  • A beautiful Hotel with views of Lake Tazawa

    It was pleasant that everything—from the lobby and hallways to inside the elevator—was covered with tatami mats. Right after check-in, we were welcomed with cold matcha tea, which was a nice touch. We had both breakfast and dinner in a private room across the hallway. The simmered kinki (rockfish) was especially delicious. The staff were also very attentive. It would have been perfect if face towels were provided in the large public bath.

  • A Wonderful Stay

    Having a dining area attached to the Room was very convenient, and we were able to relax comfortably. The meals were carefully selected and very delicious. All of the staff were pleasant as well. We would definitely like to stay again.
