  We were very satisfied.

  We had an extremely satisfying stay. Thank you to all the staff for your daily hard work. The Room we stayed in was very easy to use, with luggage space and a desk compactly arranged behind the bed. Dinner while enjoying the night view of Gora lasted about two and a half hours, and we savored truly exquisite cuisine. We could also order alcohol to match each dish, making it a thoroughly satisfying meal. We are deeply grateful to all the staff—from newcomers to veterans—for always putting guests first. This has become one of the Accommodations we would love to visit again. We arrived by car this time. The road from the Gora area to the Accommodation has continuous slopes and curves, and since it was our first visit, it was challenging as we drove carefully while watching the navigation system—but we are grateful for such an exceptional stay. We will be back again.

  I would like to stay again.

  It was my wife's long-cherished wish to visit Hakone, and after much deliberation on which hotel to choose, we stumbled upon NICA on social media and were able to spend the most blissful time. During our stay, everything we used at NICA had a sense of luxury yet was comfortable to use. The dinner we had in our room attire was meticulously prepared and delicious. Although I drank too much of the paired wine, I felt no aftereffects the next morning, which made me realize they truly offer quality selections. Additionally, the sake served midway was something I couldn't find in my hometown, which made me happy. However, I was embarrassed and sorry for showing my inebriated state when the head chef came to greet us at the end of dinner. Nonetheless, the inari sushi and cake we had as room service were delightful and delicious. We stayed in a Hollywood twin room on the first floor, which was spacious enough for us as a couple. The room was clean, and the view of the mountains and townscape of Gora from the semi-open-air bath was impressive. It was also our first time using a towel warmer, and the towels were always warm and dry, which was comfortable. The room service was excellent, with the Basque cake being the highlight, along with delicious smoked items and cheese. We are considering visiting again during the season when the mountains of Gora are colored. Lastly, our first visit to Hakone was made special and comfortable thanks to the wonderful hospitality and the staff's efforts, making it a "special day" for us as a couple. Thank you very much.
