The windows of the club lounge are dirty.

I stayed at the club lounge of another hotel the previous night and chose this hotel for the second night. Despite being more expensive than the previous hotel, the club lounge here was very casual. The building is equipped with the latest facilities, but the lounge's free drink space and food space are small. Moreover, the window glass right in front of the table where I was guided during the lounge check-in is very dirty. There are traces of water droplets, dust, and water stains all over the lounge windows. The window glass in the guest rooms is clean, so is there a reason why regular cleaning cannot be done? Is it because the hotel faces the sea, making regular window cleaning difficult? I am curious about the reason. The cheap layout on a few shelves without a sense of display reduces the luxury feeling. With a large public bath, three pools, a sauna, a stone sauna, a gym, and various good facilities, I hope for more creativity in the soft aspects, smoother routes, and a lounge experience that matches the luxury of the price.
