    The Diamond upgrade is amazing.

    I had reserved a 40 m² Room, but thanks to a Diamond upgrade I was moved to an 80 m² Room and was able to relax. The Room was very clean. There were bath salts in the bathroom, and I enjoyed a long soak while taking in the view. For breakfast, the frozen yogurt was delicious. I had been looking forward to the bagels because they were great last time, so it was disappointing that they were no longer available. In the club lounge during nightcap time, I was happy to find chocolate sticks with orange peel. When I was looking for plain milk in front of the café au lait machine, a staff member kindly spoke to me. That machine didn’t have plain milk, but they brought some separately to my seat, which I really appreciated. The pool water temperature was a bit cold, but I’m glad the jacuzzi—previously under adjustment—was available this time. One concern: the cover on one of the jacuzzi jet buttons was cracked and seemed like it could cut someone’s finger. Please remove any broken covers and make sure the buttons are safe and easy to press.

    Many of the best Hotels

    We stayed for two nights to celebrate my friend’s birthday trip. From the Reservation stage, we received confirmation and service emails, and as the date approached, we couldn’t wait. Right after check-in, when we missed the shuttle bus, a staff member proactively guided us to the next one after hearing our conversation at the entrance. I was truly impressed by how attentive they were at all times. When we returned in the evening, our luggage that we had left at the front desk had already been delivered to our Room, and there was a complimentary cake and a letter waiting for us—an absolutely perfect moment. When we requested extra tableware and cutlery for drinks in the Room, they even suggested a champagne cooler and ice for our glasses without being asked, which was incredibly helpful. When I called with requests, they addressed me by name (“Yes, Mr./Ms. ___…”). It may be a small thing, but it made me feel special and reassured—and genuinely happy. Housekeeping while we were out was also flawless, so we could enjoy our second day comfortably. As for Facilities, there was only one minor point: adjusting the shower temperature uses an older system and was slightly tricky. However, it was such a wonderful Room that I quickly forgot about it. The location is a bit far from central Osaka, but that also means it’s quiet and relaxing with time flowing gently. (The shuttle bus runs frequently, and they help load luggage too—so it’s much easier than taking trains!) This is truly an outstanding Hotel where unquestionable tradition and prestige come together with first-class staff who clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend it to anyone craving great service and hospitality—you will definitely be satisfied. I would love to stay again if I get (or even make) another chance. Thank you very much for such an amazing stay.

    The service feels better than it was during the Hyatt era.

    Back in the Hyatt days, I often stayed on the spa Plan. While I was visiting less because that Plan became much more expensive, the property was rebranded as a Prince Hotel. I have stayed once since it became a Prince, and at that time I didn’t feel much difference from the Hyatt era, but this time I felt both the front desk service and the breakfast selection and quality had improved. The Room has very clean furniture that doesn’t show its age, making for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has always been a bit dark; personally, I would prefer brighter lighting there. Also, the air purifier in the Room did not include a humidifier function, so it felt a little dry. However, when I called the front desk, they promptly delivered a humidifier. I couldn’t find any information about available loan items no matter where I looked, which was slightly inconvenient—but aside from that, I truly enjoyed a very satisfying Hotel stay. If I feel like having a nearby resort getaway again, I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Best of Osaka

    Even after it became Prince, I have stayed here dozens of times, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay thanks to the excellent hospitality. For me, it is the best Hotel in Osaka.

    Staying Overnight with My Grandchild

    This time I made a Reservation with a lounge-access Plan. Thank you for upgrading me to a larger Room. I had requested a high-floor Room with a great view, but I was assigned the opposite: a low-floor Room with a poor view. While I was very satisfied with the Room itself, there were fewer amenities than before, and for a luxury Hotel it felt inferior compared to other hotels—especially considering it was supposed to include lounge access. I hope this can be improved. Also, although the Reservation was for three adults, an extra bed and amenities were not prepared. When I called, I couldn’t get through; after waiting and calling again, I finally reached someone and the bed was prepared. The IKYU benefit was also forgotten, so overall this stay was very disappointing. Breakfast was at the first-floor café, but it was extremely crowded and we had to wait quite a long time. For Plans that include lounge access, wouldn’t it be possible to have breakfast in the lounge? I know this is mostly critical feedback, but the Hotel itself is luxurious and wonderful, and I really like the spa as well. Please work on improving the service side. I look forward to my next stay.

    It’s surprising that...

    It’s surprising that the Rooms are so spacious yet reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with the guest room, but having to request amenities was a downside. The bath is an old-style type that requires manual temperature adjustment, and it was a hassle to get it to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was tasty, but perhaps the timing was bad—no matter how long we waited, items were not replenished. Entire sections like the ham area and the Japanese food area ran out of plates all at once and stayed empty. At other Hotels, they seem to restock even one plate at a time, so this was disappointing. My child also wanted certain items; when I asked, I was told they were “checking,” so we waited at our table, but no one came no matter how long we waited. We eventually gave up and went back to our Room. I booked two nights and two Rooms through IKYU, but for some reason the number of guests I reserved didn’t match what the Hotel told us. Even when I emailed before our stay to confirm, they wrote that they had indeed received it as two Rooms for one night, which made me worried because there were multiple inconsistencies. It’s close if you drive to the theme park, and the price is reasonable, so I would like to stay again. The front desk staff and the person who brought amenities were very kind and helpful.

    Access to the club lounge. I’d like to stay here again.

    I used the club lounge. I had used the club lounge back when it was a Hyatt, and at that time I was dissatisfied with both the staff and the food. However, since it became the Grand Prince, the service has been excellent, the food is delicious, and I really enjoyed how the offerings change depending on the time of day. I truly want to use it again. The baked goods, fruit, savory dishes, and chocolates were all very tasty. The club lounge staff member who handled my check-in (with a non-Japanese name) was especially attentive—despite it being a self-service lounge—kindly checking on drinks and even preparing them for me. It also left a strong impression that they addressed me by name.

    Breakfast

    The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It takes about 25 minutes from Osaka Station by limousine bus, but the Hotel feels luxurious, the breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

    The night view is beautiful.

    We stayed to celebrate a family birthday. The Room had a beautiful view, and we were truly impressed. Since bathrobes and pajamas are provided, it was helpful that we didn’t need to bring loungewear. The amenities aren’t extensive, but the essentials are available, and the bath salts made our bathing time especially enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the club lounge—it was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated how quickly empty dishes were replenished. Breakfast was delicious as well. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again.

    Due to the heavy sno...

    Due to the heavy snowfall, I had to change my stay from four nights to three, but even though you were extremely busy, you handled it so pleasantly that I felt comfortable even before arriving. Throughout my stay, all of the staff would stop to greet me, and whenever I seemed even slightly unsure, someone would immediately offer assistance—it was a truly moving experience for the first time in a while. It wasn’t just once; this kind of thoughtful service continued constantly, which genuinely surprised me. The front desk team, dining venue staff, the chef who prepared the egg dishes, the doorman, the limousine bus driver, staff who helped with shipping arrangements, lounge staff, housekeeping team members, cleaning staff in the front desk area, and Room service staff—what stood out most was that everyone kept smiling throughout. Communication with guests was neither too close nor too distant. I also witnessed many instances of wonderfully balanced service: conveying Hotel requests appropriately while not rigidly forcing rules on either employees or guests. It was very educational for me. Although I spent most of my time working in my Room during this stay, I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful seaside and sky views. The fitness staff took especially great care of me as well. I would love to visit again during my next refresh vacation. To all staff who assisted me directly and everyone behind the scenes involved in running the Hotel—thank you very much for giving me such a wonderful time. I also really liked the clean and uncluttered Room. Even though not everything was brand-new, I had a very positive impression of how clean and well-maintained the Facility and furnishings were. Next time, I hope to be able to stay for four nights. Thank you very much.

    Delicious Breakfast

    As a Diamond member, I stayed in Room 1021. The lounge offerings were excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, I was disappointed that the sleepwear was a yukata-style robe rather than pajama-type sleepwear.

    The access was so poor that we ended up taking a taxi from Umeda, which cost 10,000 yen.

    I would like you to consider improvements such as providing more detailed access information. I was disappointed by how difficult it was to get there—more than I expected. The distance from the station and the inconvenience of transfers were greater than anticipated, and it becomes quite stressful if you have a lot of luggage. It also takes about a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest station, and with few signs or directions, I almost got lost. Information about nearby taxi stands or shuttle buses is also limited, which makes it especially inconvenient for guests using public transportation. While there were aspects of the Hotel and service that I was satisfied with, the poor access significantly lowered my overall impression. I chose it because the price was low, but I cannot recommend it to those visiting Osaka for sightseeing or business.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed with my grandchild. The Room and Facility were clean, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. My grandchild was happy as well. There is a shuttle bus, so it was convenient for getting to the Umeda area, which made it very practical for the location. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    We had a wonderful time.

    We had a very satisfying stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the club lounge. The orange at night time was exceptionally delicious. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t eat the delicious-looking breakfast bread, which was disappointing—so we will visit again in March for breakfast.

    Very satisfied

    I stayed at this Hotel for three nights to attend an event at INTEX Osaka. There didn’t seem to be any restaurants or other places around the Hotel (especially at night), but I wasn’t planning to go out drinking, so it wasn’t an issue for me. The Hotel felt grand and elegant, and the Room, corridor furnishings, and even the elevators all had a refined atmosphere. There is a Lawson convenience store on B1 that is open until 10:30 PM, where you can get everything you need. It was very convenient to have a convenience store just steps away as soon as you take the elevator down from your Room. I requested Room cleaning on all three days. The cleaning was thorough every time, and I was very satisfied. Above all, the location right next to INTEX Osaka was a major advantage, allowing me to save travel time. On one day during my stay, I had breakfast at the buffet on the first floor. The crispy croissants and made-to-order omelets were exactly what you would expect from a city Hotel breakfast, and I enjoyed it. If you want to spend a relaxing time while enjoying the night view of Osaka Bay during your stay, I recommend this Hotel.

    Wonderful Hotel

    Staying here for my birthday added another wonderful memory this year. I’m also very grateful for your thoughtful hospitality. With a 12:00 checkout, we could take our time the next morning, and the Room was spacious and clean. It felt great to see how well it was cleaned, and I could stay with peace of mind. However, there wasn’t a vanity area or mirror in the Room, so I had to do my makeup using the closet mirror or the bathroom mirror. Even with the lights on, it was still quite dim, which made it a bit inconvenient. If you could provide at least a slightly larger foldable mirror, it would be easier to do makeup at the table in better light and would feel much more convenient. The view from the Room was beautiful and soothing, and I was able to relax very comfortably. The parking lot is available until 3:00 PM as well, so even after checkout you can have lunch at the Hotel or take a short walk by the sea—great for anyone who wants to spend a leisurely time. This is another Hotel I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Prince Hotel—no doubt!

    I stayed here for my birthday, and I was thrilled with the Room upgrade and the complimentary cake gift! I was also able to relax and enjoy a wonderful time at the club lounge. The only disappointment was that there was no one at the lounge desk during check-in, so I ended up waiting. It often seemed like there was no staff at the entrance desk, perhaps due to a staffing shortage. It made me worry that there might be a security issue. Other than that, it was a very satisfying stay. We have stayed with Prince Hotels in Otsu, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Okinawa as well, and this was truly a wonderful Hotel too. Thank you very much for your hospitality. If I have the opportunity, I would love to visit again.

    This was our first stay, and we were very satisfied! We came mainly to visit the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, but my daughter got bored quickly, so we returned to the Hotel after about two hours. We still had time before check-in, but the front desk staff kindly told us that since we were staying on the Club Floor, we could use the lounge. Thank you so much. The lounge staff were also very kind and gentle, and my daughter was happy as well. The lounge had a great view, and the fruit and cakes were delicious. There wasn’t a huge variety, but since you can’t eat that much anyway, I think it was more than enough. I didn’t have much of an appetite at breakfast and could hardly eat anything, but the Danish pastries were delicious. There were several kinds of yogurt too, and there was Osaka honey (?) which was very tasty. Check-out was at 2:00 p.m., so we could relax and take our time. My daughter seemed so comfortable that she said she didn’t want to leave. It seems there is also an outdoor pool in summer, so next time we plan to stay for two nights during summer vacation.

    Great service for the price range.

    My mother and her friend had a wonderful stay. Perhaps because we mentioned in the comments that it was her birthday month and her 77th birthday, they kindly upgraded the Room and also offered a late check-out. At the club lounge, they even got to see some card magic, and they were delighted throughout. I was worried because both of them are elderly, but the staff took great care of them. Thank you very much.

    My family of three s...

    My family of three stayed just after the New Year holidays. At check-in, we were given an explanation of the Diamond member benefits and they took good care of us, so we had a very comfortable stay. The lounge service was also great—the staff were kind, and we enjoyed chatting while looking at the Expo Grand Roof Ring through the window. One disappointing point was that at breakfast, there was jam spilled by the previous guest on the seat we were shown to, so I wiped it off myself before sitting down. It was crowded, but please check not only the tables but also the seats. We look forward to staying again.

    I made the Reservation, but my children were the ones who stayed. I called the Hotel shortly before our stay about the Reservation, but there was no usual greeting, and the phone service was poor.

    We stayed here while our child was taking entrance exams.

    This was our first stay, for my child’s entrance exam. The club lounge was fairly good, except that there was no draft beer server. Having beer in bottles is a plus (canned beer isn’t great, in my opinion). There was also a reasonably wide selection of alcohol, such as gin and whisky. The appetizer-time offerings until 19:30 were plentiful—enough to serve as dinner. My daughter ordered room service, and the portion was generous and the delivery was fast. I felt the Room amenities were limited. There was no toner or emulsion provided in the Room, so we had to ask staff to bring them. Also, the female staff at the front desk and concierge did not smile much. The male staff were pleasant.

    The Ultimate Relaxing Getaway

    I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this was the best bed I’ve ever slept on. I’m sure it’s a high-end bed. It was so comfortable that I added one more night for a Multiple Night Stay. Thanks to that, I felt refreshed and re-energized. Not only that, the staff were kind, the room service was delicious, and the Room was clean with a great view. Thank you.

    We had a very satisfying stay at the Hotel.

    We were upgraded to an ocean-view Deluxe Twin Room. The Room and the facilities were very clean, and I was surprised that there wasn’t a single smudge on the mirror in the Room. Also, since it was Monday and Manhattan Bar was closed, we weren’t sure what to do, but a staff member quickly came over to help us. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again soon.
