I made a Reservation...

I made a Reservation here as a relative was coming unexpectedly and wanted a place with a good view of Yokohama. They were very pleased to be able to go out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful night view with the good weather. Due to various circumstances, I inquired about access to the Hotel in advance, and the front desk staff provided kind and courteous assistance. Thank you very much.
