    I had a relaxing time.

    Stayed for one night with breakfast included. The staff, including many from abroad, were all kind and courteous, making my stay very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I enjoy having tea time at the Hotel lounge, but unfortunately, afternoon tea here is only available on weekends and there were no dessert plates or parfaits offered, which was a bit disappointing.

    The quality of the club lounge has declined.

    The quality of the evening food at the Club Lounge has declined, which was disappointing. I didn’t have high expectations for the Afternoon Tea Time food as it has never been abundant in variety or quantity, but the selection and content of the evening food were very underwhelming. I hope this was just an off day. This has been my favorite Hotel since its Hyatt days, and I would like to continue staying here. I hope you can review this matter from a guest’s perspective. Thank you in advance.

    The afternoon offeri...

    The afternoon offerings at the club lounge were extremely limited in both variety and quantity, with no replenishments, which was disappointing. The evening service was only slightly better but still unsatisfactory. While the staff were exceptionally good, the contrast was striking. I don't think leaving a review like this will bring any changes, but I decided to post it anyway. By the way, this was my third visit this year, and it was by far the most disappointing experience.

    Perfect for enjoying your stay at the Hotel.

    I stayed at the hotel to attend a dinner show held there. In conclusion, it was the perfect accommodation to relax and enjoy my time. The hotel's restaurant kindly made a custom cake for me, which was delivered as room service after the dinner show when I spent time chatting with friends in the room. Thanks to late checkout, I could enjoy my hotel life leisurely until 1 PM. The room was spacious enough and very convenient to use. It was such a wonderful hotel that I would love to stay again next year!

    With my daughter

    I stayed in a lovely room with a night view for my daughter to enjoy her fan activities. Since minors cannot stay alone, I decided to stay as well. We booked a high-floor plan with lounge access to make the most of it. The accommodation included breakfast, making it a great value. They promptly brought items like humidifiers and hair irons upon request, which was very helpful. The lounge had an excellent view; we enjoyed tea time right after check-in and indulged in cocktails and luxurious snacks during cocktail time, experiencing an extraordinary atmosphere. The lounge staff were very friendly, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. With direct bus access from Umeda, I would love to use this plan with lounge access again for another extraordinary experience!

    Executive Floor Access

    I stayed on the Executive Floor with a friend to relax and enjoy our time at the hotel. We used the shuttle service from Osaka Station, and it took less than 30 minutes by bus. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely fragrance, a spacious lobby, and a beautiful Christmas tree. The staff who assisted us during check-in were polite, had wonderful smiles, and provided excellent service. Although we arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, they informed us that our room was ready. The Club Floor on the top level offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed cookies, cakes, fruits, and lively conversations with each other! As evening fell, candles were lit on the tables creating an enchanting ambiance alongside breathtaking night views. Sparkling wine and beer were served along with smoked salmon, salads, Chinese sticky rice dumplings (chima), and takoyaki. While discussing how nice it would be to take photos in this beautiful space of the Club Floor area, one of the staff kindly offered to take pictures for us. They captured many great shots from fantastic angles! Our room was very spacious with great views—a truly wonderful accommodation. While there weren’t many amenities provided in-room initially such as skincare sets or bath salts—these could easily be requested via front desk call services which promptly delivered them upon request! The bathroom setup included separate spaces for both shower booths & bathtubs which added convenience & comfort during use! Breakfast wasn’t exclusive solely towards club-floor guests but instead held downstairs within general dining areas; however variety-wise especially bread selections stood out impressively deliciously! My personal favorites being blueberry danish pastries alongside chestnut cream-filled ones featuring crispy layers paired w custard fillings topped blueberries delightfully satisfying tastebuds overall! Live kitchen stations also featured options like Eggs Benedict/Omelets freshly prepared per order preferences too enhancing breakfast experiences further positively memorable ways altogether!! As Diamond Members perks extended late-checkout privileges complimentary welcome drink vouchers redeemable bar lounges respectively maximizing enjoyment opportunities throughout stays entirely fulfilling expectations beyond satisfaction levels achieved ultimately!! Having experienced numerous accommodations previously through frequent "staycation" trips together friends alike—this particular establishment’s exceptional customer-service interactions left lasting impressions ranking highest amongst all others encountered thus far personally speaking genuinely heartfelt gratitude expressed sincerely towards everyone involved making moments unforgettable cherished forevermore!!

    Anniversary Accommodation

    For our first wedding anniversary as a wheelchair user, we chose to stay at an accommodation. While we usually celebrate anniversaries at an onsen with a private open-air bath, this time we opted for a nearby hotel with a club lounge and wheelchair accessibility due to health concerns. After multiple inquiries, we completed the reservation. The parking and shower chair arrangements were appreciated; however, the overall experience was disappointing. 1) The upgraded high-floor room provided as part of the Diamond Member benefits was spacious with great views. However, amenities (excluding toothbrushes) were only prepared for one person despite being booked for three guests—this is unacceptable for such rooms. Since the front desk was unreachable, we used our own items and later confirmed that "amenities are provided upon request." If that's the case, it should be explained during check-in or not listed on the website as standard provisions. 2) Regarding lounge access, there were inconsistencies in staff service and food offerings. When considering reservations, I referred to reviews and guest-uploaded photos online. On our visit day—with only about three groups using the lounge—snack options were available throughout but hot meals consisted solely of pasta without any fish or meat dishes. It’s disappointing that services vary so drastically depending on guest numbers or dates. Unlike what reviews suggested about warm hospitality from staff members in lounges elsewhere, this experience felt unwelcoming; after briefly viewing night scenery from there awkwardly seated amidst discomforts—we returned early back into our room instead. 3) Despite notifying beforehand via comments/inquiries regarding celebrating such special occasion like wedding anniversaries—it saddened us deeply when none among their team even congratulated us verbally! Reading other reviews revealed stark differences where some guests received thoughtful gestures beyond mere words while others faced cost-cutting measures devoid entirely lacking basic acknowledgment altogether leaving me wondering why? As someone relying heavily upon assistance due mobility challenges—I tried maintaining utmost politeness towards everyone yet ended up feeling drained emotionally throughout entire stay ultimately cutting short plans returning home right after breakfast next morning prematurely disappointed especially given fond memories associated previously staying under Hyatt brand properties making future visits unlikely consideration anymore hereafter!

    Relaxing Staycation

    A charming Hotel with a wonderful atmosphere since its Hyatt days. This time, as an IKYU Diamond member, I enjoyed upgraded Rooms for both days and checked in right after enjoying the lunch buffet on the first day at around 13:30. Thanks to the IKYU Diamond benefits, I was able to check out at around 13:30 as well, allowing me to fully enjoy a total of 48 hours of staycation. With facilities like a pool and fitness center, along with access to the club lounge, I spent an elegant day within the Hotel. The Lawson convenience store located on B1 was surprisingly handy. While not every staff member stood out, those who assisted me at the front desk and a friendly woman in the lounge made my experience pleasant overall. I would love to create another opportunity to stay here again!

    A lounge with great views from the upper floors

    We were truly impressed once again by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful attention to detail, and courteous service. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea and cocktail time in the lounge—everything was delicious and very satisfying. In particular, we really loved the sweets at afternoon tea. The view from the high floor was wonderful, and in the relaxed, calm atmosphere, my wife—who has been exhausted from caring for her parents—was able to enjoy a refreshing escape from everyday life. Thank you very much. It was even more comfortable than we expected, and we will definitely return. Thank you in advance for your continued hospitality.

    Everything exceeded our expectations!

    I usually don't post reviews, but this experience was so amazing that I decided to share it! I stayed in the Premier Twin on the Club Floor. The room was very spacious, and above all, the view from the window was breathtaking with an incredible sense of openness! The Club Lounge always had cookies and drinks available during its open hours. During tea time, there were several types of sweets added, and during evening time, light meals (salads and a variety of dishes) were also served. I ate so much that I ended up not needing to order room service as planned—it was that satisfying! From check-in onwards, the staff at the Club Lounge (and even those at the breakfast venue) remembered my face. On departure, one of the staff members from the Club Lounge even escorted me to the elevator despite being very busy—thank you so much for your kindness. Below are two points where I thought improvements could enhance enjoyment even further (though it’s already wonderful as is): ① Internet Connection on TV The TV in my room was incredibly large with 4K resolution. Hoping to watch a movie on it, I tried pressing Netflix or other buttons on the remote control but they didn’t work. When attempting screen mirroring from my smartphone instead, I found iPhones weren’t supported while Android devices were compatible. However, only Google-related content like Google Search or YouTube displayed properly; apps like U-next or Tver only played audio without showing video... While this might be technically challenging to resolve now, it would be great if you could consider improving this feature in future. ② Breakfast Options For this IKYU.com plan specifically tied to this room type—only breakfast-inclusive plans were available for booking. While enjoying how quiet and relaxing time flowed at the Club Lounge overall—the main breakfast venue felt slightly busier due partly due its crowd size & activity levels compared comparatively speaking ideally having option eat within club-lounge itself perhaps ideal scenario though understand logistical constraints involved alternatively allowing guests staying club-floor choose between buffet-style downstairs OR opting-room-service-breakfast instead potentially providing opportunity leisurely enjoy meal privacy comfort own space! This is actually first-ever accommodation where purely based hotel-stay-experience alone—not factoring sightseeing attractions nearby—I genuinely want return again soon!!

    I stayed at the accommodation with my childhood friend for a special trip celebrating their 77th birthday. At check-in, our room was upgraded, and upon entering, we were delighted to find a fruit platter and cake prepared for us. Thanks to the heartfelt hospitality, we had an unforgettable and wonderful hotel stay. We even set a new goal: "Let's stay at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay again for the 80th birthday celebration by staying healthy and strong!" Thank you for making it such a memorable day.

    Relax in the lounge

    I have been a frequent guest since the Hyatt days. This time, perhaps due to staff shortages, tables were not cleared during tea time, and food and glassware were not replenished, leaving the area somewhat disorganized. During cocktail time, a large quantity of fried shrimp was served but remained untouched even two hours later. It might be better to serve them in smaller portions over several intervals to maintain their freshness and appeal.

    A lounge that gets better with every visit

    This is my 7th time visiting the lounge, and I often use it because of its great offerings. This time, as an IKYU Diamond Member benefit, I was able to extend my Room stay until 2:00 PM and received a one-drink ticket for the bar. However, every time I visit, I feel disappointed with the breakfast—it’s underwhelming. I wish there were more Japanese side dishes or visually appealing and comforting options like simmered vegetables. There were some multi-national stewed dishes available, but three similar types seemed unnecessary—one would suffice. Other options included grilled bacon, sausages, curry, etc. The only items I consistently enjoy are congee, miso soup, tempura udon noodles, and fresh salad. The glass noodles served in the lounge were simple but delicious with a nice ham flavor. Looking forward to revisiting the lounge again!

    A Hotel with Exceptional Hospitality

    We stayed as a family to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our wheelchair-using child. Since we use a wheelchair, we had requested the use of an accessible parking space and bed guards. The room was conveniently located near the elevator, equipped with a bath chair, and even during breakfast, seating arrangements were thoughtfully handled. Perhaps because we mentioned it was for our wedding anniversary, we were given a high-floor room with a great view and even provided with a celebratory cake in the room. Although we booked this stay on a very affordable plan, the attentive service and thoughtful gestures exceeded expectations and made us truly happy. While excellent service is often expected at higher prices, receiving such exceptional care on an affordable plan was truly impressive. It turned out to be an amazing stay that reaffirmed how wonderful Prince Hotel is. Thank you so much!

    Female staff in the lounge

    Check-in was done at the lounge. Although the staff had a foreign accent, their politeness and dedication were impressive, making the experience very pleasant. The view from the lounge is impeccable; however, there seem to be significant issues with the food menu. This is not about delays in service but rather an operational issue of the Facility. As for the main dish, which seemed to be sea bream carpaccio, it was served only once and no alternative raw fish dishes were provided afterward. At one point, cooked mackerel was served instead. Despite the staff's hard work, it felt like this affected my overall evaluation negatively. The room is spacious and user-friendly. The separation of the shower booth and bathtub felt inconvenient for me as a Japanese guest. However, considering many international guests stay here as well, this design might suit others' preferences better depending on individual values.

    It was a highly satisfying Hotel stay.

    I had a very comfortable staycation on the Club Floor. The view from the Club Lounge was stunning, offering sights of the Expo venue's large roof ring and even Abeno Harukas in the distance. The lounge staff were highly professional and hospitable, engaging in pleasant conversations that made my experience enjoyable. Although I declined alcohol, I was offered non-alcoholic sparkling wine, which was so delicious that I ended up having seconds. While the tea time selection wasn’t extensive, everything served was delightful. During cocktail time, there were plenty of options including snacks, sweets, and fruits—leaving me completely satisfied. Perhaps because it was a Sunday evening, the lounge maintained a calm atmosphere throughout my visit, allowing me to relax fully. The Room featured a shower booth instead of a unit bath, which suited me perfectly as I'm not fond of unit baths—it was very comfortable. At breakfast in the restaurant, there was an excellent variety of salads—a treat for vegetable lovers like myself! A staff member at the bell desk kindly recommended walking routes for me to explore around ATC and other areas near Nanko; I thoroughly enjoyed it all. Though slightly removed from central city areas and unfamiliar with some routes at first—it turned out to be part of an enjoyable adventure as well! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

    Cost-effective Hotel

    Stayed in a 40m² Deluxe Twin Room, which was spacious enough with a sofa and table by the window. The room included a Nespresso machine, a deep bathtub, and a comfortable shower room, offering excellent value for money. Opted for the dinner and breakfast included plan, and since it was on weekdays, the dining experience was pleasant without any crowding. The menu featured a wide variety of options including omelets, eggs benedict, Japanese cuisine, Chinese dishes, Asian flavors, American meals, and desserts. The staff provided excellent service. A shuttle bus to Osaka Station (via highway) was available and took approximately 20 minutes.

    Well-maintained

    I stayed alone. The staff are very kind. There are many foreign guests. The building seems to be from the bubble era, with solid construction, making it very quiet and comfortable to stay in. The only concern was that the bathroom felt old, but it was clean.

    Upon entering the lobby for the first time, there was a pleasant fragrance, and we were warmly welcomed with polite guidance and smiles. It was also nice to relax in the lobby while waiting for our train on departure day. The meals were delicious, and the thoughtful gestures of the staff made us feel comfortable and happy. However, there were 3-4 small dead insects in the bathtub, I got bitten by an insect without noticing and felt itchy, and I had trouble sleeping due to what seemed like insects near the bed. Additionally, the drawer where tea packs were placed was quite dusty, which wasn’t pleasant. Even after cleaning it with antibacterial wet wipes I brought along, it didn’t feel completely clean. There was no air purifier in the room either—perhaps this room hadn’t been used for a while? These issues were disappointing; I hope they can be improved. Nonetheless, I would consider staying again when needed in the future.

    Dinner Information

    Alcohol and beverages are often provided for free nowadays, but even soft drinks were charged here. The canned juice offered was unexpected. The food was not warm, only heated by overhead lights, making dishes like sashimi too cold and unappetizing. Additionally, there were no Japanese dishes available, which was surprising. Overall, the food lacked effort to provide something truly delicious.

    Stayed with my middle school daughter for a conference and sightseeing. Chose the club floor as there would be times when she would be alone. From check-in to check-out, we had a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to the club floor manager for your kind attention regarding my daughter.

    The Smiling Lounge

    It had been a long time since my last stay, now under the Prince brand instead of Hyatt. The staff were simply outstanding. The three female lounge staff I met during this visit always greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel genuinely welcome. Two of them, originally from Indonesia, were so charming and delightful that it truly warmed my heart. I am also grateful for how kindly they interacted with my overly cheerful mother. It felt like every member of the team at Prince Osaka Bay works with such kindness and care. Additionally, the fish dishes served during the lounge's cocktail time—Spanish mackerel and red snapper—were absolutely exceptional in quality. I left feeling completely refreshed. I will definitely return again. Thank you very much!

    The shuttle service ...

    The shuttle service from Osaka Station was very convenient. Having stayed here before, I felt comfortable and secure during my stay. The reception staff were friendly and provided excellent service with a smile. This time, my room was upgraded to a slightly larger one, which was clean and pleasant. I had pre-booked the indoor pool, allowing me to relax and refresh. Dinner was served as a buffet; soft drinks were charged separately but the meal was delicious. The facility is spacious and provided a comfortable atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    The service on the Club Floor was excellent, allowing for a relaxing stay. I had previously stayed here once when it was the Hyatt Regency. The Room was clean and very nice. I would love to stay again.

    It was a comfortable and cost-effective Hotel.

    We stayed with three friends for a staycation purpose in a Plan with Club Lounge access. The Room was spacious enough for three people even with an extra bed, and the night view from the high floor was stunning, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay. Right after check-in, we headed to the much-anticipated Club Lounge, where we relaxed on spacious sofa seats while enjoying coffee, drinks, snacks, and light meals. During cocktail time, we also enjoyed alcoholic beverages and simple dishes that were substantial enough to serve as dinner for those with smaller appetites. That day coincided with the Yodogawa Fireworks Festival; although small in view from the lounge, we could still enjoy watching fireworks. Later on, we moved to the bar for cocktails and had an enjoyable time as a magic show started right then by a magician. The Hotel staff's hospitality was excellent; every area including check-in, lounge service, breakfast venue, and bar provided pleasant experiences throughout our stay. Walking leisurely through the Hotel while admiring its lobby interior design and displayed artworks was also delightful. Although located in a slightly inconvenient area transportation-wise, it is undoubtedly worth visiting this wonderful Hotel even if it requires some extra travel effort!

The night view from the Club Room was absolutely stunning, truly the best in Osaka. The dishes in the lounge were each delicious, and we could feel the dedication of the international staff members. Although neither my wife nor I drink alcohol, we greatly appreciated the variety of non-alcoholic menu options that were thoughtfully arranged for us. The hospitality provided by both the front desk and café staff was exceptional, allowing us to feel well cared for throughout our stay. Thanks to all of you, my wife and I were able to relax and refresh ourselves fully. While we are deeply grateful for all your kind considerations, if I may make one small request: it would be perfect if access to the fourth-floor bath could be included as part of the Club Room Plan benefits? In most hotels with Club Rooms within Osaka city, pools and large baths are generally accessible as part of such plans.
