    Unlimited delicious ...

    Unlimited delicious Orion beer, with access to the lounge this time, made for a comfortable stay. The staff were very kind. However, the provided peach sandals were slippery, so some improvement might be needed.

    A Blissful Moment

    The meals and service were satisfactory. Above all, the view from the Room was outstanding, making the stay feel truly luxurious. The public bath required an additional fee but wasn't as impressive, so I opted for the Room's bath on the second day. Even so, the time spent relaxing in the Room was incredibly satisfying. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Okinawa.

    It was a lovely Room!

    Stayed in a Junior Suite with lounge access. The room was lovely and lifted my spirits. The lounge was not crowded, allowing for a relaxing time. While the selection wasn't extensive, the snacks were incredibly delicious. I also visited the pool, and the infinity pool was my favorite. However, I noticed many insects floating in the children's pool, which was concerning. The only disappointment was breakfast. The special plate was tasty, but I felt that the buffet quality could have been better. Additionally, it was unfortunate that there were no hair irons available for loan. Despite these points, the staff were kind and attentive; I enjoyed the welcome acerola beer cocktail and souvenir cookies—they were delightful! I hope to return to that wonderful room someday again. Thank you!

    This time, my husban...

    This time, my husband and I stayed for two nights out of our four-night trip to Okinawa to relax and enjoy the sea. The location was wonderful, with Emerald Beach and Ie Island right in front of us. We also used the Onsen, but were a bit surprised that there was an additional fee! It was a day pass allowing unlimited entries, but considering it only included the Onsen and sauna, we wondered if 1,650 yen was reasonable. We dined at two restaurants; however, having the same breakfast buffet style for two consecutive days made it less exciting. At Capella's yakiniku restaurant, while the meat was slightly tough, we enjoyed taking our time to eat. There are still some areas under construction, so we look forward to seeing how this Hotel will continue to improve in the future.

    The Hotel exceeded m...

    The Hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service. On the second day, I thought there was no bottled water in the Room (it turned out I had overlooked the new placement), but when I contacted the front desk, they promptly brought it to me. The next day, when I met a cleaning staff member in the hallway, they apologized for the misunderstanding, and I was impressed by their thorough communication. I also forgot my necklace at the public bath and asked about it at the front desk; they returned it to me carefully packaged with great attention to detail. All of the Hotel staff were friendly and polite, making my stay very pleasant. On the final day of Golden Week (GW), most guests were international visitors; however, many adhered to proper manners, which helped maintain a comfortable atmosphere. I sincerely hope this Hotel continues its excellent hospitality without compromise. Next time, I'd love to stay in a Club Wing Room!

    Highly Satisfied

    After being affected by a typhoon last time, we decided to try again. The weather was decent, and we had a great time. This was our second visit, and once again, I found it very comfortable. It's perfect for those who feel out of place at luxury resort hotels but still want something more refined than casual accommodations. The room is spacious, the Onsen is large, and the food is delicious! You can also fully enjoy the sea with access to Sesoko Beach, Minna Island, and Ie Island. One disappointing aspect this time was that a corporate group seemed to be staying there; they monopolized the sauna in the Onsen and were quite noisy. It would be appreciated if staff could patrol regularly and address such issues when necessary.

    The staff's service is excellent.

    The high level and excellence of the Hotel itself are remarkable, but the staff's customer service deserves special praise. For example, during breakfast, I was seated next to a table where guests were speaking loudly and even standing while talking with relatives. Feeling uncomfortable, I asked the staff to change my seat. They kindly apologized and immediately prepared a distant table for me. Later, when those noisy guests left, they promptly guided me back to a scenic seat near my original spot so I could enjoy my breakfast in comfort. Additionally, when I hesitated about borrowing an umbrella on a rainy day before going out, an Arab female staff member wearing a turban assisted me in fluent Japanese, which was very helpful. In the morning as I walked down the hallway from my Room several times, I encountered cleaning staff who would stop what they were doing to clear the way for me and greet me cheerfully. Among them was a Japanese leader training foreign trainee staff members while working together seamlessly. This made me realize how such diligent training contributes to excellent customer service—I felt both impressed and grateful. I wholeheartedly support both the foreign trainee staff members and their dedicated trainers!

    It would have been perfect if it hadn't rained.

    It was raining heavily, so we spent most of our time inside the Hotel. The Room was spacious, and with an indoor pool, gym, and Onsen, it was very comfortable. However, the bathtub in the Room felt a bit unsafe; a handrail near the tub would be helpful to prevent slipping when getting out. We could sometimes see Ie Island from our Room, but it would have been perfect on a clear day. The Orion Beer and jerky from Okinawa Ham sold at the shop were amazing and addictive! It seems like buying them at this Hotel is the cheapest option. I’ll definitely come back to buy more!

    It was excellent.

    Stayed with lounge access, and everything about the accommodation—location, view, cuisine, and the service from hotel staff—was excellent. The lounge service was also great. I would definitely like to stay again. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't use the thalasso spa.

    Everything is great, and the value for money is excellent.

    Stayed one night in a Junior Suite with a family of four, including two children. The Hotel staff, shop staff, and cleaning staff all greeted us warmly, leaving a great impression of excellent service. The Facility was clean and spacious, with an impressive lounge (spacious, wide variety of drinks available, and accessible to children until 6 PM). The location offered stunning views (Ie Island & ocean view), beachfront access, and proximity to the Churaumi Aquarium. There is also a pool (heated pool exclusive for Club Floor guests), spa services, well-stocked shops, delicious meals at reasonable prices—everything was perfect. If I had to mention one thing: having a washing machine in the Room would have been convenient since there was only one on the floor. The Room layout was practical with separate spaces for luggage storage, bath/toilet area, and living space—all spaciously designed for comfort. The balcony was large with breathtaking views; this Hotel offering an Ie Island view feels truly unique. Next time we plan to stay for two nights! Thank you very much!

    Dedicated support for any health concerns

    Although I stayed at a Resort Hotel, I experienced unbearable stomach pain in the middle of the night. Unable to endure it, I asked the front desk to call an ambulance. The staff provided compassionate support until I reached the hospital, and even prepared my breakfast for my wife to bring back since I couldn’t attend the dining area the next morning. It turned out to be a stomach flu—catching a cold in Okinawa was unfortunate—but I am deeply grateful for the hotel's support. Thank you so much!

    I love the open and spacious club lounge.

    An impeccable and wonderful Hotel with excellent service, Room, amenities, views, and lounge! I wished for a longer Multiple Night Stay. Truly a Hotel designed to be enjoyed. It was perfect! If I may make one suggestion, it would be nice to have savory sandwiches or quiches during the lounge tea time. This time, as I had a companion and an early dinner schedule, I couldn't fully enjoy the cocktail time. Next time, I'll visit quietly on my own. The Club Wing has no age restrictions, so it can feel a bit lively at times. If you're not fond of that atmosphere, please take note. Although it's far from the airport, this is such an amazing Hotel that I'm motivated to work hard just to stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

    I liked the Hotel, but I might not stay again.

    I enjoyed the ocean view of Mount Gusuku on Ie Island and visited for the first time in two years. For our family, we consider this a luxury Hotel within our budget, but overall hospitality has declined. The breakfast, including taste and variety, was disappointing. When I asked for plates to be cleared, staff communicated via intercom but failed to follow through due to miscommunication. After waiting over 30 minutes with no action, I cleared them myself. Even when my husband walked around holding plates trying to clear them himself, he was ignored until he handed them directly to staff after asking again. I understand that clearing plates myself is against etiquette and unsightly. This level of service is unique among northern resorts I've visited. As we have a child with allergies, we wanted to clear dishes as much as possible during meals; however, it felt like families were given lower priority compared to other guests. For example, the couple next to us had their dishes frequently cleared without needing to ask. At dinner service—perhaps because it wasn’t crowded—staff proactively noticed and cleared dishes without being prompted. Overall quality felt below that of a Business Hotel during this stay which was disappointing. The young staff members are all attractive but lacked smiles or warmth in their demeanor. Even the porter who guided us only mentioned welcome drinks upon arrival at the Room but remained mostly silent otherwise. Positive points: - The changing rooms have been renovated and now include a kids' space! While it's unfortunate that they repurposed the wedding salon for this area, as a family using the pool facilities often—it’s appreciated! Negative points: - During Golden Week last time there were watermelons available at breakfast buffets; this year they were only offered at dinner buffets. - There were no lotion amenities provided in guest Rooms—it may be eco-friendly but still disappointing!

    The location and facilities are excellent.

    Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The location is perfect for accessing the Churaumi Aquarium and enjoying the beach. Had dinner at the izakaya within the hotel and enjoyed Okinawan cuisine. For a first-time visit to Okinawa, this is an excellent resort hotel. However, I was disappointed with the service. Noise from children running around upstairs persisted at night, leading me to make requests at the front desk. The first time they said they would monitor it, but no action was taken even after a second request when they promised to address it. Only after a third firm complaint did they finally act. At the indoor pool, despite children repeatedly jumping in (likely from overseas), no staff intervened. While my older child wasn’t affected, parents with babies expressed concerns and dissatisfaction. Is reception staff only there to hand out towels? Shouldn’t someone occasionally monitor for safety? The welcome drink was appreciated; I also used a service coupon in the evening for beer. However, daytime staff were seen idly using their phones while evening staff were efficient—checking room keys of guests and working promptly. While facilities and location are outstanding, service quality varies greatly compared to other resort hotels and feels subpar overall.

    Ocean view that exceeds expectations!

    The Room was spacious even with children, and the bathroom in the Room was also sufficiently large. We enjoyed beer as a welcome drink! The pool, changing rooms, and kids' room were clean and very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, making it satisfying from the morning! This is a Hotel we would love to visit again!

    The cobalt blue sea was stunning. The Room was spacious, and the separate bathroom even had a chair and a washbasin. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and I ended up eating too much. I will visit again!

    Family Trip to Okinawa

    We stayed here for a trip with elementary school children and preschoolers. Since the kids were not used to beds, we were worried about them falling off, but the bed guard provided ensured their safety while sleeping. Every facility was clean and comfortable to use. We enjoyed the buffet for meals, but if you plan to dine at other restaurants, make sure to reserve early as they fill up quickly. The staff were very polite and accommodating, and above all, the ocean view from our room was spectacular. It was extremely comfortable even with children, and we would love to stay here again!

    A Wonderful Holiday

    The room was cozy. The balcony was spacious with a great view, making it lovely and relaxing. Unlimited Orion Beer in the lounge was definitely a delight. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was very satisfying. Above all, the smiles and hospitality of the staff were exceptional. I would love to visit again!

    Located right next to the Churaumi Aquarium, the Room offers an ocean view with a stunning view from the balcony. The welcome drink, Orion Beer, was excellent. This time, I did not use the spa but look forward to enjoying it on my next visit.

    Challenging for senior travelers.

    Facing the Churaumi Aquarium, I chose this accommodation for my first stay because of my love for Orion's WATTA. First, I want to commend the staff for their friendly and pleasant service. However, during check-in, there was an overwhelming explanation of additional charges: parking is paid, onsen is paid, Orion beer costs 500 yen per glass with an extra 500 yen for a 420cc upgrade. It gave the impression that this hotel caters primarily to inbound tourists. At resort hotels, dining is something to look forward to; however, when inquiring about dinner options here, I was told reservations are essential due to high demand. I booked a table at the popular restaurant "Karei" within the hotel but could not secure my preferred time and ended up with a late reservation. Upon arrival at our reserved time slot, we were seated at a tucked-away corner table that felt more like storage space than part of a resort hotel—hardly what one would expect from such accommodations. Service was lacking as no one came to take our order until we left our seats and approached staff ourselves. The food quality was disappointing—tempura was greasy and soggy; goya champuru lacked both quality and flavor—and prices were clearly set for inbound tourists rather than local guests or seniors like us seeking authentic experiences. After having just drinks and three dishes without ordering more due to dissatisfaction with taste/quality levels (and leaving early), it turned out being among life’s worst travel dining experiences ever! With hunger still lingering post-dinner ordeal inside convenience-store-like vending-machine-only cup-noodle offerings awaited instead back-room-cup-noodles-laughably-sad-ending-meal-experience altogether! The room’s bathtub design/materials made relaxing impossible while balcony railings resembled construction-site barriers uninviting touchable surfaces altogether detracting ambiance overall throughout premises signage navigation difficult-to-follow minimalistic-at-best-feeling-cost-cutting-evident everywhere atmosphere-wise. Breakfast too fell short resembling business-hotel standards rather than those expected from resorts despite aquarium-facing location nearby unclear directions accessibility issues further complicating matters overall suggesting senior travelers reconsider alternative destinations better suited preferences expectations alike ultimately avoiding disappointment entirely instead opting elsewhere future plans accordingly advised careful consideration beforehand necessary improvements management-level attention urgently required addressing concerns raised herein detailed feedback     A Hotel Worth Visiting Again and Again

    This is my third stay, and I always feel this is a great hotel. Although the weather was mostly cloudy during my stay and I couldn't enjoy the best views, the scenery from the room was open and allowed me to have a luxurious time. The meals and onsen were excellent, but the breakfast buffet was very crowded, so it seems measures are necessary. I would love to stay here again.

    It was amazing!

    It was my first trip to Okinawa. We arrived at the Hotel at night after enjoying our way from the airport. Although I was tired, the large public bath was incredibly relaxing and instantly relieved my travel fatigue. The water had a slight salty taste, and it felt like my skin became smoother. I went back to my Room and fell asleep immediately. The pillow had just the right softness, allowing me to sleep soundly. In the morning, I was amazed! When I opened the curtains, there was an ocean view! My whole family couldn’t stop saying “Wow!” from early in the morning. With tourist spots nearby, this is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again when visiting Okinawa.

    The rooms are spacious with amazing views!

    The location is excellent. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and extremely satisfying. The balcony is also large with a fantastic view! A few concerns: 1) The shoehorn was too thick at the tip, making it uncomfortable to use. 2) Depending on the timing, there was quite a wait for the elevator after pressing the button. 3) Many items at the dinner buffet felt cold. Overall, it was a great experience. I would love to stay here again!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I had always wanted to stay at this hotel. This time, I stayed on the premium floor for 2 nights and 3 days with a friend. The stunning views and delicious meals were absolutely satisfying. We leisurely explored the Bise Fukugi Tree Road, the Tropical Dream Center at Ocean Expo Park with its beautiful orchids and cattleyas, as well as the planetarium. Next time, I would like to visit with my husband. However, there was no heating facility in the room, and since it was unusually cold even in Okinawa during our stay, we wished there had been heating available.

    We stayed in the Junior Suite Club Wing as a family of four (with two toddlers). The valet service, lounge, and Onsen were all very comfortable and satisfying. In particular, we enjoyed the lounge where alcohol was available anytime, allowing us to relax during breaks from childcare. However, regarding the Room: despite being a Junior Suite, it was inconvenient that the lights could not be turned off individually. After putting the children to bed first, adults had to move around in darkness. Firstly, with the living room's ON/OFF switch controlling both ceiling lights and bracket lights on pillars simultaneously, we had no choice but to turn them off when putting children to sleep. Secondly, for the sink area light as well as those in the toilet and bathroom—they were all controlled by one switch too—leaving no option but turning them off entirely. Additionally problematic was having frosted glass windows connecting between bedroom & bathroom without blinds; located close enough near beds meant brightening up space whenever bath lighting remained active—forcing us again into switching-off mode frequently! Lastly comes automatic motion-sensor lighting installed at entrance/closet areas which although convenient would activate every time someone passed through causing unnecessary brightness spilling towards bed-side due its directional placement facing living-room zone. Suggestions for improvement: - Separate switches needed specifically handling bracket-lights within Living Area independently. - Toilet-lighting should also feature dedicated control-switch functionality. - Install blinds inside bathrooms OR provide separate operational controls over respective illumination settings therein! - Adjust closet-space light orientation away from direct visibility toward sleeping quarters alternatively enabling manual override disabling auto-detection mechanism altogether. Despite these issues mentioned above though overall experience remains positive especially considering suitability accommodating families traveling alongside young kids hence looking forward revisiting same Hotel again soon!

    I want to stay again!

    I was finally able to stay at the property I've been longing for. In conclusion, it was an excellent hotel that exceeded my expectations. All the staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and the facilities were well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The onsen made my skin smooth and felt great. Before our stay, I informed them that my mother who accompanied me had a knee injury, and they kindly prepared a room with easy access within the property as requested. They also allowed us to park near the entrance which we greatly appreciated. We had dinner at an izakaya within the property; everything was delicious and went perfectly with Orion beer! Although it rained unfortunately, we were grateful to have been given a high-floor room where we could enjoy breathtaking views. I would love to stay again soon.
