    Conveniently located in front of Shinagawa Station

    Located right in front of Shinagawa Station, it’s extremely convenient. As there are several towers, please make sure you confirm which building it is. There is a small arcade and convenience stores on the 1st and 2nd floors, which is also very handy. It’s not luxurious, but you can relax more than at a typical business hotel.

    Enjoy your Hotel stay

    We stayed one night in a corner twin with large windows with our 6- and 4-year-old children, who had been getting a bit restless at home. The panoramic view was amazing—Tokyo Tower, Shinkansen trains, airplanes, helicopters, and police cars. The kids were glued to the window. The adults were able to relax as well. Thank you for accommodating our request for a train view.

    The location is good.

    Its location near Shinagawa Station was very convenient, so it was easy to arrive late at night by Shinkansen. Breakfast was also excellent, with a salad bar and freshly made rice balls, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

    For business use.

    I stayed here for business. It had been a while since my last stay. Since it’s a large Hotel, I got a bit lost at first (lol). However, the staff were very kind and gave me clear directions.\nSome amenities like toothbrushes and cotton swabs were no longer provided, but since there are many international guests, I think that’s better. The quality of the in-room shampoo and conditioner was great—my hair felt so smooth.\nI booked a no-meals Plan, but there’s a convenience store, so it wasn’t an issue. I use the Shinkansen, so it was very convenient being close to the station. I’d like to stay again.

    I was looking forward to breakfast, but.

    I stayed here after a live show in Haneda. The location is convenient, close to Shinagawa Station. It would have been even better if I could have gotten there without getting wet in the rain. The room is like a typical Business Hotel, and the bathroom facilities feel a bit dated. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it’s fine. Personally, I woke up early looking forward to the breakfast buffet. The dining area is spacious and airy, but the food was average—not particularly memorable. The freshly made rice balls were a nice touch, though. Since I stayed on a weekday, the menu might be different on weekends, but because I was really looking forward to breakfast, it was a little disappointing.

    Great value for money.

    As a smoker, the smoking room was nice. However, the entire floor smelled of cigarettes, and the odor even got into my clothes. A Multiple Night Stay on the top floor in central Tokyo is satisfying considering the great location. I think the age of the building itself can’t be helped.

    I stayed on a lower floor, and they didn’t even provide basic amenities like razors or hairbrushes. I probably won’t stay here again.

    It was conveniently located near the station. The meals were delicious as well. Thank you very much. However, there were many details to enter at check-in, which took a bit of time. If possible, I would appreciate it if the process could be simplified, such as reducing the need to enter an email address.

    Thank you for your consideration.

    We stayed with our 1-year-and-10-month-old grandchild and requested a bed guard. Thanks to that, we were able to rest with peace of mind. There were also cute children’s slippers in the Room, which delighted our grandchild. There is a convenience store and a Yamato Transport counter in the building, which was very convenient.

    It was very disappointing.

    It was a corner Room on the 17th floor, but the moment I got off the elevator, the strong smell of cigarette smoke was so overwhelming it made me feel sick. Although it was a non-smoking Room, the odor in the hallway on the way to the Room was so strong that it even clung to my clothes. I chose Shinagawa Prince Hotel—has this become normal now? I’m very disappointed.

    Close to the station. Convenient.

    I had used the aqua park, cinema, and Hotel lunch before, but this was my first stay. It’s close to the station, and the Facility has an aquarium, cinema, bowling alley, and a food court, which is very convenient. The Room is small but neat and clean, and we enjoyed the night view. My child was especially happy to see the bullet train from the Room. We chose the breakfast buffet; it offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. I also loved that you can order on the spot and have fresh rice balls made for you. Rice balls are available at other hotels too, but I really appreciated that they cut fresh fruit to order right there. The kiwi was juicy and sweet. Since amenities are not provided in the Room, it felt inconvenient that you have to request them at the front desk to receive them. I was also very disappointed that I couldn’t get a hairbrush.

    Even smokers may find it harsh.

    The meals were very much in the “usual Shinagawa Prince” style—varied and delicious. In the spacious dining area, I was able to start the morning feeling refreshed. However, this was the first time I felt reluctant to go back to my Room. I have stayed on a smoking floor before, but this time the odor was overwhelming and really difficult to deal with. The moment I stepped out of the elevator, the entire floor smelled of cigarettes. It wasn’t like this before—why now? In my Room as well, for two nights and three days from arrival until departure, the air purifier’s indicator stayed red and ran at full power nonstop. I asked whether it would be possible to pay the difference or switch to a Room at an equal or lower rate, but I was told it wasn’t possible due to full occupancy. That can’t be helped, but… I was also shocked by how stained the carpet was, and how discolored even the walls and ceiling had become. It might be fine for heavy smokers, but… The in-room amenities were disappointing too. I made a Reservation because it seemed like a good deal with an IKYU Plan, but from now on I’ll need to check what’s included more carefully. Is it outdated now to assume items like a hairbrush or razor are standard…? Because it was prepaid, canceling and moving to another Hotel wasn’t easy either, so it left me with an unpleasant aftertaste. The location is convenient and it’s a Hotel I like overall, so next time I’ll choose a non-smoking floor and carefully review what’s included before staying again.

    The breakfast was very delicious.

    My wife and daughter stayed here. They said the breakfast was very delicious. They were dissatisfied because the amenities included only a toothbrush. As a city Hotel, I understand cost-cutting, but I’d like them to do a bit more. They also couldn’t adjust the Room air conditioning, so it didn’t reach a comfortable temperature—one star off for that. It’s a very good Hotel, so they may have noticed small details more, but overall they seemed highly satisfied.

    Close to the station

    It was very convenient, as it is very close to Shinagawa Station. There are many great places to eat nearby, and this time we went to a sushi restaurant. Due to the typhoon, we extended our stay by one night, and the front desk handled it smoothly, which was very helpful. We used the coin laundry on the 9th floor, but the change machine was out of order, which was inconvenient. However, the Room cleaning was excellent. This was our third stay, and we would like to stay again.

    The overall Facility and amenities were excellent, but perhaps because the Accommodation Plan rate was low, I felt the amenities provided were insufficient. The staff also seemed very busy, and their service felt rather formal and mechanical, giving a somewhat cold impression.

    There is only one place available for breakfast this time.

    I had reserved breakfast, but it was expensive... There wasn’t much variety even in the juices, and the food selection was poor. It was disappointing compared with other hotels. Also, the toilet in the room was an extremely old type: the lid closed immediately, and it was loud when it closed. The only amenity provided was a toothbrush.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    Recently, I’ve been staying at Prince Hotels more often in Tokyo. This year, I stayed twice at Shinagawa Prince Hotel Takanawa, four times at Park Tower, once at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, and this time in Shinagawa—next week will be Shiomi Prince Hotel. It’s great that the service is consistently reliable at every Hotel. I can stay with peace of mind wherever I go. For this stay, I made a Reservation for the Millennial Double in the Annex Tower, which I had been curious about—and it exceeded my expectations. The window was large with a great view of Tokyo Tower. The sofa was spacious and very relaxing. The amenities were well stocked, and the ReFa hair dryer was excellent. The bed firmness was just right, and I slept soundly. I would definitely like to stay in the same Room again.

    I arrived early, but they confirmed that my Room was available and let me check in right away. They always provide this kind of service, so I keep coming back. I also appreciate that smoking Rooms are available.

    We were very satisfied with the room’s great view and the breakfast.

    I stayed in a twin Room in the main tower. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from the high floor overlooking Tokyo Tower was wonderful. It was my first time using the self check-in machine, and I was able to check in smoothly without waiting. Breakfast offered such a wide variety of options that it was hard to choose, and I ended up eating too much. Since this was only a one-night stay, it was a shame that I couldn’t use the Hotel Facilities. It’s conveniently close to the station, and I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

    I took the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka Station, got off at Shinagawa Station, and arrived at the Hotel right away. It was also very convenient to be able to get to Shinagawa Station quickly when going out. I would like to stay here again in the future.

    I had a very comfort...

    I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Japanese dishes, and it was delicious. The atmosphere was calm, so I could enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. I was also satisfied with the cleanliness of the Room and the amenities. Once again, I felt that Hotels in Japan are wonderful.

    It was excellent.

    What was supposed to be a one-night stay turned into an additional two nights, for a total of three nights. The front desk service was great, the access from Shinagawa Station was convenient, the Room was clean, and the view was beautiful—everything was wonderful! Breakfast was incredibly delicious, and I was very satisfied. I would love to stay again!

    Aging and wear are unavoidable, but…

    I stayed for two nights in a corner Room on the 19th–27th floors of the Main Tower, but the area under and around the toilet seat was yellowed (probably from urine stains), which was very unpleasant. The bathroom also hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was severe black grime around the faucet and red mold. This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. I put up with it on the first night, but couldn’t on the second, so I contacted the front desk, asked them to come and see it in person, and requested a Room change. The front desk staff were very courteous, apologized, and arranged a Room change immediately. However, my family agreed that we would not stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel again. Don’t you inspect Rooms? I found it strange.

    I respect your step-...

    I respect your step-by-step efforts to reduce plastic products. However, I only found out late at night—after searching around the Room while exhausted—and then scanning a small QR code, which left me completely worn out. Until this becomes standard, it would have helped if this had been clearly stated at the time of Reservation in attention-grabbing text so guests could prepare. Because this Hotel offers unique enjoyment—great meals, convenience, and fun shops—it was a bit disappointing.

    Overall, it offers excellent value for money, but some caution is needed.

    Being on a high floor (24th), the view is excellent. However, the Room TV is a standard 32-inch LCD, and you cannot use YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Amenities are also charged separately, which was disappointing. Also, there is no air-conditioner remote control for managing the climate settings, which felt a bit unusual. Breakfast is buffet-style. Both the quality and variety are excellent, but it gets extremely crowded. We entered right at 6:00, but by the 7 o’clock hour there was a long line waiting for seats. Overall, it offers great value for money, but if you stay without checking these details in advance you may run into issues—so be aware.
