    I have repeated many times, but I will stop now.

    Did the number of part-time staff increase? The guidance varied from person to person, which was unpleasant. The most ??? thing was being told to finish a meal in one hour due to crowding, even though it was originally a 90-minute system. It was also unpleasant to be interrupted and answered over while talking. There were hairs on the Room floor, the door was sticky with liquid silicone, we could only borrow one bed guard (even though we have two toddlers, we were refused), and the borrowed bed guard was not wiped clean? It was dirty and torn. No one warned the foreign guests' children who were playing with the buffet food. Hospitality is declining. I will use a different Hotel next time.

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    We were upgraded to a better Room with the Diamond member benefits. Satisfaction is always high no matter when we stay. The best part is the Onsen, but this time the dinner buffet had crab and a very delicious apple pie, which was great. The Onsen is really wonderful, making us want to come back again and again.

    Used for my child's university entrance exam.

    The size and view of the Room, as well as the Onsen, were very satisfying. The quality of the Onsen water was particularly good, making my skin smooth, and I was able to relax in the complimentary massage chair after the Onsen. The acerola drink and coffee milk were also delicious. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Not recommended on busy days.

    Perhaps due to the busy day, at the Onsen, we had to line up to use the showers. There were no available lockers in the changing room, and the staff advised us to place our clothes and other items in the space outside the lockers. We went for breakfast at 9:40, but had to wait, and by the time we were seated, it was close to 10:30 when the food was being cleared away. After getting food for my child, I went to get my own meal, but most of the food and drinks had already been cleared, and there were no tongs or ladles available. After explaining the situation, we were kindly provided with rice, miso soup, and grilled fish. Additionally, while I was getting my child's meal right after entering, I left only a half-drunk glass of orange juice on the table without any personal items. When I returned after getting the food, the orange juice was gone, and the table had already been assigned to someone else, leaving us without a place. The card that we were supposed to hand to the staff at the exit was left on the table, but it seemed to have been cleared away as well. Although all of this likely happened due to the busy day, I felt it would be better to avoid visiting on such crowded days.

    40-minute wait buffet

    I feel reluctant to write such a review, but I am posting this because I genuinely believe improvements should be made. I was truly surprised to have to wait for 40 minutes near the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. Even when we finally got in, the variety and quantity of dishes were overwhelmingly lacking, and it was extremely difficult to serve food while standing in line amidst the crowd. My family all smiled and endured without complaining, but it was a disappointing time during what was supposed to be a fun family trip after a long time. I heard that this is always the situation on weekends recently, and it was also disappointing that no genuine measures were being taken despite being aware of the situation.

    A Long-Awaited Stay

    I stayed at the property for the first time in about 10 years, and it was very nice. I was pleased to find a face pack among the amenities. The drink service after enjoying the onsen was also a nice touch. I used the buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and it was delicious. I hope there could be some improvements to shorten the waiting time for the breakfast buffet, such as opening a shop or allowing guests to wait in their rooms.

    Facility and equipment were good. Front desk service was not good.

    Checked in at 10:30 PM as previously informed, but the response from the middle-aged man was poor, which significantly worsened the overall image of the Hotel.

    The spa is very nice...

    The spa is very nice. I really liked it because the water quality is similar to that of Arima Onsen. The spa's relaxation area is also good. Overall, no complaints. A small concern was the seat we were guided to during dinner. It was a cramped seat attached to a pillar, and I thought there were more spacious seats available since it wasn't crowded. Also, during check-in, they mentioned that as a Diamond member, we were placed on a slightly higher floor, but since there was no view anyway, I felt it wasn't a service worth mentioning. Overall, I liked it and would like to visit again.

    Disappointing

    I have used various plans with club lounges in hotels, but I was surprised by the meager selection of snacks and desserts. Isn't it the most meager among the hotels I've used so far? Since we are paying a high price for a plan with a club lounge, isn't there room for a little more menu increase? It's unbelievable to pay that price for such a limited menu.

    Somewhat disappointing.

    I had been interested for a while, so I made a reservation. It was great that the hotel was directly connected to the station, so I didn't have to worry about the weather. Since Christmas is coming soon, Christmas trees were decorated everywhere in the hotel, creating a nice atmosphere, and the room I was guided to was also good, but... There were a few strands of hair on the room wear provided. I immediately contacted them and had the room changed. Although my mood was spoiled from the start of the trip, I enjoyed having snacks and beer in the lounge. I was able to make a reservation for a private bath from the morning, and I was able to relax and refresh. Breakfast was a buffet, and although it was both Japanese and Western, I felt there were more Japanese dishes. The disappointing part was that in any hotel, they usually make fluffy omelets on the spot for breakfast, but here, while chatting with the staff next to them, they served a hard omelet. I watched them cook, but the heat was too high, and you can't make a good omelet that way. Egg dishes are basic. The chef's skill level is quite apparent. The most disappointing thing was that when I stayed at a certain long-established hotel in Kobe before, there was hair in the room, and when I contacted them, the hotel's response included an apology, and the information was shared with staff from other sections. However, this time, changing the room seemed to be the end of the response, and their behavior as if nothing happened afterward was just disappointing. I don't think there will be a next time.

    Violation of manners

    There were many disappointing aspects during this stay. The bath manners of foreign guests were the worst. Several bath towels and even a gown were left abandoned by the bathtub. Although I didn't see it, I don't think they washed their bodies before soaking in the bathtub. I think it's necessary to hand out a manners sheet at check-in. As for the charcoal-grilled beef at the dinner buffet, I would have liked a slightly higher quality of meat. The staff at the morning coffee service, whom we've known for a while, provided a calm service and a smile, which left a good impression, as my wife and I discussed. I understand it's difficult with rising prices, but since this is our favorite hotel, we hope for improvements.

    Mother and Son Birthday Party Part 1

    My favorite Rokko Island Bay Sheraton Hotel. I stayed there alone first, then took my mother, and she became a big fan too. This time, we went with my son for his birthday, and although we couldn't stay on the club floor, which was quite disappointing, we made good memories staying together with my 84-year-old mother and 22-year-old son. Next time, I want my son to stay on the club floor, so I plan to make arrangements and visit again. It's the best Onsen.

    The hotel staff were...

    The hotel staff were kind and pleasant, and the facilities were wonderful, but the clientele was somewhat questionable. I was alone and wanted to relax in the club lounge, but it was very crowded, and I could only use it for 15 minutes. Despite the crowd, I overheard a family sitting next to me saying they were allowed to use it for 2 hours, and I felt a lack of customer manners. The staff were working hard, and I felt a sense of contradiction. The room was clean and comfortable, but it wasn't perfect due to construction in the room across. I used the breakfast and dinner buffet, and the dinner salad, rice, curry, and breakfast omelet were good. Overall, if the hotel raised its rates and improved the hospitality of the buffet, lounge, Onsen, and the entire hotel, it could become a wonderful hotel. It was disappointing because the staff and facilities were good.

    I used it for the first time. The corner room had a nice view and was spacious, which was great. The onsen was at just the right temperature, allowing me to relax. It wasn't crowded, which was nice, but since it's not very large, I felt like I should choose the time when using it. The staff's response was polite and left a good impression. There were two points of concern. - The restaurant was crowded during breakfast, and we had to wait in line. It was fine since the checkout time was late, but I think it would be nice if breakfast time reservations could be made. - Regarding amenities, there was only enough skincare for one use, so I would have liked enough for both night and morning. My friend who stayed with me was also pleased, and I think I will use it again next time.

    Purpose of Hotel Stay

    This time, the purpose was to relax at the hotel, so we chose the club floor. It was my first time using it, but this hotel on Rokko Island was conveniently accessible, and the area around the hotel was calm with few crowds and noise, making it comfortable. I was able to take a leisurely stroll. The hotel staff were quick to greet and responded smoothly. The club lounge had different atmospheres with varied seating arrangements, which was interesting. The bath was a proper Onsen facility, with both a sauna and an open-air bath, and the space after bathing was comfortable and relaxing. We used the restaurant for breakfast, and I was impressed by how smoothly the staff worked despite the crowd. The coffee served at the table was delicious. Due to scheduling, we stayed for one night this time, so next time, I would like to go for a Multiple Night Stay.

    Decent Hotel

    It was farther from Sannomiya than I thought (though this is not related to the Hotel), making travel difficult. Due to the busy season, it was fully booked, and when I called the front desk, it was hard to get through. The breakfast buffet had few options and there wasn't much I wanted to eat. Having a shower booth in the bathroom is a plus point for the Hotel.

    Dissatisfaction with the club floor

    I stayed on the club floor. Both at check-in and check-out, the floor's exclusive lounge was closed, and I had to wait in line at the regular counter. There was no special feeling. The offerings in the club lounge were also unsatisfactory.

    Great value for money.

    We stayed for a staycation with six friends, booking a suite room and an adjacent room. The view from the top floor was amazing, and the club lounge was conveniently located just one floor below. The suite room was furnished with tasteful furniture and amenities, and the bathroom and headroom were equally luxurious, making our stay in the room a very fulfilling experience. We chose this hotel for its onsen facility with natural hot spring water, and the onsen was indeed wonderful. It was also very appealing that we could access the onsen via a dedicated elevator in the room's provided yukata. At the onsen's relaxation area, we could enjoy complimentary drinks and use the massage chairs, allowing us to unwind at our leisure. Additionally, the room was equipped with bathrobes and high-quality pajamas in addition to yukata, providing every comfort. The room's bath also had a shower booth, making it very user-friendly, and we could enjoy a leisurely bath time with the provided bath salts. The lounge offered a limited selection of snacks, but they were of high quality, and the variety of non-alcoholic beverages was satisfying. During cocktail time, appetizers were served individually, allowing us to enjoy various drinks at a relaxed pace. We also enjoyed the buffet meals for breakfast and dinner, and all the dishes were delicious. The staff providing service were courteous, making our experience pleasant. The club lounge, onsen facility, room, and meals were all excellent, making it the perfect property for a staycation. The satisfaction from this stay at such a price is unbelievable, offering great value for money. I would highly recommend this property to many people.

    Teppanyaki is the best!

    Thank you for your hospitality during our stay. It was a girls' trip with my mother and sister. The triple room was a corner room, spacious with a great view. The teppanyaki dinner was truly delicious. The chef who attended to us was wonderful and considerate, recommending sauces and salts that complemented the fish and meat, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything was a delight not only to the taste but also to the eyes. Both my mother and sister were pleased and expressed their desire to visit again. The Onsen was also very comfortable and soothing.

    I was able to refresh myself.

    I used the property for a change of pace as I had work to take home during the holidays. I was pleased that staying on the club floor allowed free access to the pool and onsen, and there were no parking fees. There is a dedicated counter for the club floor, but it was either closed or staffed by only one person, so I couldn't use it. The lounge offers drinks and a little extra. Since there is only one breakfast venue, there was always a line from before 8 a.m. I was grateful that they informed me of the busy times at check-in. If you have time, you might consider changing to lunch. The room, although showing its age, was well-cleaned and I had a pleasant stay.

    Is the hospitality a bit careless?

    I have used this place several times because I like the Onsen, delicious food, and comfortable space, but this time I was a bit surprised. The smell of either hair wax or oil from the staff member in charge of our table at the restaurant was very strong. I wish they had been a bit more restrained in the food service area. I requested room service for breakfast. I was surprised to find a large crack in the glass containing the juice. I cautiously drank it and left a message in the empty glass saying "It was cracked," but there was no contact from the Hotel. With the COVID-19 situation settling down, the Hotel might be very busy regaining its former bustle, but I was a bit disappointed, thinking that it is the attention to detail at all times that makes a first-class Hotel.

    Suddenly made a reservation for a stay. After all, a hotel with an onsen is great. I've used it many times, and since it was on a high floor, I also enjoyed the night view of Kobe. This time, being on a low floor, the enjoyment was halved. Next time, definitely on a high floor!

    I had the opportunity to use it for a study group over 10 years ago, and I was interested in the onsen, so I always wanted to stay there. Although I rarely had the chance to visit Kobe on business trips around Sannomiya, this time I had some spare time, so I booked a deluxe twin with club access for myself. The first room I was shown was a connecting room without air conditioning (probably only adjustable in the connected suite). I was told it was a good room on a high floor, but I felt doubtful (malicious?) about the explanation that the IKYU upgrade was not possible. There might be a manual that prioritizes connecting rooms for single occupancy. Fortunately, I was able to move to another room, which was normally comfortable. The onsen I was looking forward to was nice because you could go in a yukata. The bath was clean and spacious, and I was satisfied, with a club lounge exclusive space in the onsen, which was comfortable. The club lounge on the 19th floor was reasonably priced and sufficient, but it was a good lounge where you could see the effort put into it. I used the buffet restaurant for dinner, and it was normally delicious (the breakfast buffet felt even more delicious). However, I was concerned that the surroundings and the flow of people seemed much quieter compared to over 10 years ago. Considering the onsen, room, and service, it wouldn't be strange if it were 10,000 to 20,000 yen more expensive. I think it's good for a quiet stay.

    Directly connected to the station, with a convenience store attached, very convenient. The Onsen was clean and the water was nice, and the meals were delicious. The Room and hallway were bright and reassuring, but the elevator hall directly to the Onsen felt like going out the back, and I didn't like waiting for the elevator in the dark. Even after reaching the Onsen floor, the hallway was long and dim, which I thought was not suitable for going alone.
