  • We stayed here for a birthday trip for my mother and our dog.The Facility and the food were excellent, but even more than that, every staff member we met was wonderful, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. What impressed us most was that all the staff remembered our dog’s name and greeted us using it.We will definitely stay again.Thank you very much.

  • Traveling with our dog, my elderly mother, and wanting in-Room dining and an in-Room Onsen, it’s hard to find an Accommodation that truly satisfies us. But at Regina, we’re always completely satisfied—starting with the wonderful hospitality of the staff! It’s also great that you can take a walk around the castle and along the lakeside. If I had one wish, it would be to see more dog-friendly sightseeing spots around Kurokabe and in Nagahama.
