    I respect your step-...

    I respect your step-by-step efforts to reduce plastic products. However, I only found out late at night—after searching around the Room while exhausted—and then scanning a small QR code, which left me completely worn out. Until this becomes standard, it would have helped if this had been clearly stated at the time of Reservation in attention-grabbing text so guests could prepare. Because this Hotel offers unique enjoyment—great meals, convenience, and fun shops—it was a bit disappointing.

    Overall, it offers excellent value for money, but some caution is needed.

    Being on a high floor (24th), the view is excellent. However, the Room TV is a standard 32-inch LCD, and you cannot use YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Amenities are also charged separately, which was disappointing. Also, there is no air-conditioner remote control for managing the climate settings, which felt a bit unusual. Breakfast is buffet-style. Both the quality and variety are excellent, but it gets extremely crowded. We entered right at 6:00, but by the 7 o’clock hour there was a long line waiting for seats. Overall, it offers great value for money, but if you stay without checking these details in advance you may run into issues—so be aware.

    I’m a returning guest.

    This was my third stay, and this time I made a Reservation for a corner Room. The Room has a closet next to the bathroom right by the entrance, which felt a bit inconvenient, but I was truly impressed to see Tokyo Tower from the Room. I also appreciated having an air purifier and an iron in the Room. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the handmade rice balls were delicious. I also watched the dolphin show at the adjacent aquarium twice and really enjoyed it.

    Thank you very much.

    We used this Hotel for relatives visiting from out of town. We had originally planned to check in at 3:00 PM, but we ended up being significantly delayed due to a flat tire. When we called the Hotel around 5:30 PM to let them know, the woman who assisted us was wonderful, and at that moment I felt we had chosen the right Accommodation for our relatives. Our relatives who stayed there were also very happy, saying the meals were delicious and it was a clean Hotel. Thank you very much.

    Because of its conve...

    Because of its convenient location, I often stay here when visiting Tokyo. Overall, I was satisfied again this time, but one issue was that the bathtub faucet was so stiff I couldn’t turn it, so I contacted the front desk and had it fixed. I appreciate how quickly they came, but I hope it can be checked in advance.

    I was satisfied.

    This was my first stay. Since it wasn’t in the main tower, it was a bit inconvenient when going to the bar or breakfast. I would have liked basic amenities such as facial toner to be provided. The bathroom entrance door felt like a tripping hazard, so extra caution was needed. I think it would be better if this area were more barrier-free. I also hoped for upgraded showerheads (such as ReFa). The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the one-piece nightwear. The Room was clean and comfortable, and having two bottles of water was helpful. There is an aquarium and a food court within the Facility, which we enjoyed. With its great location near the station, I would like to stay again.

    Fan Trip

    When I searched for the closest Hotel to Stella Ball, Annex Tower came up. I found out after arriving that there is a connecting passageway from the 3rd floor, so I could get there easily. The Room had a small closet, but the layout was spacious enough for one person. It was quiet at night and I didn’t notice anything, but in the morning I could hear noise from the next Room, so I wondered if the walls were thin.

    Business Hotel and below

    Everything feels outdated and not worth the price. The only amenity provided was a toothbrush, the air conditioner is old, and even the TV kept showing a message saying NHK BS wasn’t subscribed to. Are all Prince Hotels like this? I will never use it again. IKYU should remove it from its recommendations.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because it offers convenient access to the airport. I used the Main Tower, and while it feels a bit dated, I think it is a reliable Hotel. I would have appreciated having a few extra towels provided.

    Long lines at the breakfast buffet.

    On Saturday and Sunday mornings, the breakfast buffet had a very long line, and we had to wait over 30 minutes. Even to pick up food, we had to line up for nearly another 10 minutes. I will never use the breakfast buffet again. Terrible.

    My grandchild was visiting Tokyo for the first time, so we requested a high-floor Room when making the Reservation. The Hotel arranged exactly that—a Room with a view of Tokyo Tower. I received a happy call saying, “Grandma, thank you! The night view was amazing!” Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

    We had a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious. The portions were a bit small, so I ordered an additional fried rice with shark fin sauce—this was also tasty. The service was polite and attentive. There were two breakfast options; my husband and I chose different ones and enjoyed both. The portions are generous, and the pancakes were to my liking. It’s close to the station, so the location is very convenient.

    I stayed for 3 days ...

    I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Before check-in on the first day, there was a long line at the luggage storage area, but it didn’t take very long. I found out there was a fitness room and used it every day. I brought separate indoor shoes, but I think regular running shoes might have been fine as well. The location was convenient, with direct access from the station’s underground area.

    Comfortable & Clean

    We had another very comfortable stay. We were able to fully enjoy the night view of Tokyo Tower from the Room as we had hoped, and thanks to that, our relatives were absolutely delighted. The bed was truly comfortable as well—I’d love to come stay on my own someday (haha). The front desk staff were also very kind and made us feel happy. They were so beautiful that I was honestly glad to see them just from the perspective of appreciating simple beauty.

    Two Nights, Three Days of Gratitude and Inspiration

    1) A closet issue was found in the Accommodation Room (Room 2444). After informing a staff member, it was handled promptly (the door was replaced). I would like to express my sincere thanks. 2) Using the luggage storage room via the QR code—especially before my stay (in the morning) and after my stay (until evening after check-out)—allowed me to move around hands-free, which was extremely helpful. 3) With the ongoing redevelopment around Shinagawa Station, I appreciate the Hotel’s various thoughtful measures (such as covering parts of the walkway approach to the station).

    I was surprised because it didn’t have the amenities you’d usually find in a business hotel.

    I stayed on Saturday for a little over ¥20,000 as an overnight stop before an early flight from Haneda. Some items you’d typically find even in a business hotel (amenities like a razor and cotton pads, coffee, etc.) weren’t provided, and since I expected a city hotel, I was a bit disappointed. There was no amenities bar either; razors were available from a vending machine, so that seems to be how it’s set up.\n That said, it’s conveniently close to Shinagawa Station. Hotel prices in Tokyo are high right now, so in terms of value for money, I suppose this is about what to expect.

    Convenient smart check-in and check-out.

    I made a last-minute Reservation the day before, and we were given a Room on the 33rd floor with a great view. Smart check-in and check-out saved us time, which was very convenient. Ladies’ amenities were provided upon request. Even on a high floor, the unit bath drained well. The staff were very polite and wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality.

    There have been far too many communication mistakes…

    Although I was on a Multiple Night Stay, nothing I told the Hotel was communicated at all, and I was surprised that I had to repeat the same explanation every morning. It even affected my work. I believe important information should be properly shared to ensure smooth operations. I have stayed at Prince properties in many places, but this is the first time this has happened.

    There were only two tea bags in the Room. It was disappointing that neither coffee nor black tea was provided. There were two small trash bins, and one was for cans only. It was hard to dispose of containers bought at a convenience store, so I would like the bins to be a bit larger.

    The Plan did not include a razor as an amenity. Since it is a basic necessity, I would like to see this improved as a standard service rather than something that depends on whether the Plan is higher or lower priced.

    Annex Tower

    I stayed in the Annex Tower on a business trip. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous, and I truly appreciate their hospitality. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I slept very well. The only disappointment during this stay was breakfast—some items I wanted to eat were not replenished, so I couldn’t have them. That was the only negative point. It was my first time staying here, but I would like to stay again next time.

    Convenient.

    Conveniently located near the station. The location with panoramic views of Tokyo (depending on the Room) is excellent. Breakfast included a Chinese option, but both the food and service were disappointing. It may be better to book without breakfast.

    This city Hotel boasts an excellent location.

    The location right near Shinagawa Station is excellent. Since we stayed in the Main Tower, some parts of the Room and Facility did feel a bit dated, but it wasn’t anything to worry about. It’s best understood as a huge city Hotel in a prime location, with an aquarium and movie theater next door. That said, there was zero interaction with Hotel staff from check-in to check-out. Whether you see the fully automated process as efficient or more like a low-cost Business Hotel depends on the purpose of your trip. If location is your top priority, it’s a wonderful Hotel.

    The amenities are extensive.

    I had thought the Room would have nothing except a toothbrush, so I had to bring everything myself—it was quite a hassle.
