  • A pet- and people-friendly Accommodation!

    We stayed for two nights with our family of three and our dog to celebrate my husband’s 77th birthday.Every meal was delicious, and we truly enjoyed them.Since meals were served in the Room, our dog barked a lot each time a staff member brought the food, but they knelt down to our dog’s eye level and helped him feel at ease.All of the staff greeted us with warm smiles, which made it very relaxing.We also had times when we could enjoy the Onsen privately, so we were able to unwind.We would love to visit again.Thank you very much.

  • Perfect for traveling with pets

    This was our first time staying here. It was a trip with my 90-year-old mother and our Toy Poodle. From arrival to departure, everyone was extremely kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. Having our meals in the Room allowed Lala to relax and feel at ease, and we also enjoyed the delicious food very much. We have stayed at several pet-friendly Accommodations in Hakone, and this one was truly wonderful. Thank you very much.
