    Enjoy the Club Floor for a Perfect Hotel Stay

    We stayed on the top floor with club lounge access to celebrate a family birthday. We fully enjoyed the lounge during tea time, cocktail time, and breakfast the next morning. It was a special experience with beautiful interiors and views of Yokohama's iconic scenery. The food and cocktails were elegant and absolutely delicious. The room and bathroom were spacious and perfect in every way. We also enjoyed watching YouTube on the large TV. The pool was amazing, allowing us to swim while enjoying views of Cosmo Clock and the amusement park—it was truly impressive. The staff's hospitality skills were outstanding, and we definitely look forward to staying here again soon. Thank you for the music box birthday gift as well!

    Overall,

    The stay was satisfactory, but the breakfast on the first day could have been better. The bread was hard and dry, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the glasses for milk and fruit juice were as small as shot glasses, which was also a letdown. It might have been better to stay without breakfast included.

    Enjoy the Stunning Night View

    A hotel located in close proximity to the Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel at Yokohama Cosmo World. I chose this accommodation hoping to relax in the room while enjoying the beautiful illumination that changes like fireworks. When making the reservation, I selected a park view room. However, as the online photos of the room did not show the Ferris wheel, I was slightly concerned. Still, since there seemed to be a balcony and it was labeled as a park view, I assumed that stepping out onto the balcony would provide a good view. I also mentioned my desire to see the Ferris wheel in the comments section. The assigned room offered what could be described as a partial Ferris wheel view; from inside, only a small portion of it was visible. However, stepping out onto the balcony revealed not only my desired Ferris wheel but also views of landmarks such as Red Brick Warehouse and Osanbashi Pier on one side of Bay View. Despite rainy weather that day, we were able to enjoy taking photos and videos without getting wet unless leaning over too far from behind railings. Every 15 minutes came light shows featuring colorful displays resembling kaleidoscopes or starry skies with shooting stars—truly delightful experiences! After watching midnight’s final show end around 12:00 AM sharp before heading off peacefully into restful sleep afterward. If focusing solely upon maximizing views directly toward said iconic attraction itself might suggest staying lower floors instead where larger perspectives prevail better yet personally opted higher-level Bay Club Floor accommodations due access exclusive Club Lounge amenities alongside spaciousness cleanliness comfort felt within Room #24th-floor setting overall satisfaction achieved thoroughly enjoyed stay entirely! From lounge windows beyond seeing neighboring sailboat-shaped hotels nearby bridges spanning across bayside scenery alike albeit crowded seating arrangements limited choices available during peak times breakfast offerings Western-style seafood-centric cocktail hour snacks husband noted slight lack variety menu options compensated discovering rare Blanton Black bourbon listed drinks selection thrilled him immensely!     Consistently comfortable.

    Stayed in the same room as last year because of the wonderful experience, and enjoyed a comfortable 2-night stay. The view bath is a highlight of this room and was very relaxing. However, as noticed last year, there was black mold on the window seal, which is a downside. Ordered takeout from the Chinese restaurant on the first night, and it was highly satisfying in both taste and portion size. Was looking forward to the breakfast buffet and found it mostly met expectations. Unfortunately, there were noticeable differences in ingredient portions and quality of omelets at the live kitchen depending on who prepared them. Overall, it was a consistently pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning again next time!

    Every year, I use this for supporting the Yokohama Marathon. This year, I chose a Room with views of both the Bay Area and the Ferris wheel, and the scenery was excellent. I could see a little bit of fireworks. It would have been nice to have more information if available.

    Luxury accommodation with a balcony and a Ferris wheel view right in front.

    I have stayed here several times and it’s one of my favorites. If you stay in a room by the sea, you can enjoy views of Yokohama's iconic Red Brick Warehouse, Osanbashi Pier, Hikawa Maru, and the Ferris wheel, which is very satisfying. For dinner, I dined at the Chinese restaurant "Chen" inside the accommodation. The Sichuan-style Dan Dan noodles and fried rice with mixed ingredients were delicious. It would be perfect if the prices were a bit lower. The rooms are spacious, and stepping out onto the balcony allows you to feel Yokohama's breeze at this hotel. I would love to stay here again!

    Mother-Daughter Trip

    This time, we decided to visit Yokohama, a place full of memories, to celebrate my mother's 88th birthday. I chose Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu because I wanted her to enjoy the breathtaking night view from the Room. When I requested a chair for the shower room in advance, not only was the chair provided but also an anti-slip mat for the bathtub. I was deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture. Additionally, at the lobby, we were given beautifully wrapped carnations—thank you to all the staff for your warm hospitality. As expected, my mother was overjoyed by the stunning night view and spent time on the balcony or relaxing on a chair saying it felt like a dream. This is my fourth stay at this Hotel and every time it provides such a comfortable experience; once again, it did not disappoint. Thank you for everything!

    The room was upgraded from the one reserved, likely depending on various timings and circumstances. It was undoubtedly one of the top 3 rooms in terms of spaciousness and view. While many hotels now complete check-in and check-out processes effortlessly via screens, I deeply appreciate the honor of being upgraded directly at the front desk. Thank you very much.

    Relax and Unwind After the Live Show! Enjoy Scenic Views and a Rejuvenating Stay

    Stayed at the accommodation on the final day of the Kome Kome Club live concert. We used two rooms, including one for my parents to take care of my daughter. The stunning view of the Ferris wheel and Bay Bridge was soothing, and we were able to relax in the club lounge. Enjoyed a pleasant time while savoring the afterglow of the live concert.

    Simply the best.

    We stayed here for the first time in years after attending our grandchild's sports day. Initially, we had reserved a hotel near Chinatown known for its "delicious breakfast," but a week prior, we changed to Bay Hotel. The amenities have been improved, and we enjoyed a relaxing time with the beautiful night view of the Ferris wheel from our room. The breakfast menu had slightly changed, but it was still incredibly delicious, and I ended up eating too much. While we've stayed at other accommodations in Minato Mirai before, the staff here were exceptionally kind and attentive. This experience reaffirmed that Bay Hotel is our top choice whenever visiting Yokohama. We look forward to staying again next time!

    The Room had a fantastic view. However, the door to the bathroom was extremely heavy, and there was a drainage issue causing water to overflow onto the bath mat. We had mixed pizza at the Summer House, but the crust was too hard and difficult to cut with a knife. The taste was great, so we hope for an improvement in the crust.

    Sister Gathering

    I have been staying here since it was named Pan Pacific Hotel. This was my first time in this Room, located on a lower floor (10th floor). It was a corner Room facing the InterContinental Hotel and Kahala Hotel, with views of the Bay Bridge and Ferris wheel from the balcony. The Room was spacious enough for four people. As a group of four women, we were all very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much!

    Stayed for a birthday trip.

    I stayed here during my trip from Hokkaido to Yokohama. Upon entering the Room, I immediately noticed a large amount of hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn’t ours. Additionally, we were told we could have breakfast at different locations each day, but we were given breakfast tickets for the same restaurant on the same floor for both days. It was disappointing to encounter staff who didn’t seem to understand our requests, especially after paying a high price for the stay.

    Girls' Night Out

    We made a Reservation at a stylish Hotel for our university girls' gathering as we were coming from afar. The direct access from Minatomirai Station without worrying about rain and the direct bus from Haneda to the Hotel were very convenient. The entrance was gorgeous, the front desk staff was kind and welcoming with smiles, and we were even upgraded to a Room with a view of the Ferris wheel, which delighted everyone. The Room was clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast was delightful with freshly made omelets and a buffet that left us full. Everyone enjoyed it so much that I’m glad I made this Reservation. I would love to stay here again!

    We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday and our couple's 60th birthday with a trip to Yokohama, as per my mother's request. We were drawn to the room for its night view from the bath and the terrace where we could enjoy the scenery, so we made a reservation. My mother was truly amazed and overjoyed by the night view, making it an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for preparing this wonderful room for us. However, the breakfast venue was crowded, and we were directed to another location instead of our preferred one. For my 90-year-old mother, going up and down stairs to get food at the buffet seemed quite challenging. It would have been appreciated if guests were given a choice—whether to wait for their preferred venue or move to another—rather than being forced into a change without consultation. It was slightly disappointing that there wasn’t enough consideration from one of your young male staff members at reception in this regard. I believe this is something worth considering moving forward—what do you think?

    A lounge with a great atmosphere

    I stayed in the Bay Club Floor with my eldest son and husband. Most hotels only offer twin or double rooms on their club floors, but I found this accommodation with a triple room featuring three beds. Unlike twin rooms where deciding who sleeps on the extra bed can be frustrating, this spacious room with three beds was perfect and very comfortable. The view bath was also excellent. Soaking in the bath while enjoying the beautiful night view of Yokohama and the Cosmo Clock was truly amazing. During tea time at the lounge, the tarts and chocolate brownies were delicious, but the standout was the macarons. We enjoyed flavors like salted caramel, pistachio, and chocolate. For cocktail time, contrary to some reviews mentioning limited food options, there was a variety of delicious items such as salmon, prosciutto, savory cakes, and marinated dishes. My son was very satisfied and even went for seconds, with the food being replenished promptly each time. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with the melon being particularly delightful. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful family time after a long while.

    The view from the Ro...

    The view from the Room on the 17th floor was amazing. Watching the scenery transition from evening to night, with the sparkling Ferris wheel, the sea, and cruise ships, allowed me to relax and escape from daily life. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the freshly made omelets were delicious. Fruits were replenished until the last minute, which impressed me as excellent Hotel service.

    I will visit again to see the stunning night view.

    My 9-year-old daughter loves stepping out onto the room's balcony to enjoy the view of Minato Mirai. The giant Ferris wheel and the sea offer truly stunning scenery. At night, the illuminated lights create a stylish atmosphere, and the amusement park below looks beautiful. That evening, there was a night game at Yokohama Stadium, and we could feel the excitement along with its glowing lights. The staff were very kind; they even gave us some treats for my daughter since she couldn't enter the lounge in the evening. For breakfast, we chose a buffet as per my daughter's request—she especially looks forward to making her own pancakes. For dinner, we usually go to Chinatown as per her wishes, so we haven't had much chance to dine here yet. The room was comfortable, and I plan to stay at Bay Hotel Tokyu again whenever visiting Yokohama in the future.

    Highly satisfied!

    Thank you for your hospitality every year. This time, I stayed on the Yokohama Floor, and as expected, the view from the higher floors is exceptional. While signs of aging in the room (such as scratches on walls and doors) were noticeable, the convenience, view, service, and meals more than made up for it. The ReFa hairdryer and amenities were different from my previous stay (perhaps because it was the Yokohama Floor?) and offered better usability. Additionally, elevator security has been enhanced, providing greater peace of mind. However, I noticed a slight odor in the closet drawers in the room and also in the hallway on that floor (possibly due to aging?). Since it is branded as "Yokohama Floor" with slightly higher rates set accordingly, I hope these issues can be improved. Looking forward to staying again!

    It pleasantly exceeded my expectations.

    This was my first stay, and it exceeded my expectations in a good way. The view from the lounge and the room was excellent. The staff's attentiveness was also very pleasant. While the food and drink options in the lounge felt limited compared to others, their quality seemed well-maintained. A few points of concern were that the iced coffee in the lounge was made by adding ice to hot coffee, and that body soap and shampoo were not provided in the bathroom but had to be retrieved from the sink area—these could be improved. Overall, I was highly satisfied and would love to use the lounge again if I have another opportunity to stay here.

    My first stay was 24 years ago, back when the Hotel had a different name. Since then, whenever I visit Yokohama, I always stay here, even if it's just for one night. The breeze, the sounds, and the view from the balcony are unforgettable. The spacious Room adds to the extraordinary experience. As I grow older and don't know how many more times I'll be able to visit, I will always choose this Hotel whenever I go to Yokohama.

    Stayed for the first time for 3 nights. Enjoyed a stay that was neither lacking nor excessive. Had Chinese cuisine for dinner at the restaurant, and was satisfied with everything from presentation to taste and service. As for breakfast, while it’s understandable that there wasn’t much variety, overall it felt somewhat underwhelming. Personally, I didn’t find the Maison Kayser bread to my taste. I plan to stay in Yokohama again next year due to a conference at Pacifico Yokohama, and will consider this accommodation as an option again. Thank you very much!

    Whenever I stay in Yokohama, I always choose this accommodation. The guest rooms, service, facilities, and meals are all excellent. In particular, the breakfast buffet at "Tosca" is outstanding; every dish is delicious, and the bacon, omelets, and various breads are among the best in the industry (in my opinion). The only disappointment was the discontinuation of complimentary mineral water. Additionally, I felt that the bathroom might be a bit inconvenient for Japanese guests. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit to Yokohama. Thank you very much!

    A Hotel with Great Views Both Morning and Night

    I live in Tokyo but often stay at hotels around Yokohama because I love the area. This Hotel has a great location and is very convenient, with an amazing view from the balcony. At night, you can enjoy beautiful night views of the Bay Bridge and Ferris wheel, and I never get tired of gazing at them from the balcony. In the morning, I woke up early to watch the sunrise. The fact that you can step out onto the balcony makes this Hotel unique compared to others, which I really liked. The staff were kind and provided excellent service. However, it’s undeniable that some parts of the Facility feel outdated. While the bathroom was fine, this time I noticed an unpleasant smell in the hallway. Recently, many hotels have pleasant fragrances, so this was a bit disappointing; still, its excellent location outweighs these minor issues for me!
