    素敵なホテルに泊まりたい

    We were satisfied with the delicious meals and the Onsen for our wedding anniversary celebration.

    We arrived by car. The parking lot was underground at the Hotel, which was convenient. The meal was a buffet, and there were so many options that it was hard to choose. We could go to the Onsen in a yukata using a direct elevator. (It seems to differ depending on the Room)

    Improve the club lounge.

    We used two rooms for three people each, totaling six people. It was another stay on the club floor, and we were looking forward to the lounge time in the evening, but we were served a disappointing plate that all six of us found unsatisfactory. It used to be good a long time ago, so we were truly disheartened. We had Chinese on the second floor for lunch, and the next day we dined at the restaurant on the first floor, both offering delicious meals that were satisfying. Even after an hour from the check-in time, one room was not ready, and we received the key after 4 PM without any apology. The room phone wouldn't connect unless on speakerphone. The Chinese food and the onsen were good, so we somehow rated the stars.

    A luxury Hotel perfect for your family's special day.

    We stayed for one night and used five rooms with our relatives. The participants' ages ranged widely from infants to 87 years old. Despite various incidents such as health issues, we were able to successfully complete our family event thanks to the professional support from the staff in each department. In addition to the excellent service, facilities, and cuisine, we were reminded of the value and gratitude of using a first-class hotel for such an important occasion. We will definitely use your services again if we have the opportunity. Our entire family is deeply grateful. Thank you very much.

    First trip

    I had high expectations, but...

    First trip with a baby. After researching various options, I decided on this place, which came up as a "Welcome Baby" Hotel. I was anxious about the day, so I noted my concerns and questions I wanted to ask on the day in the remarks section when making the reservation. To my surprise, I received a polite email with answers and confirmation in advance! Feeling reassured after the exchange, I went to the hotel... I had requested via email for a set of baby bedding and adult bedding next to it, but there was only baby bedding. When I contacted the front desk, they said, "Adults should sleep in the bed." It's too unreasonable to have a 0-year-old sleep alone on the futon while adults sleep in a bed located separately. Also, I requested a birthday surprise, and they kindly accepted and prepared it, which I greatly appreciated. However, at check-in, they boldly announced in front of the person, "The birthday surprise you requested is ready! It's in the room!" which was a surprise in its own way (･_･; Being an international hotel, it might be inevitable that there are many foreign staff, but there were many things that made me think this is a bit much. I had reserved a nice room this time and had various expectations, so the accumulation of small issues was disappointing. However, the onsen, the lounge next to the onsen that only people from the club lounge could access, and above all, the breakfast buffet were excellent!!

    It was comfortable!

    I stayed at Kobe Bay Sheraton last year as well, and just like that time, I used the same class of room and private bath. It was comfortable this time too. The bed was good, allowing for a sound sleep, and the room was clean. They also responded quickly to requests for additional towels, etc. The private bath was the same as last year, and being an onsen, it was very relaxing. I used the buffet for meals, and I thought it was good both in terms of price and content. As a wish, it would be nice if a hotel channel could be set up on the TV to check in-house guides and the congestion status of the onsen. Well, it's a matter of cost... The luxury ryokan at Arima Onsen is also nice, but you can enjoy it reasonably and with a sense of luxury, so I would like to stay again. It would be more convenient if it were in Sannomiya instead of Rokko Island (Rokkō Island) (laughs)!

    It was great to enjoy the "Gensen Kakenagashi" Onsen at the Hotel.

    Club floor access with dinner and breakfast included, the view from the Room was excellent, and we were well taken care of by the staff, who were quick to respond, making the service top-notch. The restaurant had three corners for dinner, and seeing the note "Please enjoy each corner," I imagined a spacious area, but it was rather compact. However, each ingredient was delicious, and we enjoyed a variety of ingredients in a tasty and enjoyable manner.

    Family Mini Trip

    It takes less than an hour by car from Osaka, so it's not tiring. It's pleasant to enjoy the view from the high floors while having coffee in the club lounge. In the evening, alcohol is served, allowing you to relax in a slightly tipsy mood. You can freely use the gym and pool, so you won't get bored. However, I'm a bit concerned that the pool water was slightly cloudy. Overall, I'm almost satisfied. I would like to come again with my family.

    Sheraton ???

    Is it really the Sheraton? It was noisy everywhere, possibly due to the type of guests. The buffet was unclean. Various parts of the Room were too old and dirty.

    I stayed here for a family member's birthday. During the meal, they wished us a happy birthday, which made the person very happy. With the hot springs available, it's a hotel that makes me want to stay again.

    High-rise hotel on Rokko Island

    Directly connected to the Rokko Liner station, it was convenient with commercial facilities and a supermarket. The view from the room and lounge was nice, and the drink service was also good. The breakfast had a wide variety, and every dish was delicious.

    This is my second time using this hotel. The cost performance is excellent, and I am very satisfied with the hospitality that exceeds the cost. 1. The staff are incredibly accommodating. Their language and demeanor are exactly what you would expect from Sheraton. 2. The hot springs are amazing! The quality of the water is excellent, and you can relax on the stone couch. The lounge after the bath is also luxurious, allowing you to enjoy a first-class hotel experience. However, one downside was that while it's nice to have many children around, they were playing and splashing in the cold bath, making it difficult to use it leisurely after the sauna. I hope they can restrict children's use of the cold bath. 3. The breakfast staff were really attentive. They were very considerate, and there was a wide variety of delicious buffet options. The atmosphere of the restaurant, with plenty of sunlight, was also very pleasant. Being directly connected to the station with many restaurants and shops around, it's a hotel I want to use again in the future. Thank you very much.

    It was an enjoyable trip to Kobe.

    Stayed during the long weekend around my daughter's birthday. We also requested a surprise for the occasion. When we entered the room, there was a birthday card, chocolates, and macarons, which was a delightful welcome. At the club lounge, we enjoyed the beautiful night view of the Rokko Mountains while having appetizers and cocktails or juice before dinner. At Kobe Grill, there was a surprise cake before dessert! This was complimentary with a dinner course reservation of over 8,000 yen per person, and the staff congratulated my daughter, which made her very happy. The hot spring was a natural one from a private source, and the water was great, leaving our skin smooth. In the post-bath salon, there were Yakult, milk, and coffee milk available, and there was also a machine for health checks, though I wasn't sure how to use it. At check-in, we were told that the breakfast buffet was almost fully booked, so we might have to wait even if we went early, but we got in smoothly. The menu was abundant, healthy, and delicious. Although the aging of the facility is undeniable, the staff worked efficiently, leaving a good impression. A trip to Kobe with my daughter. We went by rental car from Shin-Kobe Station, and the free parking was appreciated. I'm really glad we chose this place.

    The view and the room are both very soothing.

    I stayed here for the first time in a while. I'm happy that it's directly connected to the station. Unfortunately, there was no upgrade for the Ikkyu Diamond this time. However, the room was one of the renovated ones, so it was very clean and the quality of the bed was very good! The amenities were also well-prepared without any compromise. The air conditioning worked well too. The view from the window was very nice, so I think I'll choose this type of room again next time. The only disappointment was the toilet next to the bathtub! Recently, more hotels have separate toilets, so I hope the upper rooms have that feature! The breakfast has improved a lot since the COVID-19 period, and the quality has gone up! There were many items, and I was thoroughly satisfied!

    This is a high-quality hotel.

    Both breakfast and dinner were buffets, and every dish was extremely delicious. I felt the high quality. The bath facilities, including the open-air bath and sauna, were well-equipped, allowing me to fully relax both body and mind. Since I live locally, I will use this place again.

    I was able to relax slowly.

    We stayed here for our 35th wedding anniversary. Thank you for preparing anniversary chocolates in our room and for the surprise presentation during dessert after dinner, creating wonderful memories for our special day. The hot springs were also very clean, allowing us to relax leisurely after bathing. We changed our breakfast to a lunch buffet and enjoyed a pleasant time even after checking out.

    Comfortable hotel stay

    This time, we stayed for two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday. Our room was upgraded to the 20th floor on the ocean side. We were very impressed with the spacious and luxurious room with a great view. During our stay, we fully enjoyed the club lounge, the hot springs & SPA Living conveniently accessible from the floor directly connected to the SPA. We also enjoyed the indoor pool & gym. We were able to spend a wonderful time mostly within the hotel, thank you very much. We would like to visit again for another special occasion.

    Club Lounge

    Last time I stayed, I liked the club lounge, so I booked a club floor. I was informed that it was exclusive to Marriott members and the club floor, but by chance, I overheard a conversation next door saying that anyone could use it since there was no check at the entrance. Indeed, since there was no check at all, I wondered if it was okay for people to come and go freely. It seemed like there were unrelated users, so I often had to wait at the entrance. Isn't a check necessary? I feel like there's no point in booking a club floor like this.

    Thank you for upgrading my room. Despite the number of rooms, the hot spring was not crowded, allowing me to relax and feel satisfied. Except for having to wait during breakfast and the lack of vegetable dishes at dinner, this hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely be returning.

    I will definitely stay again!

    It was our first time staying on the club floor, and we were looking forward to it, but it exceeded our expectations. We checked in early and headed to the club lounge. While enjoying the view, we nibbled on cookies, chocolates, and nuts, and sipped on ginger ale. We went to the pool and hot springs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did things we don't usually do. We turned breakfast into lunch, leisurely soaked in the hot springs, and relaxed. It was fun and relaxing. It's a hotel we want to stay at again.

    Summer use might be a bit tough...

    The air conditioning in the elevator hall was not working, and it was very hot. There was an air conditioning vent, so perhaps it was for saving energy? Furthermore, regarding the air conditioning in the room (Room 2012), when set to "low," the airflow stopped no matter how low the temperature was set, so I set it to "high," which made my feet cold. I used the club room, but breakfast was in the main restaurant on the first floor, where guests from all rooms were present, so I had to wait about 30 minutes. The same goes for the lounge and check-in/out; I didn't feel much of a benefit from the club room, so I think the general floor is sufficient. Also, there is one person at the front desk who is obsequiously rude. Although the language used is polite, they snatched the paper for filling in guest information and displayed a noticeably annoyed demeanor. It seems they are not suited for this job. It was unfortunate that my mood was spoiled from the start. On the contrary, a female sub-staff member serving in the club lounge was wonderful and had a pleasant demeanor. In contrast, that woman at the front desk... Let's change the mood and write about the good points. The hot springs, which are a specialty of the operating company, Hotel New Awaji, are wonderful. Both the water and facilities are authentic, and I found this place more delightful than the original "New Awaji." The Sheraton-like service and Japanese relaxation are well integrated. I would like to visit again in winter.

    The best summer vacation

    I stayed on the 20th floor. I recommend everything. The hot springs, the club lounge, the pool. You can fully enjoy even with a two-night stay. The time spent relaxing in the club lounge was the best.
