    Thank you for all your support.

    Despite initial concerns due to various troubles leading up to the day of stay, everything was resolved thanks to the efforts of the three staff members. I truly appreciate all your help and did not expect such exceptional service. Thank you so much. The room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. The snacks provided in the room were delicious, and I even purchased some to take home. Above all, I was comforted by the smile and kind words of the trainee female staff member at reception. I would love to stay again without hesitation. The financiers were absolutely delicious—they’ve become my favorite!

    It was my first stay on the Executive Floor.

    The view from the Room on the upper floor was absolutely stunning. I was able to sleep comfortably while gazing at the night sky with the curtains fully open. The special breakfast at Rihga Top was also enjoyable in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. On this day, during a short time while dining, it alternated between snowstorms and clear skies, which felt like a little bonus experience. I look forward to staying again!

    Hiroshima Business Trip

    I frequently visit Hiroshima for work (twice a month), but this time, as my schedule allowed for a more relaxed check-in and check-out, I decided to stay at RIHGA Royal Hotel for the first time, even though it is slightly away from the downtown area and station. The guest room and facilities are not new, but they were well-maintained and clean, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. However, the front desk service during check-in was quite poor. There were many errors in their explanations when answering my questions, which required me to repeatedly ask for clarification. For a hotel of this class, excellent customer service—especially at the front desk—is expected as standard. While I understand that guests may also have higher expectations due to the hotel's reputation, it was still very disappointing. Before COVID-19, I had used RIHGA Royal Hotel multiple times for banquets and meetings and always had positive impressions thanks to their friendly staff with warm smiles. Is this perhaps due to staffing shortages? I look forward to staying again if there is another opportunity.

    I had a relaxing stay and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Japanese dishes. I was also happy to find bagels available.

    This price is sufficient.

    We stayed at the accommodation for my child's entrance exam. As expected from RIHGA Royal, the service was excellent and refined. Although we booked a twin room without meals, the room was clean, fully equipped with all necessities, and my daughter was very satisfied. The location is so convenient that it can be described as adjacent to the bus center, allowing smooth access to the exam venue. At checkout, while waiting for the elevator, a cleaning staff member stopped properly to greet us with "Good morning" and "Have a nice day," bowing politely as they saw us off. We were able to stay at a reasonable price and were very satisfied overall. The view was also wonderful; it had its own charm during both daytime and nighttime. When staying in Hiroshima again, I would definitely like to use this accommodation once more. Next time, I look forward to enjoying meals at RIHGA as well!

    The hotel was clean ...

    The hotel was clean and overall very good. Its location in the city center is very convenient. One minor downside is that it would have been nice to have a large public bath. Perhaps more guests would prefer a large public bath over using the gym or pool?

    Excellent service and prime location!

    For my first visit to Hiroshima, I chose this accommodation based on reviews and price without much thought, but as expected of RIHGA Royal Hotel, it was an excellent choice. The staff were attentive, and my room was unexpectedly upgraded, making for a perfect stay. The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped with amenities, had a great view, and the location was ideal. The Hiroshima Bus Center with direct airport limousine access is nearby along with shopping (SOGO) and many restaurants within walking distance! While the building may feel slightly dated, this contributes to its prime location and spacious rooms. The price is reasonable too—highly recommended!

    Views Beyond Expectations

    The Room offered an impressive view to the south. During the day, you could see small islands and the sea, while at night, it resembled a painting with its beautiful nightscape. The space was ample and perfect for two people, making our stay very satisfying. It was our first time in Hiroshima, and after staying at a smaller Business Hotel on another day, we would love to return here for two or three nights next time to enjoy the scenery at leisure. The breakfast was particularly delightful with thick-cut bacon and bread being especially delicious.

    This was my first time using this Hotel. Although the refrigerator and washroom felt a bit old, the Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was pleased to find two types of pillows.

    The staff's service was excellent, and we were upgraded to a spacious Room. The view was amazing. The Room was also clean. The location was convenient for sightseeing and dining, making it easy to get around.

    It became a good memory.

    Married for 40 years I was finally able to fulfill my wife's wish to visit Hiroshima, a dream she had since we were newlyweds. Located in the heart of Hiroshima, our Hotel was just about a 5-minute walk from the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Park, making it an ideal location. Our Room was on the 22nd floor, offering an incredible night view. The Room was clean and spacious, adding a special touch to the trip that made my wife's dream come true. We would love to stay here again when we visit Hiroshima in the future.

    Convenient

    Anyway, it was convenient. The staff were also kind. Check-in starts at 3 PM, and there is a chain in place, but with that, it feels a bit difficult to ask the staff if you arrive early and want to leave your suitcase. Also, despite the strict timing, when I returned, check-in had already started earlier than scheduled. Still, it’s a wonderful and convenient Hotel. I would like to stay again, but it’s unfortunate that the price has increased from March. With the higher price, other Hotel options become more appealing.

    Conveniently located in the city center.

    I chose this hotel for its location because I was attending an event at Green Arena, and it was very convenient as expected. At check-in, there was a long line and it took nearly 30 minutes, which was disappointing, but otherwise there were no particular issues.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    Once you enter the underground multi-story parking lot, you cannot enter or exit. It costs 2,700 yen, so we recommend parking lots in the surrounding area. The facility is old, but it was kept clean. The convenience store attached on the first floor was convenient and delightful. We highly recommend including breakfast in your plan. It was very delicious.

    This is my 14th stay since last year.

    This has become my regular Stays in Hiroshima. I appreciate having a pool (note: the usage time is exactly 2 hours). It seems the system has changed, and now pool usage requires advance payment. It would be nice to have a drink server in the restroom like the one next to the reception. Upon entering the Hotel, I am always greeted by familiar hotel staff, who provide friendly service. I am very grateful for this. I also enjoy the delicious breakfast.

    It is a great place for sightseeing and live events.

    Recently, I stayed on the Executive Floor to take advantage of early check-in as I was attending an ice show. The location was excellent, with both the arena and the Atomic Bomb Dome within walking distance. As for the Room, the interior and layout were lovely. The castle view from the large window was stunning. However, the shower in the bathroom turned to cold water for about five seconds, which was unpleasant. Since this Property has a history and tradition, I had high expectations for the drinks and service at the Sky Dining Rihga Top. When I went to the bar, there were no staff members present, and it took a while for someone to appear. Besides me, there was only one group of four customers. It was around 9 PM, a time when it should typically be busy... I thought it might be due to the New Year and waited patiently. The service was rather curt, so I wondered if they were busy with the dining area. I decided to order a glass of champagne to think it over. However, the champagne was flat, poured to the brim, and then I was left unattended. I thought it might just be my imagination, but even after finishing my drink, no one came, and I was ignored. It felt like ordering a cocktail would be a bother, so I left after just one glass of champagne (I usually have about 3 to 5 drinks). I had a free drink voucher, but I felt hesitant to use it for just one drink, and the atmosphere made me worry that the staff might talk behind my back later, so I didn’t use it. Breakfast was in the same location, and honestly, I didn’t feel like going, but since it was the designated place, I went. In the morning, the receptionist also took a while to appear, but after being shown to my seat, the service was normal (though I think they had already asked about the time during check-in?). The breakfast exclusive to the Executive Floor was very elaborate and delicious. When I asked a staff member about the weather as I planned to visit the Atomic Bomb Dome during a walk, they only replied, "It's raining," without offering any advice about rentals or purchases at the shop. Perhaps this is just the way things are nowadays. In a world where the line between City Hotels and Business Hotels is increasingly blurred, I hoped they would maintain the unique qualities of Rihga Royal. If you’re not too concerned about standard Hotel services and prioritize location, this Property offers a great spot.

    With grandchildren!

    On the way back with my grandchild who came to visit during the winter vacation, we decided to stop by Miyajima, so we chose Rihga as it has good access to the ferry to Miyajima and is also close to Peace Park. The weather was nice, and we went for a walk in the afternoon! We had to wait a bit for check-in, but we received pool and spa tickets as a perk, and my grandchild was very satisfied with the pool. We warmed up in the jacuzzi, which took away our fatigue, and enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner (the steak was a bit tough, though). The Room was not separate from the bath and toilet, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else was clean, and the Room had a view of the Seto Inland Sea, and of course, we could see Miyajima. The sunrise view was also beautiful. We talked about wanting to come again with my grandchild.

    Traveled with my daughter. We chose this Property for its convenient access to the Atomic Bomb Dome. From our Room, we had a full view of Hiroshima Castle. The breakfast was a typical buffet and was reasonably delicious.

    I want to stay again.

    It seems that we were upgraded, and we were able to relax in the Room. It is directly connected to the bus center, so we were able to leave our luggage immediately upon arrival and head out for sightseeing. The location is very convenient as it is situated in the city center near places like the Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Park, and Hiroshima Castle.

    Thank you as always for arranging the taxi and pool for us. We enjoyed the Japanese breakfast on the 6th floor, which was delicious. Also, the room, No. 00, had a wonderful view, and we truly appreciated it. However, while using the pool and bath as usual, I was soaking in the bathtub and was asked to leave the bath area due to exceeding the time limit. It was so relaxing that I lost track of time. According to the website, the usage time is limited to 2 hours, so please be mindful of this during your stay.

    A Hotel with good cost performance

    The sound from other Rooms above, below, or on either side does not resonate, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hiroshima city and the Seto Inland Sea (including Miyajima) from the window. The Room is also spacious and comfortable. Meals are served buffet-style, and with unlimited soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, it is a great value for those who enjoy drinking.

    The service at the f...

    The service at the front desk was courteous. The guidance provided when I asked about the location of the barrier-free toilet was especially kind and helpful. As for the Facility, the bathtub is deep, and I thought it would be easier for the elderly to use if there were handrails or similar aids when stepping out.

    The best view!

    The view from the Room on the executive floor was very lovely. The breakfast restaurant on the 33rd floor also offered a great view. The meals for both dinner and breakfast were a bit disappointing. The quality and quantity felt slightly lacking. However, the amazing view made me feel happy.
