There is one slightly spacious independent log house and one compact cottage, separated from each other, along with three buildings and four Rooms located on the second floor of the restaurant building, all situated on a 500-tsubo property. It is conveniently located near the bypass, and being private land, there is minimal vehicle traffic, making it a quiet area. Guests can enjoy bringing their own barbecue, campfires, and fireworks. Within a 5-8 minute drive, you can reach JR Omi-Imazu Station, convenience stores, discount shops (DS), Heiwado, Komeri, Nishimatsuya, McDonald's, Autobacs, and other stores, making it a very convenient and pleasant environment. Hakodateyama Ski Resort is visible across the way, and it takes about 5 minutes by car to the gondola lift. In winter, it is popular for skiing, while from spring to autumn, many visitors come to enjoy the terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Biwa. About a 10-minute drive away, you can find the Metasequoia tree-lined road leading to Makino Highland, which stretches 2.4 kilometers with 500 trees and attracts tourists year-round. Makino Highland also features the Onsen Facility "Sarasa," which is available for day-use visitors. The Imazu Beach on Lake Biwa is nearby, where guests can enjoy fishing and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). From Imazu Port, cruises to Chikubu Island and Nagahama are available, and during cherry blossom season, special cruises to Kaizu-Osaki for cherry blossom viewing are also offered. Additionally, the freshly caught seafood market in Obama and the Nihonkai Sakana Machi in Tsuruga are both about 40 minutes away.
