    Lounge

    I used the lounge. I was very satisfied, but it was disappointing that there was no draft beer, which is usually available in the lounges of other hotels. It would have been perfect if there was draft beer, even from an auto server, so I gave it 4 stars. As a beer lover, it was quite a shock and disappointing to only have canned beer.

    Very good

    The food is delicious. I used the buffet for both dinner and breakfast, and the menus were different for each. The kids ate a lot too. The bread and sweets were not dry and were tasty, and I really liked the chinsuko that was served at the dinner buffet. Both the hot and cold meals didn't taste like reheated frozen food, and I ended up eating until I was full. If I could make one request, it would be for the staff to wear masks inside the restaurant... The room was clean, easy to use, and had a nice view from the window. For this trip to Okinawa, we stayed at different accommodations each day, and we visited this hotel on the first day. My child liked both the room and the restaurant, and when we went to a different accommodation, they cried and said, "I want to go to that hotel!" which made me panic (laughs). So, for next year's trip to Okinawa, I think we'll stay at this hotel for the entire itinerary.

    Dry sauna

    During my previous stay, I enjoyed the auto löyly in the sauna, but this time it was not available, which was disappointing.

    You can really relax.

    I stayed on the club floor. The view is really beautiful, and although the room might be a bit small, it was very relaxing. The pool, sauna, bedrock bath, and large public bath are all very nice. The view just 30 minutes from the airport is amazing. The lounge also has a very nice view. I don't drink alcohol, but it might be even better for those who enjoy it. With the recent high cost of rental cars, I wonder if it's necessary to go all the way near Nago. Breakfast consists mostly of local dishes, which I wasn't fond of. I think it's more of an accommodation for adults. I thought I'd like to use it in winter.

    Hotel with high satisfaction

    The room was new and clean, and we enjoyed the pool, sauna, bedrock bath, and large public bath. The changing room in the large public bath seemed to be cleaned frequently, with no hair on the floor, making it really pleasant. Although it was summer vacation, I think about 70% of the guests were from overseas. As expected of a Prince Hotel, all the staff were attentive and provided pleasant service. We used the dinner and breakfast services, and the variety of dishes was abundant. Personally, the wide selection of delicious desserts was a high point. I emailed in advance to inform them that we were staying to celebrate a family birthday, and they kindly consulted with us. On the day, the restaurant staff were very considerate, making it a memorable family trip.

    A compactly organized mid-range to high-end resort hotel

    We used the Club Twin with our daughter as both my spouse and I drink. We have used club lounges of various classes, but the quality of snacks and meals in the lounge slightly fell short of expectations. On the other hand, the alcohol selection is extensive from morning till night. Especially during cocktail time in the evening, the bartender offers a diverse lineup from standard cocktails to hotel original cocktails. As far as I know, having a bartender respond individually to orders is something only the Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo does, so this is a standout point in this price range. Enjoying it while watching the sunset was highly satisfying. The breakfast venue is spacious, providing a sense of openness, which is nice. The tables are widely spaced, allowing for a relaxed experience. There are probably over 100 types of dishes, but the quality of items other than local specialties is not very high, so I would prefer fewer items with improved quality. The facilities, including the pool, are compactly organized and user-friendly. However, it feels a bit cramped, so the resort feel is not very high. The room feels small for a Club Twin. With only one sink, it feels a bit cramped for family use. The location offers a barber and ocean view, which is nice. There is also a shopping mall next door, which is convenient for shopping. There are various delicious taco places nearby, so exploring them is also a good option. Lastly, the staff were all generally smiling and accommodating, ensuring there was no unpleasantness and allowing us to have a pleasant stay, which truly made us feel the Prince quality.
