    Comfortable

    I always look forward to staying at my favorite Hotel. I appreciate the perfect cleaning every time. The club floor is quiet and relaxing. If I may suggest, it would be wonderful to have a Room where I can enjoy a meal while looking at the ocean without any worries. It would also be great if in-room dining were available. I hope to visit again for a relaxing stay.

    The room on the uppe...

    The room on the upper floor had a great view, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. The night pool was very pleasant, and it would be nice if it could be open a bit later for use after dinner. I felt very relaxed using the stone sauna, bath, and regular sauna. You can spend an entire day leisurely at the hotel. All facilities were new and provided a comfortable experience. I would love to stay here again when visiting Okinawa.

    Excellent service

    We stayed to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We reserved a club floor room and were upgraded—thank you very much. During our 3-night stay, we enjoyed breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time every day. While the variety was not extensive, the quality was exceptional and very satisfying. There were plenty of drink options, making it perfect for alcohol enthusiasts. Above all, the view was spectacular—I found myself gazing at it endlessly. We visit Okinawa every year, but this has been our best memory yet. We definitely want to stay here again next time. P.S. I don’t know her name, but I was deeply touched by the woman who assisted with my checkout; she bowed until the elevator doors closed and kindly said she looked forward to welcoming us again—it made me so happy!

    The staff is excellent.

    Every year, I choose this accommodation for my birthday stay. This year, I was surprised with a heartfelt message card and an adorable pair of bear-shaped towels on the bed. I was so touched that, even though I don't usually take many photos, I ended up taking plenty. The surprise made me incredibly happy. I enjoyed going back and forth between the lounge and my room—working leisurely in the lounge and relaxing in my room while gazing at the ocean. It was a truly relaxing experience. The staff are absolutely wonderful; their smiles and service are exceptional. They even asked thoughtful questions like, "Shall we clear this now or would you like to have one last bite?" when clearing food. With facilities like a pool, spa, large public bath, and well-equipped rooms, this hotel is perfect for those who want to fully enjoy their stay. One of the reasons we keep coming back is also because of the excellent selection of alcohol in the lounge. I'm already looking forward to next year! Thank you very much!

    Stayed on the Club F...

    Stayed on the Club Floor. Chose this hotel after searching for accommodations with comprehensive Diamond Member benefits. Although early check-in at 1:00 PM is a Diamond Member benefit, I arrived slightly late at around 1:30 PM, only to be told that "the room is not ready yet." Eventually checked in after 2:00 PM. The room key handed to me stated "12:00 PM check-out." When I inquired about the Diamond Member benefit of "1:00 PM check-out," I was told, "There are no available rooms." Even though it was a weekday stay and I understand that both benefits are subject to availability as stated, neither benefit could be utilized, leaving me very disappointed from the moment of check-in. It made me wonder if these benefits were even truly available at all. While the staff's service and attentiveness, the well-equipped club lounge, and exclusive facilities like an infinity pool for Club Floor guests create a sense of luxury and exclusivity, it was deeply disappointing given how well these aspects were executed.

    It was excellent.

    Stayed on the final day of a 4-day, 3-night trip to Okinawa. The building is new and clean. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and the deliciousness exceeded expectations, leaving us very satisfied.

    The view was amazing!!

    I chose Prince for my solo trip to Okinawa to refresh myself! While I considered relaxing in areas like Yomitan Village or Onna Village, my choice turned out to be perfect. The view of Ginowan Marina from the Room was breathtaking, and enjoying a beer on the balcony with the sunset was an unforgettable moment. Thanks to your kind gesture of assigning me a higher floor, I was able to enjoy truly memorable scenery that will stay with me forever. The hospitality was also exceptional, with courteous service from check-in to check-out. This time it was a solo trip as a treat for myself, but next time I would love to visit again with family or friends. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing experience!

    Lounge Plan

    The draft beer server was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the glass cups were not chilled, and only the plastic cups were cold, which was quite disappointing. Also, the temperature of the large public bath was too low and didn’t warm me up at all, so I ended up using the Room's bath instead.

    Perfect for a Comfortable Okinawa Trip

    We stayed with our baby and were pleased to find many items available for children, as well as a kids' room within the Hotel, which made our stay very comfortable. The Hotel was exceptionally clean, including the guest Room, which was spacious with an ocean view, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time. Although we didn't use the infinity pool or stone sauna, we were still fully satisfied. The meals were delicious and perfectly complemented our pleasant trip to Okinawa.

    Overall, it was excellent.

    Stayed for 5 nights. A rental car is essential, but the location is very convenient for getting around. Close to Naha, about an hour to places like Jungleia Nakijin or Nago, and 30 minutes to the southern Itoman area. Within a 5-minute walking distance, there’s a large Facility with San-A, a Union Supermarket behind it, and a delicious bakery called "Uchidomari Bakery Sourire." About 7-8 minutes by car is the famous taco shop "Mexico." Although it’s labeled as harbor view, the sea is right in front of you. The Hotel feels very new and has a great pool. Tropical Beach is also just across the road (about an 8-minute walk). It would have been nice if pool towels were provided at the pool area. Overall, this Hotel offers a perfect balance for both those who want to relax and those who prefer an active stay—very satisfying experience!

    Great view

    The ocean view overlooking the yacht harbor was so pleasant that I could gaze at it endlessly. There were plenty of hangers and ample space to hang washed items. It was great that parking was free and spacious. However, having only three laundry machines for a facility of this size is a major drawback. Some guests didn’t pick up their laundry promptly, making it difficult to use, so I ended up going to an external coin laundry the next day. I was looking forward to the stone sauna, but since it required swimwear and wasn’t connected to the main bath area, I found it inconvenient and decided not to use it. It would be nice if the laundry facilities and spa area were more enhanced. The Room shampoo being from Predia was a nice touch; however, I wished there had been a magnifying mirror available.

    Exceeded expectations.

    Located along a relatively urban road, I didn't have high expectations, but this Hotel exceeded them and left me very satisfied. The staff were extremely kind, and I believe most of them were Japanese. The meals stood out in particular; they seemed to use high-quality ingredients, and everything was delicious—I ended up eating more than I intended! Although the Hotel is situated by a busy road, the greenery effectively conceals it. From the Room's balcony, you can enjoy a full view of the ocean with a beautiful contrast against the yacht harbor. The bath was slightly on the cooler side, which was a minor downside. However, if given another opportunity, I would definitely love to visit again!

    The lounge offered a...

    The lounge offered amazing views, atmosphere, and an infinity pool; however, I was dissatisfied that children were not allowed after 5 PM. Additionally, the food selection was very disappointing. I only learned at check-in that breakfast in the lounge consisted of light snacks, which was not mentioned on the website beforehand. Specifically, there was no orange juice, rice, or miso soup available. Instead, items like fried chicken and potato gratin were served—foods that didn’t feel suitable for breakfast. It was my first time experiencing a breakfast without orange juice. If these issues with the lounge are improved, I would definitely consider staying at this Hotel again!

    The infinity pool on the 2nd floor was very clean and offered beautiful views. The sauna was also well-equipped and enjoyable. The Room was clean as well. The location was excellent, with a shopping mall next door. I would love to stay here again!

    It became a wonderful memory of our trip.

    Superior Twin/Triple (accommodates up to 3 guests) stay. The Aloha Saturday Hula & Ukulele event was held, and my wife was very pleased. The most memorable part of our stay was the warm hospitality of the staff. ■ Guest Room The room is very spacious, combining functionality and design seamlessly. The sliding wall separating the washroom and bed area was a unique experience for us. The sofa and furniture seem custom-made, reflecting the designer's concept beautifully. Spending time on the balcony was also delightful. ■ Dining Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, showcasing high quality in every dish. It might be even better if the sweetness of desserts were slightly reduced. ■ Public Bath & Bathroom The public bath is clean and offers a pleasant space typical of Prince Hotel standards; however, it doesn't evoke an extraordinary or Okinawan atmosphere—it’s simply a large bath area, so expectations should be moderate. The temperature in the public bath is around 38°C, which feels slightly lukewarm.

    It was disappointing that there was only one restaurant, and the buffet offered by the restaurant was also very underwhelming in terms of variety and quality. However, the convenient location and excellent pool were satisfying.

    The staff's hospital...

    The staff's hospitality is outstanding. They quickly notice when younger or less experienced staff are being asked questions and step in to assist. There are also plenty of staff members, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing summer vacation without any inconvenience during these times. "We have introduced draft beer servers this year based on many customer requests!" It must not be easy to take customer feedback seriously and continuously improve, but such dedication is truly admirable. This Hotel in Okinawa might just become our go-to destination for future visits. Thank you very much!

    Stay here when visiting Okinawa!

    During our trip to Okinawa with a typhoon approaching, we called the hotel to discuss our accommodation plans, and the staff kindly listened to our concerns. We decided to proceed with the trip, and except for heavy rain on one day, we were able to enjoy some sunny weather. The guest room, breakfast, and pool were all excellent, and our child was delighted. The night view from the pool is stunning and highly recommended.

    The view from the club lounge features a yacht harbor and a stunning blue sea, reminiscent of being abroad. The scenery during sunset was also breathtaking. But it’s not just about the view—the staff and service were exceptional as well. During cocktail hour in the evening, the bartender prepares cocktails for guests. The original cocktails were delicious. I’d love to stay longer next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A Hotel You'll Want to Visit Again and Again

    Thank you very much for providing us with such a wonderful experience. Our family of three immediately fell in love with this Hotel from the moment we checked in and felt like staying forever. The Club Floor was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed using both the pool and gym facilities. With nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and sports shops, it offered both the convenience and resort-like atmosphere of Okinawa. Although we used to stay further north in Yomitan or beyond, we were completely captivated by this place. One point to mention is that on the Club Floor, there were about two groups of Chinese families whose children (upper elementary or middle school age) ran around or took over decks being used by others, which was unfortunate. However, the staff on the floor kindly addressed these issues with great professionalism—truly living up to Prince Hotel standards! We were deeply moved by their attentiveness; any discomfort quickly disappeared thanks to their care. We are already looking forward to visiting again next year!

    Infinity pool is amazing!

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and thanks to the Diamond Member benefits, we were able to enjoy early check-in and late check-out, which was very convenient. Since we visit Okinawa every year, this time we decided to spend time as a family enjoying the lounge and lounge pool. The lounge was not crowded, allowing us to relax comfortably. The lounge pool is an infinity pool overlooking the ocean with breathtaking views! Additionally, we could bring drinks and champagne from the adjacent lounge to enjoy by the pool. Our child also seemed to enjoy the lounge pool and said they want to come back again. However, please note that children under 13 are not allowed in the lounge or lounge pool after 5 PM. It would be great if this restriction could start at 7 PM instead of 5 PM.

    Lounge and Pool

    Stayed three nights on the Club Floor. The lounge was very satisfying. While meals were limited during lunch and bar time, drinks were always available, and they even made cocktails for us! There were many Okinawa-inspired cocktails like Awamori. The Room was spacious with an efficient layout. It would have been even better if there were extra pool towels and wear since we went to the pool multiple times. However, overall, we are extremely satisfied. Our family is already talking about coming back again!

    I enjoyed a relaxing time while gazing at the ocean.

    This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed on the general floor and checked in at the front desk on the first floor. This time, I booked a Club Twin room to enjoy the lounge and infinity pool on the top floor. Therefore, check-in was done at the lounge on the 14th floor this time. Upon arrival at the lounge, I was greeted with a welcome drink and a refreshing towel. It was a pleasant check-in experience while overlooking the vast ocean right in front of me. I also enjoyed gazing at my usual 47-foot catamaran yacht docked at Ginowan Marina from there. By the way, in this lounge, you can enjoy draft beer, sparkling wine, red wine, and white wine anytime between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM—perfect for alcohol enthusiasts! During cocktail hour, bartenders prepare cocktails for you as well. Additionally, they offer SPRING VALLEY BREWERY craft beer—a delightful treat for beer lovers that left me truly impressed! Drinks can also be taken out to enjoy by the pool outside of the lounge; plastic glasses were thoughtfully provided for this purpose too. The room we stayed in was a twin room—clean and comfortable enough to use with peace of mind. Incidentally, even details like having ReFa showerheads in our bathroom added an extra touch of luxury. Although our stay did not include meals (room-only accommodation), we spent all our tea time breaks as well as cocktail hours through bar times & breakfast entirely within Club Lounge "UMIKAJI." As such—we ended up bringing back most champagne bottles/snacks initially prepared inside rooms untouched! This trip served as part gift celebrating an important couple’s milestone (60th birthday). We reserved two rooms altogether—including theirs—and both accommodations alongside lounges exceeded expectations leaving everyone happy overall! Looking forward eagerly toward returning again someday soon!

    This was my first time using this accommodation. The staff were very attentive, and I had a pleasant stay. I stayed in a Club Twin room, and the Club Lounge was so relaxing that I almost spent the entire 2-night, 3-day stay without going out. Although I did go out, thank you very much!

    A city resort in a convenient location!

    There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient. However, it might not be ideal for those who want to swim in the ocean or relax by a large pool. Also, I’ve used lounges at various Hotels before, but this lounge seems to have many young visitors. The staff members are also quite young, which made the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. By the way, I noticed that the female supervisor in the lounge was working very hard! I’m planning to visit again next January! (Haha)

    Guests often have an even better experience on their second stay.

    This hotel has become one of the rare accommodations where the second stay leaves a significantly better impression than the first. This time, check-in was completed smoothly and comfortably in the Club Lounge without any waiting. My first experience was quite the opposite, leaving me disappointed, but this time it was exceptional. The atmosphere in the Club Lounge remains unchanged, offering breathtaking ocean views that truly represent Okinawa. The food presentation during tea time seemed improved compared to my previous visit. The highlight was how delicious the sandwiches were. Additionally, there was a wide variety of sweets and even alcoholic beverages available, making for an incredibly comfortable experience. The cocktail hour with sunset views also appeared to have been upgraded; seafood dishes were abundant and substantial enough to serve as dinner rather than just snacks. Previously, I had an impression of reheated frozen food, but this time everything looked homemade and left a very positive impression. Local craft beer was added to the alcohol selection during cocktail hour, allowing for an unforgettable experience. Afterward, I enjoyed bar time by the poolside while taking in beautiful night views at a leisurely pace. Breakfast in the Club Lounge offered a solid selection with alcoholic options included—nothing short of perfect! Moreover, all staff members in the Club Lounge were polite and contributed greatly to creating a relaxing environment. The room was clean and well-maintained with no issues at all. The ocean view from my room was stunningly beautiful as well. It felt so comfortable that I regretted not opting for a multiple-night stay! There is also a large public bath on the second floor which further enhanced my satisfaction level. While visiting this floor’s infinity pool out of curiosity, I found it incomparable to what is offered on floors with access to club lounge facilities. If you plan on staying at this hotel again or for your first visit here—I highly recommend choosing plans that include access/use privileges tied specifically toward their exclusive Club Lounges offerings/services provided therein! Looking forward eagerly towards another future stay soon ahead hopefully someday soon again too!!

    It was the best Okinawa trip!

    I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. The location is close to the airport, and with all rooms offering ocean views, the scenery from the balcony was breathtaking. Thank you for upgrading my Room. The staff were friendly and kind, which made me very happy. The breakfast buffet had different options on both days, which was very satisfying. The Room, pool, sauna, and stone spa were all clean, and the view from the infinity pool was especially stunning! The bathroom in the Room was spacious and clean enough to relax without needing to visit the public bath. Parking was free with unlimited access in and out, making it convenient for nighttime drives. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Okinawa!

    Relax by the Poolside

    The infinity pool on the 14th floor offers a harbor view and a peaceful atmosphere with fewer people, perfect for relaxation. The lounge had limited food options during certain times, but the drink selection was excellent. We also enjoyed the facilities on the 2nd floor, including the stone sauna, indoor pool, and bath (the bath was average). The stone sauna allows mixed-gender use with swimsuits, making it enjoyable for couples. There were many international guests from Asia, which made it a bit lively at times. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan specialties like Okinawa soba, carrot shiri-shiri, and goya champuru. I also tried the spa services and had a relaxing and enjoyable time overall. Thank you very much!
