    Relaxing Hotel

    At the observation terrace at the back of the lobby, I was able to fully enjoy the expansive view of Suruga Bay while reclining on a rattan chair. There was a wide variety of free drinks next to the lobby, which I enjoyed both on the terrace and in the indoor spaces, as well as in the Room. The Room was a bit small, but the firmness of the bed was just right, allowing for a comfortable stay.

    I was disappointed w...

    I was disappointed with the response over the phone. It was very business-like. I requested adjustments to the room and meals, for example, "Can we have a bento-style meal in the room since my companion will be late?" but was told, "We don't do that," and my request was not considered. I had to stop by a store on the way and buy a container. However, the staff on-site adjusted the meal time to a later slot, allowing us to have a meal with the family. It was a bit hectic, but thanks to that, we had a good trip. The amenities and the response of the local staff were good, so I would like to repeat. Thank you very much.

    As we were traveling...

    As we were traveling with an elderly person, we arranged for a wheelchair, meals, and other necessities in advance by consulting over the phone. Despite this, they were very accommodating to sudden changes. Unfortunately, my grandmother couldn't make it, but thanks to their efforts, our family was able to enjoy the trip thoroughly. We were also delighted that they prepared a towel cake for my grandmother. I was amazed by the truly remarkable renovation that didn't feel old at all. The water terrace, which is the main attraction, was a relaxing space, and the season was perfect, allowing us to have a very pleasant time. We reserved a suite that could accommodate nine people, and we were first surprised by its spaciousness. The cleaning was thorough, the linens were clean and sufficiently provided, and the layout was perfect, making it ideal for a multi-generational trip. Above all, the open-air bath in the room was the best, allowing us to relax while gazing at the sea without worrying about time or surroundings. The large public bath was always clean and not crowded, allowing us to enjoy it at any time. Being able to enjoy drinks from the premium lounge in the room was also very nice. The meals were visually beautiful and very delicious. A few concerns were that the lighting in both the facility and the room was a bit dim. This might be inconvenient, especially for elderly guests. The air conditioning in the dressing room of the large public bath was too strong and cold. It would be nice to have a variety of à la carte options available for meals. The premium lounge felt a bit lacking to be called "premium." With the recent increase in all-inclusive properties, it felt a bit underwhelming to be considered special. The soft drinks were only from a family restaurant-style drink bar, and the coffee was somewhat lacking, so having a few types of fresh juice or canned options, as well as authentic coffee like Nespresso, would be appreciated by drivers, non-drinkers, and children. The beer selection was limited to Corona, so having a draft beer server would greatly increase satisfaction. The selection of snacks and sweets felt very limited, so a wider lineup would enhance the experience. I was slightly concerned that the staff's statements sometimes differed depending on the person. Despite writing various things, I think it is a wonderful property where people of all ages can be satisfied. The staff's thoughtful service, which was not business-like, left a lasting impression.

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of four with my parents and husband. All the meals were delicious, and the hospitality and service were excellent, leaving us completely satisfied! It became a very memorable experience. We would love to use this service again! Thank you very much!

    It was photographed.

    Everything was great with a hospitable atmosphere, but while I was in the bath, a foreign guest was taking photos meticulously. I was naked, and even when I tried to speak to them, they didn't understand... It was a very unpleasant experience.

    I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    The meals are delicious, the tableware is beautiful, the room is clean with well-stocked amenities and towels, the interior of the lobby and lounge is lovely and comfortable, and I was impressed by the well-thought-out usability of both the large public bath and the room's Onsen. Even among luxury hotels, there are not many that feel as comfortable and well-maintained as this one. I was constantly impressed by how the facility is designed from the perspective of those using it, including its scale. I would love to visit again.

    I was very satisfied.

    Overall, it was very good with a spacious and relaxed feel, and a calm atmosphere. In particular, the water terrace had a wonderful view that made it seem as if the sea was right in front of you, and it was very beautiful. The meals were also made with carefully selected ingredients and were very delicious, leaving us extremely satisfied.

    Take your mother to the Onsen.

    The staff kindly provided a wheelchair for my mother, who has difficulty walking. Their service was very courteous and pleasant. Thank you so much. On the day I visited, it was drizzling, but on sunny days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the blue sea and Oshima right in front of you. Of course, this view can also be enjoyed from the room. I stayed in a room with an Onsen in the guestroom, relaxing while gazing at the sea. The meals were delicious and satisfying as well.

    Regarding dinner

    I stayed for consecutive nights with different plans. On both days, the amount of dinner was about 80% full, which might be a bit insufficient for younger people. On the second night's dinner, the next meat was served just as I started eating the previous dish. I would have appreciated it if they had paid attention to the progress of the meal so that I could enjoy freshly cooked food. Also, after the meal, I was asked to sign to confirm the order of additional drinks, but I hadn't signed on the first night, so I was a bit concerned. The voices of people from overseas were loud enough to be bothersome. I was disappointed that I couldn't enjoy my time more, as I wish they had been advised to keep it down a bit.

    Even a standard twin room has a high level of satisfaction.

    It seems like the staff stays at the entrance until the evening to welcome guests, as they guided us immediately after we parked the car, which added to the extraordinary experience. The setting sun hits the area strongly, but I appreciate their hard work. Thank you. Perhaps because we are Diamond members or because there are two of us, we were seated at an ocean-view table for both breakfast and dinner. The two-person tables are mostly by the sea, while families are often guided to larger tables further inside. The Premier Lounge is nice, but is there no beer? Even in a regular twin room, you can open the window, so you can feel the salty breeze from outside without a deck, and there's no sense of confinement, which is quite satisfying. When there are children in front of the room door, you can clearly hear their voices, but I only heard them just before checkout, and it might have been a coincidence, but I think the guests are well-mannered. (Since it's reasonably priced, I hope it stays this way.) However, it was disappointing to see some Asian inbound tourists taking out their smartphone cameras at the water terrace despite other guests being present. It's not the hotel's fault, though. If you want to drink water in the room, you can get unlimited water by going to the center of the floor. Alcohol is available from vending machines (though they were being adjusted) and the shop. The Premier Lounge didn't seem to have a cocktail time, so it's perfectly fine to enjoy a drink in the room. At the restaurant, draft beer was priced at 1000 yen even if it wasn't in a mug, which felt a bit expensive. The dishes, like the five kinds of appetizers, were all great accompaniments for drinks, and it seemed like the alcohol would go down well (laughs). There was a good variety of sake too. After arriving, I bought a craft beer and snack set at the shop and enjoyed it at the water terrace, so I was satisfied without drinking much at the restaurant. The late-night tantanmen was delicious too, with a real noodle and soup vibe! There was a pop-up on the table suggesting a slightly cheaper beer, and I thought, "What a clever business move!" (laughs) Also, the karaoke room! I ended up using it... It was spacious enough for about 10 people, and what was supposed to be an hour turned into two (laughs). It's on the same floor as the bath, but thankfully, the sound doesn't echo too much in the hallway. Perhaps because the Premier rooms have baths, even though it was a Saturday, there were only 2 or 3 people in the bath at times, which was nice. You can go anywhere in the facility in your loungewear, and the breakfast had a wide variety. Other fathers seemed impressed, saying "Wow, this is amazing!" as they took their seats in the restaurant, and overall, I felt it was good value for money.
