    Thank you for taking care of us.

    It was an unexpected pleasant stay, accompanying my husband on his business trip. Although it's not the newest hotel, everything is kept clean, and the staff exudes the smartness and reliability you would expect from New Otani. There is an impressive indoor pool and tennis court, and the hotel has a variety of restaurants. With a shopping mall nearby, it seems like a place where you could enjoy a long stay. It felt like a nearby resort.

    The food is delicious.

    I used a plan that included meal coupons. The hotel facilities themselves are old, so it's not a hotel you use with high expectations for the facilities. However, I felt that the hospitality was the best I've experienced so far. Previously, I felt it was on par with a business hotel, but this time the hospitality reminded me of the New Otani. The meals were also delicious, as expected from the New Otani. If there is a plan I would like to try, I might consider visiting again.

    I love the superior room and Baycourt Cafe.

    This is my 4th or 5th time staying here. The last time was during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it's been quite a while. I live in Tokyo, and my family home is in Chiba, so I have errands like cleaning the grave almost every month. Since the location is Sakura, I often stay around Narita, but when I don't have to worry about time... I end up coming to my favorite Makuhari, and especially to your hotel, which I highly recommend. I'm not the type who just looks for the cheapest option; since I'm staying anyway, I prefer a lovely room even if it's a few thousand yen more. That's why when I come to Makuhari, my routine is to stay in a superior room at your hotel and dine at Baycourt Café. Even if I don't have a meal, I always visit Baycourt Café for a drink. I'm so happy to have this routine back. Thank you very much.
