At Regina Resort Kamogawa, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and staff. We have enhanced hygiene measures within the accommodation and adjusted our services to avoid "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings) for a safe stay with your beloved dog. Regina Resort Kamogawa is a specialized accommodation with 25 private rooms. We do not offer banquet or day-use lunch services, allowing guests to enjoy their stay without concerns about crowding or close contact. Implementation Period: Until further notice as the COVID-19 situation stabilizes. *Measures may be updated based on government policies or related authorities' guidelines. Please note that staff will minimize direct contact with your dog during this period. Guest Requests: *Temperature checks will be conducted using non-contact thermometers upon entry to the facility. Guests showing signs of fever, fatigue, or difficulty breathing may be denied entry. If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform our staff immediately. All guests are required to wear masks when entering the facility or using the dog run area. (Masks are available if you forget yours.) [Hygiene Measures] Hand Sanitizer Stations: Hand sanitizers are placed throughout the facility and in guest rooms for use upon entry and at various locations. Alcohol Disinfection: High-touch areas are disinfected multiple times daily using alcohol-based solutions. Room Cleaning Protocols: Rooms undergo thorough ventilation before check-in, focusing on disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, remote controls, switches, and windows. All rooms feature large windows and terraces for enjoying fresh air in a natural setting. Masks & Gloves Usage: For safety reasons, staff wear masks or face shields along with gloves when necessary. A partition is installed at the front desk for added protection. Staff Health Management: Staff regularly gargle, wash hands thoroughly, sanitize hands during working hours, and undergo daily health checks (including temperature monitoring). Unwell staff members are prohibited from working.
