    My family of three s...

    My family of three stayed just after the New Year holidays. At check-in, we were given an explanation of the Diamond member benefits and they took good care of us, so we had a very comfortable stay. The lounge service was also great—the staff were kind, and we enjoyed chatting while looking at the Expo Grand Roof Ring through the window. One disappointing point was that at breakfast, there was jam spilled by the previous guest on the seat we were shown to, so I wiped it off myself before sitting down. It was crowded, but please check not only the tables but also the seats. We look forward to staying again.

    I heard it was a good Hotel.

    I made the Reservation, but my children were the ones who stayed. I called the Hotel shortly before our stay about the Reservation, but there was no usual greeting, and the phone service was poor.

    We stayed here while our child was taking entrance exams.

    This was our first stay, for my child’s entrance exam. The club lounge was fairly good, except that there was no draft beer server. Having beer in bottles is a plus (canned beer isn’t great, in my opinion). There was also a reasonably wide selection of alcohol, such as gin and whisky. The appetizer-time offerings until 19:30 were plentiful—enough to serve as dinner. My daughter ordered room service, and the portion was generous and the delivery was fast. I felt the Room amenities were limited. There was no toner or emulsion provided in the Room, so we had to ask staff to bring them. Also, the female staff at the front desk and concierge did not smile much. The male staff were pleasant.

    The Ultimate Relaxing Getaway

    I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was the best bed I’ve ever slept on. I’m sure it’s a high-end bed. It was so comfortable that I added one more night for a Multiple Night Stay. Thanks to that, I felt refreshed and re-energized. Not only that, the staff were kind, the room service was delicious, and the Room was clean with a great view. Thank you.

    We had a very satisfying stay at the Hotel.

    We were upgraded to an ocean-view Deluxe Twin Room. The Room and the facilities were very clean, and I was surprised that there wasn’t a single smudge on the mirror in the Room. Also, since it was Monday and Manhattan Bar was closed, we weren’t sure what to do, but a staff member quickly came over to help us. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again soon.

    I stayed at your Hotel to relax and unwind on my birthday. Thank you for arranging a room on a high floor and for your thoughtful gesture—it truly touched me. I also thoroughly enjoyed both the lunch buffet and the breakfast buffet, and was able to spend a wonderful, memorable birthday. If I have the opportunity, I would love to stay again.     As last month, I stayed with lounge access. There was no Room upgrade for IKYU Diamond this time, which was a bit disappointing, but since it was a Saturday, I understand. Still, I was able to check in early and enjoy a late checkout, so I had a very relaxing stay—thank you. The Room also had a great view with sunflowers. I believe bathrobes used to be provided in the Room, but they have been gone since around my last stay. I can request one and have it brought to me, but for the club floor, I would prefer them to be provided in the Room. I love the lounge—it is always comfortable. There were many guests this time as well, but everyone was quiet, which was nice. One concern: perhaps there was a new staff member? The perfume scent was quite strong and not one I like, so it bothered me. It did not bother me much on the first day, but around midday on the second day it became very noticeable. For breakfast, we can join the waitlist via QR code, but even though I was second in line it did not move at all. When I went directly to the restaurant, I was seated without any issue. Is the system working properly? It is a convenient system when it works well, so please ensure it functions correctly. Also, at check-in—do you really need to take my credit card for a deposit/hold? It feels like a hassle every time. Most other hotels do not do this anymore these days... Please consider reviewing this going forward.

    I had a relaxing time.

    As an IKYU Diamond Member, my Room was upgraded. I also used the lounge twice, during tea time and after 5 PM. The lounge was spacious with a great view. I had a relaxing time, and the price was very reasonable and satisfying.

    Completely satisfied with the newly transformed Hotel.

    I used to stay here often when it was an international brand hotel. I made a reservation to experience the newly transformed hotel. The result? Completely satisfied. The room was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Although the bathroom facilities remained unchanged, it didn’t bother me much. However, I did notice there was no bath mat, which surprised me a bit. Breakfast was excellent in both atmosphere and content at the restaurant.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The Room was clean, spacious, and quiet, offering a relaxing view of the beautiful sunrise and sunset over the harbor. Breakfast was enjoyable with ample space between tables, allowing for a comfortable dining experience. The croissants were delicious.

    Lounge Access: The staff were excellent.

    I stayed on Sunday. The lounge was spacious, had a great view, and offered a calm atmosphere, making it very comfortable. The staff's hospitality felt natural and was excellent. Thanks to the Diamond benefits, my room was upgraded to a much larger one, which I thoroughly enjoyed. At the Manhattan Bar on the first floor, when I mentioned what kind of drink I wanted but couldn't find it on the menu, they kindly made something special for me. It was very delicious—thank you! The breakfast buffet didn't have an extensive menu but had plenty of bread options, which made me happy. The staff here were also attentive and pleasant. Throughout the Hotel, all staff provided warm and thoughtful service that allowed me to have a wonderful time. I would love to visit again!

    It was excellent.

    I had a comfortable stay for two days. The staff's hospitality was excellent, making my stay very pleasant. Additionally, there were no distracting lights in the Room at night, allowing me to sleep deeply. Thank you for introducing me to the SEIBU PRINCE CLUB; I was able to use its services and enjoy great benefits. I also appreciate the Room upgrade as part of the premium membership perks. As a suggestion, while it might have been available upon request, it would be nice if cups for enjoying the coffee or tea provided in the Room were readily available. However, this is just a minor point compared to your exceptional hospitality—thank you so much!

    The lounge is comfortable.

    When it was Hyatt, I loved the lounge atmosphere and view, and visited many times. This time, it was my first stay since it became Grand Prince Hotel. The charm of the lounge remains unchanged, allowing me to relax, and I would love to come again.

    Unfortunately

    We were looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. For two guests, there was only one set of items like cotton and combs provided. It would have been more convenient if two sets were prepared from the beginning. The humidifier we requested in advance was not ready upon arrival. Additionally, there was a large staple attached to the pajamas, which could have caused injury if unnoticed before wearing them. There were many other small inconveniences as well, making our stay for my parents' 77th birthday celebration very disappointing and upsetting.

    We were upgraded to a room twice the size of the one we reserved.

    I made a reservation to celebrate my friend's birthday. Check-in was at the lounge, but we had to wait for our turn without any cookies, drinks, or cups available, which was quite surprising. The staff were working very hard but seemed overwhelmed due to being short-staffed—something I’ve never experienced before. Finally, it was our turn, and when we went to the front desk, they upgraded us to a room twice the size of the one we reserved—a delightful surprise! Although I had low expectations for the lounge after that experience, later on, we were able to enjoy some food and drinks while waiting in line. It was much better than during tea time earlier. The upgraded room was incredibly comfortable and made our stay very enjoyable. However, I wonder if it's possible to increase staff numbers so guests can relax and enjoy a more elegant experience in the lounge without feeling anxious. Thank you to all the hardworking staff for your efforts!

    Impressed by the 80㎡ Room

    Despite the check-in time being from 3:00 PM, I was able to enter the Room an hour early, and I was impressed with the 80 sqm corner twin on the 13th floor as part of my IKYU Diamond benefits. The Room was so spacious and had a great view that it felt like a place I'd want to live in. One downside was that the nightwear provided was a yukata, which I didn’t use. Personally, I prefer separate-style pajamas or samue for comfort. This is also a common opinion shared on YouTube. I had hoped for individual amenities but received an explanation that they were discontinued for environmental reasons, which is understandable but still slightly disappointing. However, women receive individual Guerlain items or organic products nowadays, which is a nice touch—though this is just my personal preference. The lounge offered limited food options. When I visited at 5:30 PM in the evening, many guests were already there and some dishes like shrimp were already gone without replenishment, which was slightly disappointing. Still, I enjoyed myself with their alcohol selection. Breakfast at the first-floor restaurant was average. Although I managed to swim twice in the pool during my stay, having more time would have been ideal. Overall though, it was a relaxing two-day stay with excellent staff who left a positive impression. I'd love to visit again!

    The night view was beautiful, and the Hotel had a sophisticated atmosphere. The Room featured plenty of white tiles and marble, giving it a classic Hotel feel and allowing us to enjoy a luxurious experience. Although I missed out on some Diamond Member benefits, the overall luxurious impression of the Hotel was more than enough. Despite many staff members being foreigners, their Japanese skills were flawless and truly impressive.

    Enjoy a Relaxing Hotel Stay

    The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. With the checkout time being until 12:00, I was able to relax in the spacious, quiet Room with a great view after enjoying the wonderful breakfast. It was very refreshing.

    The bell desk, front desk, concierge, room service, and restaurant staff all provided exceptionally polite service, making my stay very pleasant. For dinner, I tried the buffet, and every dish was delicious. The roast beef stood out in particular—it was among the best I've ever had at any Hotel in terms of both quality and flavor, ranking in my personal top five. Although the club floor was quite crowded, the light snacks offered there were also quite tasty. The sofas were spacious and comfortable for relaxing. The Room amenities were minimal but promptly delivered via room service upon request—though some guests might find this slightly inconvenient. However, one disappointing aspect was that the sanitary bag in the Room had not been cleaned and still contained items from a previous guest. If not for this oversight, it would have truly lived up to Prince's high standards!

    The club room's sleepwear is made of comfortable material in a Western style.

    Why is the upgraded room for Diamond members equipped with outdated yukata-style sleepwear? In other accommodations in Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe with club rooms, softer materials are used for better sleeping comfort. The old-style yukata is made from cheap fabric that has always been uncomfortable for sleeping due to its texture. While double-gauze fabric sleepwear offers better comfort, it tends to be expensive and rarely seen even in accommodations. I don't understand why this outdated style of sleepwear persists in club rooms—perhaps it's aimed at impressing foreign guests with its traditional Japanese appearance? Additionally, yukata-style sleepwear tends to come undone easily and is not ideal for sleeping. The service provided by the international staff is kind and attentive, the club lounge improves every time I visit, breakfast now offers a wider variety of Japanese dishes, and even the tiles on the outdoor premises are well-maintained—everything else feels perfect. However, when it comes to sleeping in the club room, I'm always disappointed and end up wearing my own undergarments to bed. Despite this inconvenience, I would still consider returning again.

    We had a wonderful time!

    The lounge was available from around noon, and we enjoyed both the food and drinks. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The staff provided polite and excellent service. Additionally, as it was a family member's birthday, they kindly gifted us a pound cake, which brought great joy! The guest rooms and facilities were clean, and we enjoyed features like the view bath. Although management has changed from Hyatt to Prince, the quality of service remained consistent. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would love to visit again if given the opportunity!

    It was excellent.

    Stayed in the Club Premier King Room with family of four on December 31st. The room was exceptional, with ample space, separate bath and shower facilities, a coffee maker, thick indoor slippers, and a stunning ocean view. It was truly perfect. We enjoyed the Club Lounge benefits throughout all time slots. The drinks and food were delicious, and we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere without any crowding during this festive season. As part of the New Year's events, we had Toshikoshi Soba (available for an additional fee), which was incredibly tasty. It was even delivered via room service so we could enjoy it while watching TV—very convenient. Although we didn’t participate this time, there were other events such as a countdown party within the hotel, sunrise viewing on New Year’s Day, and traditional lion dance performances. We’d love to join these activities in the future. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options including freshly made omelets on-site as well as traditional Osechi dishes and Zoni soup—all very delicious. The staff provided excellent service with no complaints at all. However, one minor suggestion: The smoking area is located outdoors only. During this season it gets quite cold; having some wind protection like those found in city smoking areas would be much appreciated for comfort.

    Convenient Access

    The shuttle bus from Osaka Station is convenient. The Hotel has a great location, and the view from the Room was enjoyable, allowing for a relaxing stay. However, the pool temperature was a bit too low, which was disappointing.

    Beautiful Hotel by the Sea

    During my previous stay, the staff on the Club Floor provided exceptionally pleasant service, which I greatly appreciated. This time as well, I enjoyed the presentation time on the Club Floor. From the top floor, I admired views of Osaka City and indulged in the scenery transitioning from daytime to nighttime. The surrounding bay area is perfect for a stroll, offering an urban resort experience while staying in Osaka City. The upgraded room provided as part of the Diamond benefits was absolutely fantastic, making me an even bigger fan. This is a wonderful hotel that makes you want to visit again and again.
