    This is my regular Stays in Kyoto.

    Close to the station, very convenient for sightseeing and shopping, I always use it for my stays in Kyoto. The concierge can handle anything, so you can stay with peace of mind. My overseas friends visit Japan several times a year and I always take them to Kyoto for sightseeing, so I use it several times a year. This time, my daughter's fiancé visited Japan from America for the first time. They upgraded our room, and he was very pleased. Thank you very much. In December, I will visit Kyoto to celebrate the birthday of my Australian friend's family (a passionate fan of Kyoto), so I look forward to your assistance then as well. We had a comfortable stay in a clean and spacious room. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you very much. (Since I love onsen, I gave your property four stars because it has a regular bathroom, but I am completely satisfied with the usability, cleanliness, and other aspects.)

    It is close to the station.

    It is close to Kyoto Station, but it is quite a walk from both the Shinkansen exit and the subway. When I asked for the shortest route to the subway when I left my luggage before check-in, the female concierge responded politely. However, when I checked in after 9 PM, I was recommended to use self-check-in, and there was no explanation at all about the room, the location of the elevator, whether the room was in the main building or not, or where the breakfast venue was. As it was my first stay at this hotel and I checked in late while tired, I felt it was very unfriendly. It seems that explanations about the facilities can be obtained by scanning the QR code in the room. It might be better to consider it as a clean Business Hotel. I was grateful that they kept my luggage both before check-in and after check-out.

    Great value for money!

    To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but the Room, hallway, etc. were impeccable. There were many foreigners, and it felt like the percentage of Japanese was about 40%. However, the cleaning of the Room, hallway, and front desk was thorough. For this price, I would like to give the highest score. I had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed a wonderful trip to Kyoto.

    I use it every time I go to Kyoto. It is a very convenient and easy-to-use Hotel. Recently, they have stopped using plastic bottles and switched to water server service, and I felt that their efforts to improve with awareness of SDGs are also wonderful.

    My elderly father stayed. It was very helpful to have a room near the elevator. When he went to the breakfast venue later than usual, it seemed to be less crowded, allowing him to relax and enjoy his time comfortably.

    I was confused at check-in.

    It would have been nice if the automatic check-in went smoothly, but it took a while for the screen to display the message that the room key was being issued, which left me confused about what to do. The location is very convenient as it is in front of the station, so I would consider using it again depending on the price.

    I had my luggage stored before check-in. After sightseeing in Kyoto and having dinner, I returned to the hotel before 8 PM, completed the check-in process at the machine, and went to my room... I noticed that my luggage wasn't in the room, so I called the front desk. They said something about needing to exchange the claim ticket, so I should come to pick it up. I was surprised because at other hotels, the luggage I left before check-in was already in the room. I asked if they could bring it to me, and although they initially insisted on exchanging the claim ticket, I was on the top floor, extremely tired, and had both a suitcase and a Boston bag, so I asked again, and they brought it to me. The room was wonderful and the cost performance was great, so I was satisfied.

    I am satisfied with my stay every time for five nights, but I hope the following can be improved. 1) The breakfast at Uoman is delicious, but it becomes monotonous. Previously, the Japanese breakfast would change one item from the second night. I am not inclined to go for the Western breakfast as there are many foreigners recently, and it is noisy. 2) There is only one drawer for underwear and socks, which is insufficient for two people. It is inconvenient to have to open and close the suitcase every time. It would be nice if the drawer with the safe could also be used.

    Good location

    The hotel is close to the station, and I was grateful for the luggage storage service. I had both lunch and dinner at the hotel, but it's tough without a reservation. They kindly accommodated our last-minute celebratory meal request. Check-in was smooth as it wasn't crowded, but the next day there was a huge line in front of the self-check-in machines. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.
