Regrettably, staff will minimize contact with your dog during this period. *The content of these measures may be updated in accordance with policies set by the government and related organizations. ■ Placement of Disinfectant Disinfectants are available throughout the accommodation and in guest rooms. Please cooperate by using alcohol disinfectant when entering or using various areas within the facility. ■ Wiping Down with Alcohol Disinfectant High-touch surfaces are disinfected multiple times daily using alcohol-based solutions. ■ Infection Prevention Measures in Guest Rooms Before check-in, rooms are thoroughly ventilated. High-touch areas such as doorknobs, remote controls, switches, and windows are cleaned and sanitized. ■ Use of Masks and Gloves - For safety reasons for both guests and staff, masks, gloves, or goggles may be worn depending on circumstances. - A partition is installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. ■ Staff Health Management Staff regularly gargle, wash hands thoroughly, sanitize their hands during working hours. Daily health checks (temperature measurement and record verification) are conducted; unwell staff members will not report for work. ■ Requests to Guests - Upon entry into the facility, we will conduct temperature checks using non-contact thermometers. - In addition to temperature checks upon entry into the facility, we request that you wear masks and use alcohol disinfectants. - Guests showing signs of fever or experiencing fatigue or difficulty breathing may be denied entry into our accommodation. - If you feel unwell during your stay at any time please inform our staff immediately. - We kindly ask all guests to wear masks while staying at our accommodation as well as when utilizing facilities like dog runs. (Masks can be provided if forgotten.) ■ Simplified Check-In Process To reduce congestion near reception areas as much as possible: Check-in procedures will take place in your room. Explanations about facilities within the premises have been simplified; thank you for understanding this adjustment beforehand. If there is crowding due simultaneous arrivals: Entry restrictions might apply temporarily requiring waiting periods outside until space clears up inside premises accordingly Guests must pre-sign agreements regarding pet-stay regulations & insurance forms before arrival Meal timings alongside dietary preferences concerning pets shall get confirmed post-room-entry directly via assigned personnel Dining Arrangements: Meals served inside private dining spaces located within respective guestrooms covering breakfast/dinner alike whilst minimizing unnecessary prolonged interactions between visitors/staff alike henceforth detailed explanations surrounding dishes themselves remain omitted deliberately instead prioritizing overall convenience/safety assurances Checkout Procedure Reservations Required Pre-scheduled slots allocated ten minutes prior notification reminders issued telephonically
