    The night view of Minato Mirai is superb.

    I stayed here two years ago and the night view of Minato Mirai was beautiful. I also stayed at a nearby Hotel, but the night view here was the most beautiful, so I stayed again and it was still the best.

    Stayed for 4 Multiple Night Stays

    With over 400 attendees staying at the neighboring Intercontinental for a seminar, I chose to stay here instead. This accommodation offers smoking rooms, which is rare these days, and several of my smoker friends stayed here as well. It's quite convenient to have a room where smoking is allowed. The breakfast has a wide variety of options but isn't very tasty. Even on busy days, it opens at 7 AM, which makes it crowded in the morning. It would be better if they opened 30 minutes earlier to ease the congestion. The restaurant on the first floor is open on weekends but serves the same menu every day, which can get monotonous. The rice cooked in an iron pot takes 20 minutes; it would save time if it were ready when they open since mornings are usually rushed. The room was clean and well-maintained compared to other accommodations in Shinagawa like Prince hotels. I appreciated being able to step out onto the balcony and enjoyed the spacious bathroom as well. However, I could hear loud thuds from either upstairs or next door, which was slightly bothersome. While both Royal Park and Intercontinental are aging properties now, this place seems like a good choice overall with its convenience—shops and convenience stores are located downstairs. However, due to its proximity to the station, taxis aren't always readily available outside, which can be inconvenient. I'll definitely book a multiple night stay here again next year!

    Annual Winter Repeat Visitors

    Every December, we always stay here. The reliable service, delicious breakfast, and above all, the room with a balcony. The sense of openness that other hotels don't have. We always make sure to return to our room once during the day from our outings, bringing back delicious local sweets to enjoy afternoon tea in our room. It is the best, most blissful time. We look forward to continuing to be in your care for many years to come.

    The view was great.

    I reserved a corner room with a view of the night scenery at the request of my family and for a stroll around the nearby illuminations. Although the room was a bit dated, it was spacious and allowed us to relax, which was satisfying. The staff was also courteous and pleasant. Despite the check-in being crowded, it was handled smoothly, for which I am grateful. As a side note, I didn't realize the complimentary water was in a paper pack on the table and ended up taking water from the minibar (laughs). I noticed this just before checking out, so I paid for it before leaving. In other hotels, there are often two cans of water, so it might have been easier to recognize if the can and paper pack were switched. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was a very pleasant stay!

    We have stayed many times since our wedding, where we were well taken care of. This time, we stayed for our wedding anniversary, and thanks to you, we have added more wonderful memories. The staff are all very kind, the meals available in the lounge are all delicious, and the views from the lounge and room are always beautiful, making it a wonderful hotel with excellent hospitality.     Comfortable!

    I have been staying here almost every year, and this time was another comfortable stay. First, the convenience is outstanding, and the view from the room is wonderful. This is an unchanging comfort. The meals, including the excitement of the Morning & Dinner buffet at Cafe Tosca, were delicious. The Japanese breakfast was also very good. Although there are signs of aging in some parts of the room, the comfort surpasses them, and I would like to stay again next year. The provided shampoo and conditioner were also good.

    I am filled with gratitude.

    I stayed with my elderly father who has difficulty walking. When I explained the situation at the time of reservation, they offered to provide a wheelchair, walker, step stool, and non-slip mat. The email correspondence at that time was very smart and kind, and when we arrived with a sense of reassurance, a wheelchair was already prepared at the carport. We arrived at 14:30 as a result of taking our time for my slow-moving father, and they kindly allowed us to check in. The interaction there also gave us a sense of reassurance and comfort with the words, "Please let us know if you need anything." The requested items were prepared in the room, and the walker was particularly helpful as it could be used as a handrail. The room was spacious with a good view, not too dry or too hot, and had a very high level of comfort. The bed height was not too high, and the amenities were just right. We had heard some opinions that the breakfast was lacking, but for us, both the quality and quantity of the meals in the lounge were satisfactory. Interaction with a certain staff member during bar time: When I asked if they had lemon squash, I was told, "No." When I then requested pineapple juice, the glass was handed to me with a "Here you go." Interaction with a certain staff member during breakfast: When the container for scrambled eggs was empty and I was waiting, a person with a plate came, set it up without saying anything, and was about to close the lid. I said, "You can leave it open," and they left without a word. I was unsure whether to write about these two points. They may be trivial matters. However, because the other staff members' responses were so good, it was disappointing, so I hope it can be improved if possible. We were truly taken care of. Thank you very much.

    Stunning night view

    I was delighted when I heard that my Room would be upgraded at check-in, and exchanged a joyful glance with my sister. Then, upon entering the Room, I was excited again. I was moved by the magnificent view of Minato Mirai from the large windows that spanned about 180 degrees in front. The Room was spacious and luxurious, with elegant furnishings. I was so grateful for such a wonderful stroke of luck. It was such an unexpected fortune and a truly wonderful space that it made me want to come back with my husband to stay in the same grade of Room next time. Thank you to everyone at the Hotel for the wonderful gift.

    Thank you for changing the Room to one with a balcony. Since it wasn't cold, I was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the night view. I had a very comfortable stay.

    The service and the Room were all satisfactory, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. It's unfortunate because the breakfast I had at Tosca during my previous stay was very delicious.

    It was indeed a wonderful Hotel!!

    It has always been one of my favorite hotels, and this time it was my first stay in a while. I stayed for two nights, and as expected, the charm hasn't changed; it was a very comfortable stay!!     Please forgive me for being a bit harsh, and if you don't like it, you don't have to serve it. This time, I used the club floor for the first time in a while. I wasn't dissatisfied with the lounge service itself, but I heard that breakfast is now only available for club floor users. I was looking forward to it because I heard from someone else that during breakfast, sandwiches using croissants would be served as a special menu according to your preference. However, what was served was a small buffet mainly consisting of ordinary cold meats, which was far inferior to the buffet in the main dining room, despite paying the same price. I felt that the treatment was indeed terrible. If that were the case, I would have been much more satisfied if I had not included breakfast from the beginning and paid separately to have it in the main dining room. I would like to ask why such a poor revision was made. The gap was huge, given that I was satisfied with the other services. The Takarazuka series Hotel in Osaka was proper, with breakfast in the club lounge if breakfast was not included, and in the main dining room if it was included. Isn't it the service industry's job to provide more satisfaction if you are going to charge money? I don't think there are few customers who feel the same way, and I sincerely hope for improvement.

    The response from the Bay Club Lounge was...

    I helped my relatives with their stay and thought we could relax, so I booked the Bay Club Floor. I accompanied them to the lounge in the afternoon, but the response from the club floor at that time was disappointing. They didn't carry the luggage to the room, so the guests who came from afar had to carry it themselves. There was no room attendant, and we couldn't even find the switches. I had researched the limousine bus reservation for the next day in advance and was hoping for some follow-up. When I started to mention it, I was told, "It's a bus not related to the hotel." Of course, I understood that, but I just wanted some assistance, which was only agreed upon after I brought it up. It was the first time I was asked about breakfast time during a lounge stay, making it impossible to relax. The staff at the 2F front desk were very pleasant, which made me regret booking the Bay Club. I felt like I had made a rare mistake in my choice.

    I made a Reservation here as a relative was coming unexpectedly and wanted a place with a good view of Yokohama. They were very pleased to be able to go out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful night view with the good weather.     The TV in the Room has improved.

    I always use this property when staying in Yokohama. This time, the room's TV has improved, and now you can watch Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Netflix, and more. I used to bring DVDs with me, but now I don't have to. The facilities are continuously being improved, making it an even more favorite hotel. I checked the hotel's website in advance this time, but I don't think it was mentioned, so I wrote it here. I hope this will be helpful for those staying.

    First-time use

    The Facility is a bit old, but it was well-cleaned and tidy. However, the shelf where the towels were placed was too high for me to reach. It was fine because my husband was there. The customer service was excellent.

    Disappointed with the Hotel where I couldn't recover from fatigue

    There are no curtains on the bus, and when you take a bath, water droplets spread in the washroom. There is no door in the toilet. The shower is in the washroom with a door, but the showerhead did not move. It was the first time I had such a hard time taking a bath at a Hotel. Such a pity for the trip... It was disappointing!
