    There are more hotel...

    There are more hotels near Kintetsu and JR Nara Stations, but this time I stayed here as I had business in Kyoto, which is close to Nara. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the route is easy to follow and not inconvenient. I booked with lounge access and only added breakfast. I used the lounge upon arrival and after bathing. In the evening, there were light snacks (fried foods, salads, fruits, etc.), which are great for those who want a light meal with drinks. Draft beer and cocktails were served by hotel staff, while wine and soft drinks were self-service. For those wanting a full dinner, it might be better to choose a dinner-inclusive plan or eat beforehand since there didn’t seem to be many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast was buffet-style with limited variety. However, wine was available in the morning too—perfect for those who want to relax leisurely. It can get crowded depending on the time, so if you have flexibility in your schedule, going at an off-peak time is recommended. The room was spacious with well-equipped facilities that allowed me to relax comfortably. The refrigerator had plenty of bottled water stocked up so I could enjoy coffee or tea leisurely in my room. If I have business in Nara again, I would like to stay here once more.

    I want to visit again.

    It was amazing! The service from the gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. We were delayed significantly due to being caught in two traffic accidents and arrived late without having eaten. Despite our hunger and exhaustion, his warm "Welcome, you must be tired" upon arrival made all the difference. He also kindly guided us to dining options, which we greatly appreciated. The Room was spacious with a large TV—absolutely no complaints! I had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, and the towel art they prepared was incredibly cute! Although I felt the variety of dishes could have been slightly more abundant, everything else was perfect, so I will definitely return. Next time, I plan to stay for two nights to relax and enjoy even more leisurely!

    A Hotel You'll Want to Extend Your Stay At

    The Room is compact but clean and user-friendly. If I had to say, it would be nice to have a bag in the room's trash bin.

    It became a wonderful memory.

    This is our second stay. We visited during this year's Golden Week and were impressed by the wonderful hospitality, so we decided to stay again to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel provided a heartfelt celebration, and both my husband and I spent two very happy days. We were even more satisfied than last time and would love to visit again. Thank you so much to all the staff!

    Compact design

    Overall, the accommodation was compact but not inconvenient. The shower booth was small and difficult to use. The breakfast menu was good. The parking fee (1,500 yen) was expensive. The accommodation fee was reasonably priced.

    Cozy Hotel

    I first stayed here last year and was impressed by the excellent facilities, delicious meals, and attractive pricing, which led me to return. None of the previous charm has been lost, and the staff's level of service has further improved. From the front desk and doormen to restaurant staff and housekeeping, I felt a high level of hospitality that exceeded my previous experience. Although I live in Kansai, this accommodation is a major reason for making a special trip to stay in Nara.

    Issues with check-in process.

    The hotel is very clean, and the design of the rooms and lobby gives a highly sophisticated impression. Despite its small size, the public bath was refreshing. One issue I noticed was with the check-in process. There were mistakes in counting guests (miscounting adults and children) and insufficient knowledge about rental items. Additionally, I noticed other families with children receiving what seemed to be child-friendly amenity sets, but the staff member who assisted us during check-in did not offer such options, which was a bit disappointing.

    It was beautiful.

    I urgently searched for a hotel and made a reservation as it happened to be available. It was very clean, and the staff were kind and attentive to the children, making it a wonderful trip! The large public bath, fitness center, and kids' room were all great, leaving the whole family completely satisfied!

    Great Buddha Hall

    The last bus from Daibutsuden-mae was early, so I couldn’t do what I had planned. Inside the hotel, you can enjoy a digital detox, and the inconsistent air conditioning makes you appreciate everyday life. The cleaning was perfect, and the young restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. The training room seemed to have the strongest air conditioning, and I headed back to Osaka without waiting until check-out time—I felt relieved.

    Satisfaction guaranteed!

    I stayed at this new and seemingly clean hotel! The access might be a bit tricky, but it’s within walking distance from Shin-Omiya Station. Even though it was the weekend, there was no waiting time for check-in or check-out, and the staff provided excellent service. They quickly arranged a taxi for us, making it easy to get to Nara Park. Since we stayed in a suite, we had access to the executive lounge with food and drinks that served as a light dinner. While the variety was limited, everything was delicious. It was also great that the lounge allowed children since we were traveling with our 2-year-old. The only downside was that the living room sofa felt too narrow to relax on—maybe because it’s a sofa bed? Other than that, I was very satisfied with the room. I’d love to stay here again if I visit Nara!

    It was the best stay.

    I stayed in Nara and enjoyed a stylish, clean Room, relaxed in the spacious bath, and had a delicious breakfast for a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and kind. While I noticed some issues with guest manners due to the large number of international tourists, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Relax in the lounge.

    I stayed at the accommodation to relax with a friend nearby. We enjoyed chatting in the lounge instead of the room and made full use of it. Since neither of us can drink alcohol, it would be great if non-alcoholic beverages were available.

    It fell significantly below expectations.

    I booked an Executive Room, but it is no different from a standard room. There is no sense of exclusivity in terms of size, furnishings, or amenities. It seems the higher price is simply for access to the Club Lounge. The service was inconsistent depending on the staff, which was confusing. As for the Club Lounge, its offerings felt somewhat lacking and not entirely satisfying. Lastly, breakfast was disappointing. There were long lines, so those with limited time might not be able to eat at all. Additionally, the selection was quite limited.

    The service was exce...

    The service was excellent, the facilities were new and well-maintained, and the room's soundproofing made it very quiet and comfortable. However, the gym fitness room was small with limited equipment, so there were times when I had to wait to use them. The hallway leading to the gym was spacious in comparison, which felt a bit disproportionate. The rooftop connected to the executive lounge was wonderful; I enjoyed having food and drinks either inside the lounge or on the rooftop itself. The evening atmosphere there was especially pleasant. Additionally, I ordered afternoon tea as an extra treat—it came with beautifully presented shaved ice and a thoughtfully crafted menu that tasted delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The Executive Lounge offers exceptional comfort!

    I have stayed here several times, and the Executive Lounge is incredibly comfortable. It offers a stylish atmosphere unique to international accommodations, and the cocktail time from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM is quite long, making it convenient even after sightseeing. For breakfast, I particularly enjoy the roasted Yamato vegetables and the vegetable and fruit smoothies.

    I visited the Nation...

    I visited the National Treasure Exhibition at the Nara National Museum and stayed overnight. The cost performance was good. However, I chose a plan with dinner included (buffet), but there was hardly any food available, which was inconvenient. The amount of food was overwhelmingly insufficient for the number of guests. Breakfast, on the other hand, was fine.

    It is very clean and modern.

    We stayed here for a birthday trip. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful hospitality. Since everything in the building is still new, it was all spotless and there was nothing to complain about. The Room is compact and well laid out with no wasted space, and it felt larger than 25 m². The systems are very convenient, and there were many impressive touches. On the other hand, some parts might be a bit difficult for older guests. However, there is also plenty of personal interaction, so I think you can simply ask the staff if you have any questions. At check-in they said “Happy Birthday,” and at check-out they asked, “Were you able to relax? How was breakfast?” That made me very happy and I really felt their warmth. Next time I’d like to use the club lounge as well. We’ll be back!

    Relaxing Stay

    I had plans in Kobe but decided to stay in the historic city of Nara. Since it was a weekday stay, I walked from Shin-Omiya Station, and the walking distance was completely stress-free. The area around the station and the hotel is quiet and safe, making it comfortable for women to walk at night. The hotel itself is new, with a calm atmosphere, spacious rooms with thoughtful layouts, an open terrace, and a spa—perfect for a relaxing solo trip. Additionally, the glasses in the room were beautifully polished; I was impressed by such attention to detail that reflects top-notch service quality of a first-class accommodation. I would love to stay here again next time and try dining at the hotel's restaurant as well.

    The Hotel, which just opened last year, still had a pleasant scent of wood in the Room. The staff were multinational, but there were no communication issues at all; in fact, their hospitality was impressive. From check-in to check-out, I had a very comfortable stay. The meals were mainly Italian but incorporated many ingredients from Nara, offering a delicious taste with a local touch. It was such a satisfying experience that I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Slowly

    It was a hot daily life, but I had a relaxing time after a long while. As a repeater, I thought I was familiar with the place, but there are still so many relaxing points that make it great. It was unfortunate that the ice cream during breakfast disappeared at some point; it would be nice if it could return even just for the summer period. The amenities were well-prepared with all necessities, making my stay convenient. Thank you!

    I stayed in a Junior...

    I stayed in a Junior Suite, and despite the affordable price, it was spacious and clean, as expected from a new hotel. The rooftop bar was great with a beautiful sunset view. It might be better if the lounge cocktail time starts at 17:00 and the restaurant at 17:30. I had some drinks in the lounge before heading to the restaurant. It wasn’t an issue since it wasn’t crowded. The restaurant staff provided excellent service; however, I was disappointed with the food. Unfortunately, none of the dishes suited my taste, which explains why it wasn’t busy. Breakfast was average; it would have been nice if egg dishes could be made upon request.

    The Room, Facility, and amenities were all satisfying. The breakfast was particularly refined and delicious, with the smoothies being the best I've ever had. It was a Hotel that showed attention to detail in every aspect.

    I had a very comfortable stay! The entire Hotel was clean, modern, and incredibly stylish. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. Everything was completely satisfying.
