The room's bath was large and nice, but it was scary to get in and out without a handrail. The premium lounge was not particularly luxurious, and I was disappointed because I imagined a club lounge. It was no different from the lounge next to the lobby. I wished they had placed a few more snacks. The welcome drink was self-service. Is this the level of service for 30,000 yen per person? It's a hotel that matches the price. However, while the staff were pleasant, the person who guided us to the room did not explain about the Onsen. At least they could have mentioned that you don't need to bring towels, etc., and said, "Please feel free to use the basket bag." That was disappointing.
