    Terrible service

    Check-in before 3 PM had a long wait with 16 groups ahead, and it took about 30 minutes to get into the room. We were instructed to wait in the lobby until our number was called, so we stayed there. Since this accommodation was pet-friendly, we waited in the lobby with our pet in a pet cart. Our dog was excited as it was their first time here and started barking. While calming them down, a staff member approached us and told us to go to our room because of the noise. We wanted to do that too, which is why we arrived early for check-in, but who is really causing the delay here? If this is a pet-friendly hotel, shouldn't there be considerations like adjusting check-in times or having separate entrances for guests with pets? Did we do something wrong? When I told the staff member who asked us to go to our room that "we want to go too but are being made to wait; don't you understand?" they walked away without responding. I apologize for causing inconvenience due to my dog's barking; however, I wasn't neglecting them—I was trying my best to calm them down. It’s frustrating that at a pet-friendly hotel, such comments were made in an unpleasant tone. Why not just make it non-pet-friendly altogether if that's how it's going to be handled? For dinner service: even though we arrived at our reserved time slot, we had over a 15-minute wait before being seated. Once inside, every buffet station had long lines of people waiting as well—food quality matched its low price point and tasted like cheap karaoke bar snacks. On positive notes: during breakfast buffet hours next morning—an older waiter stood out positively by kindly helping soothe my child when they became fussy despite clearly being busy working hard themselves! That thoughtful gesture meant so much & deserves recognition! Overall impression after visiting based on social media hype—it feels overrated compared against actual experience provided by this accommodation overall! Free drinks/snacks advertised weren’t worth expectations either given excessive queues combined w/ underwhelming snack options available!

    To be honest.

    I was very satisfied with my entire stay. The variety of dishes was also excellent. If I were to suggest improvements, the pancakes and sauce for the salmon eggs benedict felt dry and unappetizing. I would prefer an aurora sauce instead of what seemed like cream cheese stew, and bread would pair better than pancakes. The curry was the least appealing I've ever had at a Hotel, though it might have just been that particular day. Other than that, everything else was delicious, and I had a comfortable stay. This is definitely a Hotel I would like to revisit!

    We stayed in a spacious 24-tatami mat Japanese-style room with 8 people. Upon check-in, we relaxed with beer and snacks in the lounge. During meals, there was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, along with soft drinks and original cocktails to enjoy. The food selection was abundant and delicious, with the hamburger (mackerel for breakfast) being our absolute favorite—highly recommended for everyone to try. There was a large play area for children, creating a lively atmosphere with many young families around. However, as we were on an adult trip, we particularly appreciated the calm ambiance of the nightcap service starting at 9 PM—it allowed us to unwind peacefully. It would be even better if this service could be extended slightly longer!

    This Hotel is highly recommended for families with children.

    We stayed with our 2-year-old and 10-month-old children. It was really helpful that we could use the play area even before check-in. There are two play areas, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, suitable for children of different ages. The meals were buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and everything we chose was delicious. The public bath includes one indoor bath and one open-air bath, which were satisfying. However, there are limited seats with hairdryers available, so you might have to wait. Alcohol is all-you-can-drink during the designated hours, which is a great deal. We would love to visit again!

    Stay with Your Dog

    This was my second stay, with the first being last month. This time, I chose a Western-style Room. The bed was spacious and comfortable. However, since it was a pet-friendly Room for staying with my dog, there were no chairs or tables—just a small desk and round cushions—which felt a bit less relaxing. When I peeked into other Rooms, they had a three-piece furniture set, so I assumed this difference was due to the pet-friendly setup. It would be better if similar seating options were available in these Rooms as well. The meals were all delicious with plenty of variety, leaving me very satisfied.

    The front desk service was terrible.

    The elderly man who assisted us at check-in did not greet us, say "welcome," or even "thank you for waiting" until we introduced ourselves by name. The elderly woman who arranged the free Shuttle Service for our departure spoke in a high-handed manner, which was very unpleasant. It was truly disappointing because the Room was clean, the view was great, and the food was delicious. Additionally, during bath cleaning near closing time, it seemed like the staff wanted to finish quickly; their hurried movements while I was getting ready and drying my hair with a dryer made it hard to relax. I had been looking forward to this stay but left feeling sad.

    We stayed for one ni...

    We stayed for one night with two children and two dogs. The room was well-prepared with pet supplies and items for children, and there was even a waiting room available before the check-in time, which was very helpful. However, since dogs were not allowed in the waiting area, my husband and I had to take turns going in, which was a bit inconvenient. During our stay, we had a meaningful time, and there were plenty of play areas for the kids (they especially loved playing ball in the large hall), which was wonderful! One suggestion would be to allow pets in the waiting area if they are in pet strollers—it would be more convenient. Also, as our younger child can only drink using a straw, it would have been nice if children's straws were provided. Regarding breakfast and dinner times: we didn’t confirm the last order time during check-in. The reserved dining time felt rushed as it took longer for our kids to finish their meals; unfortunately, by dessert time some items were already gone—this part was slightly disappointing. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay overall! We’d love to visit again!

    Stayed for one night with the pet-friendly plan. The price was variable, and it cost approximately 50,000 yen for two people (Friday stay). The entrance had dimmed lighting, creating a luxurious atmosphere that lifted our spirits. As mentioned in other reviews, the all-inclusive system caused congestion at the 3 PM check-in time. The lounge was also crowded as it could be used immediately after check-in. Seating areas for guests with pets were limited to a specific section near the lounge entrance. If there are several pet-friendly rooms available, perhaps a dedicated lounge could be provided. The size of the lounge felt insufficient compared to the number of rooms, making it hard to relax; expanding it would improve comfort significantly. Staff promptly cleaned up any scattered snacks in the lounge, which was appreciated and left a good impression. The room was a 10-tatami mat Japanese-style room with an older unit bath but maintained cleanliness and had no pet odors, making it comfortable overall. However, one downside was that some sliding doors were torn and discolored without repair. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered plenty of variety and was satisfying overall; however, being in Chiba Prefecture, having sashimi would have been nice. Alcoholic beverages such as beer, highballs, two types of sake, shochu were included as all-you-can-drink options; however, sour cocktails were unavailable due to what seemed like machine issues. Due to what appeared to be staff shortages in dining areas during meals times trays from finished dishes weren’t cleared promptly. After returning home I realized I had forgotten something at the accommodation so called them back regarding retrieval assistance where initial response indicated delays taking hours before follow-up calls needed again eventually confirming item found within ten minutes afterward yet tone sounded reluctant/unenthusiastic when arranging shipment via cash-on-delivery leaving disappointment over handling professionalism especially given importance placed upon telephone communication etiquette since lack-of-face-to-face interaction amplifies significance here impacting perception negatively even if isolated incident risks affecting broader reputation unfairly undermining otherwise positive experiences shared earlier above contextually balanced feedback intended constructively aimed toward improvement opportunities aligning expectations better future visits likely considered repeat customers valuing quality service standards matching premium pricing levels accordingly reflecting genuine appreciation efforts accommodating pets inclusively fostering welcoming environment deserving recognition acknowledgment ultimately concluding remarks favorably inclined recommending enhancements addressing noted concerns proactively ensuring satisfaction loyalty long-term basis mutually beneficial outcomes achieved consistently across board mutually beneficial outcomes achieved consistently across board

    Experience the feeling of staying at a Hotel on a remote island...

    I rarely get consecutive days off, so I stayed here to experience the feeling of staying at a hotel on a remote island. Although the weather was bad that day, the building was sturdy, and I felt safe during my stay. Many guests seemed to be regulars who came for the meals, as everyone appeared to enjoy the buffet. Of course, my family and I were also very satisfied with both the food and our stay. The draft beer server was excellent as well.

    The best part was probably the play area!

    First stay with an all-inclusive plan. The unlimited drinks during dinner were excellent, and the food was reasonably good. However, the lounge was extremely crowded both during the day and at night, making it hard to relax and enjoy—there are far too few seats. On the other hand, the children's play area was spacious enough for kids to run around freely, and they enjoyed riding on pedal-powered vehicles on tracks. The second floor featured a large hall converted into a space where both children and adults could have fun—it was fantastic! We enjoyed table tennis as well as activities like shogi and board games. I think this is a great hotel for families with children. It's also nice that there are rooms available for guests traveling with dogs.

    Great value for money

    We stayed as a family of four. We were upgraded to a larger room than our reservation, allowing us to relax comfortably. The room and the large public bath were clean and comfortable, and we fully enjoyed the delicious meals. The only improvement point would be some peeling or damage on the walls in certain areas. While it may not be a top priority, repairs would make the experience even better.

    It was great!

    I stayed at the accommodation yesterday. The food was delicious, and the onsen was wonderful. Here are some points I noticed: - The hairdryer in the room was not very good. (The hairdryer in the onsen was great.) - The TV could not connect to Wi-Fi, so I couldn't watch Netflix using the remote control feature. Other than that, I had a very pleasant day. Thank you!

    Relatively satisfied, but...

    Despite arriving early, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. At the restaurant, their dedicated service to so many guests was truly impressive and pleasant to witness. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive stay, and I was amazed by its great value for money. However, one disappointment was that the hotel's concept of a regional-inspired fragrance fell short. Instead, the smell from the drawer containing yukata and bags for visiting the Onsen became noticeable as soon as I entered the room, which was quite bothersome. Additionally, while the room itself was clean and well-maintained, it would be appreciated if dust on the bathroom ventilation fan could also be cleaned for an even more comfortable stay. That said, overall it was a wonderful trip thanks to excellent Onsen facilities, delicious meals, and outstanding staff service. I hope to visit again in the future if given another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    It was very good.

    The all-inclusive plan was wonderful—unlimited alcoholic drinks, plus snacks as well. My daughter and I don’t drink alcohol, but my husband enjoyed the beer and said it was delicious. The bath facilities were also excellent; my daughter used the sauna. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing cold drinks. However, for some reason a cleaning rag was left on the towel rack in the Room’s bathroom, a stainless-steel dog food bowl was left inside the vanity cabinet, and a floor wiper used for cleaning was placed outside the Room entrance with the dirty side facing up—right where you tap the room key—so it was impossible not to notice. I assumed someone would come to pick them up and left them as they were, but they were still there the next day. It made me wonder whether cleaning had been left unfinished, and whether other parts of the Room had truly been cleaned properly. Aside from that, everything else felt perfect overall. Above all, we are truly grateful that you offer Rooms where guests can stay with their dogs. Your dog-friendly service was outstanding and genuinely impressed us. Thank you as well for the stylish treats and toy. Please don’t stop offering dog-friendly Rooms in the future. My family also said we want to come back again soon with our dog. Thank you very much—we were extremely satisfied (120 points) because of how great the dog-friendly Room was.

    We visited for the first time as a couple with our dog. The lobby was spacious, and the variety of drinks and snacks provided was excellent. It was a delightful service that allowed us to enjoy our stay even with our dog. This time, we opted for accommodation with breakfast only. The issue was the bedding. There was only a mattress without any futon underneath. Was this an oversight? We had no choice but to stack two mattresses and cover them with sheets, but it felt too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. The duvet was made of down feathers and comfortable, but it seemed too short—if I covered my shoulders, my feet would stick out. Is there no futon provided? Or was it forgotten? We ended up spending the night as is, but I found it puzzling. I meant to ask about it at the front desk in the morning but forgot... The breakfast buffet offered great variety for this price point, which left me very satisfied. I imagine dinner must have been just as good! If not for the issue with the futon, I would definitely want to visit again!

    The expectations are too high.

    I was looking forward to the meals before my stay, but I was disappointed with the food, unlike any other buffet-style accommodation I've experienced. The ingredients didn’t seem to be treated with care, and they lacked the taste of fresh produce. For example, the potato salad and vichyssoise didn’t taste like they were made from fresh potatoes but rather from flakes or something similar. Other dishes seemed to have a unique twist on traditional flavors, but unfortunately, it resulted in disappointing tastes. Fried items had overly hard coatings; grilled items were dry and tough. The squid, cucumber, and radish dish had a spoiled seafood smell that made me stop eating it. Even the marinated tuna served in the morning had an unpleasant odor. Despite being near the sea, there were no fresh seafood or sashimi options available. Overall, I wondered if these dishes were really prepared by professional chefs or just assembled using cooking kits because there was no sense of dedication to flavor. The concept of all-inclusive sounds appealing at first glance; however, considering how affordable this accommodation is priced for such a plan—perhaps this is inevitable? I chose this hotel for its meals specifically and felt truly let down. Another concern was cleanliness. Dust could be seen in corners around tables by windows in waiting rooms as well as inside elevators and guest rooms everywhere I looked. In my room’s bathroom area—pink mold could be found on floors and washbasins! Unacceptable! How does cleaning end up like this? It didn’t feel like professional work at all. On a positive note—the staff at reception desks along with those working within dining venues left good impressions—they were very pleasant individuals overall! While much criticism has been shared above—the location itself remains fantastic allowing easy access down towards beaches where scenic views during strolls proved breathtakingly enjoyable throughout our stay altogether making things worthwhile enough wanting return someday again hopefully seeing improvements regarding both cuisine alongside housekeeping efforts moving forward ahead better future experiences await guests alike!

    Highly Satisfied!

    It was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel, so I didn't have high expectations for the variety of alcohol or meals... However, there was a wide selection of drinks, and both the dinner buffet and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Although it seemed quite busy with many guests, which led to some waiting time, the staff's excellent service made my 2-day stay very pleasant.

    My mother wishes to book again.

    We stayed for the first time with three generations of our family plus our dog. The Japanese-Western style Room allowed us to relax comfortably. The meals, Room, and bath all made for a very satisfying trip. During the alcohol service in the lobby from 3 PM, the staff who loved dogs provided such wonderful hospitality that it made us very happy. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back again! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

    It seems suitable for families.

    This was our first stay, and we stayed for one night starting from the middle day of a three-day weekend. We booked a Superior Twin Room for 2 adults and 2 children (Child Sharing Existing Bedding) with dinner and breakfast included. As mentioned in other reviews, the lounge space is quite small, so it gets very crowded during busy times. During our stay, there were almost always people in the lounge. Especially after 9 PM, there was a line at the soft drink machine, so we gave up on getting drinks. However, after observing for a while, we noticed that Calpis was placed separately elsewhere and enjoyed that instead. During meal times, there were many families with children like us. If you're traveling with kids as well, it might not bother you much; however, couples or adults-only travelers might find it noisy due to the crowd. The dining area is spacious but can overflow during peak times; in such cases, guests are guided to an additional room at the back where we were seated this time. While going back and forth to get food felt slightly inconvenient at times due to fewer people around certain hours or because most guests had children like us—it didn’t bother us too much overall. The bath area was less crowded when we went slightly off-peak hours allowing plenty of room relaxing comfortably alongside thoughtful amenities provided specifically catering towards young ones including baby bathtubs/buckets available nearby outdoor hot spring temperatures weren’t overly hot either making them suitable even younger family members alike! That said though post-bath lounges offered stylish beverages exclusively lacking simpler options e.g., barley tea plain water accessible kids’ preferences despite cold-water dispensers present changing rooms themselves milk coffee-milk unavailable altogether disappointingly enough! Given "All-Inclusive" concept promoted beforehand assumed bringing extra drinks unnecessary ultimately regretted decision seeing overcrowded conditions limited access especially alcohol-related     Used as accommodation for visiting a grave. It was the middle day of a three-day weekend, so there were many guests. Breakfast and dinner were scheduled, and with a check-in after 4 PM, only the latest time slots were available for both meals. Although it was scheduled, it wasn’t a rotation system, so some people stayed throughout the meal times. For those in the last time slot, the last order time was fixed, which meant some dishes they wanted to try were unavailable or had run out—a disappointing outcome... But I still ate plenty (haha). The large public bath had an open-air Onsen and an indoor bath that was just a regular bath. It would have been nice if everything had been Onsen since we came all this way. Unfortunately, due to Typhoon No. 23, we couldn’t enjoy the ocean view as much as we hoped—but that’s beyond anyone’s control...

    It was too crowded to enjoy at all.

    The venue was extremely crowded, making it impossible to enjoy. The package cost around 60,000 yen and included all-you-can-drink and meals. However, both breakfast and dinner required waiting in long lines. About 60 people were in line, stretching from the restaurant to the children's play area with ping-pong tables—a shocking sight. The dining experience felt like a chaotic race for food.

    All-inclusive is the best!

    Stayed with three friends from school days. The room was a Japanese-style ocean view and was nice. Although the room was slightly worn, it wasn't an issue. Stayed for one night starting Sunday, and there were many young children under elementary school age, making it quite noisy. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

    For your daughter's first birthday celebration!

    We stayed here for our daughter's first trip to celebrate her 1st birthday. It was a 2-day, 1-night stay. We've never thought of revisiting the same place before, but this was such a wonderful experience that we’d love to come back again! We’re considering staying here again next year for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The buffet had a wide variety of options, including baby food, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even interacted with our child during meals, creating such a warm atmosphere. There were also play areas for children, and it looked like they had so much fun! The public bath was very clean! I wish it had been open at night as well—I would have loved to visit one more time late at night! Thank you so much. We look forward to staying here again!

    It was great.

    The Room, bath, and Facility were excellent. If possible: ① Dinner is buffet-style, but I would prefer a sit-down dining style for a more relaxed experience. ② The lounge atmosphere is nice. However, it’s disappointing that the drink selection changes. I hope beer is always available. The spirits at night were creative, but having consistent drink options would be appreciated.

    I think this is a very good Hotel that combines luxury and cost performance. The Room was a twin bed on the top floor with an ocean view as requested. Although the weather was bad, which was a bit disappointing, I believe the view would be amazing on a sunny day. The Facility offered spacious and luxurious spaces, including the reception, lobby, restaurant, bath area, and post-bath relaxation room—all of which were impeccably clean. I originally wanted a Japanese-style Room but opted out because the classic Rooms had unit bathrooms with washbasins. The breakfast and dinner buffet featured various dishes with a relatively larger selection of Western cuisine. It was all-inclusive with plenty of drinks such as alcohol available. There were many international guests; during breakfast time, even though I had placed my card to reserve my table in advance, someone took it later on—making for an awkward situation. A clearer system like placing cards upright might help avoid confusion in such cases. In the morning, I took a walk from the Hotel through the nearby national park to reach the sea—it was truly surrounded by nature! However, finding my way back was slightly confusing as I got lost; clearer signboards would be helpful here too. There were thoughtful touches for small children like spacious playrooms and dedicated body soap in baths—very family-friendly!     Baby food

    It was my daughter's first birthday. I wanted to add baby food to the wonderful dishes, but unfortunately, the 1-year-old baby food was out of stock, so we had to use food for a younger age group for both days, which was a bit disappointing. The variety of dishes was excellent, and the sushi was incredibly delicious! With unlimited drinks available, I was thrilled to enjoy some alcohol after a long time.

    The accommodation was crowded, and meals were organized into time slots, but I gave up on eating at some busy corners due to the congestion. Additionally, perhaps due to the busyness of the staff, I was told "Turn right in front of the drink bar," but it was unclear, and I wandered around in the crowd. The room faced the mountain side with a great view and was cleanly maintained, which provided peace of mind. However, the pillow and cushion had an odor, so I used deodorizer and covered them with my own towel before sleeping—perhaps unavoidable. I mainly relaxed in the room. It seems accommodating for families with children.
