    Is the bath charged??

    The Room, meals, and service were all very satisfying!! However, if I may say one thing, the public bath being charged at 1000 yen per person per visit is too expensive. I can understand if it's for a day during the stay, but I thought 1000 yen was too much for a regular public bath with two bath areas and a sauna. So, from the next day, I used the Room bath. Everything else was very pleasant! Thank you very much.

    Celebratory Trip

    This time, we stayed to experience a highly-rated club while celebrating a family occasion. Being well aware that it is a long-established hotel, we had no particular issues and were upgraded, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay. Above all, since we visited for a celebration, the staff kindly reached out to us, and my family was very satisfied. We visited the club multiple times as the staff there were attentive and accommodating. My family was also impressed with the warm water prepared at the right temperature for the medicine. It became a trip that made us want to stay again to experience this hospitality. Thank you very much.

    A Resort Hotel nestled in a spacious area

    For someone from the Showa era like me, this is a dream Hotel that was also a filming location for movies. I visited for the first time in over ten years, and I could feel the high level of hospitality with well-maintained management. The smiles of each staff member were soothing. I was able to enjoy the benefits as an IKYU Diamond member, and I would like to include it in my future Okinawa travel route. Beer is provided in the middle floor exclusive salon, and it would be better to have glasses instead of paper cups. It's a pity that there is no wall clock in the large public bath's bathtub and no scale in the men's changing room.

    The club lounge was excellent.

    I often use club lounges in hotels in Tokyo, and this was the best so far. With a reservation from IKYU, I was able to earn points and get a discount, making it reasonably priced. It's a hotel I would like to stay at again next time.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I think it is a wonderful Hotel blessed with not only the location but also the meals, Room, activities, and above all, the calm and warm staff. The beachside Room offers a view of Manzamo and the vast ocean, is bright and very clean, and even on the upper floors, the shower had plenty of hot water and was comfortable. The scent of amenities like hand soap was very pleasant. I was able to use the salon, and the lemon cookies were very delicious. There were always cakes and sweets available to enjoy. We used Aquabelle for both breakfast and dinner, and there were many creative dishes lined up, which we enjoyed as a family. We were particularly surprised by the handmade warm tofu and the sweetness of the vegetables at breakfast, feeling the quality of the ingredients. There were also Okinawan-style menus, and we were happy to see a little change in the menu every day. The Hotel grounds are spacious, so the children seemed to enjoy exploring while doing a stamp rally, which I recommend. Additionally, during the submarine activity, we were able to see sea turtles, and although it was winter, we were blessed with weather that allowed us to participate in beach snorkeling, where we saw many fish. The instructors and staff here were all very kind. There is also a shower room on the beach, and it's convenient that towels are available for rent. It is truly a wonderful Hotel, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Okinawa.

    Excellent!!

    I chose this hotel for my stay in Okinawa in the summer of 2024, as well as this winter, because it has a club lounge. As the reviews said, everything was great. The lounge offered more food than we could eat, delicious drinks, and daily changing sweets for afternoon tea. There was also a large public bath, and we had no inconveniences. Above all, the staff were very kind, and the lounge was particularly wonderful. My parents, who accompanied me, were very pleased and often talk about wanting to go back soon. I am considering staying here again for my next trip to Okinawa. Thank you for the wonderful service.

    Enjoyed the number one club lounge in Okinawa.

    I stayed in a room with a club lounge and a view of Manzamo. The hotel itself is old, but it has been moderately renovated. The room reminded me of how splendid it must have been during the bubble era. The distinctive smell that gave a sense of age was memorable. On the other hand, the corridor had a pleasant fragrance, possibly due to the use of fragrance. The interior of the club lounge looked as if it was newly built. Being part of the IHG group, there seemed to be many overseas guests. Perhaps because of this, many overseas interns were working there, and being able to converse with foreign staff who spoke Japanese well was a valuable experience. The afternoon tea was served in a basket, adding a touch of luxury. It would be even better if the sweetness was toned down. During cocktail time, there were light meals at a level that could serve as dinner, and I was very satisfied. Since cocktail time gets crowded, I recommend taking a seat early. The breakfast at the club lounge was of the type that is cooked to order, giving a rich feeling. It seems that a rebuild is planned by 2030, and at that time, the accommodation fee will likely be very expensive, so I felt it is a hotel I would like to stay at several times while I can.

    Just one word: amazing

    Stayed at the end of a 3-night trip to Okinawa. Due to the air in the room not agreeing with us at another hotel, my family was starting to feel unwell, so we urgently changed our reservation here on the morning of the 3rd day, and it was truly a good decision. Perhaps because we had club lounge access, we were allowed to check in quite early, and in the afternoon, the club lounge offered a genuine afternoon tea with Ronnefeldt tea, and during the evening cocktail time, they served sparkling wine with real Champagne GH.Mumm, refilling as many times as we wanted. Both in the evening and morning, warm appetizers and egg dishes were made to order, and in the morning, there was Eggs Benedict. The room was not beach view, but it was a high-floor ocean view, and you could see the sea while lying on the bed. Perfect! The walking paths were varied and wonderful, with routes that felt like exploring through mangroves and rocks, and leading to a white sand beach. The hotel was neither too big nor too small, just right. The hotel staff were full of hospitality, making for a comfortable stay. Thank you! Wishing you a Happy New Year.

    It was a good Christmas.

    The basic Facility design of the entire Hotel felt old, but it has been renovated and I was able to stay comfortably. I used the club lounge, and I was satisfied with all the food, drinks, and the service of the staff. I would definitely like to use it again next year.

    I was able to relax.

    The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. Their smiles and small gestures of care made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The Facility and guest rooms have been renovated, so there is no sense of oldness. Additionally, the club lounge space, afternoon tea, and menu are well-equipped, making me want to spend time here again.

    I may have expected too much.

    I visited because I heard that the evaluation of the club lounge was excellent and I wanted to try it once. The conclusion was disappointing. The check-in and facilities of the club lounge are impeccable, but the food does not suit my taste at all. The bread of the afternoon tea sandwiches is dry. It feels like it was made in advance and left for a while. Other items also felt cheap, like something bought from a supermarket. And then there was the cocktail time I was looking forward to, but this was the worst. Few items, bad bread, seafood like salmon smells fishy, and the ham has a chemical smell. It might just not suit my taste, but it was not something I could eat. I felt it was too terrible, maybe because it was a weekday or an unlucky day. Even when I ordered alcohol, I had to wait for tens of minutes, and if this is the situation with just a slight increase in customers, I think it would be impossible in the summer. There are many videos on YouTube showing how great the lounge is, but I couldn't understand it at all. I didn't expect much from the room from the beginning, so I won't evaluate it, but I'm concerned about the smell of the drainage in the water area. Also, there are many foreign staff, but I can't understand what they are saying (laughs). Maybe I expected too much, or maybe it felt worse because the previous stay was at a famous certain heavenly mansion. I thought it was a hotel to choose based on the quality and cost performance of the club lounge, but if the quality of the club lounge is at this level, there is no reason to repeat.

    The view is amazing.

    I stayed for multiple nights in a beach view room. The view from the window is outstanding. The facility is old, but except for the restaurant chairs, it is well maintained, and the staff's warm hospitality made for a very satisfying stay.

    The lounge service was excellent.

    I stayed for two nights with lounge access. From arrival to throughout my stay, I used the lounge at various times, and it was always calm and relaxing, with excellent service from the staff. Coffee and other beverages were carefully prepared and served in beautiful cups each time, and there was a wide variety of alcoholic drinks available. In the past, I really disliked the crowded breakfast restaurant, but breakfast in the lounge was very quiet and peaceful on both days, allowing me to enjoy it at a leisurely pace, which was really nice. With the IKYU Diamond benefits, my Room was upgraded by about two ranks, and the view from the top-floor beach view Room was also very good.

    The best lounge!!

    This is my fourth time at this Hotel. A gorgeous building constructed on a small peninsula. Although it has been 40 years and shows some age, the grand atrium is impressive. The Room is bright, with a view of the blue sea and white sandy beach below. It enhances the resort feeling. The lounge is particularly noteworthy. A spacious area with elegant furnishings. A wide variety of food, alcohol, and soft drinks. You can order drinks at your seat, and they will, of course, bring them to you. The tableware is lovely, and everything is refined, unlike the typical drink bar. It's so wonderful that I always use this place when I go to Okinawa.

    Slowly

    I stayed for 2 nights from December 1st. The warm and summery weather was soothing to both body and mind, and it felt like I gained energy for the coming year. Also, the room was upgraded, making for a comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the lounge's sweets and cocktail time, more than satisfied. Thank you very much. The staff were pleasant, and I felt like I wanted to repeat my stay.

    The lounge was nice.

    The beach was private and nearby, and the lounge was very nice. I would like to come again in the summer. It's a bit disappointing that there is no open-air bath. Also, since I usually travel alone, it would be nice to have a more affordable lounge plan.

    Stays after a long time

    A memorable hotel we used several times when our children were still young. The image of the children playing on the beach back then comes to mind as if it were yesterday. Our family loves Okinawa, so we visit often. This time, we went to Okinawa with three generations, including our grandchildren. The grandchildren stayed with their parents at another hotel with many activities for children, such as a heated pool, even in winter, but we stayed at Manza Beach for the first time in a while. The main reason was to experience the highly reputed lounge. As a result, we had a great experience, just as the rumors said. Although I am not fond of sweets, the afternoon tea time was a bit lacking for me, but the mini sandwiches provided were incredibly delicious. The breakfast omelet and longevity bento were also exquisite, and the sea grapes, which I love, were large and bursting with flavor. On the second day, we had breakfast at the Aqua Belle buffet on the 1st floor, but if you have lounge access, the club lounge is definitely recommended. The highlights were: - The sense of openness, especially the view from the front and the 1st floor, where you can see the pool and the sea, is soothing. - When we had breakfast at the buffet on the second day, I was disappointed that only Korean seaweed was available, but while I was eating at my seat, a male staff member brought seaweed from another restaurant and delivered it to us. I was impressed by his hospitality. - This time, we used a local bus to travel back and forth for about 20 minutes to the hotel where the grandchildren were staying, and having the bus timetable available was very helpful. There was also a shuttle bus to the gate, which was convenient. For these reasons, we are considering staying at Manza again for our three-generation family trip next summer, but we would be happy if the following points could be improved by then: - There were no combs or brushes available in the large public bath. I reluctantly gave up on drying my hair, but when I checked at the reception on the way back, they said they have them available at the reception, so it would be nice if the staff could ask or if there was a notice about it at the reception. - There was no introduction of restaurants or menu guides that could be checked with images, including room service, which was inconvenient. Nowadays, I think there are channels on the room TV that can guide you through the hotel's various features, so I would like to see improvements in this area. - The elastic in the pajamas was all stretched out and loose. Recently, many items have the elastic sewn in, making it difficult to replace, but I hope something can be done about it.

    I was able to enjoy a relaxing stay again.

    I was able to relax in the club lounge again this time. The weather was great, with sunny days in a row, and despite being late November, the maximum temperature was around 25 degrees, making it very pleasant to wear short sleeves. The sea view from the Room was beautiful and soothing. The staff's service was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. During the day, I enjoyed a beer at the café on the first floor, and under the blue sky and pleasant breeze, I was able to relax so much that I forgot the time. Since it was daytime, everyone seemed to be out sightseeing, and there were few people inside, allowing for a quiet time. There were still people swimming at the adjacent beach, but it seemed cold when they got out of the sea, so it might be the last chance for sea activities. I would like to visit again in winter.     It was an impeccable and comfortable Hotel!

    Although it was said to have opened 41 years ago, I really wanted to stay when I went to Okinawa at that time. I called from a public phone every day to see if there were any cancellations, but I couldn't stay. Finally, I can stay at the long-awaited Manza Beach Hotel, so I decided to go with a Plan that includes club lounge access. Although I arrived a little earlier, they kindly allowed me to check in early. During my stay, all the staff greeted me, even those on their way to work, which was pleasant. I was happy with the drink service during dinner as an IKYU benefit, but the invitation ticket for Submarine Jr. II was great. I might not have gone without the ticket, but I encountered three sea turtles during the 30-minute bay cruise, which was fantastic. Even though 41 years have passed, I thought I might notice the age even after renovation, but everything was beautiful, and I had a pleasant time. I enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time at the club lounge, and everything was delicious and very satisfying. On the first night, I used the Okinawan cuisine buffet in the Hotel, and on the second night, the Western cuisine buffet in the Hotel. The restaurant was delicious, but the food and drinks in the club lounge were even more delicious. The staff in the club lounge, in particular, talked and listened to various stories, making it the best Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I will definitely visit again!

    It was the best adult holiday.

    An annual trip with an old friend. Moreover, it was our first time in Okinawa. We wanted to relax at the hotel, so we chose a plan with club lounge access. I thought the meals at the lounge might be insufficient, but I was amazed by the incredibly high-quality and truly delicious food. We stayed for three nights, and every day we looked forward to the meals at the lounge. The staff were all very friendly and fun, providing us with various information. The room was very spacious, offering a full view of the beautiful Okinawan sea, which was very soothing. There was also a large public bath and a gym, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely holiday. My friend who came along was also very pleased, making it a very satisfying trip to Okinawa. Additionally, there were services for IKYU users, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I definitely want to use it again next time.

    I stayed for one night with access to the club lounge.

    The club lounge offered a great selection of drinks and light snacks, and our Room had a terrace. The weather was nice, so we had a great view of the ocean. We were also lucky to see fireworks nearby at night. We also took a boat where you can see fish on the seabed, and we were satisfied because the Facility was well equipped with shops, restaurants, and a large public bath.

    I used the club lounge. The afternoon tea was a cute set and very satisfying. It was great to be able to toast with delicious Orion draft beer during the evening time. I was surprised by the sudden luxurious fireworks from the poolside being so close, but it was very moving. Since the weather was clear, I was also very satisfied with the view of the beautiful sea from the Submarine Jr. II. Although the guest room was old, the service was satisfactory. It was a good wedding anniversary. Thank you.

    Great satisfaction

    The room was recently renovated? It was a very clean room where I could relax. Everything was so clean and had a sense of cleanliness that it didn't feel like an old-established hotel, but it was stuffy inside the elevator (not the see-through one). The content and service of the club lounge were impeccable, but since the drinks were ordered, it was a pity that it took time during the evening time, possibly because it was crowded with customers. It was just right to place the next order when the drinks arrived. The IKYU Diamond benefits were amazing. I was impressed by the welcome sweets, shop discounts, late check-out, and even being able to ride the marine boat! I was able to spend a very affordable 1 night and 2 days. As soon as I reported it to my colleagues at the company, they made a reservation. I would like to stay again when I travel to Okinawa next time. Thank you very much.

    The club lounge is absolutely amazing.

    First, the response from the main phone operator and the club lounge staff is excellent. Also, the drinks and food in the lounge are all elaborate and delicious. The club lounge is spacious, and it was impressive to see all the guests, including myself, enjoying their time happily. As a Diamond member benefit, I took a glass-bottom boat ride. It was very enjoyable to see many fish. When I mentioned that my birthday was approaching, I was thrilled to receive a wonderful gift at checkout. The room has a slightly old-fashioned feel, but it is thoroughly cleaned and tidy, and the amenities provided are good. Overall, the club lounge is so comfortable and fantastic that I would love to stay again.

    We had a wonderful stay!

    I experienced staying on the club floor for the first time. The club lounge was very spacious and not crowded, allowing me to truly relax. The view from the room was also wonderful, with the beautiful blue sea of Okinawa, which was very soothing. I enjoyed snorkeling at the managed beach. Although the swimming area (snorkeling area) is limited, I was able to see several types of tropical fish and even discovered a clownfish, which was very exciting. It was great because there are few places on the main island where you can snorkel at a managed beach. The staff's service was also very polite and excellent. I would like to continue staying here.

    It was my first trip to Okinawa, and the Hotel exceeded my expectations. The dinner and breakfast were buffets, but it was not a typical buffet; it was a meal in a spacious venue. The service provided by the staff was indeed what you would expect from an Intercontinental Hotel.
