    A building for creating family memories, a building for enjoying adult time.

    This was my first time using this Property. It is a very large Hotel with a wing where families can enjoy themselves without hesitation, and another wing where couples who have finished raising children can create adult time in a quiet space. The building itself is differentiated, and there has never been a Hotel where both types of stays can be enjoyed. My husband and I stayed in the Club Wing, and the beautiful paintings leading to the Room, the guest Room including the terrace was very spacious and sparkling clean. Personally, I was surprised by the spaciousness of the powder Room and bathroom, and the abundance of amenities. The staff's hospitality was impeccable and left a good impression. The lounge was also very spacious, truly maintaining a space for adults to enjoy a relaxing stay. The Italian restaurant for breakfast had a wonderful space and excellent interior design. I apologize if this sounds rude, but the hospitality of the person in the brown silk uniform, who seemed slightly older, was particularly eye-catching and left a strong impression! Of course, the food was delicious, and the Croque Madame was the best! Above all, I thought the cost performance was very good. Personally, my husband and I found this place to be the best, even compared to the Resort Hotel in Onna Village! Next time, we would like to have a Multiple Night Stay.     Kids' Room

    It was a trip for my child's first birthday. We reserved a kids' room, but there were some steps that were a bit challenging for our 0-year-old who is just starting to walk. It might be just right when they can walk better. Our child seemed to like the purple sweet potato baby food! The breakfast buffet was very abundant, and we were able to enjoy Okinawan cuisine! We sterilize baby bottles in the microwave, but since the microwave was only available at the main front, it felt a bit inconvenient. We are grateful to the staff who responded politely. The weather wasn't great, so we couldn't go for a walk, but I hope we can enjoy it more next time! Thank you very much.

    Stayed for the first time.

    Last year, I stayed at Halekulani, and in June, I stayed on the club floor of Ryukyu Hotel Meijo Beach. This time, I heard from a friend that the club lounge had been renovated and improved, so I immediately booked a Multiple Night Stay. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much. It is a bit disappointing that the service in the club lounge has a limited selection and lacks a sense of exclusivity. I believe there should be services that can only be experienced on the club floor.

    The view was excellent.

    This time, I went with high expectations as it was a hotel recommended by a friend. However, upon arrival, I was surprised by the entrance staff's response. There was no smile, and they were not attentive at all. They would do things if asked, but... The front desk staff was pleasant, which was reassuring, but another staff member who carried my luggage to the room was also expressionless and without a smile. They just explained the room plainly and left. During my multiple night stay, I had an Italian course for dinner, but the staff here was also not attentive. There was no course menu, and they just brought the food. Without any explanation of the dishes, I didn't know what I was eating, so I asked if there was a menu, and they brought the menu for the entire restaurant. The breakfast buffet staff were considerate and guided me to a window seat, which made me very happy. Perhaps because the service at the hotel in Naha the previous day was excellent, I ended up comparing. The hotel itself had a great location, and the view from the room was wonderful, so it was really unfortunate that the service was disappointing.

    Spectacular view!

    I used the property to visit the Churaumi Aquarium. I inquired about transportation from the airport and restaurants at the time of reservation, and I received very courteous responses. Thank you very much. The staff, like the emails, were very pleasant, and I was as impressed as I was with the scenery. Although it was a one-night stay, I was able to relax, including using the spa. I used the buffet restaurant, but I felt that the variety and warmth did not quite match the price. I understand that it can't be helped with so many guests, but it was disappointing that there wasn't much change between night and morning. If I stay again, I would like to try other restaurants.     Has Orion Motobu changed?

    After the renovation, it was my first time using the property, but I felt it was different from my previous memories. First of all, the elevator never came! It took a long time to move around, possibly because they accommodate many group guests. Is the large public bath charged? Wasn't it one of the selling points of this hotel? Of course, I didn't use it, but there seems to be no way to know the congestion level of the large public bath. It seems to be left behind in an era where you can check congestion on hotel channels. Finally, I found out on the first night of my stay that the phone was broken and making noise all night. I was offered to move rooms because it would take time to repair, but it seems that the same level on the same floor is not of interest to individual Japanese guests. Although inconvenient, I used it for the good view, but it seems necessary to reconsider.

    A hotel you want to stay at again and again.

    This was my second stay this year. Last time, it was during the rainy season, but this time the weather was perfect, and snorkeling at Bisezaki was amazing. The water was clearer in June, and there were even more fish. It's really convenient to be able to walk from the hotel. I am very grateful because I can always have a wonderful time with almost no issues. Here are a few points I would like to suggest for improvement: - The main menu during cocktail time at the club lounge was exactly the same as in June (though the small side snacks were different). It might be because I stayed on the same day of the week, but I would have liked a bit more variety. The plates before the renewal might have been more elaborate... - During the same cocktail time, please serve those delicious olives, cheese, and pickles that are available at breakfast! I would like to enjoy them with sparkling wine instead of breakfast. The olives are really delicious. - The air conditioning in the room made a continuous rattling noise when the temperature was changed. I would appreciate it if you could check it. - I would like Orion WATTA to be stocked in the room's refrigerator. Since beer can be enjoyed in the lounge, a smaller amount is fine. (A while ago, there was Orion Natura, but it's gone now, which is disappointing.) Other than that, I have no complaints. The view of Iejima and the sea from the room and the infinity pool is amazing. I will visit again next year. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful Resort Hotel

    The entire space of the hotel is spaciously designed, and even the standard room was wide and comfortable. There was nothing obstructing the view in front of the room, and the oceanfront view was so good that it felt like a waste to go out for sightseeing. The welcome drink available daily could be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace while admiring the scenery during bright hours, which I thought was a nice service. I booked a plan with dinner included, and the Italian dinner was enjoyable with a quiet atmosphere and course meals, with portions just right for women. I would like to stay again when traveling to the main island of Okinawa.

    Second visit

    Since we planned to visit the Churaumi Aquarium, we stayed at this property for the first time in six years. As it became possible to stay in the Club Wing with children, we booked a Junior Suite. First, regarding meals, the content of the Club Lounge was generally satisfying, with Orion beer available from tea time and a small selection of sweets. The space was spacious, and there was a terrace seat, so we could relax. The disappointing point was that there were no hot meals during cocktail time, and the Capella (BBQ) we used for dinner was honestly disappointing in both content and service. The meat was tough (with an odor) and the quantity was small. If the quantity is small, the quality should be improved. The worst was the additional order of oyster and mushroom ajillo, which I think was about 1,900 yen? It was served with two very small oysters and a few thin, small dried shiitake mushrooms like those used for miso soup. I could only laugh in disbelief. It would have been better if there was at least a photo. If I had seen it, I would never have ordered it. Compared to other BBQ and yakiniku restaurants I've been to, it doesn't match the price overall. The service was also difficult to understand, perhaps because they were not used to explaining the menu, and I had to ask several times. Regarding the facility, the renovated rooms and the newly opened Italian restaurant were beautiful and very comfortable, but the bottom of the outdoor pool was slippery, so I hope they will focus on cleaning it. The satisfaction with the meal is 1, but overall it was a property that made me want to stay again, so I hope the disappointing points will be reviewed!

    I was healed.

    The Club Wing building is quiet, and both the club lounge and the infinity pool are excellent, so I have visited many times. I was able to use the spa and sauna, allowing for a relaxing stay without having to leave the Hotel. However, the only thing that bothered me was the cleaning of the infinity pool. There were several visible spider webs and insect carcasses that had been there since I arrived. Bird droppings on the sofa. I went to the pool for three days, but it seemed like it wasn't cleaned daily. In the end, I cleaned everything myself before leaving. Haha. I hope improvements can be made so that guests can have a pleasant experience. I will visit again.

    Great value for money

    The pool and the sea were available, and it was very affordable at just over 10,000 yen per person with breakfast included. The room itself was very spacious, and I was satisfied with the large bath even without going to the Onsen. I recommend a multiple night stay, with one day for sightseeing around the pool and nearby areas, and another day for going a bit further.

    Multiple Night Stay on the Club Floor is recommended.

    I stayed for one night in a Junior Suite on the Club Floor. The room was very spacious, and the amenities were plentiful. It was a pleasant service to have the room's refrigerator available for free. It seems that the Club Wing has been renovated, and indeed, there were many families with children, so for couples like us who prefer a quiet stay, the previous setup might have been more comfortable. Nevertheless, the drinks were always well-stocked, which was great. However, the snacks during cocktail time seemed less abundant compared to other hotel club lounges. Due to the weather, we couldn't use the pool, but we were able to enjoy the complimentary use of the natural Onsen, which was very relaxing both at night and in the morning. For dinner, we reserved a table at the hotel's "Karei" and ordered Okinawan cuisine à la carte. Everything was delicious, and we could adjust the portions as we ordered, which exceeded our expectations. We definitely want to visit Karei again during our next stay! Breakfast was at the Italian restaurant, where the veteran staff provided attentive service. Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel. Considering using the pool on the Club Floor next time, I would like to stay for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

During our stay, we could only connect while dining at the separate building restaurant, but it was unavailable in the guest room throughout.     My first trip to Okinawa with him

    I used this place for my second trip to Okinawa, and his first, to visit the Churaumi Aquarium. It's convenient to walk to both the sea and the pool, allowing you to engage in activities at any time. Even if it rains or there's lightning, you can retreat to your room, which is good for safety. The pool depths are 140, 120, and knee-deep, so it seems to be mainly for children. He and I went to the outdoor pool, but there were many families, and especially in the indoor pool, the children seemed to be swimming seriously, so we skipped it. The welcome drink, Orion Beer, was very delicious, and it's nice that the second glass is 500 yen. However, even after 9:30 PM, there are many families with children, so the bar lounge is noisy. This is also the case during the breakfast buffet, where it becomes very lively due to the many families with small children. There were also many children coughing. Since the little ones weren't wearing masks, those sensitive to such things might want to avoid it. The room and service were very good. You can walk to the Churaumi Aquarium, and buying tickets at the hotel is slightly cheaper, which is nice. If you want to visit the Churaumi Aquarium with your family or go to a safe pool or sea, why not give it a try?

    The A4 information g...

    The A4 information guide provided at check-in has small text and it's difficult to understand the operating hours, so I would like it to be created from a universal perspective. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view, which I was satisfied with, but I was woken up by the loud "thud! thud! thud!" footsteps from the floor above. This continued around 7 in the morning and 1 at night during my stay. In the hot spring, there were people using smartphones in the bathhouse and changing room. I would like them to stop as it could be suspected as secret filming. The board with the prohibited items is placed in the corner of the locker, so I think it might not be noticeable. I would like proper manners to be communicated. I used "Sirius" for breakfast and lunch, and the food was visually beautiful and very delicious. It was disappointing that there was no bitter melon, as I was expecting Okinawan ingredients, so I hope they will also offer bitter melon and shikuwasa.

    Suite stay

    The Club building is now open to children. The room is spacious and comfortable. The thalasso is also good. The mini kitchen is convenient, but it would be nice to have some tableware. The steam sauna is set at a low temperature of 55 degrees, which makes it somewhat pointless. It's a waste. The lack of room service is a downside. The lounge offers alcohol all day, which is nice, but it would be better to have more snacks. The Italian breakfast is unsatisfying, with a limit of one main dish. It's good that you can reserve breakfast at Sirius as a suite benefit. I hope the sauna in the large public bath will switch to löyly soon.

    Last year, when we stayed, it was difficult for my mother, who has trouble walking, to move around the large hotel, so this year we requested a wheelchair in advance. This made getting around a breeze, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable time. The universal room has plenty of space for a wheelchair and is very comfortable. Also, there are many families with small children, so I think this is a recommended place for those looking for such accommodations. We love the pineapple sour from Kirei-san, so we enjoyed it again this year. Both the sour and the food were incredibly delicious. Orion Hotel Motobu Resort & Spa has lots of cute souvenirs. I ended up buying two Orion T-shirts. Haha. The Churaumi Aquarium is also within walking distance. Last year, we used the electric tour car, but this year we took a walk while pushing the wheelchair. It was extremely hot and we were sweating a lot, but it was fun to see various plants. For wheelchair or stroller users to reach the nearest Churaumi shuttle bus stop from the hotel, take the elevator down to the first floor, go straight in the direction of the souvenir shop, and take the elevator down one level at the end. Once you get off, there is an automatic door, and once you go out, there are no slopes, and the hotel exit is very close. This way, both the person in the wheelchair and the person pushing it can minimize sweating. Haha.     The room is spacious.

    The room is very spacious, and the furniture is simple and lovely. I'm happy to receive a glass of Orion beer per night. It's supposed to be received by 10 o'clock, but since I want to have it after returning to the hotel and taking a bath after dinner, it's a bit early. I would appreciate it if it could be extended to 10:30. Bise Marine Leisure is also nearby, and the Fukugi Tree Road in Bise was just a short walk away. There is a convenience store about a 2-minute walk away, which is convenient. There was one place for dinner within walking distance, so we had it there. On the second night, we went to a folk song izakaya by car. Since the Churaumi Aquarium is nearby, I recommend it to those planning to visit. It's also close to Kouri Island.

    Second stay at the Club Wing

    I stayed before the renovation and it's been five years since my last visit. As soon as we arrived at the carport, a staff member came with a cart. After giving my name, I left the car to the valet service and headed inside the hotel. I checked in while enjoying a delicious welcome drink at the Club Wing lounge. When I was shown to my room, the view was amazing! I'm so happy to be back here! The very spacious room is as comfortable as before, if not more. The amenities are luxurious and easy to use. I headed to the lounge right away for dessert and drinks. The food and drinks change slightly depending on the time of day, so it's always exciting. It's such a luxury to be able to spend time slowly while enjoying the great view in front of you. I took a walk to the Churaumi Aquarium. I enjoyed the beautiful sea, the aquarium, and a stroll on the beach in front. After returning to the hotel, I had some drinks in the lounge and relaxed again. I didn't use the infinity pool this time, but the view from the pool is amazing, and the private booths are air-conditioned, so you can enjoy them comfortably without worrying about sunburn. I look forward to enjoying the pool next time. For breakfast, you can choose from three main dishes: Japanese, omelet, or French toast. You can also pick your favorite bread, salad, and soup from the counter. A staff member told us there was a rainbow during our meal, which made for an unexpectedly fun breakfast while watching the rainbow. The French toast I had was very delicious and I was very satisfied. I wanted to enjoy the spa and pool, but I didn't have enough time this time either. That's how much I was able to relax in the club lounge. The service from the staff here is very smart and their smiles are wonderful, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time again.     The hotel was clean and the view from the room was excellent. We had a buffet dinner with tickets, and it was the most delicious buffet I've ever experienced. I was happy to have Orion beer every day! However, it was a pity that the weather was not great, and swimming was prohibited, so we couldn't enjoy Emerald Beach.

    I use it every year.

    Although it's a long drive from Naha Airport, the livability is good and it's comfortable during the stay, so we stay at this club wing every year. From this year, children can also stay at the club wing, and the rooms have been renovated, but the comfort has not changed. The thalasso spa can now be used every day, and the selection of drinks and snacks in the lounge has expanded, increasing comfort. The only thing is that it was more convenient when we could freely enter and exit the parking lot from the basement as before. From this year, it has become a valet service, but during our stay, it seemed difficult as there was only one person handling it.

    Spectacular view, excellent service

    We stayed for one night and two days. Unfortunately, the beach was restricted due to the typhoon, but the pool was available, and the kids were very satisfied. I regret not staying for two nights and three days. The breakfast buffet gets quite crowded, but with kids, a buffet is a safe choice. There is also a half-buffet restaurant, which is quite empty and has fewer families with children. If you prioritize quality and comfort over quantity, it's better to avoid the buffet.

    A wonderful time

    We stayed at Club Wink with our children. We had a wonderful time from check-in to check-out. All the staff had lovely smiles and were very friendly. We also had dinner at the buffet restaurant, and after the last order, my child said they wanted noodles. I was worried, but then a staff member offered to make noodles for us, which was very touching. The club lounge and pool were also excellent, and we definitely want to stay again. We were really well taken care of. Thank you very much.
