A hotel with a disappointing experience despite the scenic view.

The high review rating made it all the more disappointing. The views from the club lounge and the attached infinity pool were outstanding, but when diving into the pool, there was a lot of black debris? and the adjacent jacuzzi was noticeably dirty. The lounge had a wide variety of alcohol and you could drink from the morning, but compared to other hotels, the selection of sweets and light meals was overwhelmingly small and mediocre. Especially the afternoon tea sweets were only three types of simple sponge cakes and two types of jelly, and they were exactly the same for three consecutive days. I am not a fan of alcohol and was looking forward to the food, so it was disappointing. Also, the coffee machine was broken and seemed to take about a day to repair, which was the first time I experienced such a hotel lounge. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and among the hotel lounge breakfasts I've had so far, it was by far the most mediocre. If you want to eat properly, you should opt for a breakfast-included plan at the breakfast venue, but I think it's not worth it as the price is already high and it would be even higher. I think this lounge is good for people who like alcohol, but there were people entering the jacuzzi while drinking beer, and there were a lot of people drinking heavily from the morning, which felt unrefined and unpleasant. I chose the top floor club floor for the room, but I could hear children's noise and adults talking from next door, which was unpleasant. When I called the front desk, they seemed to have warned them, and despite the noise, it became completely silent, which was unnatural, making me wonder if they were moved to another good room, but there was no report call from the front desk, and when I asked what happened, they said they hadn't moved rooms, so the truth remained a mystery. Also, it was chilly at night, so when I turned on the heater, it took 5 minutes for warm air to come out, and the smell was too bad to use. I wrote these impressions on the hotel's survey site and sent them, and it said the hotel might contact me, but there was no contact, which was very disappointing. It's understandable because it's a large hotel in Okinawa, but honestly, I felt the clientele wasn't good (there were times when I encountered dozens of Asian group guests in front of the elevator and had to wait in line for a few minutes to get on), the rooms weren't spacious, and the club lounge content was mediocre, yet the pricing was aggressive and high. They probably have a strong stance because of the good views from the lounge and rooms, but even in Okinawa, there are other hotels that are cheaper or have better club lounges, so I can't consider repeating here.
