A gourmet Property nestled in the greenery of Boso, offering seasonal local fish kaiseki cuisine.

Shunsai no Yado Ryokusuitei is the only pure Japanese-style Ryokan in Boso. In a calm atmosphere, the cuisine features seasonal local fish kaiseki dishes caught locally. We serve each dish with freshly made beauty.

  • I stayed with my mother, and we were satisfied with everything! The Room was spacious, bright, and spotless—almost too much for just the two of us. The bath was the perfect size and temperature. Bathing while listening to the morning birdsong was truly special. The meals I had been looking forward to most exceeded my expectations. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, and with the lovely atmosphere of the dining area, we had a wonderful time.We didn’t often see the Ryokan staff rushing around, but perhaps that’s part of their consideration so guests can relax in peace and quiet. If so, it’s impressively thorough. My mother especially loved it (as did I), so we would definitely like to stay again!

  • We stayed as a couple. From the moment we arrived by car, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a clean, spacious Room. We used the large public bath, and the water temperature was comfortable—not too hot. The dining area was a fully private room, so we could relax without worrying about others, and every dish was delicious. We had informed them in advance that there were many foods we could not eat due to allergies, and we were truly impressed by how thoughtfully they accommodated us without diminishing the enjoyment of the meal. The in-room water dispenser was also convenient.Above all, the staff were exceptionally hospitable—polite, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. It was a very comfortable stay with high satisfaction. Thank you very much.
