    The lounge is very nice.

    I stayed in a Room with lounge access for the first time, and the lounge with its calm atmosphere was very nice for relaxing. I enjoyed receiving service vouchers from both IKYU and IHG. I would like to use it again.

    The best service for elderly parents.

    I requested a Plan with Club Lounge access. It was a trip with my elderly parents, and we were able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and afternoon tea. Also, I was impressed by the young male staff at the beach who showed great consideration for my mother with leg issues. Although the weather was not favorable throughout the trip, the service at this Hotel saved us. Please keep up the good work in the future. Thank you very much.

    Club Lounge Access

    We were able to stay for three nights for two people with a Club Lounge Plan booked through IKYU for just under 80,000 yen. In October, Okinawa's tourist spots are less crowded, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment. The Club Lounge had excellent staff service, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. During the evening time (from 5 PM to 8 PM), there were enough snacks along with alcohol to serve as a substitute for dinner. This is a hotel that makes you want to stay again when revisiting Okinawa, and I would recommend a Multiple Night Stay.

    Club InterContinental Lounge

    I used the IKYU Diamond Stage and Club Intercontinental Lounge and was satisfied with everything. The lounge was wonderful during afternoon tea and cocktail time, and although I stayed a few days ago, I canceled my existing hotel to come again. The food is delicious, and I think the cost performance is good. From now on, I definitely want to choose this property when staying in Okinawa.

    I definitely want to visit again.

    When staying here, I always choose a room with a terrace. It's been a week since I returned, but the moments on that terrace feel like a dream. I already want to go back and find myself sighing. I was treated very well and had a wonderful time.

    The club floor was soothing.

    Previously, I stayed on the club floor and was able to enjoy Okinawa leisurely just at the hotel, so I wished to stay again on the club floor. Although it was just one night, I was able to enjoy the resort hotel this time as well. Despite being an established property, the room and club floor did not feel old at all, and I was able to relax with a sense of cleanliness. However, I did feel a shortage of staff as everywhere seemed busy. The room had a good view of both the pool and the sea.

    Glad to have chosen the club room.

    The reservation was for a room on the 8th floor with lounge access, but I was upgraded to a club room on the 9th floor. I checked in while seated in the lounge and also enjoyed afternoon tea. The reservation was made through IKYU, and it included drink vouchers and activity tickets, so I took a ride on the submarine. It costs 3,300 yen per person if paid. Since it was a plan with breakfast included, I enjoyed a Japanese buffet at Unkai on the 1st floor, and then had Eggs Benedict in the lounge. Both were delicious. The pool and large public bath were also nice. The only downside was the coin laundry. Among about 10 machines, more than half had the "end" mark flashing, but no one came to pick up their laundry, so the next person couldn't use them. (Only the user can retrieve it due to the passcode system.) I called the front desk to ask them to do something, but "we'll collect it soon" took more than 10 minutes. It was sad to see several families with lots of laundry waiting, looking exhausted. The drum-type dryer was weak, and the cost kept increasing. I spent 1,200 yen on washing and drying.

    Customer service is...

    The food and drinks in the lounge were delicious and satisfying, but the lack of smiles from the staff created an atmosphere where we felt we had to be cautious, leaving a bad impression. It was very disappointing that check-in, drinks, and food service took a long time, and we were constantly kept waiting.

    Enjoy the resort

    This time, I stayed at a different Hotel for three nights, and I was able to fully enjoy the resort the most. The Room was not old at all, the balcony was clean, and there was nothing that bothered me. The pool, the sea, and the children were all very satisfied, making it a great memory. The lounge was also excellent, it was like a dream.

    This is the place to be in Okinawa!

    I have been using this place since childhood whenever I travel to Okinawa. This year, when a friend's family asked for recommendations for their trip to Okinawa, I recommended this place without hesitation. It offers a spacious and comfortable environment for children, and the staff are cheerful and friendly. Although the amenities are not as extensive as those in the latest Resort Hotels, other aspects make up for it, resulting in high satisfaction.

    The breakfast at Unkai has been changed to a buffet style, which was very good.

    In October 2024, we stayed for two nights with three adults and two children. This was our second stay. As the title suggests, the breakfast at the Japanese restaurant Unkai was a buffet, which was very helpful for families with children. It changed to this format from this summer. Last time, it was a set meal. The steak and rolled omelet were cooked on the spot, and they were delicious, luxurious, and satisfying. Additionally, as a reservation benefit from IKYU, we had "access to parking space near the entrance," "free drinks for the number of people," and "access rights to Manza Ocean Park for the number of people," which made it quite a bargain. By the way, we had glasses of champagne at the Ocean Cafe for the "free drinks for the number of people," and since the regular price is 2,500 yen per glass, it amounted to 12,500 yen for five glasses, which made us feel a bit guilty. We were satisfied with both the hospitality and the room, and I truly felt it was worth repeating.

    I used this Hotel when I visited Okinawa before, and I had a pleasant stay this time as well. The Room was spacious and clean. Although the Facility is a bit old, it is a comfortable Hotel that doesn't make you feel it. If I had to say, there were some lockers in the large public bath that couldn't be closed, and there were multiple people who hadn't picked up their laundry even though it was finished in the coin laundry, making it unusable at times. If you go early in the morning, it was available, so you need to be creative with the timing when using it. Recently, new and clean Hotels have been built nearby, but I would like to use this Hotel again when I go to Okinawa next time.

    The lounge is recommended.

    I was on a remote island, but due to the approaching typhoon, I urgently evacuated to the main island of Okinawa. It was a same-day reservation, but fortunately, I was able to stay for two nights. Check-in was at the lounge, but it took a very long time. The elderly gentleman who guided us was very kind, but the female staff near the entrance was businesslike and seemed reluctant to explain, so there was a lack of explanation about the hotel shuttle bus, hotel facilities, and lounge usage. As first-time users, we found out many things later. Since I hadn't done any prior research, I didn't expect the Japanese restaurant to be closed, and we almost became dinner refugees. It would have been nice to have introductions to nearby shops. Since it's an old hotel, it's difficult to evaluate the facilities other than the lounge. There are also many school trip students and inbound guests, so for those who want to spend time leisurely, I recommend a lounge use plan. Inbound guests also use the lounge, but it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the lounge, so no reservation is necessary. If you go early, there is also a Japanese set meal. There are also salads and side dishes, so I think you will be satisfied. The bellboys and front desk staff were very polite, so only the service of the female lounge staff is regrettable.

    A hotel I definitely want to revisit.

    I spent time in the lounge Room on the 9th floor, and the service, food, and activities were all perfect. I thought it might be a bit old, but it was very clean, and the lounge was chic and high-sense. There were handmade seasonal cocktails and fruit cocktails like passion fruit and pineapple. The meals were also varied. The cheese and prosciutto that paired with the wine were high-level. Above all, the staff's attentiveness was amazing, so I was truly able to relax. The person in charge of the coral snorkeling activity explained things well, allowing us to learn about corals and fish, and we had a great time. I was very satisfied to see so many different corals. I will definitely repeat!

    Family trip

    Stayed with family. Perhaps because it was later in the season, it was not as crowded as expected. We booked a mid-level floor room, but as an Ikkyu Diamond member, we were upgraded to the top floor. The view was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was also excellent. Meals could be chosen from Japanese, Western, and Okinawan cuisine, and all were delicious. There were plenty of activities, and we experienced the ocean park, submarine, and tuk-tuk. Definitely want to visit again. If I had to point out something concerning, it would be that the water flow from the bathroom faucet was a bit weak? That's about it.

    I had the opportunity to use the club lounge. The quality was very high, and the staff were really kind with wonderful smiles, allowing me to have a comfortable time. The afternoon tea, longevity bento, everything was the best in the club lounge.

    The club lounge is comfortable.

    In late September, I stayed for two nights in a Classic Twin Beach View room with lounge access. Check-in and check-out at the lounge were comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea and cocktail time. The breakfast was also delicious. The view from the lounge is magnificent. The view from the room is very good. The room was well-cleaned, and I didn't feel the age of the facilities. The bathtub in the room is sufficient, but the large public bath was also nice. The beach is very good as well. I enjoyed the lounge and the beach for three days without leaving the hotel. It was a great vacation.

    This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had.

    I decided to post this because it was very unpleasant. The service at the reception during check-in and check-out was very unfriendly. It was the worst I've ever experienced. At check-out, they didn't even say thank you. Is that their service manual? As expected, the check-in and check-out at the lounge is more pleasant, so I plan to use the club floor in the future. The local staff at the restaurants and other dining areas were very kind and pleasant. I used the salon once, but since it was unattended, no one came to refill the water for the coffee machine when it ran out. My friend went to ask at the reception, but they didn't respond. I didn't feel it was very clean either, so I don't think I'll use it again. I was very disappointed because it was a hotel I liked.

    The attentiveness of the lounge staff was impeccable.

    The first time (last time) exceeded my expectations, so I stayed for two nights this time during a different season. There were many inbound (foreign) guests, and the evening cocktails were particularly popular, but I was impressed by the attentive service of the lounge staff, who managed to avoid any stress despite not being numerous. It seems there are about three types of afternoon tea cake sets, so you can enjoy different ones if you stay for 2 or 3 nights. Although there was a billing issue at checkout, I was surprised not only by the proper handling but also by the thoughtful gesture I received. Despite the weather forecast predicting rain until the day before my stay, I was blessed with clear skies for all three days, allowing me to pleasantly conclude my late summer vacation. I will visit again.

    It was a very happy moment~

    We used the club lounge with our two toddlers. Although we initially felt that the cocktail time was too short, as families with young children could only enjoy it for an hour and a half from 5 PM, we ended up having such a great time that it didn't bother us at all! We were worried about whether we should make a separate dinner reservation until we arrived, but it turned out to be no problem at all. The kids were very satisfied and full with fried chicken, sandwiches, and smiley potatoes! Thanks to the special benefits from Ikkyu, we enjoyed a 20% discount on leisure activities, souvenir shops, and restaurants within the facility multiple times. The one-drink ticket we could use in the lobby also allowed us to enjoy a relaxing time with a resort feel, which was wonderful! We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for the wonderful time and the warm hospitality with smiles! Of course, the sea and the walking path to the sea were also very lovely! We encountered many fish in the sea!
