We have also adjusted our services to allow you to enjoy your stay with your dog in a safe environment by avoiding "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings) as part of our efforts to prevent the spread of infection. Regina Resort Hakone Ungaiso is a specialized accommodation with only 10 private rooms. As such, we do not offer banquet or day-use lunch services, allowing guests to enjoy their stay without concerns about crowding or close contact. [Hygiene Measures] Alcohol Disinfection: We disinfect areas that may be touched by multiple people several times a day using alcohol-based sanitizers. In-room Infection Prevention: Before check-in, we thoroughly ventilate rooms and sanitize frequently touched areas such as door handles, remote controls, switches, and windows. Each room features large windows and spacious terraces where you can relax while enjoying fresh air from nature. Masks/Gloves Usage & Health Management: For the safety of both guests and staff, masks and gloves will be worn by staff members. Staff will regularly gargle, wash hands thoroughly, sanitize their hands during working hours, undergo daily health checks (including temperature monitoring), and refrain from work if unwell. [Efforts to Avoid "Three Cs"] Simplified Check-in Process: - To minimize contact with others during check-in procedures: Guests will be guided directly to their room where check-in will take place. *Room attendants will not share elevators with guests when guiding them. - Explanations about facilities inside accommodations are omitted; please feel free contacting Front Desk via extension number 9 should any questions arise. - If requested beforehand—Reservation Confirmation documents required upon arrival could get mailed earlier so kindly bring completed forms along upon arrival date itself! - Kindly review enclosed facility guidebook included alongside Reservation Confirmation documentation sent priorly; sign necessary agreements regarding Dog Stay Policy/Pet Insurance ahead too!
