    This time, thanks to...

    This time, thanks to the IKYU Diamond member benefit, we received a Room upgrade and stayed in a wonderful corner Room. Most Rooms let you see either the sunset or the sunrise, but this Room had large windows on multiple sides, so we could enjoy both from the Room. I was truly impressed. Above all, the attentiveness of all staff at the front desk, restaurant, and club lounge was outstanding. The club lounge staff checked in to see if we needed anything, recommended cookies for us to try, and when I mentioned that I don’t drink alcohol, they even made a non-alcoholic cocktail. Thank you very much to everyone on the team. We will definitely visit again soon.

    I stayed locally this time, but chose this Hotel from among many options because the IKYU Diamond member benefits were appealing. To be honest, I had other choices, but the expectation of late check-out and an upgrade was the deciding factor in making my Reservation. I arrived a little before 3:00 p.m. for check-in, but was allowed into my Room early as housekeeping had already finished. I also received a one-drink voucher as an IKYU Diamond member benefit. However, regarding check-out time, I understood there should have been a benefit allowing use until 2:00 p.m., but it concerned me that this was not mentioned until I asked. What disappointed me most was how the upgrade was handled. My Reservation was for an “Ocean Sunset View Deluxe Twin,” which is already a view-focused Room on the higher side of the building. There was no explanation about any upgrade at check-in, and once in the Room I couldn’t tell what had changed—so I called to ask and only then was told it was an “upgrade to a higher floor on the 25th floor.” Honestly, being told after the fact that this counted as an “upgrade” felt like quite a stretch. Of course, I wasn’t expecting anything excessive. However, since Diamond benefits were one of my reasons for choosing this Hotel, I would have appreciated a clear explanation at check-in. During that call I also asked about the shuttle bus to Osaka Station, but the response felt somewhat curt and unclear, so I ended up confirming again at the bell desk. The male staff member who assisted me there (possibly non-Japanese) was extremely polite and explained everything clearly, which made me feel reassured. It’s honestly my first time feeling that the bell staff provided better service than the front desk. The shuttle bus driver was also excellent, as were the staff member who delivered a humidifier and amenities requested via QR code at night and the female staff member at check-out. I stayed to work quietly in a calm environment, but the lack of explanation at check-in—especially regarding upgrades—left a strong impression. If that area improves, I believe this will become an even more satisfying Hotel.

    Saving that much?

    Even though I stayed on the Club Floor, there was no complimentary bottled water in the Room. Instead, I was told to take the cheap-looking kettle provided in the Room and fill it myself at the water dispenser in the elevator hall. The dispenser also looked like a low-quality unit you’d get from a free rental service, and the elevator hall was so dark I couldn’t read the instructions—I needed my phone. I chose the Club Floor to enjoy a more luxurious experience, but this immediately ruined the mood. When I stayed in February, complimentary bottled water was provided. This isn’t an old Business Hotel— even in an SDGs-focused era, isn’t it unnecessary for a Hotel to cut amenities this far?

    It was the best hospitality!

    We stayed as a family to celebrate our child’s first birthday. At check-in, we were greeted with congratulatory words and shown to a wonderful Room. They had even prepared a gift in the Room, and during dinner they brought out a special plate as well—truly one surprise after another! We were so happy to be celebrated so much. The Hotel staff were gentle and pleasant, and provided warm hospitality even during the busy weekend. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and kids’ area, which gave our child a fun change of scenery. Not only the Room but every area we used was thoroughly cleaned and spotless! For such a large Hotel, it’s amazing there wasn’t a single thing that concerned us—and on top of that, the staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding. We will definitely stay again for anniversaries or trips. Thank you for such a wonderful stay experience.

    Great Value and Appreciation

    While searching for a Hotel dinner to celebrate my daughter’s birthday after she started living on her own, I found this Hotel offering breakfast and dinner for just 10,000 yen per person. Since we could stay overnight as well as enjoy dinner, we decided to book it. They kindly suggested preparing flowers and a cake in advance, but it was over our budget so we declined. However, during the latter part of dinner, a staff member brought out a cake plate for us. We were truly surprised by the Hotel’s thoughtful gesture.\n It made us very happy—thank you so much.\n The boxed pound cake in the Room was also perhaps because it was her birthday?? We really appreciate it.\n We were very satisfied with the meal; the roast beef and cheese were especially delicious.\n The Room was clean and comfortable.\n Amenities felt minimal, so it’s best to bring what you need such as makeup remover and toner.\n If you want to do your makeup using natural light in the Room, please bring your own mirror. We used the closet door since it had a mirror.\n From a woman’s perspective there were some amenities I would have liked to have had, but overall we had a comfortable stay.

    Almost too cheap to feel comfortable

    Stayed here on a business trip. On the way in, I used the free shuttle bus from Osaka Station, which was a big help since it was raining. The Room was spacious and clean, with an ocean view where you can also see the Sunflower ferry. The bathroom was large as well, and I could truly relax. There are plenty of restaurants, plus a convenience store in the basement, and the room service is reliable, so you won’t have any trouble during your stay. Perhaps because it was Sunday, they even upgraded my Room—I really appreciate it. It felt like a great value even at double the price. The staff were courteous, and it was a Hotel with nothing to complain about. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

    It was a wonderful Hotel!

    I had a Reservation for a Deluxe Twin, but thanks to my Diamond member benefits, it was upgraded to a Club Premier Twin.\nWhen I asked for a message for an adult celebration, they prepared a message card along with pound cake and sweets!\nOn the day of checkout I developed a fever and rushed out, so I sadly forgot to take the message card home...\nThe Room was spotless, the bed-making was immaculate, and the service was outstanding!\nI’d love to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    A Unique Layout

    Why are the bathtub and shower booth separated? It’s an unusual layout. The deodorizing fan toilet seat was a nice touch, but it seemed the filter hadn’t been replaced, which had the opposite effect. It was late April and rainy, so it was a bit cold, but the air conditioning only had cooling mode, which was tough. It’s great that you can watch the Sunflower ferry arriving and departing in the morning and evening. All of the staff behaved professionally and left a very good impression.

    We had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    I arrived at night, but the staff were very attentive. The Room was a Deluxe Twin with an ocean view, and I was able to relax comfortably. Every staff member responded pleasantly to my questions, so I truly enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Hotel. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    This time was the worst—aren’t we relying too much on foreign staff?

    As a Diamond member, I had a Reservation for a club Room. The staff told me to check in on the first floor, which already felt different from usual. Then, even though my payment by card should have been completed, I was asked to pay again in cash or by card. After various issues, I was told that one of my benefits—a one-category upgrade—had been arranged. However, when I went to the lounge reception, it seemed they hadn’t been informed: there was no upgrade, and they also said they were not handling check-in at the lounge. Did something change starting this month? I couldn’t check in smoothly or comfortably. I’ve thought this for some time: despite being a large Hotel with what looks like a very large TV (around 1 meter wide) in the Room, why is BS broadcasting unavailable? Even small Hotels offer it. When I called to ask whether I might be operating it incorrectly, several staff members came to the Room and explained that BS is disabled. That could have been explained over the phone without coming to the Room. Breakfast items were mostly lukewarm. There seemed to be many Indian guests; seeing people eating with their hands made me wonder if the food is kept lukewarm for them—or perhaps the warming equipment simply wasn’t turned on. I’ve stayed here dozens of times, but this visit was by far the worst.

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed for two nights. It’s a bit away from the city center, but the shuttle bus made it no problem at all. I caught a cold and couldn’t do any sightseeing, so other than going out for a show I spent most of the time in bed. However, the Room was spacious, quiet, and had a great view, so I never felt miserable and was able to recover comfortably. I still had an appetite, so I really enjoyed the delicious Hotel-style breakfast with plenty of variety. With a great-value Plan, it was an excellent stay for the price. Highly recommended.

    The room was comfortable.

    We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room. We requested a high-floor Room if possible, and they prepared a Room on the 22nd floor for us. We had a distant view of Osaka city, and the night view of the Tempozan Ferris wheel was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Options are ordered online. It was a little confusing at first, but it was great that we could request extra towels and even bathrobes. The Room was spacious overall, and it was kept very clean. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower booth. One suggestion: since the bathtub and shower booth are separated by a large vanity, it would have been nice to have two bath mats. One more point for improvement: the lighting is generally set quite dim throughout (which is fine in the Room), but the bathroom is too dark. In particular, there is no ceiling light in the toilet area, so it is extremely dark. I hope this can be improved. As for the restaurant, I wish there were a few more menu items. The all-you-can-drink option is self-serve, so it was easy to use casually. If only there had been sake... Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this Accommodation and would like to use it again.

    It was a very nice Hotel.

    It was a luxurious Hotel, yet we were able to stay at a very reasonable rate even on the weekend. On top of that, since there was availability that day, we were upgraded to a larger Room with a great view, which made us very happy. One disappointing point was that at the breakfast buffet, a foreign guest appeared to insert their own plastic bottle directly into the spout of the water pitcher and filled it for quite some time... There was also food scattered around the floor in several places, so overall I was concerned about hygiene. I understand it’s difficult to monitor everything, but I think improvements are needed.

    We had a great stay.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for a relaxing hotel getaway. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. The braised pork belly at breakfast was especially good, and at dinner the meat and fish dishes (I don’t remember the names) were particularly tasty. There was also a wide variety of desserts. The Room was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The indoor pool wasn’t crowded, so we could take our time and enjoy it however we liked. We’d love to visit again.

    This was my first trip to Osaka with my daughter, and the shuttle bus from Osaka Station was a huge help. My daughter had lots of places she wanted to visit, but thanks to our Multiple Night Stay, we could leave our luggage in the Room and use Osaka Station as our base, making the trip very worthwhile. There is also a convenience store on the lower floor of the Hotel, so it was convenient to take the elevator down for shopping without having to go outside. The Room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and at night we could see the beautiful view of Tempozan’s Ferris wheel from the window. During the holiday period, there was a long line at breakfast, but before long a staff member informed us that they had opened up the second floor as well, so we were able to move smoothly. Also, on weekends and public holidays there are two morning shuttle buses departing from the Hotel that stop by Tempozan, so we were able to enjoy Kaiyukan Aquarium on our last day too. One thing I noticed when using the shuttle bus from Osaka on our first day: it may have been just by chance, but there were many passengers for the size of the bus. With multiple suitcases brought onboard, several people were unable to get on. The driver also seemed to have a hard time. Especially after 5:00 PM when it runs only once per hour, I recommend allowing plenty of time for travel.

    Comfortable

    I stayed for two nights. The Room was spacious and comfortable. It was very helpful that you brought my luggage I had left in advance and the humidifier I borrowed up to my Room—excellent service. The Room temperature was a bit tricky, and I slept lightly because it felt hot or cold at night, but on the second night I turned off the air conditioner and had no issues. There is also a shuttle bus, so I think it’s a very convenient Hotel. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again. I had breakfast, which was delicious. One disappointing point was that the coffee machine was slow and a line formed.

    Breakfast

    Breakfast is served buffet-style, but it was difficult to serve myself. Also, a foreign guest sat next to me and kept talking the entire time until leaving, which was unpleasant. Were they traveling alone? The Hotel itself is well built and it was nice that there is a pool. I wish more effort had been put into the breakfast selection. It was disappointing.

    Not recommended.

    Stayed one night for my birthday (3/24–25). Right after check-in, the shower booth floor was wet, which made me concerned about the cleanliness. The birthday cake that was supposed to be arranged in advance never arrived, and I couldn’t reach the hotel by internal phone for about two hours; it was only provided after I followed up. At the buffet, the staff member carving roast beef kept chatting about personal matters (salary and private issues), which was unpleasant. At checkout, despite having prepaid, I was almost charged twice, and the amount was stated out loud, ruining the surprise. I chose this hotel with high expectations, so this was extremely disappointing. I strongly hope for improvements.

    Your hospitality is truly exceptional.

    This is a wonderful Hotel with impressively courteous and pleasant service from the staff. With the IKYU Diamond member benefits, we received a Room upgrade and late check-out until 2:00 p.m., and we were truly touched to also receive a luxurious pound cake and a handwritten message card “to celebrate your birthday.” We also appreciated the complimentary Shuttle Service from Osaka Station. The spacious 40 m² Deluxe Twin Room featured a smart TV that allowed us to watch YouTube, TVer, and more, as well as a Nespresso machine, and we enjoyed coffee time at the large dining table. The view from the high floor was refreshing, and my mother who traveled with me was delighted by how luxurious the Room was. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

    I was able to relax.

    I stayed here twice in March for a 60th birthday ladies’ gathering. Perhaps because it’s away from central Osaka, it was quiet and removed from the city bustle, and both the lobby and the Room were spacious. As an extra service, they provided a cake on my first stay and upgraded my Room on my second. There were complimentary drinks and cookies in the lobby, and the front desk and room service staff clearly conveyed their commitment to doing everything they could to help, making for a very comfortable stay. The shuttle bus service from Umeda is also very convenient. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend getaway as well. The price is reasonable, and I’ll be staying again next month.

    You can relax and unwind.

    At first, it may feel a bit far, but with the shuttle bus you can easily access the city center, and the area around the Hotel is quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. I’ve been using it more often lately. The Room amenities are also good. If I had to mention anything, I wish the bathroom lighting were a bit brighter to make it easier for women to apply makeup, and it’s a slight downside that the hair dryer only has a strong airflow setting.

    Club Floor

    I stayed with my daughter. Thank you for upgrading us to a spacious Room. We were both delighted with the wonderful Room. At the club lounge, we enjoyed an elegant time while taking in the beautiful view. We also enjoyed exploring the Hotel, including the high-ceilinged corridor leading to the elevator hall and the stylish fresh flower arrangements at the entrance to the club lounge, as well as strolling along the small paths around the Hotel. From the front desk team onward, all staff were very pleasant and made our stay comfortable. I would like to stay again.

    A place you’ll want to return to again and again

    This urban resort overlooking Osaka Bay is wonderfully comfortable, and I have stayed here several times. The club lounge is spacious, and you can enjoy the food and drink presentations throughout the day. From the top floor, you can take in both the sea and the city, fully enjoying Osaka’s scenery as it changes over time. The lounge staff are all friendly, making it a pleasant place to visit anytime. It’s a truly excellent and lovely Hotel that makes you want to come back regularly.

    Three of us stayed on the Club Floor. We accidentally made a Reservation for a double bed, but since there was availability, they changed our Room to one with three beds. We were truly touched by the kindness of the staff at the Club Floor reception. Thank you as well for the complimentary cake. The free shuttle bus from Osaka Station was very convenient. We thought we would need to transfer trains, but it arrived in about 20 minutes, which made things easy. We would love to stay again.

    With many elevators,...

    With many elevators, there is little waiting time, and the strong water pressure with a high flow rate means the bathtub fills up quickly. Even though it is a high-rise Hotel, I was able to enjoy a stress-free and comfortable stay. Thank you.

    We were very satisfied.

    This was our family’s first time staying at this Hotel, and we loved how spacious and clean the Room was. Every dish at the breakfast buffet was delicious—excellent overall. We chose it this time for its convenient location near the event venue, and we would like to stay at this Hotel again whenever we visit Osaka in the future.
