    The emerald beach st...

    The emerald beach stretching out before us and the sunset sinking into the sea were truly breathtaking! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. However, before our stay, I wanted to make a Reservation for dinner time and the restaurant, but I could not get through by phone at all. As a result, we ended up having a slightly late dinner at 7:30. One of the main purposes of this trip was Junglia. As an official Hotel, it would be great if there were more options such as discounted tickets. I would like to stay again to enjoy Emerald Beach in summer.

    The front desk servi...

    The front desk service was good, and the clean, spacious Room was wonderful, but the attitude of one staff member in the breakfast restaurant lowered our overall impression. After 9:00, there were some empty tables, so our group of four requested a six-person table. Without even a smile, she looked intimidatingly angry and said—while making loud footsteps—“If you’re four people, please use a four-person table.” There were many school trip students eating in a separate venue, so it was hard to imagine it would get crowded soon. Even though some groups of four were using six-person tables, there was an unkind Asian female staff member. Later we were finally shown to a six-person table, but it never got busy and the restaurant stayed mostly empty. Because of her, this Hotel left us with an unpleasant aftertaste.

    It was still very cl...

    It was still very clean. I stayed here when it first opened because it was convenient for visiting Churaumi Aquarium, and it didn’t feel aged at all. The location is outstanding—Ie Island is right in front of you, and the beach is just steps away. The indoor pool was also very pleasant to use. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate washing area with a stool and bucket. The breakfast venue was large as well, so we could relax and take our time. This time we visited Junglia, which was close by and very convenient. I had heard some negative reviews about Junglia, but I enjoyed it a lot.

    Beyond expectations

    I had some expectations after watching videos and reading reviews, but this experience exceeded them in the best way possible. The customer service was absolutely outstanding! Every staff member was kind, attentive, and responded to our requests with incredible speed. The room and meals were, of course, excellent as well, but I believe the top charm and value of this hotel lies in the exceptional level of service provided. I was also impressed by how clean every corner of the hotel was kept, including even the outdoor restrooms. This is truly the perfect hotel for staying with someone special.

    The infinity pool was unavailable.

    From January 5th, the infinity pool was unavailable, so we missed our first swim of the year. It was our mistake for not checking the hotel's website before departure, but it was disappointing as we booked this hotel specifically for the pool. We were informed that the indoor pool was available; however, it was lively with children playing. The room was spacious with plenty of amenities and towels, making it very comfortable. The lounge service was also excellent. It would be appreciated if you could notify us when reservation conditions change after booking.

    Stay during New Year's holiday

    I stayed for the second consecutive year during the New Year holidays. The room was spacious and more than sufficient for three people. However, it was disappointing that although the reservation mentioned triple proper beds, the third bed turned out to be a sofa bed. Amenities were minimal, with no bath salts or moisturizers provided, so bringing your own is necessary. It would be great if an amenity bar could be set up near the front desk. During nighttime bathing from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, there was no hot water from either the shower or faucet, which was very inconvenient as I was in the middle of shampooing—this happened on two consecutive nights. The same issue occurred in the morning between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM. While it may have been a cold season, I believe improvements are needed for what seems to be insufficient boiler capacity for guestroom demand. Breakfast was a buffet featuring local ingredients and highly satisfying overall. However, on the second day due to venue renovations, breakfast took place in a banquet hall where poor layout caused frequent congestion. For example, salad dressings were placed before salads instead of after them—a confusing arrangement—and warm drinks were located near one entrance while cold drinks were at an opposite corner across from it, making access inconvenient. Operations also seemed unable to keep up with demand; improvements are desired here as well. For dinner service at Capella and Curry restaurants both meals were deliciously satisfying! Overall my stay allowed me relaxation despite encountering several inconveniences along way—it’s uncertain whether family will choose return again next time but we’re discussing possibilities together now meanwhile staff efforts left positive impression so looking forward seeing future developments ahead thank-you much hosting us this occasion!

    I want to visit again.

    ■ Room & Amenities Stayed in a Junior Suite. The room was clean, and the view overlooking Emerald Beach was excellent. The TV with YouTube compatibility was also a nice touch. ■ Service The staff provided attentive service, leaving no complaints. ■ Onsen & Bath The onsen facilities were average but not bad. The bath in the room was satisfying. ■ Facility No outdated facilities; everything felt clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere of the club lounge was also pleasant. ■ Dining The food was delicious, though I felt there are many hotels offering better cuisine than here. The variety of food at the club lounge seemed slightly limited but overall tasty. ■ Overall Satisfaction Overall, it was a satisfying stay that makes me want to return again!

    Great location and clean

    Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days starting from January 2nd. The accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from Churaumi Aquarium, allowing you to enjoy the aquarium until closing time. Emerald Beach stretches right in front of the hotel, Fukugi Tree Road is a few minutes' walk away, and Hanasaki Marche is just a short drive. We stayed in the Premium Ocean Room with four people. Two sofa beds were added as extra beds. Although we thought the room might feel cramped, it was surprisingly spacious. As welcome drinks, we could choose daily from Orion Beer, Shikuwasa Juice, or Sanpin Tea. The Orion Beer Bar on the front floor had a great atmosphere as well. The souvenir shop was also well-stocked. The onsen has high sodium content and may sting if you have any cuts; skin dryness after bathing was noticeable. For breakfast, we tried both Glauco and Sirius restaurants—Sirius for quick meals and Glauco for quiet dining experiences were ideal choices depending on your mood. For dinner, we dined at Karee restaurant where we enjoyed some drinks along with plenty of food; it cost about 5,000 yen per person and felt very satisfying. This is definitely an accommodation I would like to visit again! Thank you to all the staff who worked during New Year’s holidays—you welcomed us with smiles that made our stay very pleasant! I truly admire your dedication during such times when most would prefer not working!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed in the Club Wing for two nights. It was very quiet, the ocean view was stunning, and the Room was spacious and wonderful. At the Club Lounge, Orion beer and sparkling wine were available for unlimited drinks, and during cocktail time, there were plenty of delicious snacks that kept me full. The breakfast at the restaurant located at the back of the Club Lounge was also incredibly tasty. There were two disappointing points: 1. The drum-type washing machine is available 24 hours a day, but it seemed like it wasn’t regularly cleaned. It smelled bad inside, and the filter was clogged, which made drying take a long time. Even though I washed my clothes to make them clean, they ended up smelling unpleasant when I wore them again. 2. I heard that children under 12 are not allowed in the Club Lounge after 6 PM; however, there were children staying for extended periods even during those hours without any intervention from staff. While they behaved quietly so it wasn’t too disruptive, I had been looking forward to a peaceful atmosphere during that time. Other than these issues, everything else was perfect! I would love to visit again in summer!

    I stayed at the accommodation for the first time in two years to visit Junglia. The weather was great, and I enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset on the beach in the evening. I had breakfast at an Italian restaurant, and the staff's attentiveness was wonderful. Having microwaves and coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor was very convenient. The requested amenities were prepared in advance, which was very helpful. Thank you for all your hospitality!

    Overall, I am satisfied, but...

    The room is clean, the view from the room is great, and the staff are friendly, so overall I was satisfied. However, the hot water in the bathroom and sink took a long time to come out. It didn’t get hot unless I let it run for over 5 minutes. While this was manageable for the sink, it took too long to fill a warm bath in the bathroom, and I couldn’t enjoy soaking in a properly heated tub. Due to this issue, I gave up on using the bathroom in my room and went to use the Onsen instead, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me personally. However, some guests may not be able or willing to go to the Onsen. I did inform the Hotel about this issue but there was no improvement during my stay. Since it’s supposed to be an enjoyable trip, I didn’t want to complain persistently and left it as is. That said, with colder seasons approaching—even in Okinawa—I believe addressing this problem is necessary.

    It was excellent. All the staff were kind and their greetings were very pleasant, making it a Hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

    Highly satisfied!

    I visited in September 2025. As someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I was able to stay without feeling uncomfortable even once. Personally, this is very important to me. The Room was spacious. The bathroom inside the Room was also large and clean, which was very convenient after returning from the pool or the beach. The food at the restaurant was all delicious! We stayed for two nights, and with changes in the buffet menu, we enjoyed every meal without getting bored. The indoor BBQ was also delicious with just the right portion sizes. Although we were traveling with children and may have caused some inconvenience, every staff member treated us warmly. If I were to mention something for future improvement (though I am satisfied), while the BBQ was tasty and satisfying, it might have had a slightly smaller "wow" impact compared to the buffet? It wasn’t that there were any complaints—it really was delicious. It would be nice if there were Shisa souvenirs available in your gift shop! The balance between price and Facility/Service is excellent; I hope you continue operating as you are now! The wonderful scent of the Hotel provided constant relaxation throughout our stay. When visiting Okinawa again, I would love to stay here once more. Thank you for a fantastic time!

    Excellent

    I stayed on the club floor for two nights with a friend. The hotel staff were friendly, kind, and well-coordinated. They seemed to have noted our departure times from conversations and had a car ready at the entrance several times before we left. As this was a celebratory stay, they surprised us with flowers and a congratulatory message card during the second day's bed-making, which deeply moved us. Thanks to their thoughtful service, we had an enjoyable trip. I will definitely return!

    A Trip with Grandchildren

    A trip with four people, including two grandchildren in elementary school and kindergarten. Stayed in a Club Wing Junior Suite. Welcome drinks were prepared for both children and adults, showing thoughtful consideration. The hotel staff's training is top-notch, with everyone offering warm smiles and a bright, gentle demeanor, making it a very relaxing accommodation experience. Apart from dinner and lunch, the all-inclusive access to drinks, light snacks at the Club Wing lounge, and pool usage was excellent as expected. The only disappointment was that there was no lunch available at the club lounge or restaurant. We had lunch at the Ocean buffet instead; however, there were many students on school trips at that time. The replenishment of dishes couldn't keep up, leaving many empty plates noticeable. Additionally, the variety of dishes was limited—it felt like meals catered for students—which was slightly disappointing. It would be great if delicious lunches could be offered in the club lounge. The room had an ocean view with a close proximity to the sea—perfect for spending time just gazing out at it. The refrigerator drinks (included in room charges) and amenities were well-prepared; even a magnifying mirror for makeup was provided! What surprised me most was that high-end Panasonic hair dryers were available both in the room and Onsen (large public bath), so I didn’t need to bring my own from home. It was very considerate that beds were prepared for all four guests—much appreciated! This time we didn’t use the infinity pool; next time we’d love to return during warmer weather with our grandchildren to enjoy it fully. The draft Orion beer tasted fantastic!

    With elderly family members

    I stayed with my elderly mother and uncle. Being in the Club Wing, we enjoyed excellent service, access to the Onsen, and the freedom to enjoy meals and drinks at our leisure. The guest room was clean, and all the staff were incredibly kind. We definitely want to visit again next year!

    An accommodation that left something to be desired.

    I visit Okinawa once a year and always stay in Motobu. Last year, I spent the New Year holidays here as well. Although it is currently the off-season, there seemed to be many guests, possibly due to the "Janglia effect." However, this stay felt somewhat lacking. The hotel itself seemed less lively... For example, there were fewer staff members welcoming guests, and while luggage used to be carried to the room before, now guests have to carry it themselves. The service quality has declined. Have staff numbers decreased? Could this be an effect of the parent company's public listing? Among the four hotels I stayed at during this trip (4 nights), this one ranks third in my evaluation. The top two hotels offered excellent service, hospitality, and meals—yet their rates were half of what I paid here in Motobu. New hotels are being built one after another. While aging facilities are inevitable over time, how you compensate for that is crucial in my opinion. Personally, I tend to choose new and clean accommodations; however, if customer service or hospitality is poor—even if it's new and clean—I will never choose it again. My wife looks forward to staying in Motobu whenever we visit Okinawa. But both of us were disappointed by how underwhelming our experience was this time around.

    Stay at the club lounge was excellent.

    I often choose club lounges when traveling, and this one was very stylish, bright, and full of resort vibes. The staff's service was excellent, making my stay very comfortable. It was also enjoyable to try various Okinawan brown sugar treats. The selection of sweets and drinks was more than sufficient. The room was luxurious and cozy, with a high-quality mattress that allowed me to rest well. Overall, it was a completely satisfying accommodation experience.

    I had a relaxing and comfortable stay again this year.

    For the past few years, I have stayed on the Club Floor every autumn. This time, after visiting Ishigaki Island, I stayed for two nights. I thoroughly enjoyed another wonderful stay with consistently high hospitality, attentiveness, cleanliness of the room, and of course, the view from the Room. However, perhaps due to aging facilities, the public bath felt a bit outdated. Also, compared to before, I felt that the breakfast at Sirius had less variety.

    Excellent

    The view from the Room was breathtaking, with the contrast between the sea and sky being truly refreshing. The Hotel was impeccably clean throughout, and the sophisticated interior made for a comfortable stay. I was deeply impressed by the warm and attentive service of the staff, which allowed me to fully relax during my stay. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when I visit Okinawa next time.

    Very satisfied! But the jacuzzi is not heated!

    Stayed 2 nights in the Junior Suite of the Club Wing. The view was oceanfront with wide windows and a balcony, offering an excellent resort atmosphere. The Room layout was practical, and water pressure and temperature control were sufficient. The public bath had high salinity, which might sting after sunburns, but it also featured a semi-open-air area (and of course a sauna), making it very relaxing. Walking to the Ocean Wing up to the 5th floor wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall satisfaction was high, but there were minor disappointments: the jacuzzi in the infinity pool had regular water temperature—perhaps for cost-saving reasons? They mentioned it’s not heated even in summer. Maybe that’s why the thalassotherapy pool wasn’t available either. Breakfast quality was slightly below expectations; Sirius is noisy as expected, so for a quieter experience, I recommend dining at Glauco. Pricing balance could be better—there are limited restaurants, no Room service available, and during periods when the sea or pool is closed, prices may feel steep. However, having beer available from morning at the lounge was fantastic. Overall, this Hotel provided an exceptional resort experience!

    This was our first t...

    This was our first time staying here. As a couple who enjoys drinking, we chose an accommodation plan that included access to the club lounge. The service and facilities exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time. Next time, we are definitely considering a multiple night stay. We even shared our great experience with friends!

    The front desk concierge is friendly and helpful.

    It was our first stay in a year, and we were assisted by the same concierge as last time. They remembered us and provided excellent service again. The Junior Suite room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom was also large and spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, none of the restaurants matched our preferences, which was the only disappointment.

    Comfortable Stay

    The room was clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. The breakfast buffet was rich and satisfying. Free parking is available, and the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and Churaumi Aquarium. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a drive from Nago City.

    We stayed for two days to celebrate a birthday and enjoy sightseeing. Thanks to the warm and attentive service from all the staff, including the cleaning team, we were able to spend our time peacefully. We sincerely appreciate it. The cake and fruits were all delicious, and the fresh flowers with their refreshing green tones were very beautiful. The view from our room was also stunning, and having visited Okinawa several times before, this was by far the most wonderful accommodation we've experienced. Additionally, we were delighted by the surprise of "Happy Birthday" spelled out with towels after cleaning—such a thoughtful gesture! One small disappointment was that when requesting delivery to two locations at the souvenir shop within the hotel, items ended up being sent to incorrect addresses compared to what was confirmed on the forms. This resulted in additional costs for cash-on-delivery fees and shipping charges. However, aside from that issue, it was an incredibly satisfying stay filled with wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

    An absolutely wonderful Hotel.

    Quiet with breathtaking views from the Room, soothing aroma scents, a well-equipped club lounge, an infinity pool, cabanas, and a spa—this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were all kind, making it the perfect trip to Okinawa. I will definitely visit again. For those looking to relax, the Club Wing is highly recommended.
