[Important] Beware of suspicious messages related to unauthorized access
Thank you for your continued patronage of Green Sky Hotel Takehara.
We have received reports of unauthorized access by a third party involving the “TEMAIRAZU” series, a site controller for accommodations used by our Hotel.
As a result, we have confirmed incidents in which suspicious messages related to Reservations—such as requests to Check Reservation/confirm it, re-enter credit card details, or make urgent payments—have been sent via WhatsApp and other social networking/messaging services, as well as email and SMS.
■ Reservations in which suspicious messages have been confirmed
Based on what we have confirmed at this time, we have identified that some Reservers received suspicious messages for certain Reservations that meet all of the following conditions:
Reservation date: Reservations completed on or before September 21, 2026
Stay date: Reservations with stay dates on or after September 21, 2026
Reservations where the Reserver uses WhatsApp
Please note that even if these conditions apply, not all Reservers have received suspicious messages.
■ For guests who have received a suspicious message
- Do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
- Do not enter your credit card information or personal information.
- Do not reply to the suspicious message.
- Do not make any payments or transfers by following instructions in the message.
- If you wish to check your Reservation details, please contact Green Sky Hotel Takehara or the official support desk of the Accommodation reservation website you used.
If you entered your credit card information on a suspicious website or made a payment/transfer, please contact your card issuer or financial institution immediately.
Please be assured that our Hotel’s Reservation and accommodation services remain available as usual.
