    The service is terrible.

I stayed for one night on February 22nd to 23rd. I expected it to be crowded, but the service was terrible in every way. Even though it's all-inclusive, there were never any drinks available after a bath, and they weren't replenished. There was no shampoo either, and it wasn't restocked until morning. The dinner I was most looking forward to was extremely crowded because there were no staggered seating times. Although my reservation was at 7 PM, I got in around 7:20 PM and started eating at 7:50 PM. Yet we were told to leave by 9 PM, and towards the end, nothing was left. Moreover, there wasn't any shabu-shabu or foie gras as promised; it felt like a scam. It didn't match the price at all—a very disappointing trip indeed. I don't think I'll want to visit again.

Hotel exclusively for families with children

The view from the room, as well as the Onsen, sauna, and cold bath facilities were wonderful. However, children were constantly noisy everywhere - in the lobby, lounge, bath area, and even in the corridors of guest rooms. In the restaurant too, parents were engrossed in their smartphones while kids jumped on sofas. It seems that teaching children to behave properly outside is no longer common in Japan these days. This hotel is suitable for families who want to let their children be noisy without worry. Even though we were told that the buffet starts at 7 PM, there was a long queue and we could only enter at 7:30 PM. There was also a long line to get food and we started eating at our seats by 7:50 PM. I don't think I'll visit again on a weekend.

    Close!

I stayed for two days and one night. The service at the front desk was polite and good. The view from the room was nice, with the sea nearby and a beautiful sunset. Most of the amenities were provided, but it would have been better if there was coffee in addition to tea! There was one dissatisfaction: I tried to use the bathtub in the room, but its inside wasn't cleaned well and felt rough, so I didn't feel like using it. The towels were clean, but they could have been softer. The welcome drink from 3 o'clock was a free drink served in slightly fancy paper cups where you pour each time; it was fun because you could mix your favorite drinks like making sangria with red wine and orange juice. My husband said he enjoyed the beer very much and had several refills. As for snacks? There weren't many sweets available, so they ran out quickly. It would be easier to take if they were placed in larger containers. The snacks were arranged around small tables, so setting up a flow line might make things smoother. There weren't enough chairs for the number of guests staying, so many people had to stand around watching others sit down. Also, it would be nice if the chairs were more comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide variety of dishes that made me wonder what to choose; however, there seemed to be fewer meat options than expected—I hoped for steak but unfortunately found none available—though having thicker slices on roast beef might enhance satisfaction levels further. There were many young families present which made this trip soothing thanks largely due their small children bringing joy into our experience overall—a heartfelt thank you is owed here as well!

    Popular Property

It was crowded even on weekdays. Since it is a buffet style, it can't be helped, but it is dramatically crowded even outside the desired time. I would like the groups from tour buses and individual reservation guests to be separated by time slots. There is nothing to complain about the food, but I wanted to enjoy my meal slowly. That's why this evaluation was given.

    I have stayed at oth...

I have stayed at other Mercure Hotels, but the staff here felt warmer. Since it's all-inclusive, I think it's great for those who drink alcohol, but since I don't drink, I wished there was sparkling water available during dinner. There are several elevators and they operate at high speed, so there's no stress of waiting. It's amazing. The meals use a lot of local ingredients and there were many diverse options that made me want to try everything. I am very satisfied. What concerned me was the crowding during check-in. It uses a ticket system, but for some reason people with numbers after mine went ahead first, and I had to wait quite a while. Also, although it can't be helped being close to the sea, the windows near the elevator were covered in salt making it difficult to see the beautiful sea and sun clearly. As for room wear, the fabric is too thick making it unsuitable for sleeping in my opinion. However overall it was a property I'd like to visit again someday soon! Thank you very much!

Hotel with views of the sea and forest

The hotel had just opened, but it was a renovation of an existing hotel. It was spacious, and the staff were pleasant. However, it is suitable for families. There is a children's play area, and there were many families with children, making it feel like being in a daycare center. It is all-inclusive, but the alcohol served in paper cups was not impressive. The price wasn't very high either, so it's understandable. I was happy to find a sauna in the large public bath. The buffet meals were delicious both morning and evening. If I may be indulgent, since it's a hotel near the sea, it would have been nice to have more seafood options. The hotel is located within Daifuzaki Nature Park (Daifuzaki Shizen Koen), surrounded by nature with about a 10-minute walk to the sea—a recommended walk despite some ups and downs along the way. We watched the sunset from our room with an ocean view but got tired standing all along (the tatami mat before the window obstructed our view when seated). A folding chair would have been nice to have. Despite writing various things here, we made a very reasonable reservation making it excellent value for money.

Hotel in a nature park where you can take a leisurely stroll

I made a reservation about six months ago to experience the popular Mercure brand and stayed on the Saturday just before my husband's birthday. Located within a nature park, we don't own a car, so the shuttle service was appreciated. We arrived before noon, stored our luggage in free lockers, received a map at the front desk, and took a tour around. Exploring nature without kids and no car was truly enjoyable with the hotel as our base; we were blessed with good weather and had a great time. Since it was early, check-in went smoothly. The modern room made for an extremely comfortable stay; however, it's amusing that our child didn't want to stay in the room at all because of all the play areas available. Thank you for the birthday present! Regarding meals, I hope improvements can be made in explaining during busy times and staff allocation. The basic menu items were arranged around large tables near the entrance but by the time I finished serving my child’s meal and went to get mine, there was already a line along these tables. When trying to enter from where trays or chopsticks were located at the entrance side someone pointed out they lined up from opposite direction which other guests mentioned too due lack of guidance from staff would have been helpful here instead of guests pointing out rules formed by flow themselves. Progressing while serving oneself using tongs or ladles caused significant delays honestly felt like not being business hotel should offer more pre-plated dishes. Some well-known menu items like turban shellfish (sazae) or salmon benedict weren't available which left us slightly disappointed. In addition to dining issues local discovery experiences also seemed downgraded significantly if paying regular weekend rates might not have matched expectations but thanks early bird sale enjoyed fully family satisfaction high grateful wonderful memories! Would love visit again if opportunity arises!

    Everywhere is over capacity.

I was exhausted by how long it took to check in. Although I opted for the lounge benefits, if we have to wait this long, there might be a riot unless it's free-flow. The lounge lacks both seats and snacks. I gave up on the crowded night bar. I'm glad I didn't add the night buffet option. The bath was used only in the Room. I braced myself for a line at breakfast; however, with a reasonable wait, I got in and found the meal not bad, slightly redeeming its rating. The Room was on the 5th floor with an ocean view, which was excellent and redeemed two or three stars. While hallway noise echoed quite a bit into the Room, sounds from other Rooms were inaudible, which is a plus point.

Multiple Night Stay, Classic Room, for reference when used with friends

The overall impression is that for an all-inclusive, it feels a bit lacking. Personally, I felt the cost performance was not great compared to others. The renovation is minimal, so it doesn't feel like everything is new. Room Classic Room (Ocean Side) The view is very good. You can see the ocean view and sunset. The windows are dirty, so I wish they would put more effort into cleaning them. The toilet door doesn't lock. However, it's very spacious and the bed height is good, making it suitable for close friends to stay together without issues. The Classic Room was just as described in the reviews I researched beforehand. Amenities Given how spacious the lobby is, it would have been nice to have a corner where you could take what you need. With the Multiple Night Stay Plan, we agreed on a system where if room cleaning wasn't needed, only supplies would be replaced. However, I wished tissues, toilet paper, cups, and tea were sufficiently provided. It might be their style not to provide unless requested from our side? But I thought it might not match up with the price. We managed with pocket tissues we brought ourselves. It might be nice to have a system where supplies are placed in rooms accessible by card key and can be picked up at designated times for multiple night stays. These shortcomings were strongly compensated by meals. They really put effort into meals. There’s a wide variety of drinks available and they quickly replenish food items when informed they're running out. There’s also consideration for families with lower counters dedicated for children. During busy times you can choose your dining time at check-in in order to disperse guests throughout different time slots; we chose later hours but still enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. All restaurant staff responded with smiles which made us very happy; plus restaurant interiors are beautifully maintained. We hardly used the lounge area; if claiming all-inclusive status there may still be room for improvement here—snack boxes were too small and didn’t seem replenished either—it’s best not set high expectations here. Bathrooms are also very clean—I used them five times—and having shelves near entrances where towels or bags could go would add convenience too! Not recommended if you're uncomfortable around children running about freely!

    Comfortable!

I arrived quite early before the check-in time, but the front desk service was excellent. "You can complete the check-in process from 1 PM. Since we have availability, we have upgraded your Room from a Classic Twin to a Superior Twin with an ocean view. Although it's before check-in time, your Room is ready, so please feel free to relax." I was very satisfied with the hospitality. The buffet showed attention to both appearance and taste. Instead of the usual steak, having hamburgers lined up was cool. The sardine dumpling fisherman's soup was also great, showcasing local production for local consumption. With the all-inclusive plan, drinks were unlimited. There were many families with infants, so it was nice that there weren't any groups drinking excessively and causing a ruckus. The interior was spacious and new, and the grand staircase in the lobby was particularly lovely, enhancing the luxurious atmosphere. The sea was beautiful too. I was soothed by the sound of the waves.

    When I tried repeating it

I stayed in August and repeated in February. I will write down my honest impressions. Check-in was very smooth. The young staff at the restaurant were working very hard and left a good impression. The meals, which were attractive, undeniably felt downgraded compared to August. The lounge was chaotic with children. It was strange that the staff who took away the empty snack containers brought them back empty again. The night lounge staff, while irritated, threw trash and almost hit my family. The four types of snacks were always empty. There was a long line for soft drinks. Both the restaurant and the large public bath were filled with crying children. Prices have gone up, and the content has gone down in quality. I went on this trip seeking relaxation, but I ended up exhausted. I don't think I will repeat my stay. I recommend it for those with children.

33 groups waiting to check in!?

My wife and I take a leisurely trip every month to enjoy Onsen and cuisine. It's not about the first impression, but often you can tell the hospitality of a Hotel from the welcome at check-in. This time too, with good Reviews, we headed for check-in with high expectations. As we passed through the automatic doors, an unfriendly man said, "Please take a ticket and wait in the lounge." Looking at the ticket, there were 33 groups waiting!? The lounge was as crowded as if people were waiting for a concert!? I thought it was a group tour, but everyone was waiting to check in!? In front of the front desk where children got bored and cried out loud, we waited endlessly for our turn... Already with this initial blow, our excitement faded away. Although they have an electronic board (for check-in!?) to manage waiting times efficiently, there are no efforts made to stagger check-in times or avoid making guests wait. It seemed like there was no sense of hospitality there, and after that point on it felt like all they did was try to process guests quickly. The dinner we had been looking forward to turned out to be another buffet where children cried loudly, and we stood endlessly in long lines, with random seating arrangements... We were sandwiched between large families with kids on both sides, amidst cotton candy machine noise; enjoying meals leisurely wasn't possible at all... Wanting just some wine leisurely, when I asked "Can I order wine by bottle?", the unfriendly response came: "Only wines placed in buffet are available." I thought so indeed. For adults like us who prefer slow-paced travel experiences, unfortunately full of disappointments; I cannot recommend this place. Facility is clean perhaps due its renewal; bath area is spacious enough which could be enjoyed. That alone was our only solace...

    Thank you for your patronage.

We stayed with our 0-year-old and 3-year-old grandchildren, spanning three generations. It was very crowded since it was a Saturday, but we were able to check in early with the Diamond member benefits, and the checkout was at 12, allowing us to avoid the crowds. The staff at the Hotel were all courteous and provided pleasant service. It was lively as there were many families. Both dinner and breakfast were crowded, but all the dishes were delicious. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Staying with Dogs

This was my first time staying with a small dog. Overall, I had a good impression, but I noticed that there were many guests with babies and preschool-aged children, which made the dining area quite noisy. It made me feel that this Property might be specialized for families with small children. The food was very well-seasoned, and the staff were very professional and courteous, which I appreciated. Since the building is old, I was concerned about the smell from the bathroom pipes, as well as stains and hair on the futon mattress. The souvenir for my dog was an adorable stuffed toy, which my dog is happily using. Thank you very much.

It was the Hotel just as it appeared on social media.

We stayed at the Property as a family of four, including my husband, our 10-year-old son celebrating his birthday, and our 1-year-old daughter. To conclude, it was a very enjoyable Hotel. We arrived at the Hotel around 2 PM and took a walk along the nearby beach. The sea was crystal clear and beautiful, but swimming was prohibited. When we went to check in just before 3 PM, there was a bit of a line. By 3:30 PM, the wait was quite long. However, we were able to enjoy drinks and snacks in the lobby, and there was a play area, so the wait passed quickly. Our younger child had a great time there. Our older child enjoyed games in the large hall and other areas. He got really into spinning tops during this time and has been playing with them at home ever since. We had reserved a Japanese-style Room, which felt a bit old overall. However, the air conditioning was perfect, maintaining a comfortable temperature. Also, since it was our son's birthday, we had requested a surprise during the Reservation, but it was declined. Still, when we entered the Room, there was a small celebration (some sweets) with a "Happy Birthday" note. Our son was very happy, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Thank you very much. The mattress provided seemed to be of high quality, and we had a very comfortable and restful sleep. Time flew by as we enjoyed playing together as a family until dinner. Looking around, we noticed many families spanning three generations. It might have been the first time we fully enjoyed a Hotel without leaving its premises. The meal was a buffet with a wide variety of delicious options. It was a busy time, so there were some dishes we had to give up on, which was a bit disappointing. We also realized how challenging buffets can be with small children. We visited the large public bath, and it seemed like the stars were beautifully visible from the outdoor open-air bath. (Unfortunately, I couldn’t see them clearly due to my poor eyesight, which was frustrating.) The amenities provided included Sekkisei products, which made me happy. Also, the shampoo matched my hair type perfectly, which was the most surprising thing for me. Overall, it was a very good Hotel. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Room where you can stay with your dog

This was my first time using this service. I was concerned about the smell in the Room, as it was advertised as a Room where you can stay with your dog, and unfortunately, the smell was quite severe. There were no deodorizing items in the Room, so I had no choice but to endure it. Additionally, an empty jar of dog treats provided as a service was rolling on the floor, which made me question whether the cleaning was done properly, leaving me feeling uncomfortable. The Room had a fairly large cage, and when we went out for dinner, we placed the bed we brought inside the cage and put our dog in it. However, when we returned to the Room, our dog had managed to get out of the cage and was sitting quietly outside. Although I was quite alarmed, I was relieved that our dog, weighing 2 kilograms, was able to get out without getting stuck between the bars. Small dogs like ours require extra attention in such cases. Other aspects such as the meals, bath, customer service, and location were all excellent, so I sincerely hope the smell in the Room can be improved. I believe there are measures that can be taken, such as reviewing the cleaning process, using dog-friendly aromatherapy, or providing deodorizing products. Rather than the treat service, I would appreciate more focus on odor control.

It's more of a mission than a leisurely experience.

I am a fan of Stays and have stayed at five-star Hotels both domestically and internationally. This time, I had business nearby and booked a junior suite as it seemed suitable for families with children. I hoped my preschool children would enjoy it, but here are my honest impressions. The luxurious feel that the words "lounge" and "all-inclusive" convey is zero. The lounge is a dimly lit corner like a waiting area next to the reception. The drinks are at a family restaurant level, there is no space to sit, there is a long line to get drinks, the snacks are poor, and to top it off, they use paper cups. It was not a page of an elegant holiday, but a scene like a bleak distribution. I didn't feel like drinking and left. If you imagine a club lounge, it's something completely different! It would be much more favorable if they didn't advertise it as a lounge or all-inclusive and just said the drinks are complimentary at check-in. The buffet at night and in the morning was very crowded (is it better that there was no waiting time?). Trays and glasses were not enough, and we always had to ask the staff. It was clear that the staff was really overwhelmed. The space between the seats was also narrow. It felt more like a mission than a meal. However, the variety and taste were generally above expectations. There were no luxurious ingredients, but the taste of the cooked dishes was decent. The deli at the salad corner was particularly delicious. Compared to other buffets I've experienced, it ranked quite high among the Properties I've stayed at. We were disappointed with the "lounge," but this helped us regain our spirits. The renovated Room had an IKEA feel but was decent. The Onsen was average. There were many young families in their 20s and early 30s, so I don't think this is the place for those seeking a leisurely and extraordinary vacation. However, considering the price, you can see the corporate effort. It might be cost-effective for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere and want to travel without hesitation even with infants. I saw complaints from others who paid a high price, and I felt the same way; if you pay more than 60,000-70,000 yen per night, you are left with a feeling of dissatisfaction. There is no reception system (Facility or service) that matches the price. For a family of four, if you can enjoy this much for 20,000-30,000 yen, it's a good Property. I hope this will be helpful to someone.

I think traveling with children is the best.

This was our third stay. We usually visit on weekdays, and previously, about a quarter or a third of the guests seemed to be families with children. However, this time, despite it being a weekday, it felt like more than half, maybe even two-thirds, were families with children. I can only imagine how lively it must get on weekends when elementary and middle school-aged children are added to the mix. That said, considering the declining birthrate, it was heartwarming to see many three-generation families. Grandparents were often looking after the children while the parents enjoyed a relaxed meal with drinks. I think that's a wonderful setup. In fact, there seem to be more play areas for children than before. Kids were running around the beautiful lobby, climbing on sofas, and jumping off them. I think it's great that families with children can enjoy their stay without feeling self-conscious. However, as a senior couple, we realized this Property might not be the best fit for us. For those who feel the same, it's simple—just choose not to stay here. Complaining would be pointless since the Property clearly caters to families with children. What bothered us the most during this stay was the seating arrangement at the buffet. Couples were assigned to two-person tables, which were quite cramped and placed very close to neighboring tables. Even if we arrived early, couples were almost always seated at these small tables. While I understand this is due to the lack of time restrictions, dining at such a table felt no different from being at a Business Hotel. Families of three, on the other hand, were seated at spacious sofas. Honestly, we found dining at these tables unbearable and have decided not to stay here again. Especially during breakfast, we were seated in a confined room at the back, with tables so close together that it felt like we were practically touching our neighbors. It was impossible to eat in peace. The staff were very apologetic, saying, "We’re sorry for the cramped seating for two guests," and they diligently cleared our plates. However, I wish they would consider implementing a two-seating system to create a more comfortable dining experience.

    Disappointing

It is advertised as all-inclusive, but the variety of drinks and snacks was not very extensive and fell short of expectations. Additionally, it seems that bringing items to individual rooms is not allowed, which made it difficult to relax. Especially during times when influenza or COVID-19 is prevalent, please consider allowing items to be brought into guest rooms.

The Japanese-style room was truly disappointing...

Let me provide some candid feedback. I love traveling and go somewhere at least once a month. Since I had a great experience in Yatsugatake, I decided to stay in Minamiboso this time. With a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old, I booked a Japanese-style Room knowing it hadn't been renovated. The Room was old but thoroughly cleaned. However... the smell from the toilet and bathroom drains was unbearable. Even my child complained that the toilet smelled bad. The sink bowl was also extremely dirty, as shown in the photos, and I’ve never seen such a poor condition even in budget Hotels. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, we were too tired on the first day and gave up, sleeping in the same Room. The next day, I asked the front desk to change the Room. They informed me that the ocean-view Japanese-style Rooms were fully booked and offered us an upgraded Room on the forest side. The front desk staff's response at that time was excellent, so I gave them 4 stars for that. As for the meals, despite being close to the sea, I felt there was a lack of seafood. The Mont Blanc dessert counter was often unattended, and even after calling multiple times, no one noticed, leading some guests to give up. Perhaps it was because it was a weekday and there were fewer staff members? Since Yatsugatake was so wonderful, maybe I had set my expectations too high. I was a bit disappointed. I hope all the guest Rooms will be renovated soon.

This was my first time using this service. I only travel about once a year, but I was extremely satisfied. The variety and taste of the buffet were excellent. All the staff were pleasant, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip.

    Perfect for families with children

Stayed for one night with a 7-year-old and a 2-year-old. Check-in was very crowded, but there was a kids' room available, and after registering, we were notified via LINE when it was our turn, so we could let the kids play while waiting without having to stand in line. Adults could also enjoy drinks in the lounge while waiting, making the process stress-free. Although dining during popular times tends to fill up, this time, in addition to the kids' room, banquet halls and other spaces were opened for children to play, which was very helpful. (There were activities like soccer, badminton, table tennis, and board games.) Additionally, the restaurant also notified us via LINE when it was our turn, so we could wait while playing. Overall, the kids were able to play to their hearts' content without getting tired during waiting times and seemed very satisfied. Amenities were well-prepared, and we had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. There were even strollers available for use within the Hotel. We would definitely love to stay again!

I was able to spend my time at my own pace.

I arrived past 3 PM via the Shuttle Service from Biwa Club, which happened to be during the peak check-in rush. I was handed a numbered ticket, and my number was displayed on the monitor. Although the wait was quite long, I was able to relax in the lounge with some snacks, coffee, and sparkling wine. This was my third time staying here. I stayed for two nights to unwind from daily fatigue and enjoy some alone time. Both dinner and breakfast offer such a wide variety of dishes that you can't fully enjoy them all unless you stay for two nights. I particularly enjoy soups and noodles, so I was happy to serve myself hot dishes directly. This time, I was upgraded to a Superior Twin Room due to availability. (Thank you!) I will share some images of the Room and amenities. There are a few Properties I repeatedly visit on my own, but this one has become a recent favorite. I look forward to coming back again.

I was able to spend a relaxing time.

During the busy year-end period, there was a wait at check-in, but it was nice to be able to wait in the lounge. Although there were many people, I was satisfied as I could smoothly enjoy both the meals and the Onsen. It seemed that large groups had longer waiting times. We were blessed with good weather this time and were able to see beautiful scenery at the Okamoto Pier near the Hotel.

    First use after rebranding.

This was our third stay, but it was the first time for my parents and our dog, and we were looking forward to it after the rebranding. We were prepared as the Review mentioned that there were many families with children, but even in the lounge at night, there were noisy children while their parents seemed to leave them unattended, and I couldn't relax. I understand that parents might also want to enjoy a drink, but perhaps there could be an option to enjoy drinks quietly in the Room. Seeing a mother with a tattoo on her back bathing with her child made me feel disappointed about the decline in guest morals. Before the rebranding, the staff's attentiveness left a warm impression, but now the service feels consistent, neither below nor above a certain level. Previously, casual conversations and thoughtful gestures from an older female staff member who made drinks during dinner, or offering to take photos for us, became memorable parts of our Hotel stay. However, I didn't feel such personalized service this time—perhaps my expectations were too high. That said, a female staff member at the front desk left a great impression. When she happened to be on duty and saw us at the dog run, she came over to greet us and interacted with our dog. During check-out as well, her greetings and attitude conveyed genuine care for the guests, which made me very happy. I would love to stay at the Hotel again and meet her. The Room we stayed in was a suite for the first time, and it was spacious and relaxing. I was touched by the dog-friendly amenities like the special New Year's meal, treats, and stuffed toys for our dog. However, the lighting in the Japanese-style room was torn, the walls were peeling, and there was hair on the futon. I hope the staff can put in more effort as it feels like a waste for such a nice Room. As for the meals, my mother, who has difficulty walking, used a cart and enjoyed herself more than usual, so we were satisfied. Overall, I hope the Hotel can improve further, and I say this with high expectations. I apologize for the lengthy Review. We look forward to staying again with our family. Thank you for taking care of us this time as well. Thank you very much!

    Overall satisfied, but...

Since it was a stay during the busy New Year's period, it was understandable, but the dinner buffet was limited to 90 minutes. There was no particular issue with the time setting, but perhaps because I reserved the restaurant for 5 PM when the buffet started, the line to reach the food was very long, and it took about 30 minutes to get to eat. I couldn't go directly to get what I wanted to eat, and had to line up at the end and keep going to get what I wanted, making the 90 minutes pass by quickly. The food was generally cold, so I would have appreciated it if the hot dishes were served warm. The lounge from 7 PM was very cold, perhaps because it was near the hotel entrance. It might have been nice to have blankets available. The guest room and bath were cleanly maintained, and I was pleasantly assisted during check-in. I would like to visit again during a less busy period. Thank you!

A foreign name for the Hotel?

Thank you very much for your hospitality. However, the content and price do not match at all. It was my first time experiencing a system where you cannot enter the public bath entrance without scanning the Room key, and I ended up waiting for about 5 minutes at the entrance until someone else came by, unable to enter. Why implement such a strange system? The lobby is always crowded with people, leaving no sense of relaxation. The restaurant is also overcrowded, with lines forming everywhere! The shower in the Room has no washbasin or chair. The only good thing is that, although very small, the elevators come quickly and frequently. I think this Hotel is great for those who want to drink alcohol to their heart's content or eat a lot of anything they like. But the price is too high for what is offered. I felt deceived by the image of the foreign-sounding Hotel name.

    The second Mercure

I had a good experience at another Mercure before, so I made a reservation to spend New Year's with everyone gathered around grandma. I expected it to be crowded during New Year's, and while we were guided to our seats for dinner, there was no guidance for breakfast despite being told our room number, leaving us unsure of where to sit... we just waited at the entrance of the room. (Other guests too...) At the very least, if we were told, "Please take any available seat!" we could have seated ourselves. While it's not the best hospitality during busy times, a minimum level of consideration would allow us to enjoy our stay until the end, wouldn't it? Also, I was looking forward to the monaka sushi but was disappointed not to find it... The view from the window was nice, and the hospitality in the lounge had more variety than the previous Mercure, which was good. Above all, grandma was happy, so I think it will be a good memory. Thank you very much.
