    The Room was spacious and allowed for a relaxing stay. Being on a high floor on the ocean side, the view was excellent and soothing. One thing that caught my attention was that I had fruit in the club lounge for two days in the morning and evening. On the first day, it was fresh and very delicious. However, on the morning of the second day, the fruit was misshapen and did not taste good. The main egg dish was very delicious.

    I made a reservation for my sister and her husband's wedding anniversary during their temporary return to the country. When I requested a message card to be placed in the room at the time of reservation, they kindly provided a message card and sweets. They were very pleased with the other services as well.     A long-awaited reunion

    I went to visit a friend living in the Kanto region from the countryside. I stayed with my friend, and in the sea-side Room, there was sofa fabric attached to the bay window so that we could enjoy the view from the window. We could sit and leisurely enjoy the scenery. The breakfast was also delicious, and I thought I would like to stay again.

    Club Floor Stays

    I stayed at this hotel because I had plans to board a cruise ship from Pukari Pier, and it was the closest option. When staying at a hotel, I usually work out at the gym, but the equipment was old, and although the space wasn't small, it felt cramped, so I only used it one day out of my three-night stay. I used the sauna, but I questioned whether it was worth the additional 3,300 yen fee. The pizza during cocktail hour was very delicious. I also had breakfast for two days, but since the menu was the same both days, I went out to eat on the third day.

    Always comfortable

    I have used nearby hotels as well, but I still find the Intercontinental the most comfortable as I am familiar with it. I plan to use it again at the end of this year.

    Relax at the Hotel

    I stayed with a plan that allowed access to the club lounge, planning to spend a relaxing time at the hotel. I enjoyed from tea time to cocktail time. The breakfast was also delicious. I will repeat if I have the opportunity.

    Bidet malfunction

    I was expecting a good stay at a hotel with the best view, but the aging was noticeable. It was especially tough that the washlet in the toilet only provided cold water. Even when I mentioned it at the front desk during checkout, I only received a perfunctory apology, which I didn't think was first-class service. I won't be repeating my stay.

    The service is excellent.

    Stayed at a Hotel representing Yokohama. The lounge use was comfortable without any crowding. The elevator enhances the resort feel. At night, the side with the view of the Ferris wheel was more beautiful than the sea side. You can walk and explore, and it's possible to walk to Chinatown. I think the service is excellent.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I had been looking forward to staying at this Hotel for a long time. The view from the window was fantastic. The Hotel staff, regardless of their department, were kind and courteous. It is close to Minatomirai Station, and within walking distance to attractions like the Cup Noodles Museum, Yokohama Hammerhead, and World Porters, making morning walks enjoyable. I would love to stay again.

    I wanted a Multiple Night Stay...

    I stayed as a surprise for my daughter's birthday because she said she wanted to go! We stayed on the city side, and... Everything was perfect! We were right next to the Ferris wheel, and the view was amazing! The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The cake we bought inside the property was also very delicious! We couldn't go out due to the typhoon, but we had a meaningful time in the room! I would like to stay again next year!

    Symbol Hotel in Yokohama

    Even if you are in the metropolitan area, going to Yokohama can instantly make you feel like you're on a trip with its atmosphere. Among them, this Hotel was the first time I stayed in a sea-side Room, and the panoramic view that stretches far into the distance was superb. The food in the club lounge is as delicious as ever, and the staff are all kind. I will stay again.

    Check-in time is...

    Check-in time is 15:00, but we were not allowed through until 15:30 due to cleaning. I have used other Intercontinental Hotels many times, and I have never been unable to access the room after 15:00, so I was very surprised to be kept waiting for 30 minutes. Room service was very delicious and I am very satisfied. If improvements are made to strictly adhere to the check-in time, I would like to stay again.

    It was very good.

    This was my second stay on the club floor this year. The view from the room was great, and on the club floor, I enjoyed delicious food along with craft beer and sparkling wine, which was fantastic. I would like to continue using this service in the future.

    A Japanese-style inn in Minato Mirai?

    The combination of a luxury hotel with a Japanese-style room was rare, so we decided on this place and stayed for two nights since we were coming from afar. If I were to mention minor details, there was no sanitary box, it was difficult to adjust the bath water temperature, the sliding doors were hard to open and close, and I couldn't find a file with hotel information. However, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay as if we were at a ryokan, and the whole family was satisfied. Thank you for promptly addressing the noise from the neighboring room. The variety of breakfast was just right, and we managed to try everything over the two days. By the way, is it your policy to offer coffee and tea service before meals rather than after?

    I stayed for his birthday, and he was delighted.
