    Conveniently accessible from Haneda Airport, I always stay here when visiting Tokyo. The room is clean and equipped with all necessities, and it's great that you can leave your bag at the front desk when going out.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Conveniently located near the station, which made my stay enjoyable. Although there is a convenience store, it was very crowded, so I went to another one outside. It would be great if there was a convenience store in the main tower as well. The Room wasn't spacious, but the excellent location makes me want to stay here again.

    It may be old, but...

    I stayed in a Corner Twin Room. The only amenity provided was a toothbrush. The location is convenient for international transit, but perhaps due to the building's age, the Room had a distinct smell. Upon entering, my companion and I couldn't help but simultaneously remark, "It smells a bit odd."

    The service at the Annex Tower was poor.

    I usually stay in the Main Tower or N Tower, but this time I stayed in the Annex Tower. After checking in and going out, I returned to the Annex Tower lobby after shopping at the 7-Eleven on the second floor. The front desk at the Annex Tower was crowded, so I approached a woman further down the hallway and asked if it was possible to reserve a taxi for tomorrow morning. After waiting for some time, she informed me that calling a taxi to the Annex Tower would cost 1,000 yen but would be free if called to the Main Tower. I explained that I was undergoing knee treatment and didn’t want to go back and forth multiple times and asked if it would be possible for her to call on my behalf as an accommodation guest by contacting someone at the Main Tower. Again, after waiting for her response, she repeated that calling a taxi to the Annex costs 1,000 yen while it’s free at Main. When I repeated my question again, she went off once more to ask someone else. At this point, communication had broken down entirely; waiting there felt like a waste of time so I said “Never mind.” She simply returned without even saying “Sorry.” Although anger welled up inside me by then—I held back—and made my way over again painfully towards Cloakroom services located within The Main tower instead where upon requesting assistance regarding reserving taxis tomorrow morning—was told flatly about same charges applying equally across both towers (1000JPY). This revelation left me fuming since enduring unnecessary physical strain could’ve been avoided altogether earlier itself! Ultimately ended-up finalizing arrangements directly via main-tower staff despite initial reluctance toward annex-based service provision altogether henceforth thereafter returning post-resolution only encountering yet another indifferent exchange involving previously mentioned personnel stationed near parking-payment machines who nonchalantly responded dismissively when confronted regarding inconsistencies experienced prior interactions overall leaving lasting negative impression tarnishing otherwise positive expectations associated typically synonymous w/ Shinagawa Prince Hotel reputation standards generally speaking

    Stay in a convenient location with a view of Tokyo Tower. It was satisfying. It would be great to have amenities for women.

    I stayed here for a ...

    I stayed here for a live concert. The luggage storage was smooth, and even though I checked in late, the staff provided very courteous service. The location is convenient as it’s close to the station, and I would love to stay here again.

    Convenient.

    I have used this Hotel many times. The location is extremely convenient, and check-in and check-out can be done easily with machines, so there is zero waiting time. You can leave your luggage after check-in or check-out, eliminating the stress of searching for coin lockers at the station. This time, I left the Hotel early in the morning to catch the first train, but I could only access the station from the main entrance. It would be helpful if there were more announcements about areas that cannot be passed through.

    Conveniently located near Shinagawa Station

    I stayed here for a family trip with my elderly parents, who are nearly 80 years old and have weak legs. They were thrilled by the night view of the city skyline and the lights of Tokyo Tower from our Room. The location was very convenient for sightseeing, with direct access to Haneda Airport, Asakusa, Ueno, and Tokyo Station without transfers. There was also a yakatabune (traditional Japanese houseboat) departing from Shinagawa, and we could walk to the pier. The Room was not modern or luxurious like newer Hotels but was clean and comfortable for our stay.

    It is a Business Hotel.

    First time staying here. It is close to the station, but there are many towers, making it difficult to figure out where to go. Also, everything except the toothbrush is charged. It can be called a Business Hotel, but considering it's a Saturday, the price feels slightly high. That said, the breakfast was good and satisfying.

    Check-in process could be improved.

    I used the check-in machine, but I couldn't pay the Tokyo Accommodation Tax. When I tried the check-in machine again, my reservation disappeared, so I had to line up at the check-in counter. It seems that if you use IKYU points for your accommodation fee payment, your reservation won't appear on the check-in machine, leaving no choice but to queue at the counter. There were already about 10 people in line at the check-in counter, and it took 40 minutes for my turn to come. It appears that Prince Hotel members are given priority in line as those who joined a shorter member's queue were served first. In the end, I waited 40 minutes and paid 400 yen. Honestly, it doesn't feel worth it.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay at this accommodation, but I did not interact with the staff at all. Since I didn’t speak a word with them, I cannot comment on their service or hospitality. The location is convenient as it’s in front of the station, and being adjacent to an aquarium and cinema allowed me to enjoy a late night out with friends. However, the facility was spacious yet crowded due to many guests, so I think having more guide staff would be helpful.

    The breakfast is luxurious.

    I used the Hotel for my boyfriend's birthday party. There is also a gym in the Hotel, and my boyfriend seemed very satisfied. There’s a convenience store nearby, which is very convenient! We even played darts during our free time after check-out. The service was great, and we were very satisfied! However, there were many foreign tourists, and breakfast had a long line. Even if we got a seat, the buffet was crowded, so we couldn’t eat much. That was quite disappointing, but I plan to wake up early next time to try again!

    I truly felt the large number of inbound tourists!

    The price was affordable, so I didn't mind the small size of the Room, the view, or its age. An air purifier was provided, and both the bed and interior were clean. Most guests were foreigners, and it was difficult to get on the elevator at 3 PM check-in time. I forgot to take photos of the amenities, but there were toothbrushes and shampoo in the Room. Other necessary items can likely be obtained at the front desk. The breakfast was very delicious with a pleasant atmosphere that allowed for a relaxing time. Check-in and check-out processes were simple as long as there were no additional services used. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Although it is close to Shinagawa Station, you need to cross a large road which might cause you to get slightly wet on rainy days.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located with everything you need, including a convenience store, pharmacy, and entertainment. I had a comfortable stay at this Hotel and would love to return. It would be even better if there was a large public bath.

    Historic Prince Hotel

    This was my first time at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. I chose a Premier Room on the 35th floor or higher, but it felt like a slightly nicer Business Hotel, which was a bit disappointing. The location near the Shinkansen station attracted many foreign tourists. Check-in and check-out were convenient as they could be done without staff assistance. The night view was average, with no particular standout features—neither good nor bad overall.

    Good value for money.

    Despite it being only 20:30, the noise and vibrations from the neighboring Room were severe, so I eventually asked to change Rooms. However, it was already 21:30 after the move, and I ended up wasting a full hour. This was not the Hotel’s fault, but when speaking with the staff, I felt they were reluctant to provide service even though Rooms were available. In addition, in the new Room’s extra bed, there were two pieces of salami that someone had dropped between the mattress and the sofa base. It was admittedly hard to notice at first glance, but it was disappointing. The old-style combined toilet and bath unit is also a negative point. The night view with Tokyo Tower was great. Since I booked at a Diamond member rate, it may offer good value for money.

    Dissatisfaction with air conditioning

    The air conditioning was not working at all, making the room unbearably hot. Even if it is a centralized system, it needs to function properly to prevent heatstroke indoors. The amenities only included a toothbrush; having items like an ear pick would be appreciated. Although I had completed Online Credit Card Payment and attempted self-check-in at the machine, there was heavy congestion between 3 PM and 4 PM due to many guests checking in. During this time, an employee directed me into a narrow space blocked by a stroller while assisting another guest. I had no choice but to squeeze through a small gap into an L-shaped corner, only to receive unpleasant looks from the person with the stroller. I would prefer that strollers not be brought into such crowded areas, especially during busy check-in times when employees are assisting guests directly. Employees should either address such situations or ensure that spaces are not obstructed by strollers. I am extremely dissatisfied with being made to feel like I was in the wrong in this situation.

    Customer Service

    I accidentally reserved a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one, but the staff kindly assisted me in changing it to non-smoking. Thank you very much. However, I felt that the drainage in the bathroom took too long, which was not ideal.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Check-in and check-out were self-service, making the process smooth without waiting. The elevator required an accommodation card to operate, ensuring excellent security. The room was clean and spacious enough to open a suitcase with ease. When we requested a room with a view during the reservation, our request was kindly accommodated, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. My spouse and I watched Tokyo Tower until its lights went out. We were also thrilled to see trains passing by from our room. Thank you very much! Additionally, breakfast offered a delicious variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. It was great to take coffee back to the room after breakfast and enjoy it at leisure.

    This time, I stayed ...

    This time, I stayed with the "Room Mystery Plan." I was a bit anxious, wondering what kind of room it would be—maybe a corner room? However, I was very satisfied with a lovely room offering beautiful night views. The location is convenient, close to Shinagawa Station, making it easy to get around and enjoy sightseeing. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

    It was comfortable.

    When I requested a change from a non-smoking to a smoking room at check-in, the staff kindly accommodated my request, which was very helpful. The hotel is close to Shinagawa Station, and the room was clean and comfortable. It had been a while since I stayed here, but as expected, it is truly an excellent hotel.
