    We visited as a surprise.

    I made a reservation as a surprise for my companion. From start to finish, the service was truly attentive, and we had a very fulfilling two days. This was the first time we stayed at such a nice Ryokan, and we thought it might be a bit too high-end for our age, so we were a little nervous. However, the chef came to say happy birthday and made us an original cocktail, which made us very happy. The view from the room and the onsen were both excellent. We were also delighted with the photo we received at the end.

    I was very satisfied.

    I stayed at a free-flow Stays for the first time, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious wine at dinner, as well as the snacks and glass wine from room service. My criteria for choosing an Onsen are having a room with a private hot spring bath, delicious meals, a reasonably spacious room with a good view, friendly staff, easy access, and acceptance of solo guests. This property met all of these conditions, and I was very satisfied. Breakfast was delivered hot to my room, and with a checkout time of 12:00, I could relax and enjoy the Onsen again while sipping room service tea and admiring the view of Mt. Fuji. In addition to the in-house wear, there were pajamas, which were convenient for spending time in the room. There was not only a magnifying mirror in the bathroom for makeup but also a full-length mirror, and the amenities included makeup remover and facial cleanser, making it a delightful property for women. The view of Mt. Fuji from the bath was also wonderful, making it a perfect stay to relieve work fatigue.

    Everything was completely satisfying, highly recommended!

    It was the perfect stay for our anniversary. I was very much looking forward to our visit, as my expectations grew with the prompt and helpful responses to my inquiries via email beforehand. In reality, the staff were full of hospitality, fulfilling our request for a window seat at dinner and providing a hair iron in the room. I was especially looking forward to the Onsen and the free-flow drinks. The Onsen was a wonderful hot spring with water directly from the source, and opening the window gave the feeling of an open-air bath, which I enjoyed multiple times. As for the free-flow drinks, while many places might be lacking, NICA had an excellent selection! The sparkling wine in the bottle placed in the room was Vin Mousseux, but you could enjoy a glass of champagne through room service. The wine pairing at dinner was impressive, with the sommelier selecting wines from countries related to the message I requested on the petit cake plate, and recommending various types of wine while conversing with us, which was truly moving and impressive. The slightly aged loungewear is currently being renewed, which is something to look forward to next time. The fluffy slippers, which were adorably cute, made me wish I could wear them at home too (laughs). Thank you very much. I would love to visit again. Please take care of us when we do.

    A property that makes you want to come back again

    It was the best stay. All the staff were pleasant, allowing us to have a comfortable time. The room was spacious, with two washbasins, making our stay comfortable. The room's bath was also a hot spring, allowing us to warm up from the core of our bodies. We were surprised to find three types of room wear, bathrobes, and sleepwear provided, and each was extremely comfortable! We chose the dining room for dinner, and we were very satisfied with the staff's perfect distance and the variety of drinks available. Room service was only available by phone, which made it a bit difficult to order. The lounge coffee was said to be freely available, but since milk was not set, we had to ask the staff each time, which made us feel sorry and inconvenient, so we rated the facility four stars. We had breakfast in the room, so some dishes were cold, but it is definitely a property we want to visit again!

    The food was delicious, and the service was attentive without being intrusive, which was great. We had in-room dining, and they paired wine for us, and each pairing was excellent, leaving us very satisfied. Thank you. The view of Mount Fuji from the semi-open-air bath early in the morning was beautiful and refreshing. I recommend this for those who like small luxury and quiet Stays.

    I used it for a gathering to honor my mother-in-law. The service was excellent, and both the food and drinks were delicious, which deeply impressed my mother-in-law.     Delightful Services

    Dinner was French, and while wine pairing is common, having tea pairing was refreshing. After dinner, I was delighted to receive oinarisan when returning to the room. It was just the right timing as I was craving a little rice. I rated the meals four stars because the rice at breakfast was a bit hard. At the property I usually stay at, they cook the rice in a pot according to the guest's preference. I don't expect the same, but I think everyone would be pleased if there were at least two options: hard and soft.

    The fatigue from work disappeared!

    We arrived near NICA earlier than expected due to less traffic from Tokyo, so we visited the Hakone Open-Air Museum, which is about a 10-minute drive away, before checking in. At check-in, we immediately enjoyed a welcome local beer, savoring the sense of relief from driving. Upon being shown to our room, we found chilled sparkling wine prepared, and with room service, we ordered cheese, prosciutto, and nuts for an ultimate sense of relaxation! The Onsen in the room was pleasantly soft, and the temperature could be adjusted to our liking. During dinner, the sommelier made suggestions, and my wine-loving partner was very satisfied! Of course, the dinner was delicious as well. I got a little tipsy, though... The breakfast was also very delicious, and even though I usually skip breakfast, I ended up finishing everything, including the rice. The staff provided excellent service. Drinking, eating, and enjoying the Onsen made for a wonderful stay. I would love to visit again.

    Enjoy meals, drinks, and baths.

    Above all, the combination of delicious meals, crafted like works of art while making the most of the ingredients, and the wine selected by our sommelier, Mr. I, was superb, making it an unforgettable dinner. The birthday celebration photos were also adorably decorated, and the heartfelt hospitality made for a very relaxing experience. The free-flowing hot spring water was also wonderful, providing a stay that warmed both body and soul. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again on a special day.

    I would like to use it again!

    I used this place for the first time on our wedding anniversary. The Room, Onsen, meals, and the staff's service were all wonderful! I understand why there are so many repeat customers after experiencing it. I already wanted to come back during my stay. Thank you very much to the staff who made our time truly special!! The reason I gave it 4 stars, with future expectations in mind, is: Guest Room & Amenities → The in-house wear was a T-shirt, and the fabric felt a bit thin. I felt it would have been even better if the fabric was a bit sturdier. Meals → I have allergies, but during breakfast, they forgot to accommodate me, and the relevant ingredients were served. It was a bit disappointing since they accommodated me during dinner. Other than that, I am very satisfied! I would love to stay again.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere of the Hotel, and the interior and layout of the Room were very nice. Since it was a cold day, the towel warmer was a pleasant touch. The food was not only stylish in appearance but also delicious, and the service, including the late-night snacks, was very fulfilling. Room service was excellent, but it would have been even better if there were some snacks in the lounge. The attentiveness and smiles of the staff were wonderful, making it our number one Hotel to visit again.

    It was a very lovely place.

    We stayed for one night to celebrate my mother's birthday. The view from the lounge was very beautiful, and we had a happy time enjoying wine. The dishes were very delicious with unique sauces and meticulous touches. The bath attached to the Room was pleasant. It became a wonderful memory, and my mother was very pleased.     Relax and take it easy.

    Birthday Stay

    I stayed for a birthday celebration. Both the food and wine were delicious. As I love wine, I drank a lot, and they selected my favorite type of wine, making it a highly satisfying two days. They were very accommodating with my shuttle service requests, which was a great help. Thank you very much, I would love to use it again!

    The Onsen and meals were both excellent.

    Not only was the Onsen wonderful, but the meals were also incredibly delicious, leaving us very satisfied. The room was kept clean, and the staff listened carefully to our requests, which were reflected in the meals and services, leaving us impressed. The free-flow drinks had a wide variety, and although I'm not very knowledgeable about alcohol, I was very satisfied. Just be careful not to drink too much (laughs). Experiencing the Onsen, meals, and hospitality made for an extraordinary experience. However, there was one thing that concerned me. My wife fell ill in the middle of the night, and we had difficulty reaching the front desk, which made us quite anxious. In the end, we received some medicine and were able to rest and recover, so it turned out well. There was no mistake in the response, and such incidents are rare, but it would be even better if the hotel had a system in place to ensure guests do not feel anxious in such situations. Thank you very much.

    Very satisfied, I want to visit again!

    I used this property for my husband's birthday, who loves alcohol. Since I can't drink alcohol, I was always hesitant when paying, so the all-inclusive system here was the deciding factor for booking this stay. He really enjoyed the welcome drink, room service, lounge, and dinner pairing wine, which made me very happy. What made me happy, as someone who can't drink, was the tea pairing! I was moved because until now, I was only drinking regular soft drinks while my husband enjoyed wine pairings. Of course, the food was also very delicious! Since there is an onsen in the room, I was happy to enjoy it as much as I wanted whenever I wanted. And all the staff were very courteous! It was a property where I couldn't find any points to deduct. Thank you very much.

    The finest cuisine and free flow

    It was a stay to celebrate a 60th birthday. We received a warm welcome and a very delicious welcome drink. In the room, there was the luxury of being able to enjoy a hot spring bath at any time. I am particular about baths, so I was very satisfied. Dinner was an exquisite fusion of French and Japanese cuisine. Everything was beautiful and delicious. The occasional Japanese taste in the French dishes was also exquisite. Additionally, the drinks paired with the meal were excellent. I'm not someone who can drink much alcohol, but they selected a drink that matched my preferences with the meal, and the timing was perfect. There was also a tea pairing, which I requested together, and it was very delicious and matched the dishes, allowing me to enjoy the luxury of a chaser. They also prepared a surprise anniversary plate, but I was so surprised that my reaction was subdued, and I apologize for that. It became a very good memory. Thank you very much. The late-night snack was inari sushi, and we were served exquisite tea in the room. It was a perfect service. All the staff were wonderful. Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to spend a wonderful time that made us forget about it. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

    I was healed.

    The scenery, Onsen, and meals were all very relaxing. I was surprised and very pleased to find a towel warmer available. It felt like using a new towel each time, which made me want to enjoy the Onsen repeatedly. The dining area also maintained privacy, which was nice. The meals were delicious. I felt that the breakfast had a bit too many items, but it is the perfect Hotel for seeking an extraordinary experience. It's a place I would like to visit again.

    It was a wonderful anniversary.

    The staff and the food were outstanding. I take about five Onsen trips a year, and I think this was the best. Every staff member had a wonderful smile, which made it a truly great trip.     It was a wonderful stay.

    It was my third stay in about a year. Starting with the welcome champagne, room service, dinner in the lounge, and breakfast in the dining room, everything was very satisfying. I was also pleased to see that tea had been added to the free drinks. I feel that the service is leveling up with each stay, and I am already looking forward to my next stay.     I will visit again.

    I originally planned to go to another Stays in Hakone, but after reading the Reviews, I learned about this place and decided to make a Reservation even though it wasn't a special occasion. It was the right choice. It was my first time staying at a Property with an Onsen in the Room, and I got used to the convenience of being able to enter anytime, so I plan to come again. However, if you turn off the temperature setting switch, it takes quite a while for the temperature to rise, so it would be helpful if you could mention this during the guidance. The selection of wine in the lounge was good, and both the meal and the pairing wine were delicious. I drank too much and dozed off as soon as I returned to the Room, so I missed out on the Basque cheesecake and would love to have it next time. I enjoyed the all-inclusive experience by entering the Onsen whenever I wanted and drinking. It was rainy and chilly this time, so I hope the weather will be nice enough to relax on the lounge or Room terrace next time.

    Heavy rain

    This trip was planned by my children to commemorate my retirement. Due to heavy rain, we checked in early, but when we called upon arrival, they kindly came out to greet us in the rain, which was a great help. The troublesome allergy accommodations for meals, the explanation of the menu, and the detailed insights from the sommelier led me to drink a bit too much. However, when a foreign staff member took a commemorative photo during dinner, the light overlapped with our faces. That's unfortunate.

    An auberge that became a lifelong memory for the whole family! Starting with seasonal cocktails, the service was tailored to our family's pace. From the moment we arrived until our car was out of sight upon departure, we were consistently moved by the warm-hearted service.
