Grand opening in November 2025: a Japanese auberge where you can savor the depths of Kanazawa’s culinary delights.

A small hidden retreat in the heart of Kanazawa, close to Kanazawa Station and Kenrokuen Garden. Our establishment was created as a "Japanese Auberge" with only four rooms, allowing guests to fully savor the essence of Kaga Kaiseki cuisine and the spirit of tea ceremony. Enjoy seasonal delicacies nurtured by Kanazawa's sea and mountains, prepared one dish at a time at our on-site Kappo restaurant, served fresh in your room's private dining area. All four rooms are "suite rooms over 90 square meters," featuring open-air Onsen baths where you can feel the outdoor air even in the city center, along with spacious living and bedroom areas. We warmly welcome you to create unforgettable memories during your stay with us.

  • Our family of four stayed for two nights. The Room, service, and staff hospitality were all outstanding. The location was convenient for getting anywhere, and while we had checked the Room on the website beforehand, it was even nicer than we imagined. It was spacious enough for four of us to stay comfortably. The staff were kind, and above all, the meals were excellent. We had breakfast twice and dinner once; each dish used plenty of local ingredients and was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kanazawa.

  • I truly enjoyed Kanazawa’s cuisine from the bottom of my heart.I learned so much—about Kanazawa’s culture and local ingredients. This is purely my personal impression, but I felt that the guest rooms, dining, and hospitality were on par with luxury hotels I have stayed at in Japan and abroad, such as Aman, Bulgari, Okura, and Palace.

Embracing Tradition in Every Dish

With the first sip, the morning mist of Kanazawa gently unravels. The clear broth leaves a lingering taste, and with the next dish, the sparkle of the Sea of Japan graces your palate. A touch of modern sensibility is added to the timeless traditions of Kaga. Rooted in the spirit of Kaga cuisine, we select only seasonal ingredients that are at their peak "in this very moment." Carefully chosen blessings from mountains and sea are elevated through precise techniques in cooking, flavor extraction, and presentation to create a fleeting masterpiece. Savor each dish that reflects the stories of every season to your heart's content.
