    Perfect for an Okinawa stay!

    I stayed for three nights! The Room was very spacious and clean, so I had a comfortable stay. Also, the temperature of the sauna and cold bath was very good. However, it was disappointing that there were no amenities such as lotion and emulsion in the Room.

    Only the check-in was disappointing.

    I have used this Hotel for two consecutive years, the year before last and last year. The year before last, I went to the front desk upon arrival and was checked in immediately. Last year, unaware of any changes, I went to the front desk again and was directed to the club lounge on the 14th floor for check-in. When I mentioned, "Last year, I checked in on the first floor," I was told that guests on the club floor are invited to enjoy a welcome drink in the lounge while checking in. I thought perhaps the coordination wasn't smooth because it was right after the opening the year before last, and I proceeded with the check-in process pleasantly without overthinking it. Now, this year, I arrived around 1:30 PM for a 2 PM check-in and approached the front desk. I was told, "Your Room is ready, so you can check in," and was checked in at the front desk again. After placing my luggage in the Room, I went to the lounge after 2 PM and saw other guests checking in. I explained the situation to an employee on the floor and mentioned, "It's not good to have differences in customer service." Even though I didn't give my name, a manager came to apologize in the evening, saying, "It was a check-in before 2 PM," and even though I was already drinking alcohol in the lounge, they asked, "Shall we bring you a welcome drink now?" In that case, please mention it at the front desk when checking in at 1:30 PM. If it were me, I would say, "Your Room is ready, so we can guide you there if you prefer, but if you wait in the lobby until 2 PM, you can enjoy a welcome drink in the lounge on the 14th floor while completing the check-in process." Is this being too demanding as a guest? Can a first-class Hotel front desk manage without being able to guide guests this smoothly? Other than that, I was generally satisfied. The reason for the general satisfaction is that the Facility is new and well-equipped. However, last year, thanks to a very lovely female staff member, I had an enjoyable stay (she made various cocktails for me), and it reminded me once again that it's all about the people.

    After all, the Club Lounge

    Check-in at 13:00 and check-out at 13:00 two days later. A 2-night, 3-day trip with a full two-day stay at the Hotel. The club lounge on the 14th floor is open continuously, allowing full use of both tea time and cocktail time. There are several types of sandwiches and cooked dishes (I don't remember their names), and I had both lunch and dinner in the lounge. Since it's Okinawa, of course, Awamori is available. Additionally, wine and beer are available, and from 17:00 to 19:00, you can also order individual cocktails. Through the window, you can see the vast ocean and the infinity pool. When it gets dark, the outdoor Facility is lit up. Although it was mostly cloudy on the day, and the sunset was not great, it was still very relaxing. I used all the indoor and outdoor pools on the 2nd floor, the rock bath next to them, the sauna, the mist sauna, and the ice room. One thing I noticed is that the staff is constantly patrolling. The necessary personnel are in the necessary places. In these times when cost-cutting is loudly advocated, this is something that is not easily done. You can feel the policy of Okinawa Prince Ginowan (Okinawa Purinsu Ginowan). I felt reassured.

    This was my first time staying at the Prince Hotel in Okinawa. The service, rooms, and meals were impeccable, and I was very satisfied. I was aware that the cocktail time at the club lounge is not available for those with children, but I used it anyway. I felt it would be nice if it could be available for families with children, even for a short time. I would appreciate your consideration. Thank you very much.
