    The best view!

    The view from the Room on the executive floor was very lovely. The breakfast restaurant on the 33rd floor also offered a great view. The meals for both dinner and breakfast were a bit disappointing. The quality and quantity felt slightly lacking. However, the amazing view made me feel happy.

    The best.

    I stayed here for a live event. It was convenient, the service was great, and I was very satisfied. I liked that I could choose between a Japanese-style breakfast and a buffet. Since I wanted to eat in a calm atmosphere, I chose the Japanese-style breakfast and was very satisfied. I also appreciated being able to have coffee after the meal and drink it in my Room. I will definitely stay here again if there is another live event nearby. Thank you very much.

    The aging of the Room is noticeable.

    Although it is located in a prime area, the overall aging of the Facility is noticeable, giving it the feel of a Showa-era city Hotel. The same applies to Osaka, but the staff are doing their best, so if only the hardware aspects were improved, it could become a much better Hotel... It's a shame.

    The hospitality was excellent.

    At check-in, it was a bit crowded, but the staff handled it flexibly, allowing for a stress-free check-in. I stayed here to attend a live event at Green Arena, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent, making me feel that this is truly a long-established Hotel. I would definitely like to use it again.

    Overall satisfied.

    Stayed for 3 nights for the live event. [Good Points] Since it was the cheapest Plan, I didn't have high expectations, but it was a corner Room on the 21st floor with views of the live venue, event venue, Peace Wing Stadium, Hiroshima Castle, and the Atomic Bomb Dome. There was a table and chairs for relaxing, and it was spacious and comfortable. [Disappointing Points] Mineral water was not provided in the Room and was only available at check-in at the front desk. I had breakfast on the first floor, but the guide walked quickly. I wasn't feeling well and couldn't walk fast, so while I understand they were busy, I wish they had been a bit more considerate. It's very conveniently located, being close to the bus center, live venue, sightseeing spots, and shopping areas. I will definitely repeat when I go to Hiroshima. Looking forward to the future.

    Just one disappointment.

    I was almost satisfied from the initial early check-in service, but I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff in charge of preparing omelets at breakfast. Therefore, I did not give a perfect score. Even if 99% is good, just 1% can ruin an enjoyable trip. Reflecting on this, I will strive to do my best in my own work every day. I look forward to staying again. Thank you very much.

    It was very comfortable.

    I was upgraded to a slightly larger room and was able to relax. The service was excellent from everyone. I was able to use the pool, jacuzzi, and bath without any stress. I forgot my watch in the pool locker, but the response was courteous. It is a good Hotel.

    The view from the Room was excellent, but...

    The view from the corner Room on the 29th floor overlooking the center of Hiroshima, the Seto Inland Sea, and all the way to Miyajima was truly spectacular. Therefore, I thought that the status of this Hotel as a landmark in Hiroshima is still well-deserved. I ordered Room service for breakfast, but there was a bit of trouble. However, I believe it was a rare occurrence, so I hope it won't happen again. Just one thing, the coffee was surprisingly lukewarm, the quantity was small, and it tasted bad. It shouldn't be in a pot that cools down quickly... I would like to request an improvement here. Nevertheless, the view here is magnificent, so I would like to use it again.

    It was a very lovely...

    It was a very lovely Hotel. The access was convenient, and the Room was comfortable and easy to spend time in. The bathroom and washroom were spacious, which was very satisfying. I appreciated having a dresser in the Room. I dislike doing my makeup in the bathroom in the morning, so being able to do it in the Room while watching TV was great. When it started raining as I was heading out, I borrowed an umbrella at the front desk. They lent it to me promptly, and I truly thought it was a wonderful Hotel. I would definitely like to use it again. It was truly a fantastic Hotel!

    The location, room, cleaning, breakfast, and customer service were all good.

    I stay here once every few years, and this was my 4th or 5th stay. While hotel prices in the city have generally increased, using IKYU points made the cost comparable to a luxury business hotel, yet the comfort of the spacious room with a direct view of Hiroshima Castle was exceptional. Not only was the cleaning excellent, but the maintenance made it hard to believe the property is 30 years old. I also experienced the excellent service of a long-established hotel, including greetings from the staff, including the cleaning staff. The breakfast was also good, so I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Comfortable and convenient

    I visited with the purpose of touring the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. It was very convenient within walking distance. Unfortunately, it rained, but the stay at the Hotel was very comfortable.

    Hiroshima

    This is my first time posting a review. I had previously stayed at the Rihga Royal in Osaka without any issues, so this time I used an executive room on the 30th floor. The room had a great view of Hiroshima Castle from the window, but the check-in was the worst I've experienced at any hotel. There was a dedicated desk for the executive floor, but there was a group checking in before me, and they seemed to be having some trouble. After about 20 minutes, it was my turn, and I sat down, but there was no greeting. It took over 30 minutes to fill out the registration form and be shown to my room, and it ended up taking about an hour from arrival to entering the room. The staff at the dedicated desk and those who guided me to the room spoke in broken language and could not provide appropriate answers to my questions. Since I had an early departure the next morning, I checked the reception for sending luggage by courier, and they said it was available 24 hours. I took my luggage to the designated spot in the lobby around 11 PM, but there was no one at the desk, so I had to take it back to my room and was able to send it when I checked out early the next morning. Even with the great location, wonderful facilities, and delicious breakfast on the executive-only floor with a view of Hiroshima Port on the 33rd floor, the poor front desk service made me not want to stay again. It was truly disappointing.

    The view from the large window was wonderful, and I was able to relax in the quiet Room. There were places I wanted to visit within walking distance, making it convenient to get around. The Room was also spacious, so if I may say, it would have been perfect if the bathroom had a separate washing area. I would like to use this Hotel again.

    Convenient and comfortable

    Stayed for one night in mid-November with breakfast only, using the pool & sauna. The hotel's location is good, close to the Atomic Bomb Dome and downtown, the room is fairly good, breakfast buffet covers Hiroshima cuisine well, the pool is 25m but also equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna is good, nothing to complain about. Had dinner at a city restaurant, but preferred the hotel's breakfast. Meals can be a bit noisy due to the large number of guests, with delays in cup service, not a quiet dining atmosphere, but the lively environment is nice. There were many foreigners. Also, although the time is slightly separated from general guests, there are many school trip students, so the hotel shop is very crowded. Even after giving up and going to a convenience store outside to buy things and coming back, still couldn't enter the shop. But it was convenient and I think choosing here was the right decision.

    I had a very pleasant stay.

    I had a very pleasant stay this time as well. Upon entering the entrance, for some reason, my name was called, and my luggage was carried to the front desk. After completing the procedures, it was carried to my room from the front desk. Also, at the front desk, they pleasantly arranged a taxi for the next day and made a reservation for the health club. Breakfast started at 6:30, but I was surprised to see that there were already many people there.

    Solo travel

    The side with a view of Hiroshima Castle. The scenery was pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. You can also walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome. If you stay in Hiroshima, this is a Hotel I would recommend to friends.

    The staff is amazing!

    Beyond the large glass window is the cityscape of Hiroshima, and beyond that, Hiroshima Bay. It was a wonderful view, mesmerizing both in the morning and at night. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, leaving us completely satisfied. I want to visit Hiroshima again just to stay at the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima!

    Convenient Hotel

    The hotel was in a very convenient location close to Peace Park. Thank you for giving us a room on a high floor. The Chinese restaurant we were looking forward to was mostly sweet Chinese food, which didn't quite suit our taste. At the breakfast buffet, I thought it would be better if the scrambled eggs were prepared like fried eggs rather than being made to order. The room was spacious enough to relax and was very nice. I will use it again when I visit Hiroshima.

    The location is convenient for city sightseeing on foot from Hiroshima Station, and the bus center is in the adjacent building, making it convenient for the second day's Kure sightseeing. I thought the view from the room would be low because the price was cheap, but it was on the 29th floor, so it was the right choice to make a reservation on this site. I felt unwell from early morning on the second day and ran out of toilet paper, so I called around 8 o'clock, but couldn't reach the cleaning staff, so I called the front desk. I apologize for calling during a busy time. It would have been nice to have spare toilet paper in the closet. There was a note in the room asking for cooperation in collecting plastic bottle caps, so I took them to the front desk and asked the male staff for the collection location, but he seemed a bit bothered. At checkout, the staff was unfriendly, which was disappointing for a first-class hotel, but I am grateful for the price that includes dinner and breakfast. Thank you.

    The transportation access was good.

    I stayed for two nights with a friend. I was very satisfied with the room, the view, and the meals. I made the reservation based solely on the plan's content, but the transportation was more convenient than I expected, allowing us to act efficiently. However, the way to the bus center from the hotel was unclear, and although the facilities are actually connected, we couldn't find the way. The service was very polite and good. Personally, I was disappointed that there were no special amenities and no free drinks on the executive floor. However, overall, there were no problems at all. My friend was also very pleased. It became a very memorable trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The Room and meals were good.

    The Room was spacious and the view was excellent. The meals were elaborate and delicious, reflecting the high quality of the Hotel. The bus terminal is also nearby, and I would like to use it again next time.

    It was crowded.

    I stayed for 3 Multiple Night Stays, and there were many foreigners and school trip students, so the breakfast venue was crowded every day. Mineral water was to be taken from the table beside the front desk, but I think it would be more considerate to have it placed in the Room. (Some people were taking many bottles, which made me feel like the Hotel's rank was lowered) The shop on the first floor was open until late and was convenient.

    Hiroshima Girls' Trip

    I used the Hotel for a one-night, two-day trip. I was pleased with the Hotel's customer service, as they kindly explained the shortest route to Miyajima when I left my luggage before check-in. My Room was upgraded, and I was thrilled to see a beautiful view of Hiroshima Castle, which lifted my spirits from the morning. The breakfast was delicious, making it a wonderful trip.

    This has become my regular Stays in Hiroshima.

    I have been staying here occasionally since March. This time, I used the pool. It was nice to have a large public bath available as well. (However, the 2-hour limit feels a bit short. It would be appreciated if it could be extended to about 3 hours.) As for breakfast, it was delicious, but the menu doesn't seem to change much. * Check-in takes almost 30 minutes, which is quite inconvenient. It seems to take time because there are many foreign guests. I wonder if something can be done about it.
