    I had a relaxing time on the Executive Floor. The cocktails were deliciously prepared. It would be nice if the snacks had a bit more variety, but the drink selection was excellent.

    Second stay

    I stayed this time mainly for the lounge. The Room and meals were very satisfying, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you. The lounge service itself was good, but it was unfortunate that some loud guests disrupted the atmosphere. It would be appreciated if measures could be taken, such as reminding guests to maintain a quiet environment, as there are people who want to enjoy a calm atmosphere or are working. Overall, it was a very nice Hotel, and I would love to stay again when visiting the Nara area!

    Staycation

    I often stay at various Hotels for a staycation. This Hotel is new and clean, which I love. This time, the Room felt smaller than usual, and the view from the Room was of the parking lot, which was disappointing. I was shocked that soft-serve ice cream was no longer available at breakfast. It was delicious and one of my favorites, so I hope it returns! The lounge was comfortable and relaxing. I look forward to staying here again!

    Friendly and courteous service

    This was my second stay, and I had a wonderful time again. The check-in process was handled very pleasantly and thoughtfully. Everything felt so natural, which made me feel truly comfortable. The great first impression set the tone for an enjoyable stay throughout. Thank you very much!

    Enjoyed the Executive Lounge.

    I chose this Hotel because I was looking for one with parking, and the Diamond Member benefits were a nice bonus. The Executive Lounge was excellent. I enjoyed not only coffee but also sweets and alcohol. It was a bit chilly on the terrace, so I couldn't stay long, which was unfortunate. However, I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Nara.

    It exceeded expectations.

    Stayed in a high-floor plan with access to the Executive Lounge. The interior throughout the accommodation was stylish and charming, raising our expectations. The room was compact yet provided a comfortable space. The flooring was wood (not carpet), allowing us to walk barefoot. It was clean and pleasant. We chose a room with a bathtub, but since there was a large public bath, we thought just having a shower booth might have been sufficient. The Executive Lounge was available from 5 PM to 10 PM, offering alcoholic beverages as well. After dining out, my husband and I enjoyed a second round of drinks there. It was a calm space where we could relax peacefully. The staff were very kind and attentive in their service. Both the hotel itself and its staff maintained an excellent balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. From now on, this will be our go-to accommodation when visiting Nara!

    Congratulations on y...

    Congratulations on your 1st anniversary! This is my 4th stay. As always, the stylish and wonderful hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The meals are delicious, so I recommend the plan with two meals included. Whenever I visit Nara, Novotel is my go-to choice. I'll be back again soon!

    Disappointing

    I had been wanting to visit this hotel since its opening last year. This year, I finally had the chance and stayed with great excitement. On the day of check-in, I upgraded my room upon the front desk's recommendation to include access to the executive lounge. However, the room quality, amenities, and bathroom were inferior compared to a business hotel. The soundproofing of the room was also poor, as I could hear the noise of trains from the station. It was disappointing, especially because I had high expectations.

    Birthday Stay

    It was a stay for my mother's birthday. She enjoyed the meals last time, so we had both breakfast and dinner again this time. I was deeply touched by the birthday gift and massage prepared in the Room. I noticed an increase in international guests. I would love to visit again.

    Would love to visit again!

    This was my first time staying here. The Room was clean, and I could feel the attention to detail in the amenities, which made me very satisfied. It was so good that we talked about how great the Hotel was even after returning home. We had a 5-month-old baby with us, and they provided a baby crib, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The breakfast was also very delicious. The tofu was particularly tasty! However, I noticed leftover food from previous guests on the table and floor that I couldn't ignore. When I informed the staff, they kindly cleaned it up right away—thank you for that! It would be nice if there were Facilities at the breakfast area where we could safely place our baby (of course while keeping an eye on them). Although our stay was short, we were extremely satisfied. I want to visit Nara again just for this Hotel! Thank you very much!

    Friendly service

    I stayed with my child and had a very pleasant experience. My child preferred to stay inside, so we spent most of our time in the Hotel. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which was very helpful. When taking the bus, the staff kindly guided us, making it a comfortable experience. Additionally, the staff we encountered in the hallways greeted us politely, which left a great impression. Although I hadn't visited Nara much before, I was touched by the kindness and attentiveness of everyone, making it an enjoyable stay and leaving me with a positive impression of this wonderful place.

    Affordable yet highly satisfying!

    Since it was a weekday stay, both the lounge and the large public bath were quiet and comfortable! I enjoyed tea time indoors at the lounge, and since the weather was nice, I spent cocktail time on the terrace. The Room only had a shower room, but I used the large public bath, so it wasn’t an issue. It was spacious enough for one person and very clean. Breakfast included Nara specialties, free-flowing sparkling wine, and a variety of vegetable dishes to enjoy. The staff always asked if there was anything they could assist with, providing excellent service. Having a shuttle bus to Itami Airport departing nearby was also convenient! I’d love to stay here again when visiting Nara.

    Everything is excellent.

    The room, facilities, meals, location, and staff service were all excellent. This time, we stayed in a Junior Suite for four people. The space behind the sofa was narrow, and I hit my head on the wall; it would be better with a bit more space. We had both breakfast and dinner, and we were completely satisfied with the variety, taste, and quality. The staff's service was outstanding, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

    The location was very convenient for transportation.

    We used this facility for a memorial service. The parking lot was very convenient, allowing even large groups to board without any hassle. Additionally, the access to the Hanna Road was excellent, and although it was a bit far, we were able to reach our destination smoothly and ahead of schedule.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I stayed at this wonderful and cost-effective hotel before, so I decided to stay again in a different room. Last time, I had a room with a bathtub, but this time I chose one with just a shower booth and still had a comfortable stay. The view was different from last time as well; it faced south with an open and spacious feel, which was very pleasant. One thing to note is that unlike many hotels nowadays that provide skincare sets for women or offer them upon request, this hotel does not have such services. This might mean slightly more luggage for female travelers. It would be great if they could offer such services upon request in the future. That said, I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting Nara!

    The best value Hotel

    This Hotel offers incredible quality for the price. The full-length mirror reflecting the clock and the guide to the Facility were very modern. Although the view from the Room faced an apartment building, making it rare to open the curtains, being on a high floor allowed a glimpse of mountains beyond. Additionally, dining at the rooftop restaurant was memorable, with its open atmosphere and enjoying drinks in the night breeze. It’s a Hotel I would love to recommend to others.

    Enhance the shuttle bus service.

    While traveling on the Kintetsu train to the hotel, I was shocked to discover that it would take 35 minutes from Yamato-Saidaiji Station to reach the accommodation via shuttle bus. Even if I transferred and took a train to Nara Station, the shuttle bus only operates from "JR" Nara Station. The distance between Kintetsu Nara Station and JR Nara Station is significant on foot, and I shuddered at what could have happened had I not known this in advance. I eventually decided to take a taxi from Shin-Omiya Station, but there were no signs of taxis coming or going at the old taxi stand. With no other choice, I walked toward the hotel while trying to get directions by calling reception. Even after explaining that my current location was near an elementary school close to the station, my call was put on hold for several minutes. By the time they got back on the line, I had already found my way to the hotel myself. Shouldn't front desk staff or operators be able to provide proper directions from nearby stations? Considering that transportation options in Nara Prefecture are far less convenient compared with Osaka or Kyoto—both in terms of taxis and public transit—it’s clear that your shuttle bus schedule does not adequately cater to guests' needs. Moreover, it seems unreasonable for your shuttle service not to operate on Wednesdays and Thursdays without sufficient notice provided beforehand. During my stay under a full moon night, I enjoyed spending time at both your club lounge and rooftop terrace; however, one young female staff member gave me incorrect information about last orders and closing times. That said, I greatly appreciated how your master bartender handled this situation with excellent service recovery. Lastly, for rooms with lounge access privileges included in their booking plan: providing skincare samples would be a thoughtful addition!

    Beautiful Hotel

    The hotel was even more wonderful than I imagined. Since dinner was Italian cuisine, I was looking forward to the pizza. It was very delicious, and I was extremely satisfied to enjoy such tasty pizza after a long time. The steak was tender and flavorful as well! It would have been even better if there had been some pasta dishes too. I stayed in a Junior Suite room, which was very lovely and allowed me to relax comfortably.

    It was a very comfortable stay, and I would love to visit again.

    The Facility is newly renovated and very clean, with excellent staff service, allowing for a relaxing stay. Having a bathtub was also very comfortable and enjoyable. The surrounding area includes places like the convention center, Starbucks, and Tsutaya, which are clean and convenient for a quick visit. While it’s a bit of a walk from Shin-Omiya Station, there seems to be limousine bus services to Yamato-Saidaiji and JR Nara stations, making it quite convenient.

    The room features excellent design and a relaxing atmosphere. Complimentary Nestlé coffee service and plenty of mineral water are provided. The large public bath is comfortable and perfect for relieving work fatigue.

    Booked a room with breakfast for two, planning to dine out in the evening. At check-in, we were informed that a room with lounge access was available (desserts and drinks from 3 PM, light snacks like spaghetti and fried items until 9 PM). We decided to pay the lounge fee and skip dining out. Arrived at the lounge after 4 PM, enjoyed cake and coffee before it temporarily closed at 5 PM. Evening service resumed from 5:30 PM to 9 PM. After stepping out briefly, we returned around 7:30 PM only to find that light snacks were no longer available—only drinks (with chocolates and nuts). The earlier explanation mentioned sufficient light snacks until 9 PM for those drinking alcohol, so we were surprised and disappointed as we had expected more food options. Ended up buying late-night snacks from a convenience store instead. It would have been helpful if the timing of light snack availability in the lounge was explained clearly beforehand. Additionally, amenities could use improvement—only small eco-friendly wooden combs and toothbrushes without toothpaste were provided. No free parking for guests; parking is charged separately. Please provide clearer details about hotel services (including lounge information) on travel booking sites. That said, staying at this beautiful hotel was still an enjoyable experience overall.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious and very satisfying. It was great to be able to check the number of people for the bath using the touch panel. However, I tried calling multiple times to borrow a bath chair and diaper pod, but couldn't get through. It would be nice if requests could be made via the touch panel. The lounge was excellent and enjoyable, especially the delicious cakes. I visited at night but wished there were snacks like nuts available to accompany drinks. The breakfast buffet was delicious, though having more variety would have been even better. A live kitchen service (like making omelets on the spot) would also be a great addition. The Hotel overall was clean, and I definitely want to visit again!

    Completely satisfied

    I don't usually give high praise, but this hotel is exceptional. From the warm welcome by the doorman to the excellent service at the front desk, everything was impeccable and left a great impression. The room and bathroom are simple yet very clean, leaving nothing to be desired. For such an affordable accommodation fee, this level of hospitality deserves a perfect score. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Nara!

    This is the second time.

    We treat ourselves to a mini getaway about once a month, and since our last stay at Novotel Nara was so comfortable, we didn’t hesitate to choose it again this time. The nights were quiet, and we slept soundly. The breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely stay here again!

    We usually select accommodations with Onsen and fitness facilities. Although it is a bit far from the station, we had a relaxing stay. It was very nice.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

    When choosing accommodation, I prioritize the room facilities as well as breakfast. For my first stay, the room was new and clean, and I was impressed by the delicious lunch at the same restaurant that day, which made me look forward to breakfast. However, it was disappointing. The variety of dishes was limited, and to be honest, most of the Japanese-style options were not tasty. The miso soup was lukewarm and unappetizing to the point that I left it unfinished.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed for two nights this time and was extremely satisfied. I immediately wanted to stay again. The Room was very clean and tidy, with minimal yet beautiful amenities, and the Nespresso machine added extra joy. The public bath was also very clean with a pleasant fragrance, featuring ReFa showerheads and hairdryers—an exceptional service for women. Breakfast was outstanding, offering Miwa somen noodles, tea porridge with Nara pickles, persimmon leaf sushi, as well as both Japanese and Western options (the croissants were excellent). Everything was beautifully presented and delicious! There was even wine available (especially Italian wine), showcasing the chef's impeccable taste. The tableware and glasses were elegant and spotless—truly an inspiring breakfast experience. Moreover, the staff were exceptional; I will share this experience in school lessons to inspire others. Everything about my stay was perfect—it felt like a dream at this Hotel. Thank you for providing such a memorable experience!

    Very clean Hotel (location is unfortunate)

    The Hotel, being open for less than a year, was exceptionally clean. There was no mold at all on the bidet nozzle or the bathroom floor, and naturally, other noticeable areas were also spotless. Attention to detail is evident even in less obvious places, such as the easy-to-grip faucets. Although it is quite inconvenient that it’s far from Kintetsu Shin-Omiya Station and convenience stores, there is a direct bus from the nearest Nara City Hall bus stop to Nara Park every 30 minutes. If used wisely, you can reach Nara Park affordably and comfortably. (From the slightly farther Mikasa Junior High School bus stop, there are buses not only to Nara Park but also to Horyuji Temple, Yakushiji Temple, and Toshodaiji Temple.) It was disappointing that the pajamas seemed to be made of 100% synthetic fibers and felt stuffy and that while there was an espresso machine available, milk powder was not provided.
