    Thank you.

    We stayed for two days to celebrate a birthday and enjoy sightseeing. Thanks to the warm and attentive service from all the staff, including the cleaning team, we were able to spend our time peacefully. We sincerely appreciate it. The cake and fruits were all delicious, and the fresh flowers with their refreshing green tones were very beautiful. The view from our room was also stunning, and having visited Okinawa several times before, this was by far the most wonderful accommodation we've experienced. Additionally, we were delighted by the surprise of "Happy Birthday" spelled out with towels after cleaning—such a thoughtful gesture! One small disappointment was that when requesting delivery to two locations at the souvenir shop within the hotel, items ended up being sent to incorrect addresses compared to what was confirmed on the forms. This resulted in additional costs for cash-on-delivery fees and shipping charges. However, aside from that issue, it was an incredibly satisfying stay filled with wonderful memories. Thank you very much!

    An absolutely wonderful Hotel.

    Quiet with breathtaking views from the Room, soothing aroma scents, a well-equipped club lounge, an infinity pool, cabanas, and a spa—this was the best Hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were all kind, making it the perfect trip to Okinawa. I will definitely visit again. For those looking to relax, the Club Wing is highly recommended.

    Fourth stay.

    Fourth stay. The service at the lounge had some concerning aspects, but there were also good staff members, so overall I was satisfied. The room was clean and very nice. The infinity pool was beautiful, and my daughter enjoyed it. However, the breakfast at the lounge was too poor and quite disappointing.

    Excellent!!

    This hotel, which I used to love visiting multiple times a year during my vacations in Okinawa, had fallen off my radar as new hotels kept popping up. However, I learned about its renovation earlier this summer and decided to visit again—and it was the perfect decision! The breathtaking views remain unchanged and are so mesmerizing that you can lose track of time just gazing at them. In the newly renovated lounge, you can enjoy two types of Orion Beer while taking in the scenery. Although I don’t participate in marine activities myself, I do enjoy watching them from afar. This beach reminded me why I loved it—it’s peaceful and not overly crowded or noisy. The sunsets here are truly awe-inspiring! During the magical hour of sunset, I also treated myself to a foot care session. Traveling often involves more walking than expected, so it was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The conversation with the staff was delightful too—I even extended my session a bit longer! While it’s unfortunate that the thalassotherapy spa is no longer available, the foot care service felt casual yet satisfying. At breakfast, one male staff member caught my attention as he managed almost everything on his own—from greeting guests to serving dishes and replenishing items at the buffet station—all while engaging with each guest warmly by chatting about topics like weather updates. It was a half-buffet style restaurant; perhaps sensing that I might have wanted more variety, he kindly suggested before leaving my seat: “Please check out our lounge as well,” with such a kind smile! The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional—every single one of them left an impression on me with their outstanding hospitality. I’ve stayed here for multiple night stays before but have now decided to return next year for another multiple night stay—this time bringing along my grandchild! Thank you for such wonderful memories!!

    Clean Hotel

    The Hotel had a fresh scent. You could see Ie Island right in front of you. The Hotel has a pool, and the sea is just steps away at Emerald Beach. Churaumi Aquarium was really close, even on foot. There was quite a line at the restaurant in the morning. It was nice to enjoy Orion Beer as a welcome drink.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed for two nights with family in two rooms with club lounge access. The rooms were very clean, the view was amazing, and everyone seemed comfortable. For breakfast, we tried different venues on both days as there were options to choose from, but the buffet was a bit disappointing. The lounge provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    This is my second stay at the accommodation after its renovation. While I was initially disappointed with changes such as the revised check-in time, the discontinuation of valet parking, and higher accommodation fees, the exceptional hospitality of the staff more than made up for these issues. When I mistakenly started taking sweets during lounge service preparation time and apologized upon realizing it, the staff responded kindly by apologizing for their delay instead. This level of service was a stark contrast to an experience at a famous Okinawa hotel’s club lounge where I was reprimanded with an unpleasant attitude in a similar situation. The attention to detail and care extended throughout my stay. The manager at Spa Ryusui also demonstrated excellent hospitality, and with reasonable pricing, I highly recommend it; however, I believe they should promptly address the inability to charge spa treatments to your room. It is disappointing that while Thalasso is said to be under renovation, there seems to be no visible progress or construction activity. Once Thalasso reopens, I plan on switching from a famous hotel in Nago that I visit several times a year to this hotel instead. At that time, it would be greatly appreciated if there were no restrictions on Thalasso usage frequency.

    Travel with Mother and Daughter: A Three-Generation Trip

    The view was absolutely stunning. The scenery from the Room, pool, and entrance was breathtaking and very moving. It was very convenient being so close to the Churaumi Aquarium. The proximity between Emerald Beach and the pool was also great. The Room was clean and comfortable for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious. I would love to stay here again!

    Stayed for 2 Multiple Night Stays.

    I stayed for a 2-night stay with breakfast included. The variety of food was abundant, and the menu was thoughtfully designed to ensure it didn’t feel repetitive even for multiple night stays. The room was spacious, and the provided towels and pajamas were comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant stay. I wasn’t aware that the large public bath required an additional fee when I made the reservation, so I’ve slightly lowered my rating for that reason. However, the en-suite bathroom had ample space and was very clean, making it nearly perfect overall.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Stayed for 3 nights, my second visit. This time, I wanted to relax mainly at the Hotel without many plans, so I chose this Hotel close to the pool, beach, and aquarium. The breakfast was very satisfying. I wanted to have dinner at the izakaya inside the Hotel, but when I went without a reservation on the day, it was fully booked despite more than half of the seats being empty. The convenience store inside the Hotel did not have light meals like rice balls, which made it difficult to find food for children. There were cup noodles available though. The Hotel's service and facilities were clean, and the Room was spacious and comfortable.

    Stayed for 3 nights

    We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 3. The Room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. We were happy to enjoy Orion Beer as a welcome drink every day. Breakfast seemed to have two main patterns, with the first and last days offering the same menu. The variety was just right and enjoyable. The fruits, like Nakijin watermelon, were delicious. Also, though I forgot its name, the coffee was excellent too. There was Blue Seal cup ice cream available as well, though we didn’t try it. The entrance on the beach side of the Hotel was convenient for visiting Bise Fukugi Tree Road and Churaumi Aquarium. There was also a ping-pong table that we enjoyed casually while passing by. We wished the pool had been larger with longer operating hours so we could have used it more comfortably. There were only two coin laundry machines per floor; having more would be better since drying took time and they were always in use in the evening. The eco-friendly toothbrushes provided as amenities weren’t very good quality; having lotion available would also be appreciated.

    It was great!

    The room was spacious and clean, with an excellent view, and it didn’t feel cramped even with four people. The room provided waffle fabric pajamas, and even with the air conditioning set slightly strong at night, we didn’t catch a cold. Each floor had fully automatic washing machines, which was very convenient for a Multiple Night Stay. In other hotels during Multiple Night Stays, I usually had to go down to the laundry corner on the first floor, which was inconvenient. However, this hotel seemed to have two machines per floor? It was very handy as they were easily accessible right outside the room. For meals, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We also stayed here in February this year in addition to this September visit and noticed that the miso soup tasted slightly different between visits. Both were delicious; however, I personally preferred February’s flavor. All other dishes were also very delicious; however, it was a bit disappointing that there weren’t more egg-based dishes besides fried eggs available. Some Resort Hotels still have chefs preparing omelets live as part of their service—it’s not only entertaining but also enjoyable for both children and adults alike! While I understand there may be various reasons behind it not being offered here currently, I hope you’ll consider adding morning omelets in the future. We also swam in the indoor pool but found it quite cold after getting out of the water—it wasn’t easy to stay still due to how chilly it felt! The air circulation might make this unavoidable; however, any improvements would be appreciated if possible!

    I stayed at the Hotel for two nights and was extremely satisfied. The view was amazing, the food was excellent, the bath was fantastic, and I could relax. Thank you very much.

    Moderately satisfied.

    Stayed for 4 nights in summer and was generally satisfied. Points for improvement: - The ventilation near the room entrance was too dusty to function properly. - The bathroom floor in the room was very slippery and dangerous. - Buffet breakfast included, but it was the same every day. - Onsen did not match its price; the semi-open-air bath was too noisy, possibly due to vacuum sounds.

    A Hotel within walking distance to Churaumi Aquarium.

    I chose this Hotel so I could make it in time for the 8:30 AM opening of the Churaumi Aquarium. About 10 people were lined up at the entrance, but since I had purchased tickets at the Hotel, I was able to be the first to see the Kuroshio Sea's large tank. After returning to the Hotel once, I re-entered before 5 PM and enjoyed a full day at the aquarium.

    Satisfied.

    I have stayed at my favorite hotel several times. I booked the cheapest room, but it was clean, had a separate bath and toilet, and was very comfortable. Emerald Beach is nearby, and it's also convenient for visiting tourist spots like Churaumi Aquarium and Kouri Island. The hotel seemed to have many foreign staff members, but including the Japanese staff, everyone was kind and left a very good impression. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. With spacious rooms and separate bath and toilet facilities, it’s also recommended for families with children.

    We had a wonderful stay.

    This time, we enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay in a Junior Suite in the Club Wing. The staff were very polite and kind, always welcoming us with smiles, which made our stay truly comfortable. The lounge offered a wide variety of drinks, and depending on the time of day there were light snacks and sweets, so we used it many times. The Room was spacious and spotless, with excellent amenities—we were very satisfied. However, there are very few restaurants around the Hotel, and the on-site dining options are limited. The popular izakaya “Curry” is often fully booked with Reservations, so if you don’t plan dinner in advance you may be disappointed. There are many sightseeing spots nearby, so one night may not feel like enough. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel and we were extremely satisfied. If we visit the northern area again, we would love to stay here again.

    Highly satisfied!

    The front desk is impressive from the start. The setting sun shines through, reflecting off the sparkling sea, creating a breathtaking view that excites you for the Hotel stay ahead. Even the most affordable Room was spacious enough. The hallways are designed with flooring that stays dry even after returning from the pool or beach, maintaining cleanliness throughout. The entire Hotel is bright, and both front desk and restaurant staff greet you with warm smiles. Plus, you can enjoy one glass of Orion Beer every day—it’s ice-cold and absolutely delicious! I became such a fan of Orion Beer that my family bought T-shirts at the Hotel shop to wear during our stay, which added to our fun experience. Overall, it was a highly satisfying Hotel stay! This time we skipped Junglila, but next time when visiting Junglila, I’d love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories!

    Highly satisfying

    We traveled to Okinawa with our children and family. By booking two premium rooms, we were able to enjoy a relaxing hotel life. We refreshed ourselves by gazing at the ocean right in front of us, and the excellent service from the hotel staff was truly impressive. The salty Onsen, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as swimming at the private beach, made for perfect summer memories. We also enjoyed Okinawan cuisine at an izakaya in Motobu Town, and with Churaumi Aquarium nearby and Jungleia being convenient, it was a great location. The only request would be that the razor provided in the amenities didn’t shave well enough, so I rated amenities a 4. Other than that, we were very satisfied. Thank you!

    Junior Suite with Club Lounge Access

    The cost-performance ratio is terrible, including meals, service, and the pool. 3 nights for 2 rooms at 880,000 yen is way too expensive. Even being near Junglia offers no benefits. Probably won't repeat. We were really looking forward to this as a family summer vacation, but it was disappointing. We've stayed at Resort Hotels over 10 times before, and this was the most disappointing experience so far.

    The club building was excellent.

    I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied with the Hotel. However, I used the Club Wing this time, and I feel that staying in the General Wing might have been less satisfying. This is because the General Wing caters more to families with children, making it somewhat noisy. On the other hand, the Club Wing is a separate building with restricted access, maintaining a very calm atmosphere. The Club Lounge was equally impressive; staff provided attentive service, greatly enhancing my satisfaction and naturally extending my time there. The light meals that were regularly replaced were of high quality and something I looked forward to each time. For breakfast on the first day, I tried the buffet in the General Wing but was honestly disappointed. The only made-to-order option was fried eggs, giving it more of a Business Hotel-level buffet impression. However, breakfast on the second day at the restaurant in the Club Wing was more refined and enjoyable—plus it wasn’t crowded at all. The location offers stunning views of Ie Island right in front of you and is within walking distance to Churaumi Aquarium and Bise Fukugi Tree Road for plenty of enjoyment nearby. Although Jungleira seems close as well, we decided to skip it this time due to reported wait-time issues being discussed widely recently.

    The price is within the market range, but the service does not match it at all.

    The price was within the average range (approximately 25,000 yen per person per night), but the experience did not meet expectations. For four adults, there were only two beds plus two temporary beds. Onsen and club lounge access required additional fees, and the recommended BBQ dinner started at 6,000 yen per person. Despite being labeled as "filet," the beef was not tasty. Additionally, room amenities lacked even basic items like cleansing products or lotion, and they were only available for those using the onsen facility. While the location was excellent, the service did not match up to expectations, leaving a sense of dissatisfaction considering the price paid.

    The Best Hotel

    Polite service Clean rooms Excellent water pressure The buffet includes Okinawan cuisine, which was very satisfying. In the evening, there was some sand in the large public bath (perhaps someone came directly from the beach without rinsing off), but it was cleaned by nighttime. Highly recommended Hotel!

    Club Wing is highly recommended!

    Stayed in the Club Floor accommodation in September 2023 and was so satisfied that I returned. The Club Wing here is truly exceptional. As expected from being managed by Orion Beer, the club lounge offers a great selection of alcohol. Additionally, the infinity pool is exclusive to the Club Wing and is child-free at night. The large public bath features an Onsen and offers unlimited access. If you're visiting Okinawa's main island, this might be your best choice! If I may add one suggestion, it would be great to have a signature restaurant.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The staff's service was excellent. Regarding the Facility, the laundry usage was highly competitive, making it difficult to use. It would be helpful if the availability of laundry machines on each floor could be checked via smartphone or in-room TV.

    Accommodation after 3 years

    In March 2022, I stayed at this accommodation for the first time and was deeply moved by the view from the room, which left a lasting impression. This time, after three years, I decided to visit again. The weather was great during my stay, and my room was on the top floor, allowing me to experience an even greater sense of awe than before. I also noticed an increase in foreign staff members; however, everyone had a wonderful smile and left a very positive impression. If I were to point out one minor issue, it would be that during this summer vacation period, the reception at the public bath was not as smooth as expected. Particularly for non-staying guests who only came for bathing (such as students paying individually), it seemed to take some extra time for payment processing. For this reason alone, I deducted one star from my rating. That said, overall—whether it’s the view, room quality, facilities, staff service or meals—I had an incredibly satisfying experience personally. This is a hotel that makes me want to visit again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful time!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We chose this Hotel this year as it offers fun for kids and a resort-like experience for parents. While we usually stay in Onna Village, we decided on this area since we planned to visit the aquarium. The scenery was beautiful, the Room was clean, and surprisingly, both breakfast and the pool were not crowded, making our stay very comfortable. You can enjoy playing at the beach, visit the nearby aquarium, or explore facilities where you can interact with dolphins—perfect for families with children. It would be even better if there were slides at the pool or more breakfast options to keep things fresh. One minor inconvenience was that the sensor light at the entrance turned on even when we didn’t want it to—like when our child had already fallen asleep. We’d love to come back next year!

    It became a wonderful memory.

    The overall Hotel Facility is clean. As soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted with a pleasant resort-like fragrance. For dinner, we dined at the Okinawan restaurant within the Hotel. Every dish was delicious, and the staff's hospitality was excellent. In particular, a male floor staff member impressed us with his attentiveness; he immediately noticed when we looked up from the menu to order and approached us promptly. The female cashier also served us with a constant smile, making us want to visit again. The bath took some time to fill up with water, so I assumed it encouraged guests to use the spa instead and ended up using only the shower.
